One of the ladies in our group was celebrating a birthday, and from the moment we sat down, she was treated like royalty. They brought over a glowing LED rope and helium balloon for the table so everyone in the restaurant knew she was the special guest of the night. Then came a handwritten birthday card—a genuinely thoughtful and personal touch I’ve never seen done at a restaurant. And the birthday celebration didn’t stop there—the complimentary birthday cake they brought out was massive, big enough for the whole table to share. To top it off, they included a sparkler for maximum effect, making the moment unforgettable. It was such a special touch that elevated the entire evening. At first, we were unsure why there was such a large staff presence, but once the restaurant filled up, it became crystal clear: J-Prime delivers a level of service that rivals top-tier resorts. We’ve dined at luxury properties and world-class establishments, and this was different—in the best way possible. Our servers, John and Brandon, along with Matias, provided flawless service. Not a single drink ever dipped below half full. The entire staff worked together seamlessly, with perfect timing, warmth, and professionalism. The entire experience was like watching a fine-tuned orchestra of hospitality. The food? Phenomenal. Every dish was prepared with precision, flavor, and care. The carrot cake was also one of the best we’ve ever had—moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I would fly from Pennsylvania to San Antonio just to eat at J-Prime and fly back the same night. It’s that good. That memorable. We’ve told the story of our evening here countless times already. J-Prime has truly redefined what a steakhouse can be. We will absolutely be back—and often.

One of my fave prime steak places in San Antonio. Filet minon all delicious and perfectly cooked/salted. The sides were perfect; lobster mac & cheese was so flavorful and creamy; mash potatoes & Brussels sprouts were delicious. The girls loved the 4oz filet minons & fries. The cheese bread puffs were perfect and the kids loved them. Bottle of Duckhorn merlot was perfect to the meal. Top it off, my daughter was very shy about asking but the waitress asked her and daughter fought her fears and asked for a lighted balloon, which she was so happy to get. Perfect end to night.

A Perfect Date Night at J-Prime! We’re from Houston and visited San Antonio for the weekend. For our date night, we decided to try J-Prime Steakhouse — and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was to die for ! I had a steak, and my boyfriend got the steak with a lobster tail. We also shared the lobster mac & cheese, asparagus, and JP’s mashed potatoes — everything was flavorful, rich, and honestly a 10/10 really amazing . We even started with the skewers you cook yourself, which were so fun and delicious! The portions were perfect, the service was great, and the atmosphere made it even more special. I truly loved it — probably one of, if not the best, steakhouses we’ve ever been to. We’re already planning to come back next time we’re in San Antonio! Thank you so much for having us .

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and loved the whole experience. Would definitely recommend the custom mocktails, charcuterie board, Brussels Sprouts, 8 oz filet, Chilean sea bass, and Bananas Fosters. It was such a great place to celebrate our special occasion! (Collaboration)

Every detail, down to the napkin was taken care of . Our waiter was very nice and had great communication when I asked for recommendations. Matias came by and made sure we were satisfied and made us feel very welcomed. The food was top tier. The steak, the bread, the fries and the amazing truffle Mac and cheese, bone marrow (my favorite) and ceaser salad was amazing! The experience was awesome . J-Prime Steakhouse in San Antonio is an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, perfect for a special occasion or a night out. The service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. I've tried the bone marrow as an appetizer, and it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The seafood pasta was also excellent, with a well-balanced sauce and fresh ingredients. Now, onto the food: the steak is cooked to absolute perfection, with a beautiful sear and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. The dry-aged ribeye is a must-try, packed with incredible flavor. Overall, J-Prime delivers a top-tier steakhouse experience with outstanding food, service, and ambiance. Highly recommended!

J prime is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Texas. The atmosphere is welcoming, classy, and beautiful. We drive all the way from Houston just to eat here and the staff is like family at this point. We have eaten here dozens of times and I can assure you that absolutely EVERYTHING on the menu, from cocktails to appetizers to desserts, is delicious.

