Javier and Christian were the best servers ever and deserve a raise. They took care of us despite the cost and quality of the steak. The filets were stringy and chewy. Not the high-quality that $80-100 would warrant. I had the shrimp entree and really enjoyed it. It was a much better taste and quality for the money than any of the steaks. The Mac n’ cheese was semi-ok. This place is so expensive for what it was. The only redeeming thing was our servers and the chocolate horseshoes they gave us for my niece’s birthday.

There were several people under dressed for such a nice and expensive venue. Food was great! We had a Ribeye, Filet, an old fashioned, espresso martini, another fruity vodka drink, a glass of red wine, baked potato, asparagus, and French onion soup and the total was $426. Prices were high. The potato comes with a "shooter flight" of toppings that you can ad as you wish to the potato. Meal was yummy. Steaks were cooked perfect to temperature requested.

A Birthday Celebration That Fell Flat What was meant to be a joyful birthday celebration with my family unfortunately turned into a rather disappointing experience. Our meal order seemed to hit a snag from the start, leading to an over hour-long wait for our food. When it finally arrived, one dish was regrettably cold, and we also found ourselves charged for items that weren't ours. While the food itself was decent, it didn't quite hit the mark as "great." The definite highlight of the evening, however, was the Old Fashioned—it was a true bright spot! All in all, for a special birthday outing, it was a letdown.

Google
Opted for the blackened prime rib medium rare, it was tender and blended well with the fresh and creamy horse radish. The service was very good and friendly. The shrimp cocktail was delicious the Tiger prawns are large and meaty. This restaurant wont disappoint. The blackberry tart cake was freaking amazing - I am Not a big dessert person but so happy we ordered this moist not overly sweet soft cake with just the right amount of tart!

Old school. Overlooking Fremont street. Great wait staff. They take care of you.

Google
The booking for 9pm accepted by phone staff, at 10:20 we were rushed to order dessert while steak was still on the table. 3/4 guests were still eating while prompted by wait staff if they were finished. Dessert was ordered & then served to us while we had barely finished chewing. At 10:28 the wait staff brought the cheque to the table and hovered until we paid. Don’t accept a booking for 9pm if the restaurant won’t provide the service required. Your prices infer that the service will be great & it wasn’t. Disappointing experience and have ensured the rest of our travelling group don’t dine here.

Google
UDATE. Fantastic food including Steaks, seafood and Chicken or Prime-rib. We had reservations and our waiter and staff were exceptional. The bar has TVs and and cocktail, beer or wine you desire. We also had the delicious roasted Brussel sprouts and Smashed potatoes and all was so very delicious. Do not forget to try their delicious desserts of Bananas foster or as we did this time, the amazingly delicious Apple Cobbler with ice cream. Our meal was over 250.00 for two of us but it was as always so good that we treated ourselves. Highly recommend. Very expensive but a must try. We started we the Incredible Caesar salad and ended with our dessert and cappuccino. Very beautiful inside and clean. They will let you sample any wine before you purchase a by the glass or bottle. Update to this review. We went back just last week and things have changed a lot. They no longer offer the delicious salad they once did or the flaming bananas from stet or cherries Jubilee but price se have gone up. I decided to just have the Calamari, salad and creamed spinach. My husband has the 129.00 prime Rib with 2 sides. He added a smoked Bourbon and this was smoked in a box at the table. We miss the delicious deserts they once had but we got the berry cobbler and cappuccinos for dessert. It was good for for the price, we prefer they bring back the old menu. Waitress was very good. Over priced but try it for the experience.

Google
We came here a day before valentines day after a horrible experience at primal steakhouse. We LOVED everything from the shrimp cocktail, to the dessert! Do not skip the meac and cheese its phenomenal. Prime rib was excellent & the pepper shrimp was great. My favorite part is always dessert but I loved everything even the drinks were good! Pretty affordable as well. Can't wait to come back.

