Phyo, Anson, Maya, Abhishek, Piyasa, Sunil, and Htet have been great at their service! ||Phyo - has helped us have a smooth reservations process, organise a surprise bday cake for my father’s bday, and was always available to solve our queries and to help us with anything we needed. He is very sweet and kind! He even helped me get the best rates for my rooms! ||Anson - he was very helpful and kind to bring the cake from our room to the pool area upon end moment request, he was very sweet! ||Maya and Htet - they have been great at house keeping service, Maya is very sweet and kind and cleaned our room very well…Htet has been readily available everytime we needed water at any time! ||Abhishek - special mention to him, he is a great chef and has made food incredibly amazing for us! ||Piyasa - she was very sweet, she has taken our food orders and made sure we get everything on time, she’s very kind!||Sunil - he is a great coach! He has a lot of patience and taught us about archery and gun shooting very well!! He has incredible video shooting skills and he made sure we have great videos for our memories while playing archery and gun shooting! ||The entire JA Hatta fort hotel team is amazing…we visited here first time and loved our stay which made us extend our stay here! Even my dog loved his stay here!! Thank you so much to the entire team…you all are great !! Our family stay in JA fort hotel for 1 night. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and had a gorgeous view. We also really enjoyed the food—especially the breakfast buffet! The resort grounds were stunning—lush landscaping, immaculate pools, and plenty of cozy spots to relax. The receptionist is very accommodating and friendly, special thanks to Ms Fortunate who assist us and allowing us for bit late check out😍 thank you so much❤️ we definitely comeback here and bring our dogs🐕🐕. All in all, a perfect spot to unwind. Would happily come back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The location is stunning, right in the heart of the mountains – so peaceful and scenic. My room was very spacious and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything I needed was available, and the service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt completely relaxed. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon!

The service here is grande, I wouldn't even blink when booking next time. The terra cabin which I booked was beyond expectation, I had forgotten it was a cabin booking and had a sad face on the inside at check-in until I was dropped at mine.. It's NOT A tin can cabin nor camp, it's so well equipped, it had a projector (I'm assuming all do), watch a movie or pull it up and count the stars from the window. I liked the morning surprise when I saw other cabins with windows, so I discovered the portal behind the projector. It may be useful for some guests to have the projector holder mounted to the wall next to it if possible for visibility, or a sticker on its side facing the bed, indicating controls, that's because projectors are uncommon appliances in certain lifestyles.

The best of the best stays i’ve ever booked. Today was our check out from JA Hatta Fort Hotel and we had a blast. The staff are super nice, the rooms are superb. We were two adults and 2 kids under 6. I loved that they had a sofa bed for the kids which made our stay comfortable. The gazebo room style was beautiful. They have a lot of activities for adults and kids which made our experience very special. We tried the Air gun shooting and archery and prices were reasonable. The petting zoo for kids and all other activities were just what every family needs for an escape from the city. Thank you JA Hatta Fort Hotel. We will definitely visit again soon.

Hello, Overall, the hotel is great — it offers a stunning view with beautiful mountains, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I was traveling with my dog, and while checking in, one of the managers (a very sweet Filipina lady, she didn’t introduce herself) played with my dog, gave him treats, and even put a little scarf on him — such a lovely gesture that made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the pet-friendly Terra Cabin. Pros: the room came with dog bowls and some food, which was a thoughtful touch. Cons: the Terra Cabins are located quite far from the main hotel area, so you always have to wait for a buggy to get around. This usually takes at least 10–15 minutes, which can be inconvenient at times. Another downside is that while the hotel is pet-friendly, the restaurant is not. Since we had already checked out, I couldn’t leave my dog in the room and had to dine outside on the terrace in 39°C heat, which was quite uncomfortable. It would be great if there was a shaded or indoor dining space that allowed pets, especially considering how hot the weather is. Aside from that, the hotel has plenty of activities and things to do, and overall it’s a very enjoyable place to stay.