WOW! What an AMAZING experience. I planned a surprise party for my father from out-of-state. J-Prime Steakhouse gave stellar service from planning through the end of the event. Jon, our maitre d', provided exceptional support for the entire evening. And special shout out to Hamilton who was very attentive that night. All 30 of our guests were amazed by the ambiance, the exceptional service, and food - that steak was phenomenal, mushrooms were mouthwatering good, and delicious dessert. Thank you again for such an excellent experience. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a group of 8 and one of the group had a large gift card so we decided to go. If I could afford it, I'd return very often! The service was impeccable from the hostess to our server and even the folks who remove plates - personable and attentive. The food was amazing. Prior to this visit, I had a 'go to' steak place for special occasions where we've gone for years but J Prime just replaced that place. 6 of has had steak (some ribeye, some NY Strip) and two had the salmon. All were prepared perfectly! It is extremely rare (no pun intended) that when I order a medium-rare steak that it arrives medium-rare; usually over or under done. My steak was absolutely perfectly prepared and the flavor was superb. I tried the salmon (I love salmon but had to order a steak) and it was also perfectly prepared! We had many sides - they are mostly family-style size. Brussels sprouts are not my favorite generally - something I've only found two places that prepare them where I like them. I just found a new #1 - the flavor was awesome and they were not over or under cooked. The asparagus was also perfectly prepared and delicious. The potatoes au gratin were also extremely tasty. The street corn was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone - great flavors. Even the tower of onion rings were perfectly breaded and cooked. Normally we would not have eaten dessert but - we had to. The creme brule was awesome - the caramelization was exactly as it should be served - spot on. The chocolate cake was - massive - three people could easily be fed - and it was very flavorful and moist. The carrot cake - also massive - we felt like we got 1/4 of an entire cake. It was also very very good. So, if you are looking for a place for a special occasion and plan on spending more money than a run of the mill meal out (our bill for 8, including tip, with no alcohol or appetizers, was $1,000) this is THE place to go.

Tender, flavorful, and beyond exceptional--it truly set a high standard for any future steak. For dessert, we had the carrot cake, which was outstanding. Moist, rich, and perfectly spiced, it was the ideal finish to an incredible meal. The service at J Prime is truly exceptional. The staff is attentive and makes you feel celebrated, catering to your every need. If you're looking for a place to mark a special occasion, J Prime is the place to be. This was my second time coming to J Prime, and the experience this time was just as lovely as my first time dining here. Service was impeccable, and ambiance matched as well. Onto the food: we started off with the seafood tower, and it was amazing! There were clams, oysters, snow crab, poke, crab salad, and jumbo cocktail shrimps. All the seafood was very fresh, and the plating/presentation was elevated with some dry ice. Next came the beet salad--fresh, well-balanced in flavors, and a good portion. The tomahawk steak was cooked to medium-rare as desired, but the steak itself wasn't seasoned very well. It definitely wasn't the best steak I've ever tasted, and there were also parts of the steak that were tougher than others. However, both of the sides--the truffle macaroni and cheese and the portobello mushrooms in wine sauce--were mouth-wateringly delicious. The meal was concluded with a large slice of their celebration cake, which is yellow cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake was colorful and also very moist--the perfect ending to a great meal.

We can just get it out-of-the-way and say that this place is extremely expensive. But if you're going here, it's not because you're trying to save money, it's because you want a great meal. When celebrating a family milestone this is the spot we chose and it did not disappoint. The A5 Wagyu was just amazing. The East Coast oysters and caviar were delicious. But, the service was what really made it stand out because the staff makes sure you have everything you need and if you let them know that you're celebrating a special occasion, they go out of their way to make it extra special. If you're looking for an upscale, fine, dining experience, then you can't go wrong with this location.