Yelp
If you'd like to know the history of Binion's, book "The Experience." The general manager came to our table and provided us with the history of Binion's from its inception to today. It was quite interesting. If you opt for this, be sure to have a beverage to enjoy while you listen to the interesting tale. The atmosphere in this steakhouse is classy, warm, and cozy, but don't be fooled--you can't wear flip flops here. We started with calamari and the crab and shrimp brioche. The calamari rings were in the thinner side so there was more batter than meat--not what I particularly care for. The brioche was cut 3/4 of the way through and stuffed with the shrimp and crab mixture. It was beautifully presented with a side of ketchup potato chips and it was pretty delicious. The lobster bisque came with flat, crunchy flavorful croutons and in the soup was a large chunk of lobster meat. Absolutely divine! And the French onion soup had a beautiful crust of cheese. It's one of the best French onion soups I've had. The scallop dish was played wonderfully and came with thick, fresh and juicy scallops. We had amazing service and our server was quite entertaining. I'd come here again for sure!

Yelp
Ate here for a birthday celebration and have to admit I was a little disappointed. Here's what you might want to know before choosing this steakhouse as there are many restaurants to choose from on the strip and most are better. First, this is in Horseshoe (formerly Bally's), in the space where BLT Steakhouse was (and quite frankly, was far superior to Jack Binion's). You can reserve on Opentable or call the restaurant directly. The ambiance is very nice, upscale. Service was very good as would be expected. Food-- Some of the dishes we ordered were excellent, like the lobster chowder, filet mignon, prime rib, smashed potatoes, and brussels sprouts. The scallops were fine, there was nothing wrong with them, but I've had better. The salmon was fine, but again, we've had better elsewhere. And the caesar salad was fine, but nothing special which you would expect for the price. Do not get the bloody mary wedge salad. It was honestly the strangest, most disappointing wedge I've ever had. It was just a half head of lettuce with big chunks of pork belly, a few small pieces of blue cheese, and a weird, watery bloody mary dressing that had no flavor. Portions are quite small for the price -- for example, there were three scallops and a tiny scoop of brussels sprouts on the plate for $60. To add a blue cheese crust to the filet is $10. Prime rib was over $100. They don't even bring you bread before the meal. If you're going specifically for prime rib, this would be a good place. If there are members of your party that want something else, I'd skip this place and go to one of the other steakhouses on the strip. Or, if you're willing to drive, check out Hank's Steakhouse in the Green Valley Casino in Henderson for much better food at better prices (member of the Station casinos).

Yelp
Dinner without reservations - sat at the bar and the service was exceptional! Old fashioned bourbon drink made with a smoked enclosure delivered in a fantastic presentation. Prix fixe dinner with prime rib (blackened), Brussels sprouts, wild mushrooms was more than enough for 2 people. So much food that we took the cobbler back the room. Definitely a must go to steakhouse in the Horseshoe Casino Hotel.

Yelp
First, the good news: ambience and service are impeccable. My 12oz prime rib was delectable; shared sides of smashed potatoes excellent, mac n cheese creamy & tasty. Now the not so good news: prices are pretty exorbitant for the quality and portions. Seared salmon looked almost smaller than a deck of cards; creamed spinach was too small to share among 4 diners; scallops were meh; roast chicken was unfortunately quite dry (but accompanying onion rings were good). Was excited to try this Vegas spot for the first time, but unfortunately, not worth the price to return.

Yelp
Good steak , shrimp cocktail was fantastic but at $400 for 2 people I think there are better options

Yelp
This place is an absolute must if you're looking for a great Steak in Vegas . Service is outstanding on every level from the front reception to the server . The manager John came out to check on us as well .

Yelp
The food was good, but not for the price point. I go to a few steak houses every time I visit Las Vegas. Each time, I'm impressed with the food, except this particular visit. I just wasn't blown away with the food.

Yelp
Jack Binion was great! $119 for Pre Fixe Menu which included a starter, prime rib (Queen Cut), Side & Dessert! Our server was very attentive, 8/10 would recommend and come back!

