This pains me because I have been coming to this Jack in the Box for over 20 years, but over the years, the service gets worse and worse; orders wrong, long wait times, and lifeless employees who act like they're doing you a favor when they get the order wrong and you ask them to correct it. To top it off, the prices keep increasing.
I just spent almost $50 today for two meals, a jumbo jack and some jalapeño poppers in the drive thru. Only two cars in front of me when I placed my order. It took 10-12 minutes for me to get to the drive-thru window. When I pulled up, it was at least another 5 for them to even open the window and acknowledge me. No receipt for my order and one of my drinks was wrong. The employee looked unhappy when I asked her to change it and then didn't give me a straw. Closed the window on me and walked away before I could even ask for one. No name tag on the employee and no receipt, so I can't even give the appropriate feedback to the company.
This is a local business and somewhere I've frequented many times over the years, almost weekly at one point, but I self-admittedly keep coming less and less. Today was so bad I typed half this review before I even pulled off to leave the restaurant. For $50 I could get actual food and proper service elsewhere.
I hope someone at this location sees this review and takes it into consideration. This place has been a staple in the neighborhood for decades and we want to see it here for another decade, but that includes the owners/employees doing their part to have us keep supporting the business.