I wasn't too sure what to expect. I just heard that it's a pretty good steakhouse. Well I must say it's better than that. It's absolutely amazing. The ambience is just captivating you with elegant style and a way that takes you to a whole Nother world of happiness not only do you feel like you just walked in and are the most important person in that whole restaurant but you also feel like you have a sense of Common collectedness. It's so peaceful but yet so amazing just the way the customer service is just the way that you overall can be captivated by not only the the way the place looks, the smells the everything about this place. Started off my night by grabbing a drink at the bar The bartender is not only were intelligent, kind considerate caring definitely were great about making suggestions recommendations and going over what they were gonna put in your drink if you had any questions, I mean these bartenders were top-notch bartenders not only that, but they did it with a smile. They had so many customers at the bar and they didn't lose the sense of happiness and kindness. They really made you feel like your order was the most important order kept great conversation with all of their customers at the bar, not to mention, we very interested in after you tasted the drink if it was something that you enjoyed or if it was something that you would like to change about it. Now, when it comes to the food, oh my goodness it was to die for amazing. I had the absolute honor trying the ribeye and I would not have changed that suggestion of order in anyway at all. It was so delicious well cooked great flavor amazing flavor, even in the marbleized part of the steak it was one of those steaks that you can honestly just eat without even having to add anything to it not even a dash of salt or pepper. I mean it was the epitome of profession on a plate. I did also have the salad and a soup amazing hands-down delicious Everybody was flavorful and just really took you to the next level of happiness. Their sides were WOW!!! I highly recommend this restaurant if you've never thought about going take the time and go it's worth it. It is so rare to find a steakhouse that does steak and sides well. Everything we ate was absolutely fantastic and I'd definitely say this is one of the best steak houses I've been to. Service was absolutely top notch, Adam was an awesome server. He was very friendly, gave us the best suggestions, and made our dining experience memorable. I love the nice touch they do for anniversaries (rose and card) and birthdays (gorgeous light string balloon). The crab cake is a MUST. It is STUFFED with so much crab and is the best crab cake I've ever had. This started our meal on an extremely high note. The Caesar salad was so good, not overly dressed, and had a nice smokiness from being lightly charred. The free pao de queijo was so yummy too. I wish the ribeye was a bit better marbled, but the dry aged flavor was lovely. The brussel sprouts were nice and crispy with a nice balsamic dressing. The potatoes au gratin are a MUST. So creamy and cheesy. They use sea bass for the fish and chips which was insanely good. Absolutely fantastic meal, and a big thank you to Adam for the fantastic dining experience!

I'm so glad we chose J Prime for our wedding anniversary celebration! We were taken care of by everyone and felt very special as everyone who came to our table wished us a happy anniversary! The ambiance of the restaurant was very upscale but comfortable. The food & drinks were amazing & they took care to ensure everything was perfect and met my needs of no dairy, gluten or eggs. The chefs even made us a special dessert of lemon sorbet with fresh berries because nothing on the menu met my needs. It was definitely an experience we won't forget!

I came here for dinner on my birthday and it was great. Of course we ordered steak but everything that the server brought our table was delicious. When you walk in, it is very dark and intimate with plenty of seating even for large groups. When we were shown to our table, there was a little sign and ballon for me. The server was very nice and explained the menu thoroughly. The steak: a little disappointing because it lacked flavor even though it was Japanese A5. My steak medallions were seasoned well but you only get 4-5 pieces. The restaurant is nice and clean but the service was a little slow. We found ourselves waiting about 15-20 minutes for drinks. Although we enjoyed ourselves, we agreed that if we're going to spend a lot of money on steak, it's best to book a reservation with Bohanans downtown.

First off let me start by saying this was the best lobster bisque I have ever tasted. Food was amazing. Customer service was top notch. They truly make you feel special for your birthday. The ambiance was impressive.

A True 5-Star Meal Per my father's request, we visited J-Prime for his 62nd birthday. From the flawless service and comfortable relaxing ambiance, we truly enjoyed our evening. Every bite our party took from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out was perfection. We began our meal with a complimentary caviar. We decided on the escargot as a starter. It was my first time trying, and it was delicious! Our soups and salads were another great start to our meal. Every steak was cooked perfectly. Our sides (not pictured) were delicious. We ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. We ended with a GIANT piece of celebration cake that was so delicious we couldn't get enough. I can't wait to return and try even more of the menu.