Yelp
With so many great restaurants to celebrate our NYE dinner, I figured it would be best to go to Jack Binion's since we were staying at the Horseshoe ...and I'm so glad we did! I was a bit surprised there wasn't a large crowd considering the holiday, but that was totally ok with us! When we arrived we were seated immediately and our waiter was super friendly and very welcoming. The NYE menu was $175 per person (which was great since other restaurants had a min spend per person of $300+) Their Caesar salad and French onion soup was fantastic. We each ordered their ribeye steak medium-rare and added a lobster tail and shared their side dishes of the Parmesan brussel sprouts, crispy smashed potatoes and creamed spinach w/bacon ..and everything was so yummy! The lobster tail was a bit dry, but their Ribeye ....WOW...I'd have to say it's prob one of my top 3 I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection ..and with the roasted garlic on top was devine! Food coma started to kick in for us lol ...but had to make sure we made room for their apple cobbler. A meal isn't complete without dessert ;-) Jack Binion's exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend coming here and looking forward to my next visit.

Yelp
This steakhouse is located in the Horseshoe casino, fka Ballys. We had a reservation, but it was not busy when we arrived so you may be able to walk in. The staff was attentive. I ordered the prime rib which was very good, and reasonably priced for a steakhouse on the Strip. For a side we ordered the brussel sprouts which were also good. Jack Binions is worth a try!

Yelp
If your a serious steakhouse lover you have to come try this one out! I find that steakhouses each have their own specialties. Jack Binion's does not just carry steak and chops, they also have different choices of fish, poultry and seafood as well. I wanted to try a steak however my appetizer which was the oyster Rockefeller was so humongous in size, I didn't have the room for more food. When you visit Jack's, be prepared to eat. The prices are high but the portion sizes, quality, and showmanship of the food you will receive are worth every penny I promise.

Yelp
Is five stars enough ? Jack Binions Steakhouse is now located inside of the Horseshoe Las Vegas. It is tucked away in the downstairs corner of the newly renovated location. Depending on the time of day seating may cause one to wait or may not. We walked in about 8pm on a Sunday night and were immediately seated. The interior reminds you of an old school steak house, dimly lit with wooden trim throughout. Our server, Javier, provided us with a menu and was amazingly attentive. After perusing the menu we decided to go with a blackened queen cut prime rib (medium), seared salmon and smashed potatoes. My prime rib arrived in a rectangular iron skillet...it was beautiful complete with creamy and real horse radish along with the aujus. The prime rib was perfect, coupled with the real horse radish it was amazing. The salmon was perfectly presented. It was a pleasure to the sight and a culinary delight. Smashed potatoes were enough to share, provided with a chimichurri sauce and butter. This was an overall fantastic experience which I regret waiting so long to partake in. I look forward to returning.

Yelp
Got to this place by chance inside former Bally's now Horseshoe Casino after venturing away from Paris. Seating was prompt as it wasn't too busy at the time but not for long as it started to fill up. I really want to give it 5 stars but unfortunately I cannot and here's why. When I checked at the front they ask if you have a Caesars rewards which I do but I didn't have my card. Provided name and found me, great. Seating was nice, water, drinks and then ordering. Our waiter was really nice and has been with the restaurant for almost 50 years! Ordered..... Shrimp cocktail - AMAZING French Onion soup - Good, but the cheese is hard to break through on top as it's crusted all over. tasted great though. Scallops - excellent Prime Rib - Excellent all around. Peach cobbler - incredibly sweet, too sweet to enjoy. Hard pass next time. All in all this was great but there's no bread service, I mean NOTHING given to the table, and at the end our really nice waiter wasn't willing to get my Caesar rewards number to add the points from the dinner and it took FOREVER to pay as he took his time coming back. I thought that was a bit lazy on his part considering what was spent on the mean to begin with. That was disappointing to which I lowered his tip and this review.

