"How did it strike you on arrival?Located on a private beach, JA Palm Tree Court channels the vibe of an exclusive villa. It’s situated outside of Dubai’s city center, but the manicured grounds and spacious rooms (some with outdoor terraces and beach views) make it worth your consideration. Plus, it’s much quieter than comparable properties on Jumeirah. Nice. What’s the crowd like?Families and groups of multi-generational travelers. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Compared to other options in Dubai, JA Palm Tree Court’s room are downright massive. The Beachfront Junior Suite has a spacious sitting area, full-sized desk, and large built-in wardrobe. Decor and furnishings aren’t winning any awards anytime soon, but the style is reasonable with brown and magenta accents. We’re craving some deep, restorative sleep. They got us?Crisp cotton bedding, comfy mattresses, and a wide assortment of pillows to choose from. How about the little things, like mini bar, or shower goodies. Any of that find its way into your suitcase? The all-inclusive package doesn't include items from the mini-bar—a stingy price gouge for a luxury property. Please tell us the bathroom won’t let us down. The bathrooms are outfitted with his-and-hers sinks, walk-in showers, bidets, and soaking tubs, plus fluffy towels and Elemis products. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi. What’s the word? The free Wifi can be hit or miss in certain rooms. Don't stay here if you need reliable service for work. Room service: Worth it?All-inclusive packages don’t include room service, which is pricey. If you do order, stick to breakfast and eat it on your terrace. Staff: If you could award one a trophy, who gets it, and why?The housekeeping staff regularly goes above and beyond. Anything stand out about other services and features? Whether it’s childcare, gyms, spas, even parking—whatever stuck with you.The property goes out of its way to appeal to families, with extensive activities for kids and teens, as well as water sports and horseback riding. What was most memorable—or heartbreaking—about your stay?If you’re a couple of honeymooners looking for romantic tranquility, you might want to look elsewhere—families rule the day here. Bottom line: worth it, and why? It’s outside of Dubai, but if you’re dreaming of an all-inclusive with a private beach and abundant pools, it’s a wise choice." - Laura Ratliff

I booked 3 rooms of premium garden Terrace junior suite at the JA palm tree Court on 21 June 2024. My experience was bad. I can say I give this resort three stars maximum. It is not definitely not five star hotel. Although staff are very helpful yet I faced so many disappointments during my stay for me and my family. Huge miscommunication from the lady at the time of booking to explain the resort facility so many rules and regulations were not clarified before booking. It was very misleading. The hotel lobby is in a separated building and rooms are in another, lobby was very hot and the AC was off in the lobby. Guests are not allowed to order food from outside and have to eat from hotel restaurants or the room service yet in-room service food tasted really bad either it was extra salty or not taste at all. The burger was weird to taste. The salad had no lemon or salt. The Indian food lacked taste. Kids club and splash is way too far from all rooms. You have to take the hotel buggy to reach and adults and nannies are not allowed to stay with the kids, this was shocking. I never leave my kids alone so didn’t use the kids club.. Also guest have to pay 150 per kid below 4 years to use the kids club facility. What is the point of booking in a hotel if you have to pay additional cost for the facilities. The African lady in the kids club was not helpful at all. You can’t order food at the pool you can only have beverages from the bar very inconvenient with kids. Room A/c was hot and not cooling the room and not user friendly can’t figure out how to switch on or off. Overall not a pleasant experience, not planing to book in this hotel again, not recommending the hotel to my family and friends.

Just come back from 7 nights at the JA Palm Tree Court and all we can say is…. Amazing!!!||Myself, wife and 3 children (11., 10 & 7) stayed here on a half board basis staying in a Seaview One Bedroom Suite. This was our 3rd stay at the JA Resort in Dubai, with our previous visits before we had children 16 & 17 years ago when we stayed at The Beach Hotel.||From the moment we arrived at Palm Tree Court we were blown away by the service Albert, Ganga and his fellow workers at the hotel entrance gave us getting out of the taxi. My eldest daughter who is 11 turned to us and said “I fell like a VIP”. After taking our luggage from us and directing us towards check in were we then checked into the hotel by the friendly and very helpful Ibrahim at the reception desk who explained the hotel and our suite benefits to us. ||As it was late in the evening, around 9pm, we were then whisked away in a golf buggy to the beach hotel to fill up with some buffet food after a day of travelling. Once finished me were again whisked away in a golf buggy to our room where our luggage was ready waiting for us.||Food at the hotel is excellent with plenty to choose from at the breakfast and buffet restaurant. Our children are quite fussy eaters so if there wasn’t anything they fancied in the buffet the waiters would arrange for the chef to cook them some fresh chicken nuggets and fries. There are many other restaurants you can book on the resort but we didn’t eat at them due us being more than happy with the buffet, room service and dining out at the various shopping malls in the evening.||During the first day we found ourselves coming across the Signature Pool which was reserved for guests staying in suites, this pool suited us perfect as it was very quiet and the kids felt like they had the whole pool to themselves. Sunny loungers were lovely and comfortable with pool towels provided. Service at the signature pool bar was outstanding thanks to a great young man named Mustakim, he constantly made sure we were well looked after and hydrated in the heat and always available for a nice chat telling us about his family back in India and how he was looking forward to visiting them soon after not seeing them for a year and half.||The beach and splash park are within walking distance from the hotel and pools, our kids loved the splash park as well as trying some of the water sports at the beach.||Our room was incredible with a huge bed for my wife and myself, with fold out beds for the children in a separate living room as well as two bathrooms and two balconies, the children felt like royalty. The room was kept immaculately clean with new towels everyday thanks to our house keeper Ashok, who left us with some beautiful folded towel made to look like two swans which the kids loved.||I could write and praise every little details about this hotel as we can’t thank them enough for our stay, the kids are already planning our return there for our next holiday.

