I ordered a jumbo jack combo with no onions, instrad , I got a regular cheeseburger , plain with no mayo , tomatoes or lettuce . dry depresses looking burger . Idk if they homegirls mad she has to work the holidays but don’t take it out on me and the burger and mess up my order .

I want to Jack In The Box yesterday I pulled through the drive-thru after ordering my food online the girl at the window says it takes 5 to 10 minutes to cook the food and told me to back out the drive through she was sure wearing braces very rude obnoxious so I backed out and waited there was no one in the Drive-Thru no one in the restaurant I guess their attitude is why the business is very slow on a Saturday night

On November 27, 2025, at around 9:30 a.m., I went to buy two breakfasts to go. The woman who served me stopped to chat with another employee and saw me waiting for my food. When she finally deigned to bring it to me, she was incredibly rude and only gave me one. I told her I wanted two breakfasts, and she took them away. She got extremely angry! They should provide better training for their customer service staff.

Tracy D , at drive thru needs to work on her customer service and way to addresses herself towards customers, very rude and arrogant. She treated us like she was giving us the food free of charge i understand you might not like having to work but consider perhaps another choice of career, because clearly customer service is not it. Management please do better in reviewing who you hire because each employee represents your company. Worst Jack in box drive thru experience.

I have no clue why my meal was so horrible! I would call them but, what for? Right now as I write this, I just had enough. My monster nacho cheese had tomato in it! Tomato! They even took longer in the drive thru just to give me trash. This is also how my taco came, falling apart. Sorry for the gross picture. Edit: I come here often at night with my husband before I go feed and TNR stray cats. We are super happy to have the same guy in the drive thru. 1. There are no Rams Touchdown Deal signs in the restaurant. (The one in San Gabriel has. And I got a free Jumbo Jack there with a drink purchase.) 2. When I was about to ask whether the special was honored in this location (today Rams won the game), at 7:15pm, an employee used two trash cans to block one of the two entrances and said they were closing, without explaining, though the sign on the door said they were open 24 hours. So I left without ordering. Edit: Response to the owner's response below: I am not going through the bureaucratic "paperwork" to repeat what I said. Apparently the owner does not care. There is nothing further for him to look into. The facts are there. He could have said either "Sorry, we will put the Rams signs there" or "Sorry, we do not honor that deal." Very simple. And he could have said "Sorry, we had a sewage problem that evening and needed to close early, but it was fixed now." or "We changed our opening hours and forgot to update the sign on the door" or something like these. Very simple. He simply does not want to face and solve the problem. He does not understand what "excellent service is" at all.

Saw someone get sobriety tested while waiting in the drive thru. Can’t hate on free entertainment! Great experience!

Only ever got drive thru but 5 stars for their curly fries. Always piping hot and seasoned well. Also pleasantly surprised by their sandwiches and burgers - they actually look like the photos and taste good. I got the cluck sandwich this time and it was very crispy, meaty, and had a little spice. Quickly becoming one of my fav fast food chains!

I really like this Jack in the Box location. The food quality is consistently good, and everything always comes out hot and fresh. One of my go-tos is the breakfast bundle -- you get a Breakfast Jack, a hash brown, three French toast sticks, and a small coffee. It's a solid deal for $6 and very filling, especially when I'm on the go. I also find myself coming back for their spicy chicken sandwich and the classic tacos. They're simple but always hit the spot. Overall, this location has been reliable every time I've stopped by, and it's become one of my favorite quick breakfast and lunch spots when I'm craving fast food.

This pains me because I have been coming to this Jack in the Box for over 20 years, but over the years, the service gets worse and worse; orders wrong, long wait times, and lifeless employees who act like they're doing you a favor when they get the order wrong and you ask them to correct it. To top it off, the prices keep increasing. I just spent almost $50 today for two meals, a jumbo jack and some jalapeño poppers in the drive thru. Only two cars in front of me when I placed my order. It took 10-12 minutes for me to get to the drive-thru window. When I pulled up, it was at least another 5 for them to even open the window and acknowledge me. No receipt for my order and one of my drinks was wrong. The employee looked unhappy when I asked her to change it and then didn't give me a straw. Closed the window on me and walked away before I could even ask for one. No name tag on the employee and no receipt, so I can't even give the appropriate feedback to the company. This is a local business and somewhere I've frequented many times over the years, almost weekly at one point, but I self-admittedly keep coming less and less. Today was so bad I typed half this review before I even pulled off to leave the restaurant. For $50 I could get actual food and proper service elsewhere. I hope someone at this location sees this review and takes it into consideration. This place has been a staple in the neighborhood for decades and we want to see it here for another decade, but that includes the owners/employees doing their part to have us keep supporting the business.

NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!! This place always gets your order wrong even when you confirm with them that everything is right! They seem nice but they don't care !!! They never ever ever pick up the phone , im convinced that they put it on silent! I absolutely hate this location and if you go to this place, im sorry that you'll learn the hard way!

10JUN2019 RIP Deputy Joseph Solano. The Dodgers won and they were offering a free Jumbo Jack but with a large Coke purchase. You have to order on the app and it's a inconvenient mess to order on their platform. We opted out because I didn't need a caffeine high at 1100pm on a weekday. They also offered two Jumbo Jacks for 5 bucks but nowhere on that lame app does it offer to add cheese at an extra cost. It was quick ride through the Drive-Thru and we ended up enjoying the burgers minus the cheese.

I come here at least 2 times a week and it's always bussin, come straight after work and the food always done good, also the worker Brandon is also super nice and helpful!

Never once made an order mistake in a hundred visits. Nothing else matters to a frugal person. Simply get the order right so one doesn't have to make the awkward conversation. Leave on time in this fast paced world. Kind staff too.

Brandon is an awesome worker every time I go there he makes awesome conversation from things like basketball and other sports but every time he takes my order it comes out right great worker

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I hate a burger and my husband didn't eat anything from here. Next day I was throwing up and he was fine.

Few days ago I purchased online order through the app, but by accident I place it the one near my job in Van Nuys instead near I live in Alhambra during my lunch break. Well I place it around 5ish but I don't get out of work till 10:30pm again I work LAUSD making sure our schools are safe & maintain. Well I went by the Jacks after work near my home to get my small order or maybe refund my money... Omg the young lady in the drive thru on Thursday night told me sorry our system cleans out after 5 hours really? Well I show my phone of the purchase maybe made my two tacos and drink again no. Customer 101 make it happen for the customer for $4 and change again the money no big deal but the principle and stated I need to go customer with my issue well I did I get automated answer online we do not get back to customers wow really service. Plus that young lady who was in charge at this location needs to think out of the box but I guess she can't.

If you go in with the mindset that this is a fast food chain restaurant , this is actually a really good JITB. They are quick with the food, staff are polite, and the food is nice and hot. One of my go to for lunch.

See picture of the Sausage Egg and Cheese Scrambler that I got this morning. Not even close to what is pictured in their website or on the menu board. Bun smashed, sausage patty smaller than what appears, etc.

Usually they mess up something small and I don't mind it but they're consistent at doing it. Yesterday they did the opposite of everything I ordered . Ordered extra pickles. Got none. Ordered light mayo. Got extra extra mayo. Ordered extra lettuce and sauce in my tacos. Got no lettuce or sauce. Just meat. Maybe I'm doing too much who knows but It wasn't busy when I pulled up .

At 10:13 tried to order at the drive-through window walking up. I understand we don't have a car so is that OK to discriminate because you don't own a car so you can't order

The food is pretty average. Why I'm rating them low is because of the staff. They are borderline rude here. When I came for a pickup they aren't very attentive. The staff is working in the drive thru or making food and see there but don't help me or even acknowledge me. When they finally do, they just give me the food without saying a word. I always say "thank you" but it would be nice to hear a "you're welcome" or "have a nice day". On top of that the restaurant is pretty dirty, which is why I never eat there and just pick up food.

This place is complete sh*t. The workers are always rude and I feel like they would put something in your food. I love jacks but not this one. I ordered the munchie meal and the food made me use the restroom within less than an hr after eating it. Just too many bad things going on

My husband and I came here for breakfast this late morning, and I got a jumbo Jack cheeseburger combo. I always get this combo and it's usually good, but this time I unwrapped my burger and it was just inedible. I ate maybe a third or less of it and tried to eat some of the fries but I was just feeling nauseous so I finally decided to show the cashier my nasty burger I hardly touched and ask for a refund. She has a big silver/purple hair bun and she tried telling me that I already ate Half of it so she'd have to ask if I could get a refund... and I told her I only ate Maybe a third of it. And she came back with a key thing to give me my refund and she was rude and asking me a few times if I ate any of the fries or not and telling me next time to immediately come to the register and tell them my problem and not to eat so much of the food. Used to be a loyal customer, used to think she was nice. Not coming here anymore. My husband ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich combo which the bread like wasn't cooked at all and he tried to ask for a new one and the same lady tried to like lie to him and penny pinch and tell him all of the sandwiches come out looking like that until she finally got over herself and had someone make him a new one. Ever since they got the raise, their food is total shit and so are their attitudes. Don't come here.