Yelp
Saw this from a patron who mentioned this steakhouse on the internet and decided to try it myself. To start the atmosphere is great for small or larger parties. I like the feel of old yet new school with flare. Bar in front to accommodate those waiting for their reservation. The cocktail 'Tiki paradise' sweet and yet just enough alcohol for the occasion. The main dish Prime rib rivals many on the strip with its great quality! Cooked to perfection. The sides smashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts is great accompaniment. Our service from Juan was fantastic, very friendly and also accommodating. Thank you Jack Binions for bringing a awesome steakhouse to the Horseshoe. Again 5 stars!

Yelp
Jack Binion is a hidden gem at the now Horseshoe hotel. The inside is beautiful and well decorated! Service was great and prompt. We started with delicious cocktails, Manhattan and smoked old fashion. We shared the bloody mary salad- great presentation when serving/shaking dressing! The sea food tower also fabulous presentation and scalloped potato side. All was good except the crab legs- still frozen and dry. The ceviche and oysters were delicious, along with the salad ab potato's! We left with happy full belly's.

Yelp
Well, we were anticipating big delicious food from this restaurant. Prices were reflective of an upscale establishment. I hate to say that Jack Binion needs to step up his menu! We had planned to go to another steakhouse off the strip that we had seen reviews about, but it was difficult to get Lyft to pick us up to get us there. So we changed gears and we had no problem getting a reservation. ( That should have been our first clue that the meal would not be prime. We had a very attentive server. We ordered cocktails. My husband ordered an old fashioned that was brought in a glass display box. He presented it to him and my husband opened the box releasing the smell of sweet cherry smoke. It was a show stopper! Everyone in the room gasped! Our food arrived promptly--prime rib, cooked to order, and a side of hash brown potatoes with carmelized onions and horseradish casserole, and sautéed spinach. Anxious to dig in--the prime rib was difficult to cut--even with a sharp knife! One piece of meat nearly choked me as I couldn't seem to chew enough to get it broken down. Hash browns were just that--hash browns with a dollop of carmelized onions on top and a sprinkling of horseradish. It wasn't saucy and were so dry! Hubs was disappointed in the spinach that was overcooked and tasted remarkably like canned spinach from an old, familiar era. We decided to skip dessert--which was a brilliant move on our part. The bill came. $321. The server asked if we enjoyed everything. I couldn't help my self. I told him we were disappointed in the toughness of the meat for the price. He did have one dinner removed from the bill. Which was nice.

Yelp
First, I only went here because I was supposedly been having a $75 food comp. However; I never received it so I end up paying out of pocket which drastically changes my view & opinion of a place. It seems like a nice lil quaint place to have dinner. I had the salmon. Nothing spectacular but it was good. I'm not sure it was even fresh and I wonder is it was wild or not. If not; it was so not worth it. I saw the steak and some of the prices and considering I love Ruth Chris(dislike their new Mgmt ideas); your steaks better be on point. I think the steak was too price! Over $90? It's hard to view Horseshoe as a high end Hotel & Casino and yet this is suppose to be a high end restaurant? That don't match. I thought the prices would be Vegas prices but not this steep! Sides were $17. Again; the Casino reneged on my $75 food comp which was part of my room offer. Otherwise; Ruth Chris would be a much better choice for cheap. Then; as I was trying to get guess services to explain the situation; some white guy, looks like the Mgr or whatever; said nothing the whole time and then he want to make lil wise funny jokes, I assume, to the cashier/server that was assisting me. I could afford it; but I thought it was real foul on me not getting my $75 comp. This place may be nice for someone that don't want long lines; get something quickly but I don't know if I would come back again. I really don't. I heard a famous actor; refused to pay $60 for a steak and said that was too pricey! Imagine paying $90 for a steak! That's pricey. Yeah I rated this place 3; because I couldn't do 2.3. I don't see this place being in business too long unless it's a franchise restaurant! Just my opinion.

Yelp
One of my least favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. Our waiter was nice, but he did take a lot of time coming back to check up on us when we needed something. The seafood tower was terrible. Everything on it taste like it was old and the portion, rip off! Bugsy has a tower that is 10x better and has 3x the items on it for the same price. The steak was a little chewy, but overall was okay. They did serve a large portion of chicken on their menu. Dessert was okay, you can't really go wrong. If you can, try looking into a different steakhouse. This place is so pricey and the food isn't up to standard. Did I mention the menu items are small?

