J R Crickets Cascade

I have not been a JR Crickets since 2007 so was looking forward to getting my teeth and tongue on some of their wings and watching some Olympic coverage. Was not disappointed, our server Kia was on point and did not miss a beat. She made sure we knew that all payments were cashless and that there was a 20% gratuity added automatically. The food… I think the cook knew my mom, because her lemon pepper wings were damn near perfect, while my 10 piece with dirty bird sauce were a little over cooked. They were hot and fresh and so tasty that I ate them without complaint. Kia assured me that I could have sent them back and had them redone but the flavor was so good I didn’t want to wait. The sweet potato totes were better than good and I could have ate them all night. The beer was cold and my glass was never empty for long. Not much Atmosphere on a Wednesday night but the customers all seemed to be enjoying themselves. I expected more sports memorabilia but the number of screens was impressive. I recommend a visit to anyone that likes supporting neighborhood businesses and pretty good food.

My order was fried vs grill and we claried it twice. I did not have time to wait for it to be redone because this was suppose to be a quick bite to eat. My drink, Sex in the Basement was superb. I was disappointed that I was not even offered a discount or complimentary for their error though.

Food was not good. We asked for crispy wings but they were so hard that we couldn’t get any meat off about 6 of them. It was toooo crispy! Please do NOT ask for crispy We had 13 fries (the other person counted them) Usually you have a good amount-Nope We had no condiments on our table. We had to use the other table(which the lady was mad about)-and finally the server borrowed one from another table. Service ummm maybe it was tooo many people on the patio-lady said I’ll be back because I have other people inside (maybe she was the only one) WE* must do better Ambiance-It’s like all the others* I wish establishments like this would take what we write in consideration. I wish they would reach out to truly see where the disconnect started. It’s unfair that we pay a 20% gratuity for poor food and service! I won’t return……

Excellent customer service! Great portions for the money for sure. Alexis and Embry were awesome. They made our experience one worth coming back for. We opted for salads for lunch and were not disappointed!!! They were big and fresh and made to order. The drinks though, (long sigh)... so damn good. The atmosphere is very casual and laid back, come comfortable and watch whatever game is on. The restrooms were clean, y’all know I ALWAYS check. Can’t wait to go back.

I ordered 10 piece lemon pepper and fries within 12 minutes my food came. 2ings were very salty,dry,wasn't freshly cooked may have been from a previous order. Let's not forget my fries so small til I counted 12 fries yes 12 fries. I will not return and their DJ turn down your volume the place only so big. My 2 stars go to Michelle stop charging 20% gratuity when every sucks.

This was my first time coming here and I was so disappointed my sister came from out of town and herd about this place so she wanted to go so we decided to come here and I couldn't believe how poor of service we received at this location we waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Then forget about the appetizers which took over 45 minutes. When we arrived there was not a lot of people in the restaurant to wait for this long then we had entrees that took over an hr after we got our appetizers and we ordered flats for our wings and they came and said oh we don't have anymore they are preparing them now so they gave my sister 3 drum sticks while she had to wait for her flats. I was so annoyed that we had to continously try to get our waitress attention to help us. Also they charged gratuity on the bill when it was only 3 of us on a Monday night I couldn't believe it. Another thing there wing size is not worth the price they are the smallest wings I have ever seen and they basically charge over $1 per wing. Also they claim the wings are coming out fresh but when we got our wings they were cold. Attached are the pictures you can be the judge I should of just went to @The Tavern instead of traveling just to go here. I would not recommend this spot and I will not be returning. It is not worth it I've had better wings!!!

I visited JR Crickets on June 7th, 2023 for dinner and to watch a basketball game, and I must say that my experience left a lot to be desired. The main reason for my disappointment was the poor service and lack of professionalism displayed by the management. Firstly, the menu listed domestic beers at $3 without specifying whether it was for a draft or bottle. However, when the bill arrived, I was charged $4.95 per beer, with the explanation that it only applied to bottled beers. This lack of clarity in the menu's pricing information is misleading to customers and should have been clearly stated. When I approached the manager, Mr. Trent Floyd, to discuss this issue, I was met with rudeness and hostility. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Mr. Floyd dismissed my complaint and even went so far as to become aggressive. As a paying customer, I believe that such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. The overall treatment I received from the management was disappointing, to say the least. Customer service should be a top priority for any business, and sadly, this was not the case at JR Crickets. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional conduct from a business owner. I strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider visiting JR Crickets, as my experience suggests that they prioritize their interests over customer satisfaction. Transparency and respectful customer interactions should be fundamental aspects of any reputable establishment, and it is evident that these values were sorely lacking at JR Crickets. In light of my experience, I hope that the management of JR Crickets takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service and provide clear and accurate pricing information. Customers deserve better treatment, and it is my sincere hope that this review encourages the necessary changes to prevent others from encountering a similar disappointment.

This place has gone down hill. We always have a very subpar experience despite that fact that they add 20% gratuity automatically. Here’s my thing, whenever we go here we are the only people there and they have all of these rules. Can’t order all flats, can’t do 50/50 with the sauce. I just feel like you can when we the only people in this place. What else is the cook doing? Now you just lost another customer. Go to the location in midtown. At least it has a vibe.