We were greeted with a birthday balloon for my husband and led to a table in a very cold part of the restaurant. This is first and foremost a celebration restaurant--over 90% of the patrons were celebrating a birthday or anniversary. Patrons were dressed in casual clothes to dressier cocktail attire. I liked that there was a range of outfits. I found that service was professional and courteous but courses arrived slower than molasses. Water glasses remained filled, silverware was replaced, and the table was de-crumbed regularly. The sea bass was ok but it was slightly overdone and I wish there was a less buttery sauce option to help highlight the fish better. After devouring his 8oz filet, a neighboring table got a 16oz ny strip and my husband made a mental note that he'll order that next time. I wish the sides were left whole on the table so that we could serve ourselves. It's a bit pretentious and cumbersome to spoon potato's onto an adult's dinner plate. I didn't get a photo of the beet salad. It was excellent! The celebration cake is an absolute sugar bomb, but I loved the rainbow layers of icing and funfetti cake. I thought the food was fine, but my husband thought it was excellent. It on the expensive end, which I was expecting, but my husband had sticker shock. I liked the service here better than other high end restaurants in the city, but the flavors were very simple and buttery, which made our entrees feel extra heavy.

A friend and I stopped by for dessert and drinks. We sat at the bar instead of the dining room, which was perfect. I am so happy. I followed the bartenders recommendations. The carrot cake - 5/5. It was a huge slice! It was a five layered treat for the taste buds. If you like carrot cake, this one has a little extra something special, pineapple. Just try it you won't regret it. I cannotI cannot remember the name my cocktail but it had something to do with tea and was served with a flaming slice of lemon. Just amazing! I will definitely be back to get these two items as well as a steak day.

One of the top places for everything to have a perfect meal with a loved one or friends. Food is beyond amazing every time and the service is the best in the city. Bar area is great for networking and the dining area is great for conversation and relaxation.

In all the many times I've visited JD Prime, the place is always spotless and has a soothing atmosphere the moment you walk in the door. The cuisine is excellent and the staff is highly skilled. Meats are prepared to order. This elegant restaurant is perfect for special occasions as well as everyday dining.

It's been awhile since I have been to J Prime and had been meaning to go back. We went for HH last week and it didn't disappoint. Great Happy Hour menu, food was all really good. We went early and decided to sit at the bar, excellent service by Layla who was the bartender. Still as beautiful as ever and although it was fairly busy it was easy to carry on a conversation. We will be back.

Surprisingly an amazing place for toddlers. We went to dinner with our 1.5yr old and weren't sure how it would go. The staff was so attentive to her and made it really special. They brought her a balloon, cut strawberries for an amuse-bouche, extra sorbet, and mac&cheese that wasn't listed on the menu that was more kid friendly (it was delicious). The only downside was the changing table was not in a great location, but at least they had one. I definitely would go back for a special occasion.

This was the best dining experience since moving to San Antonio 5 years ago. I used to live in the Austin area and would frequent an upscale steakhouse named III Forks. It is expensive, but the food at III Forks was worth it--not anymore. JPrime Steakhouse completely blew my favorite out of the water. The warm welcome coming into the restaurant was genuine. As the host led us through the restaurant, everyone who saw us smiled and welcomed us in. We were led up the stairs to the top level, and at first, it bothered me cause I THOUGHT I wanted to be seated on the first floor. Boy, was I mistaken! We sat near the glass balcony, and it was beautiful. We had an entire staff on the second floor to serve us. An ENTIRE staff yall. It was my husband's birthday and they gave him a signed card! Wow! What took me aback was when the waiter said, "Don't think of me as your waiter but as your guide to the menu and the restaurant." That was new, and in all my years of visiting countries and restaurants, including Greece, that was a first and a guide he was! The food was plentiful, and the leftovers lasted two more days of reworks. The quality of the food and overall experience is commendable! Hats off to the owners, the staff, and the management team for making this one of the best in Texas!