Yelp
I came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and fell in love with their service. The food was amazing and their drinks are top tier. I highly recommend Jack Binion's and I cannot wait to visit them again!

Yelp
I took a gamble on this place as I walked by. It was excellent! David was incredibly professional and organized a 5 star experience even though the hockey championship was in full swing. The shrimp cocktail was yuge and among the best I've eaten. Prime rib was excellent prime+ quality and cooked perfectly. Baked potato also excellent. Worth the $200ish full course price!

Yelp
This was overall a good dining experience. We made reservations online easily. We arrived about 15 minutes early. There were quite a few open tables, but we were told we would have to wait until our reservation time. A little odd, but ok. The restaurant kind of has an odd feeling interior. It feels kind of stuck in the corner, and there is not a lot of booth seating. It kind of felt like we were eating in a corner of the casino with tables. There was not a lot of ambience. The server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Tikki Paradise cocktail. Tasty, tropical, and strong. For starters we had the shrimp cocktail and Caesar salad. The shrimp was presented uniquely, and the sauce was very tasty. Some of the shrimp had a bit of a "fishy" taste, though. The salad was ok. Nothing too special. I had the 10 ounce filet entree. Unlike other steak places, they did not have any other size options for the filet. It was extremely tasty and tender. For sides we had the carrots and smashed potatoes. Both excellent. The carrots were perfectly prepared, and the ginger carrot purée was a unique touch. The potatoes were excellent. Crispy outside and well-cooked inside. We got the sauces for the potatoes on the side which was a good choice. The sauces were tasty too, but we didn't want the potatoes overwhelmed or soggy. For dessert we had the chocolate layer cake and the blackberry cobbler. The cake was fairly standard in terms of taste and texture and was actually not terribly moist. The edible playing card was a cool touch. The cobbler was very good and not overly sweet. Overall, this was a very good meal with the steak as the highlight as one would expect at a steak restaurant.

Yelp
Summary: I'm saddened to see the negative reviews for this place because I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I would highly recommend this place. My boyfriend and I could not stop talking about how good our experience was. Break down: Parking - Park in the Bally's/Paris Parking Structure. The restaurant is super easy to find once you're on the casino floor. Follow the signs to the Bally's, it will be on the right past the table games and before the escalators. Reservations - I would suggest making a reservation on open table since it is the quickest way to make a reservation. I was able to get a reservation same day on a Friday night at 8 pm. Service - Our server was super sweet and suggested we only order two sides since they are shareable and most people don't finish more than one side per person in the party. He was very attentive and positively impacted our experience. Food recommendations - I LOVED every single dish we tried. This is now my favorite restaurant. The sweet potato puffs were nice and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. They were served on a bed of what tasted like toasted marshmellow fluff. I had the filet mignon. I will say it was slightly overcooked, but not significantly. I really enjoyed the steak accompanied with the two sides we ordered. ORDER THE SMASHED POTATOES! They were so good, we finished the whole side. Lastly, we had raspberry sorbet for dessert. I liked how they brought it out with the sorbet in one bowl, the shortbread cookies in another, and the banana foster in another bowl. You could taste everything in one bite or all together. Cost: For two people, including 1 cocktail, 1 starter, 2 steaks, 2 sides, and 1 dessert, our total was about $250 not including tip. Overall - I cannot say enough about this place. I would definitely consider this a hidden gem because had I not been in the Bally's for the National Geographic Exhibit, I would have never of tried this place. So glad we decided to come in for dinner!

Justin R.

Yelp
Steak was decent, nothing terrible but nothing exemplary, but was way, way overpriced. Appetizers and sides too were overpriced. For a $90 steak, you're better off going to Peter Luger which is across the street at Caesars. This is fine if you want to have a decent meal at an uncrowded restaurant. But for a high-priced Vegas steak dinner, there's better options out there.
google avatar

Hessam H.