All my life I have been coming to Jack in the Box enjoying the food and trying out new items that were good or disagree with me. When I heard Jack in the Box bring out their breakfast begal sandwich I was so excited to try them out then I did. I order one of each the sausage begal and the bacon begal my month was watering to try each one. First try the sausage begal looks ok little warm I like hot and fresh and the begalneed to be toasted but it wasn't. Flavor wise to me it was weak in my standard flavor was ok and bacon same thing. I think Jack in the Box is trying to hard or not listening to customers what they really what in their items. Compare to Chick A Fil their breakfast begal it so good I really enjoy it. Dunking their cream cheese begal amazing but one I like because their begal are make fresh daily. Jack needs to improve their breakfast begal to compare on begal war.

Food is pretty good. Love the selection. Service is decent. Only an 8 minute wait. Only complaint is that I only got 1 of 3 sauses that I mobile ordered.

Tried to order the free jumbo jack since the Rams scored 2 touchdowns the day before. All conditions were met for the burger and they said they're not doing it even though there's a sign right on the counter. Also, the soda machine is looking rough. I was hesitant on getting a drink from it and ultimately decided not to after my soda purchase. It's rough.

I seriously don't get all the hate for most fast food restaurants, it's NOT some 3 Star Michelin Restaurant get over yourself! I am not sure why this place has bad ratings, it hits for a fast food restaurant. Just had it my first time and it was delish. The staff was chill and nice, prices are a little crazy but that's just the world we live in. They also messed up my order, 4 orders of two tacos but they gave 4 tacos. The "jumbo" was like the size of a single McDonald's burger with jumbo size buns. Shrinkflation is real here. The large shake is as dank as a in-n-out shake.

This is our go-to spot around town. Always good customer service and fresh food. Don't mind the drive-thru line, it moves quick!

I always use the app and this lady tried telling me to use the to pick up an order didn't make any sense and when I corrected her by showing her my confirmation code she decided to be extra petty and put a huge sticker over my coffe so I can't drink it and now I have to taste glue wtf this is why my company doesn't hire colored haired older ladies they can't take being wrong and do petty things like this I get coffee everyday and never get a stupid sticker that goes on bags ridiculous !

I came through the drive thru about 30-60 minutes before sunrise Sunday May 28th 2023 and I must have offended the Young possibly Hispanic employee with glasses because he put a booger on my hash brown. Technically my daughters hash brown. It was when I sat the money down on the flat metal surface( window frame) a couple seconds before he arrived. He gave me a funny look and then clearly took his time making it. Plus instead of ketchup n stuff I got jelly. I don't even know how to word my disgust and offense takes n. I mean come on....... I thought only adults can work graveyard shifts. I really wish I used my card instead of cash because I'd do my damndest to get a refund. I'm about to enter Death Valley heading to Nevada so a gift card sounds perfectly fair. I was in. Dark gray 2013 Acura ILX if peeps want to check cameras.

Service is slow and rude AND I was missing part of my order! After waiting several minutes in the drive-through, I was told "You ordered too much sauce. We are going to have to charge you." I already paid for all my items through the Jack in the Box app. I was just picking up my items. No idea why the store's employees feel they have the authority to UP-CHARGE you for something you already paid for and then edit your order if you refuse to pay more. If it's extra for sauce, the app would charge extra. The store shouldn't be editing or forcing you to pay extra for what you already ordered. I ended up asking them to remove the sauce from my order. Just ridiculous how rude and slow their service is. After exiting the drive through, I noticed I was missing part of my order- so I overpaid for food and sauce I did not get.

The last thing you want to see while paying for your food and waiting is to see one of the employees cough into their glove, then check to see if you saw it. Then, begin to pick their arm with the same dirty hand and glove. It made me sick, couple that with being asked to wait outside the drive through line in a parking stall for your food.... Why? It made me extremely unsettled and I ended up just throwing out the food and eating the $17 dollar cost myself because I couldn't be sure.

Very clean on the outside and inside. Good place to get some late night tacos. I came to this jack in the box around 3 am in the morning. I was starving so I had to get my tacos from here. When I drove up to the drive through, I was greeted by a Hispanic lady. It was easy to understand her and she got my complicated order on point. My friend was in the car and he doesn't like certain things in his burger. So I placed the order and she took the order without a single hint of confusion. After placing the order, I drove up to the window and the lady had her mask on and a big plastic window shield that separates the customer from the employee. I paid with my card and we waited for our food. The total wait time was approximately 10 minutes. When we got our food, our fries were warm and our tacos and burger were hot. Overall the tacos tasted fresh and the burger was easy to bite into. The curly fries we ordered were decent and they didn't make them too salty. Altogether, it's a nice place to eat late night tacos.