Happy hour is a must. Taste tasted a few items and we thoroughly enjoyed them. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff were very friendly. The manager checked on us several times while we dined. We had reservations for happy hour and it was perfect bc we were sat right away, and sure enough it got packed shortly after we arrived. The bar was completely full. But their happy hour prices are good so I can understand why. The place was immaculate. The servers continued to clean our table off and ensure a clean atmosphere. I tried the fish and chips, kabobs, and the best of them all the crab fried rice. I'm still dreaming about that rice. It was so delicious.

Took our family on Christmas Eve. We had a great time! The service was amazing. The food was perfectly prepared. We can't wait to go back.

This might beat out any Vegas steakhouse I've ever tried. The ambiance, food and service was some of the best I've ever had. My family decided to come for my dads birthday and we're greeted with open doors and a very nice balloon and card for him. Our server, unfortunately I wasn't able to get his name, but he's also from Vegas (what are the odds!!) , was outstanding. He took great care of us, along with the rest of the staff who kept our table bussed and clean and kept our drinks full as well. The food. Words can't even adequately describe how delicious everything was. We started with the Fish and Chips as a starter, and they were perfectly crispy and came with the most delicious Tartar Sauce I've ever tried. I started with the Lobster Bisque which was amazing. It had so many chunks of lobster. I tried my sisters wedge salad, and it was so good too. For entrees, majority of us got the 8oz Filet, while my stepmom got the Sea Bass. The filet was soo tender. Every single bite was perfect. We got a few sauces to try with them including the House Steak Sauce, Jafar Sauce and the Hollandaise. The Jafar was perfectly spiced. For sides we tried the Mashed Potatoes, Street Corn, Sautéed Mushrooms and Grilled Vegetables. My favorite was the mushrooms and mashed potatoes. But everything was awesome. They ended the night with 2 GIANT slices of cake for my dad and sister since she celebrated her birthday a few days prior. Even the cakes were perfect. This place is top 3 in my eyes, like every single thing was perfect. I would 110% be back!

Came in for our anniversary dinner. Was regularly told congratulations which was amazingly nice from the staff. Dinner was AbSoLuTeLy amazing. Was fortunate enough to dine on a 1/2 off wine night which was the cherry on top of the dinner. Love J Prime and will be coming back for another special occasion in the near future.

Excellence all the way around: food, service, ambiance. If you're willing to spend the extra money, this place is top notch. We visited for a family special occasion and brought our teen & pre-teen sons but J Prime is perfect for a romantic dinner, larger party group or really any special treat. All the staff were so excellent with our boys treating them like men and making them feel just as valued as the adults at the table. It's a full dinning experience with palate cleansers so the full dinning experience takes about 3 hours. The food was excellent, we started with the J Prime Seafood tower which is a chef's selection of freshly caught seafood-excellent and very shareable . Our main entrees at the table included the porterhouse dinner for two, filet mignon, and wagyu. All excellent selections! Overall- excellent experience with absolutely no complaints! Can't even think of anything they could improve on just wish I could have stopped eating to get pics of the food, ha!

If you want to go some place fancy but you don't want to spend a fortune, going and sitting at the bar here is one of my favorite places to go. I love their charcuterie board paired with a nice wine or excellently made margarita... OR... their cheeseburger is delicious! The bartenders are very skilled and fun to watch and I always meet interesting people. Check it out for yourself!

From the moment, one walks into J-Prime, he realizes he's in a place a cut above normal. The subdued lighting, the soft music, the multiple servers waiting to greet you all create an ambience of elegance. Quality of food unbeatable. Appearance and flavor not an accident. Atmosphere exactly what one expects in a truly high class steakhouse. Cost is high and well worth it!

1000/10. Best service ever, best food, best ambiance. We cane here for an early birthday dinner and were treated like loyalty. No joke. Be prepared to stay for like 2-3 hours because it is definitely an experience. Food portions are so big and delicious.