Yelp
Upscale steak house that you will definitely enjoy. The NY steak was full of flavor and cooked to the right temperature. The sides were plenty to share. 3 sides for four people is perfect. Great service as well.

Melissa A.

Yelp
We REALLY wanted to love this restaurant! We went on Mother's Day at 7:30 pm and the place was empty. That should have clued us in. We started our meal with two martini's which were $25 each! We only had the one drink each. We then had a bacon appetizer which was about four pieces of bacon. We shared a Caesar salad. My husband ordered a small filet with a baked potato. I ordered the salmon with roasted mushrooms. No dessert for either of us. The service was good. But the food was average at best. The filet was tough and chewy and my salmon was incredibly dry with no sauce, lemon or anything. We felt it was an average meal compared to most of the "high end" steakhouses in Vegas. BUT the kicker was the bill! We expected to pay good money for a good meal but this meal was NOT worth $420. They need to step up their game or they won't be there long. We wouldn't go again.

Yelp
Most over priced steak house in Vegas. The steak for $96 was ver fatty and nothing special except the price. Disappointed and with so many great overpriced choices why choose this dog.
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Had the prix fix dinner. All of us like the onion soup and it ended there. The prime rib was good on the inside but it was so hard to get past the crust of salt around the outside. The potatoes were inedible because they were so salty. And then the server was salty too when we sent it back. Funnily enough, the bananas foster for the dessert could have used some salt. It was just disappointing. Certainly not worth the price. The servings are way too big for a 3 course meal. Highly recommend getting individual dishes and sharing, or probably just going elsewhere. Best Friend at Park MGM was incredible, highly recommend it.

Yelp
I really, REALLY wanted to enjoy a meal at Jack Binions Steakhouse. Yet I cannot, because I wasn't served and was ignored for 20 minutes! We were seated by the host, and then we were given menus and water. All was well until we waited, and waited, and eventually 20 minutes passed. If I'm paying almost $75 dollars and $100 plus for a seafood tower, I would expect service to be quick and attentive. This was not the case, and we left after being ignored. It was just so unfortunate as we heard the meat quality here is something else. Disappointing.

Yelp
Everything exceeded our expectations at Binions Steak. The restaurant is as were all the restaurants that preceded in this location. The service was impeccably top-notch. We sprung for the chef's experience and were not disappointed. Many Chefs are not very outgoing so as we've seen in some other restaurants the GM fills in for the best customer experience. He spent a surprising amount of time visiting our table and sharing Jack Binion's history and many interesting facts about the restaurant and its location. The Caprisa Salad was the best bite of the night with fresh mozzarella and fried tomato it had such an unusual and delightful flavor. The steak was prepared perfectly and will compare to all the top steakhouses in Vegas. Finished with a fine dessert cake and coffee. The martinis were outstanding. Best things about Binions Steak - Service, Drinks, Caprisa Salad. For more details see our youtube Vlog at https://youtu.be/6ByE9DysCyc

Yelp
This review is for Jack Binions Steak, located inside the Las Vegas Horseshoe Hotel/ Casino. I saw the reviews were very mixed on mainly the food but I gave it a go. Made a reservation, got there and was promptly seated. My server Juan is excellent! He explained everything and provided some suggestions. I decided on the 16oz Ribeye & Hash Brown Casserole. He was right, that casserole can be shared by 3-4 people easy! I asked for the steak medium, it came out nice and juicy, didn't need much effort to cut. I was stuffed but felt great. The total w/ tax before tip was about 110.00. For the relaxed atmosphere, service and food, give them a try. P.S I got there at 5pm, so not sure if that affects the food? Shouldn't as the price point means they should hit it out every time.