I paid $10.99 for this...????? You're kidding... The worst Jack experience I've had... I've been to other locations that gave more than this usually... I saw the worker open the box and check before giving it to me. How did she think THIS was an acceptable amount of food to give??? Very disappointed...

I asked for a side of cheese sauce. I was given a tiny paper bag with some cheese sauce scooped into it. Don't you guys have plastic cups for sauces? The paper bag filled with sauce was very difficult to work with and didn't seem like much common sense went into this decision.

I ordered coke. I know many restaurants mix coke with water, but i can feel there are too much water inside. But it was not the worst thing i found. I tried to put my straw and i couldnt. I opened the lid and realized there is a huge ice taking most of space. So i ordered a coke and what i got was 40-50% ice, rest of coke with much water. Seriously? I will never be a fool to order a coke here

Came here earlier today and ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich combo along with nuggets. The food was great and they even followed my directions for no ham on the sandwich. However, when I was ordering at the speaker part of the drive thru, the woman helping me was hard to understand and asked me a couple times to repeat myself. Not a big deal but it did seem like maybe she was new so I understood. When I got to the window, I was asked by my mom if I could order her a nuggets combo. So I asked the woman who seemed to be older. She asked me to park since the food wouldn't be ready since I'm ordering it at the window. No big deal since that's on me for ordering at the window. However, when the woman brought out my food along with the receipt, I saw that there was only nuggets and not a combo. It is a little on me since I didn't ask for the receipt beforehand so I can see if she charged me for a combo. She did not charge me for a combo though so I left it like that. I give it 3 stars because the food was good but it just seemed like the woman was having a hard time understanding me the whole time which was a bit frustrating.

Horrible service!!! They act like they are doing you a favor and are so dismissive. They talk shit about customers in the drive thru while they're taking the orders. The young black kid and the pudgy one with curly hair are rude. The young black kid literally did not say anything to me last time when I drove up to the window. Literally took my card, no thanks, greeting, can I get you anything else. Nothing! If you don't wanna be there so bad don't work there. No reason to be an asshole with a shitty attitude. They also tried to charge me extra for bread even tho they were out of stock on a bread the sandwich usually comes with. The food is okay I guess. I only stop if it's late night and there's really not much else open. Don't go here.

This used to be an excellent establishment. It has very nice people and very helpful too. But they recently stopped accepting Apple Pay and other electronic payments at the drive-thru Because of some technical problem at their end. They used to allow customers to order at the drive-thru and then come around and pay with Apple Pay when you pull through the drive-thru lane and then park and go inside. Now they will not allow an order at the drive-thru. This is so ridiculous. If it is truly their technical malfunction, they should make considerations for the customer. Otherwise customers cannot read the message that there's no Apple Pay until you're already in the Drive-thru line and realize the whole effort has been wasted, and time waiting in line. I don't mind going inside to make the payment once I've made my order and my food is being prepared, But they won't allow this anymore.

Drive thru wasn't a good idea so we decided to walk in. But it was worst. Food half cold. Some staff shouldn't worry about there make up remember your half face is under a mask. I was giving cold food and retaliation for me questioning why they don't have the shake machine working night after night week after week, sometimes they do sometimes they don't it's a hit and miss, and no one can give a definitive answer as to why. Never going back here again, and these people want $25 an hour? Absolutely not!

Made a mobile order .. got to drive thru and 6 cars ahead .. took 20min to get it. Useless option in my opinion. So slow!

Dropping a review because they deserve it. Whoever the guy was that worked 3rd shift on 12/30, give that man a raise. Excellent customer service and the food was fresh. Needed something at 4am and jack was open. First time eating it in 4 years.. but, because of the service, i'll probably be back next time i'm hungry at 4 in the morning lol.

They need to update their store hours. I went to the drive thru at 12:15am and they told me they were closed a 12am. When they have 24/7 displayed all over the store windows and yelp. Extremely disappointing!

Worst customer service ever. The Asian female manager is the worst. They look miserable as hell and employees tend to get mad when you ask them for something. Stingy too.

My family tried ordering through T- mobile Tuesday coupons to get the free spicy chicken sandwich which we got. However, when I tried to also get the free medium fries deal given to me by the app, it apparently didn't register on their computer which costed me my coupon. The manager (a Latina female) even had the audacity to tell me that they "ran out of fries" just to shoo me out. Thanks for a great first experience Jack!