One of the best restaurants I have ever visited in quality of food, service, and atmosphere. I came with my fiancé to celebrate our anniversary and we're very impressed by the service that Brandon provided for us the entire time and the little details that jprime provided with a hand written card and a rose to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered two different drinks and both were great. I ordered the watermelon fresco which was a perfect refreshing summer drink and my fiancé ordered the divorce papers which comes with a super funny 'served' notice on the side. For food we both ordered the filet mignon and they were cooked perfectly and had a great crust and taste to them. We got the whipped potatoes and mushrooms (a must have) For dessert we had the crème brûlée and it was super good too. We definitely enjoyed our time and plan to come again.

The rarely awarded 5 stars. At least from this guy. We arrived to celebrate a graduation. We were promptly seated - for a Thursday you will still need reservations. The service was fantastic. Ambience is very nice, the lighting and spacing of tables makes for an intimate and unobtrusive meal. We ordered a nice bottle of Groth - it was decanted and served with nice touches. They start with a nice palate cleanser. My wife had the filet duo and she loved it. I had the aged ribeye (creekstone farms sourced) medium rare and charred on the outside - which is frequently to Pittsburgh style, though I prefer medium rare instead of rare. I had blue cheese crumbles on top and it was quite memorable. Perfectly cooked and perhaps the best steak I've had in San Antonio. We ordered the lobster Mac n cheese which was outstanding. They gave us a nice celebratory slice of cake. 5 stars all the way. Way to go J Prime.

We sat in the bar area. the restaurant was very busy. We parked with the valet. Everyone was very curious and friendly. Our waitress had her hands full but still managed to provide very good service. We like to take our time and they gave us plenty of time to enjoy our dinner. Starting out with escargot and fried oysters which were outstanding! The filets were perfectly medium and substantial. J Prime definitely is an upper class steakhouse which doesn't disappoint. We have dined in every steakhouse in San Antonio and J Prime ranks up there with the best. I would recommend a reservation and don't expect to sit at the bar until 7:30 pm or so. It was packed! Enjoy

Decor and ambiance are classic. The menu is well thought out with a generous selection outside of steak, but why else would one go here if they weren't going to eat steak. The steak options are plentiful as well. Wine selection is pretty extensive. We had fried oysters and meatball appetizers. They were tasty. We split the Tomahawk between 3 of us and we were all satisfied. Must have is the expresso old fashion! The strawberry flambé was spectacular. Service was above and beyond. We never felt forgotten.

We got the charcuterie board as an appetizer (delicious), and had the wagyu sampler dinner for 2. Everything was so decadent. The atmosphere is nice, as well. Fancy feel, with exceptional service. J Prime didn't disappoint. Food and service were both great! Drinks are amazing! A great place to celebrate a birthday!

Fantastic food and service! Got the bisque, ribeye, and several of the sides (asparagus, mushrooms, potatoes). All were delicious and came out pipping hot. The service was prompt, courteous, kind, and very professional. Came with a large group and everyone raved about their meal. Highly recommend!

J Prime has NAILED it!! Exceptional service, excellent food, and overall classy experience. We visited on a Saturday early evening (6:15p) and were greeted graciously by the hostess. We were seated promptly in the main floor dining room with lively and couples and families all around us. Our server, Justin, was fantastic! He had the perfect balance of professionalism, knowledge of the menu, personality/humor, and accurate order. We will definitely request him in the future. The entire wait staff was very attentive and still allowed us to enjoy a nice dinner together. The food. THE FOOD! Kudos to the chef - it was excellent from start to finish. I can remember the name of the chef's opening sample, but it was a delicious light crusted toast with a flavorful cream dollop and caviar. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor burst given its small size!! We shared the delicious meatball appetizer and it could easily be a meal for 1. I went on to have the caprese salad with some of the freshest tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in recent memory. Hubby skipped the "filler food" as he calls it and went straight for the tomahawk steak. He is a "ribeye guy" and steak lover - and he deemed this the best steak he's ever had. I had the 8oz filet which was perfectly cooked to medium + as I like. We shared the sides of whipped potatoes, seasonal veggies, creamed spinach and corn. All delicious! We went on to have their EPIC desserts - carrot cake and flambeed strawberry shortcake! We [barely] made it out upright, haha. Now, full disclosure, you're going to have to pay for this experience, but it is worth every single penny. Highly recommend coming here and treating yourself to a wonderful time and meal!!