Yelp
Four guys on our annual trip to Las Vegas, and we try a different steakhouse each trip. Although really excited to try Jack Binion's at the newly renamed Horseshoe, it was disappointing for sure. While my steak was above average, a Fillet cooked medium, as ordered, and seasoned modestly, the rest of the meal was sub-par. Sides just ok, nothing special. Ambiance: Lighting and decor felt more like a dim Denny's. Way too open, needs some big booths or something. Really did not have any vibe or charm at all. Service: Fair. I know everyone is short-staffed, but our server seemed over stretched and rushed. Plates came out somewhat staggered. The worst part of the meal was my drink, a Negroni, ordered pre-meal. Upon my first sip, I felt what I thought was an ice chip. When it did not melt, I quickly realized it was a shard of glass -- in my drink! I spit it onto the napkin and checked the glassware for chips or cracks (hey, that happens, right?), but found none. So the broken glass came from somewhere other than my glass. I notified the server who whisked it away and, all too quickly, returned with another one. No apology, no comp, and NO WAY anyone mixed a brand new drink in that short of time. At best I got my same drink in a new glass even though I explained that the glass was not broken. A post-dinner chat with the bar manager yielded a shrug and a "huh, sorry about that." Disappointing as this place could be great with a remodel and some old school steakhouse charm.

Yelp
Went here for a birthday celebration and was very disappointed. The only thing that was alright at this place was the service. Food was not worth the price whatsoever and simply was not good. We ordered a 14oz New York steak and it was so small we were not convinced that it was actually 14oz and we have been to plenty of steakhouses across the city. Additionally, we asked for steak sauce because it did not come with the entree and were charged 8 dollars for it! I have never been charged anything for a small side of steak sauce that should come with the meal and like I said we have covered a lot of steakhouses here in Vegas. Also ordered the salmon and the black pepper shrimp and were not impressed with either entrees. Overall, extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Yelp
Updating my review: I've been here at least 20 times and have had great service and food. But I went over the weekend and took some friends with us. I was very disappointed in some of their service/prices. I want to make others aware so they can avoid this and hopefully management will view this and considered how off putting this experience was. - the prices have gone up. In the last 3 weeks, the steaks went up $10 per steak. - water: we asked for plain water and we're given bottle water. We said tap but were told this is what they serve now and each bottle is over $10. I am always shocked when restaurants do not serve tap water and/or try to up charge by forcing fancy bottle water. - miss guiding the guest on sides: One person in our party ordered the chicken and asked if they could sub a potato dish for the beans. The waiter said, no we don't normally do that but I can make it happen. He sure did and it was an extra $17 for him to "make it happen." Our other friend ordered a steak and the waiter asked "you wanted a baked potato with that" making it sound like it was included. I know I know the sides are separate but I felt this was miss leading and wrong to do to customers. Please be up front and do not mislead new or any customer to make your sales higher. - the chicken: was disappointing. Very little flavor and do not recommend this. - prime rib: was ok. I would not order it again and would stick with traditional steaks. It was a very different experience than all the other visits before. We have had this server before and have never had him push sales like this before. I am not sure what happened but please be aware of these up sells or be shocked at the bill when you were miss lead when ordering.

Yelp
Glad the Horseshoe is back ... Ballys was getting tired. Meal amazing - service amazing - will be back in a few weeks. Baked potato must have Ketchup potato chip app - super on point. Outstanding drink menu and wine list. Quickly becoming our favorite steakhouse in Vegas. Homestead is #1 in my opinion - but this is 1A

Yelp
I took my family here and had an amazing experience. The staff, food, and atmosphere was spectacular. Tony was our server, he was super attentive and sweet. My prime rib was cooked perfectly and the deserts were so fun and tasty. I also got a tiki cocktail that was good & fruity. I would not sleep on this steakhouse, definitely going to tell all my family and friends to eat here. Compared to other steakhouses in Vegas they offered great portion sizes for the price. I was pleasantly surprised with how much food we received. Don't miss out on this rare gem!

Yelp
We shared the prime rib with baked potato, and I ordered the French onion soup. The only thing hot was the soup. We were not offered bread, and they really only refilled the drinks. Staff were ok, friendly not super attentive. The company of our friends was the only good thing about this experience.

Yelp
24th floor led to a superb meal. Service was five star. This is a classic steak house. My prime rib with a quick char on the grill was one of the best I've had. The ambience was old school charming.

