I had a very pleasant stay at the cabin at JA Resort Hatta. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and any issues that came up were handled quickly and smoothly. There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy, like feeding the animals, mini golf, swimming, and ping pong, but the overall atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The pool area is lovely, and breakfast in the morning offered a wide and satisfying selection. Special mention to Tomis at the reception, who was especially kind and welcoming. There is a great speciality coffee close by as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with a nice mix of relaxation and activities.

We had a lovely experience at Cafe Gazebo in Hatta Fort Hotel, and a big part of it was thanks to our waitress Hager. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Hager made sure we were comfortable at all times, helped us with everything we needed, and served our food with great care and a genuine smile. Her kindness and attentiveness really made our visit more enjoyable. Thank you, Hager, for the excellent service — it truly made a difference. We’ll definitely be back!

Outstanding Service by Hajar – A True Asset to JA Hatta Fort Hotel I would like to sincerely commend Hajar, the lady waiter at JA Hatta Fort Hotel, for her exceptional service and professionalism. From the very first interaction, she stood out with her warm smile, genuine kindness, and attentive attitude. She was always proactive, polite, and made sure every detail was taken care of without being intrusive. Hajar has a rare ability to make guests feel truly welcomed and valued. Her positive energy, patience, and dedication significantly enhanced our dining experience and reflected the high standards of hospitality that JA Hatta Fort Hotel is known for. Staff like Hajar make a real difference and leave a lasting impression.

Visited in Aug 2025 Highlights:- - A very classy and luxury hotel resort in Hatta. - Prime location (Just at the left of the roundabout when you enter Hatta if travelling from Dubai) - Food is perfect, on point. Many options available for Vegetarians also. - Unique rooms where you can relax and enjoy Hatta sign board view. ( Hatta sign board is the biggest sign board in the world, where you can enjoy new year fireworks too , if visiting on new year evening) - Rooms are clean - Inside the hotel , there are so many activities available - Pool, chess ,small golf, encounter with Turtle, horse ride,deer, rabbits, goats (free) and for some other activities it's paid. - Many restaurant options available inside the hotel area. - small hill kinda structure is made which you can climb and take a view of the city and Hatta Sign. - Very clam and quiet, peaceful place yet at very prime location. Instagramable kinda place

We recently went to JA Hatta Fort Hotel, and with the weather finally being nice, it was the perfect time for our group of three families to go. We were so happy that the resort is dog-friendly because our friends were able to bring their dog along! The rooms we stayed in were a decent size, and it was great just spending time with our friends. We really enjoyed doing all the activities the resort had - there was a huge variety to keep us busy all weekend. The highlight of the trip, though, was definitely the staff; they were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience effortless. My only criticism would be that the food at the resort was just average. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly memorable either. Highly recommend it for a fun, active family weekend. Nice family staycation.

Spent 3 days here as part of an office offsite. Decently large group we were. Enjoyed. Great facilities- archery, chess. Had customised dinner settings for 2 nights- one with a bonfire. I myself stayed in a cabin which can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (bunk beds). Two things stood out for me. 1. Dogs are welcome. We are surely coming back. 2. The service. Outstanding. Special call out to Lakshita, Maya, Neveen, Jafar, Sadaru and Ye The. There were many others however these are the names I remember.

We had the most wonderful Christmas staycation at JA Hatta Fort Hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Security Person at the gate, Kalim, Fortunate, Ayesha, and Ayan. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, approachable, and professional. A special thanks to our hostess Piyasa, and our servers Akhil, Praveen during the Christmas dinner, along with Mr. Saxophone guy and the JA Christmas carolers including Juliet! Thanks to Maya and Nithin for our breakfast. Thanks to the chefs, supervisors, marketing team Abby, Arjun, and Shogil. The level of service was truly outstanding and made our stay extra special. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing staff, their genuine hospitality, excellent service, and the very clean room and amenities. Thank you to the housekeeping staff and to Barath who dropped us off when we were leaving. It’s an easy 12 out of 10 rating for us 💪🏼 My wife, our two dogs, and I absolutely enjoyed every moment. We felt so comfortable and welcome, even traveling with our fur babies! We will definitely be coming back, next time with our two more puppies, and we will gladly recommend this amazing hotel to our family and friends. Thanks to FurChild for their Christmas gifts!