Delicious. Went for 20 year anniversary. And was on top of our list of San Antonio steakhouses to try. Since we were celebrating we got the Wagyu flights. Absolutely best meat ever.

Food and service were outstanding. We came as a post deployment dinner out- my spouse had been gone for 1 year and wanted to treat him to a yummy steak dinner. We settled on the 44 oz porterhouse dinner for 2. It also came with a soup or salad for each in addition to a side for each. He got a wedge salad, I got the Caesar and they were both delicious. We shared the Rosemary steak fries which were only ok- a bit overdone and you couldn't taste the garlic or Rosemary. The crispy Brussels were great! We also were treated to a caviar amuse bouche, lemon sorbet palette cleaner, yummy bread bites, and a complementary welcome home creme brûlée. They made our date wonderful!

I looooove J Prime Steakhouse!! It is a whole experience! If you have never been here, this is your sign to make a reservation right now! I went with two of my girlfriends and we celebrated Galentines! We had a blast! Our server was super attentive and on point on every recommendations she made. Manager and other servers were checking on all the tables all the time, without being annoying or overwhelming, I love that, we were very well taken care all night. We decided to order the Charcuterie Board, I liked that they have the option to do half a board, and it was still plenty for the three of us, all the meats and cheeses were so good, and it also comes with nuts, fruits, bread and jelly, perfect to start your night. I ordered the Filet Mignon Kabob, which comes with 3-3oz filet mignon and vegetables, and it includes a side, I chose the Shrimp risotto, I was so happy with my dinner, the steak was tender and the risotto so good! I can't remember the name of my drink, but it was fruity and very tasty. Now let me show you pictures of what we got!

We made reservations for my son's 12th birthday. He was so excited after hearing he was going to a fancy steakhouse for his special day. From the start our experience was amazing. They had a light up balloon and Birthday card for him when we arrived. Once we were sat the royal treatment started for my son. Our server & staff were so kind & catered to him perfectly. He was excited when our server suggested mocktails. He felt so grown up. He loved the staff, his meal and the very special chocolate cake they brought out for him. Thank you so much for making his special day so AMAZING!!!!

Upscale fine dining. Romantic atmosphere, but surprisingly busy for a Wednesday work dinner. Service was good but the restaurant was kind of busy and loud. The staff had a difficult time keeping the door to the private room functional. Each time the door opened, it just got loud and was interfering with the guest speaker. Expensive steak dinner, but good choice for special occasions. I had the lobster bisque which was beautifully done. The cheese bread that came on the bread plate was seriously my favorite dish. It's soooo good! The 45 day aged ribeye steak I ordered medium rare, which came out a little too rare, but still was a nice steak. As for sides the asparagus, mushrooms, and loaded scalloped potatoes were wonderful. For dessert it opted for the cheese cake, which was nothing special. I have had the crème brûlée before and probably would have been the better choice.

What an amazing evening. Service was impeccable, they timed each course perfectly, the sorbet bite before our entree was a nice course. I ordered the 16oz Strip and it was easily one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a very nice evening

My experience at J-Prime was phenomenal. We were treated fairly and respectfully. Our server was very patient and kind with my family and I, especially since it was our first time and we were not sure on what to order. The food was delicious. We had the ahi tina, the ribeye steak, and the ny steak. Their brussels sprouts are a must! They are delicious! Now, the dessert was the perfect way to end the night. We order their crème brulee, but since we weren't sure on what to get, because everything sounded so good, they brought us a little bit of everything, so we tried the fried oreos and red velvet sliced cake. I also ordered a carajillo to end the night. My family and I are already planning our next visit.