Yelp
The service was very professional. The server explained everything about the menu and all his recommendations. Food came out very promptly. I asked for it to be medium rare but it came out towards the medium well end, but I wasn't a big deal. It was delicious regardless. Would recommend

Yelp
After visiting Jack Binions for the first time this past Saturday I wanted to make sure I left a review while it was still fresh. I go to Vegas pretty often and I usually try to hit a good steakhouse when I'm in town. This being the newest Caesar's property steakhouse we were looking forward to visiting and it definitely did not disappoint. First and foremost service was excellent which is not always the case in Vegas. Our server was super attentive and not a moment went by without him checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Now for the food. Starting with the seafood tower, it was super fresh and good bang for your buck. It was the perfect amount for 2 people and at $110 that's a very fair price as it had oysters, jumbo prawns, lobster, Dungeness crab and ceviche. For entree we went with the crispy potatoes and Bloody Mary salad for sides and I had the 16oz ribeye. Sides were delicious and not just an accompaniment but actually stood on their own as very delicious, I would even get the salad as an entree. As great as the meal was my only complaint was the steak was very undercooked. I requested medium with a slight pink and my steak arrived rare. No biggie as I just asked them to cook it a little more but having to wait as my date finished wasn't fun. Other than that it was a great dinner and I really enjoyed the restaurant ambiance and overall vibe. With so many options on the strip I can't say that I'll be back but it was a positive experience.

Yelp
Went here after watching a YouTube vid that gave the restaurant glowing reviews. Well....do yourself a favor and check this place our! Laidback, Rat Pack, Old Vegas vibes. Great selection of drinks including choices for retro cocktails. We had the shrimp cocktail app, the Bloody Mary wedge salad, Jack Binion baked potato and the Filet Mignon and the Ribeye with coffee and crème brûlée for dessert. Whew it was all worth it! Everything was prepared and seasoned PERFECTLY. We were happy with absolutely everything and can highly recommend this fantastic steak house. We will definitely return! Also, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Great service across the board!

Yelp
Ok, so we had Oscar's Rockefeller first 0/10 taste burnt and just not good. Next was queen cut prime rib cooked medium rare. Not bad, the au jus and cream horseradish was the star. Meat was just ok so 5/10. Signature baked potato w 6 flights of sides was 8/10. Would have a better thought in the baked potato if they didn't serve the bacon as it is so overly fake Smokey it just ruins it. Espresso Martini was the end of the meal. 4/10. It's fine. I have better, and I've has worse. Save your money on that drink. Over all 4/10 for this place.

Yelp
Food is great, as usual. Service is "eh". I don't know if I'll go back solely because of the service.

Yelp
This is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. We have been there a few times and each time it has been a great experience. The food is outstanding, the service is top notch and the drinks are high quality. I'm always surprised though that there are not more customers. It may be the location, since it is kind of hidden away in a corner.

Yelp
First timers and locals ! To start I would say the gentleman at the front was very polite and were sat promptly , and I would say a server showed up quickly and she was very polite as well. She was really knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. On to the food we both enjoyed a NY strip which were seasoned very well. There was no need for a steak sauce at all. We also ordered a side of smashed potatoes which were really good and Brussels sprouts and they were the best sprouts I've ever had in my life . I would 10/10 come back .

Yelp
Sat at the Bar and had Onion Soup, Lobster Bisque and Seafood tower here for dinner on 4/4/2023. All were great, but my biggest compliment goes to the two hard working gentlemen at the Bar...Robert Taucer and Larell Richardson. These two guys were hustling and made sure everying was perfect. Will be back just to set at the bar and and appreciate fine service.

Yelp
It's a pretty decent place, it's dark and has an old school vibe though lacking table cloths and such refinements. Had a steak with lobster tail which is shockingly a good value in terms of strip prices. We also had the scallop dish which was very good as well. Sides were calimari which was good if not outstanding and the bloody mary salad which I probably wouldn't get again - it's a mild dressing that needs to be tossed not served over a wedge.
