JA Palm Tree Court

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Palm Tree Court for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel was beautifully uncrowded, which provided the perfect atmosphere for the relaxation we were craving. The amenities are top-notch, with something for everyone to enjoy. Our son had a blast exploring the different swimming pools, especially the splash pad, which he couldn’t get enough of. Breakfast was a standout, offering a variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was pristine, bright, and airy, and the QR code system for booking anything we needed worked seamlessly. A top tip: don’t miss out on the golf buggy transport—it’s a great way to get around, especially since the hotel is quite large. All in all, it was a trip full of cherished memories, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed at JA Resort for the second successive year and again had an amazing holiday. The resort itself is a gem for families but what truly makes the holiday is the hospitality you receive from a wonderful team of people. We’d like to specially mention Chef Abu and Akhil and his team who were amazing at accommodating for food allergies ant breakfast all through our stay. Hit and Babu were brilliant at looking after us and our kids loved the buggy rides across the vast resort. Lastly Lakmal at the pool bar is an absolute star and we cannot wait to visit again next year.

Relaxing Resort Stay with Excellent Service – Highly Recommended We recently stayed at JA The Resort – JA tree court palm Villas, part of the JA Resorts collection, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. While the location is a bit far from the city center — which might be inconvenient without a car — this also means you’re treated to a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the noise. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape, this is definitely the place. The staff were extremely respectful and service-minded, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our villa was modern, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view. One of the charming aspects of the resort is the presence of peacocks and small animals that roam around freely in the garden areas, adding a magical touch to the surroundings. Guests staying at the resort have free access to all facilities across the JA resort complex, which is a great bonus. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of high-quality, carefully selected options. It felt thoughtfully curated rather than overwhelming. For dinner, we tried the buffet at JA Lake View Hotel, which was generous in variety and had some very tasty dishes. While some items could benefit from a bit more quality refinement, the desserts were especially outstanding. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-serviced stay. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, and the entire resort feels like a well-kept secret far from the hustle and bustle.

Portions are HUGE.|Sette restaurant (bar underneath) great for sunset cocktails, incl in all inc- lovely atmosphere. |All A La carte restaurant ambient. |Great service all round at each buffet /restaurant (this is why u come to Dubai) |White Orchid - served by wayan, kartier, and Debi were brilliant helpful services - amazing food, although have 2 kids under 13 meant we were o ur in basement restaurant with families of scream messy toddlers , was disappointed as we wanted to watch the amazing bar singer (our kids are trained to sit & eat in A La carte) so that was disappointing and not relaxing for our anniversary Meal. (I love toddlers don’t get me wrong, maybe a time cap on the meal for a La carte )|Republik at lake view was our favourite restaurant- ambience but tv to watch sports/music videos and amazing food. |Sette- food was amazing - our waiter Darause was really good, knowledgeable on food/changing menu for our fussy eater/ felt top level service from him and great food. |Huz did golf one afternoon- Babu was a great golf driver.|Valmar at main Fontana pool deserves a medal. Always smiling, people constantly ordering drinks, and he made each cocktail perfectly, served with a smile and efficiency (he needs a 2nd waiter ) as the busiest pool for drinks and big groups kept ordering 20 drinks plus ice creams every round(every 5 mins( which clogged up the bar. He was a LEGEND.|We were in Building 7- steep slope so you need a buggy for collection if you come out in nice shoes/any heels for the evening as it’s slippy floor tiles. Our room was tidy- we didn’t receive any bubble baths/bath salts/towel art/animal a for our stay which you would expect in 5 Star hotels . |All Buggy drivers were brilliant and so friendly. Altho many buggy’s were wet from people using them after the pool/ not good when u are wearing evening clothes. |Don’t leave balls/floats/toys unattended as there’s always people that just think they are a free for all(even if left on your loungers) the odd toy/inflatable war kicked off haha.|Wellness pool is lovely, lots of birds and cats around. Lower beach pool was a nice atmosphere and swim up bar never clogged up. |Staff in La Fontana for brekky and lunch were so helpful and attentive- (ansh was great at lunchtime) only once they forgot to bring us drinks over. |SPA- the ladies were amazing- we had facials and back massages and foot scrub and it was 10/10- I recommend if you can. Go have a spa treatment. Top of their game! |All pool barman were brilliant - they deserved a rise as they are constant. And people’s kids were Abit of a pain for them and they were very considerate still.|I feel my review is fair- we are still here- I gave Pros and cons- also I like to give tips as I wish I’d been given them. Majority of guests are a nice clientel. |Enjoy! We would definitely like to return!

We are just about to leave the most amazing stay at the JA Palm Tree court. We are all so sad to be leaving, we really have been treated like Royalty. We stayed in 1091 and 1092. Writing reviews is not really something we've really done before but the staff were so amazing that it wouldn’t be right not to give them a mention. In particular the boys who drive the buggy’s were great Raju, Bam, Asante and Babu to name a few. Around the Tamr pool we were waited on hand and foot by Abdul, Sunhil, Dinesh, and one more guy that never stopped all day. They all worked so hard. The same can be said really about all the staff across the resort and I wish I remembered more names. The resort, the food and especially the staff were second to none and we are already looking to return very soon. As I write this review my 5 year old daughter is crying in reception as she is so sad to be leaving! ||

A Disappointing Return to Palm Tree Hotel After having a great first visit with my family last year, we decided to come back this year expecting the same experience , unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Let me start with the room. We had reserved a sea view room, and while the room itself was cozy and well-furnished, the experience was ruined by the fact that maintenance work was being carried out in nearby rooms, filling the entire area with a strong, unpleasant paint smell. My child has allergies, and this made our stay very uncomfortable. I honestly don't understand how the hotel thought it was acceptable to assign a room in the middle of ongoing maintenance work. Second, the food quality was shockingly poor. I have no idea what happened to the restaurant compared to last year, the taste, freshness, and overall quality have declined dramatically. As for the room service, it was far below expectations for a hotel in this price range. Water bottles were provided in an unprofessional way, and I was shocked to find that even basic amenities like a toothbrush were not available in the room. I had to call multiple times before one was finally delivered. The pool experience was just as disappointing. We were sitting near the Tamer pool, which was calm and less crowded, until a group of people entered the pool fully clothed, which was completely inappropriate and unhygienic. I reported this to both the pool guard and the receptionist, but neither of them gave me a clear answer or took any action. They didn’t even seem to know if those guests were actually staying at the hotel. To make matters worse, on our last day, we suddenly found cockroaches appearing in the room , not just one or two, but several. That was the final straw. In conclusion, this hotel no longer lives up to the standards it once had. The service, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall management are far below what you'd expect from such an expensive place. Sadly, this will definitely be my last visit ,returning was one of my biggest mistakes.

Had an amazing stay at JA Palm Tree Court! The family friendly atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, and harmless animals like peacocks walking around made it feel like I had traveled to another country. Truly a memorable getaway!