The guys at Tamr Terrance made my 21st really special big thanks to them. The perfect place to celebrate, food was amazing and the outlook is so peaceful and serene. Tamr is great for both breakfast and lunch, much quieter than the other places which added to the relaxed feeling. The staff here go above and beyond and always give 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

Stayed at the JA resort 5 times now at all 3 hotels on this resort. The palm tree court has had a makeover and it’s fabulous. Rooms tastefully decorated the beach front ground floor villas are well worth a stay. |Don’t be put off by the 45 minutes journey from the airport. Passing the industrial port can look off putting but in the near future this are will be developed massively with the now larger if the 2 palm started up again. Once you enter the resort it’s beautiful. |The all inclusive package here is excellent fir Dubai. Make sure you book the correct package as there are different levels snd depending on which of the 3 hotels you stay at will depend on the facilities you are allowed to use. The palm tree court now it’s been updated has the new Tamr area pool and restaurant which for breakfast was out door and it’s lovely exclusive to palm trees court residents. You can decide to dine around at all alacart restaurants with a supplement at 2. All worth a visit prebook to avoid disappointment. My personal favourites are sette kinara and white orchid food fabulous quality and presentation. Many lunch time options. The use of all pools is a massive plus. Beautiful golf course and gardens beach well maintained spotless clean. Nice and refinded on a night with after dinner drinks available in many areas. Daytime activities to do if you wish. The new kiddie water park play areas are fabulous to keep younger ones happy. Great water sports available for teenagers and plenty of sports to do at the sports. bar. We enjoyed planning g to go to each of the 3 hotels to eat and drink and use the facility it mixed the holiday up. Each hotel has lots to look at and enjoy. The staff make this resort stand above many and help them achieve the 5* rating. Don’t hesitate s visit here taxi to the city marina and palm is only £30 each way and very reliable and safe. The hotel also offer a free bus but the shedule didn’t suit our needs. Snaps up a holiday here once that new palm gets built the price will inevitable go sky high. We usually do 5 nights here then move to the palm or JBR area. Believe me this alinclusive is one of the best. We enjoy all parts of Dubai this hotel resorts is a great way to rest and relax a great way to start or end your holiday. We will definitely be returning fir a few nights it’s very homely and the staff make you feel at ease. Well done JA resort you have managed to keep us returning with your new ideas year after year. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at the JA Palm Tree Court. The room was spacious for a family of 2 kids. The TAMR Terrace and Pool were also easily accessible from the suites. There were also many other recreational activities, facilities, and establishments with the larger JA Resort that are easily accessible from our suites.

One of my favorite hotels in Dubai offers an escape that feels like a tropical resort outside of the UAE. It's incredibly relaxing and the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. We have stayed there several times, and each visit has been absolutely amazing. The resort consists of three distinct hotels, including the luxurious Gulf Courts, and boasts a stunning beach with a pool. The restaurants serve fantastic food, with a diverse menu that never gets boring. The spa is exceptional, providing top-notch treatments, and the rooms are spacious with large, luxurious bathtubs.

I did not expect to have a bad experience with this hotel , i was looking forward to spend this holiday relaxing , first of all the food options are very limited and there is no variety in breakfast. I paid for the lunch as well which states “INTERNATIONAL BUFFET” but did not contain any international variety, it can be improved much more! Secondly, I booked two suites they gave us a suite which is far from everything we needed to walk a lot knowing i have kids and my elderly parents ! , Thirdly, the room Ac was damaged it did not turn off when i needed it to , moreover the room had few insects!! Fourthly, the noise of the peacocks at night it was horrible i could not sleep at all with their loud noise all night, I suggest for the hotel to take all the peacocks at night and put them away to let the guests REST ! I will not visit this hotel again or recommend it to anyone waste of money and time.
