Jack in the Box

I got a #14 with extra lettuce which was extra … the sandwich it was built like a mcChicken .. I only got 2 BLACK NASTY SOGGY lettuce leaves . I was a fan of Jack but after this . Not worth paying so much money on it if im receiving a flat sandwich with soggy lettuce. The iceberg lettuce was so much better than this .

This is not a jumbo jack with cheese. This is barely even a burger.... so sick of not getting what I pay for!

This is a 24-hour fast food restaurant, the traffic location is very good, many cars will line up here in the middle of the night. I like the French fries here best. I often buy midnight snacks here, I like it here

I'm going straight to the food on this survey. Tacos are so good. But I need a strawberry shake to cool my mouth. You see I'm a weakling when it comes to 🔥 spicy food! And they really are not that hot... LOL. I really enjoy taking a Jack in the box survey to get free food. They give you a good option between breakfast croissant and a jumbo Jack with cheese. Buy one get one free! We all love free right?????

Why do I have to wait in the Drive-thru to pick up the delivery order after 10pm? It's really unreasonable. It wastes me 30 minutes or more every time! ! You only open the door once for the driver. Are you really that lazy?

Rude, gave me sweet n sour with my teriyaki bowl and said that's what it comes with, as the manager told the workers in back to make it the right way they complained and took up more time. Bad service

We were at the window and did not get a response back when we said, “hello” once Kayle answered she kept cutting off my sister in law and saying, lie that it? Is that it?” My sister in law stopped talking because she kept cutting her off. Once she stopped my sister in law then continued to order and when Kayle was asked a question about the combo she would say, “yup” instead of answering the questions. We pulled up and she continued to have attitude. Once we spoke to the manager she also had attitude. We got the recipe cut off. The information for the Jack in the Box was cut off. This was the worst service we’ve gotten here and we live right down the street so we are always there and have never ever ever gotten this bad of service.

My order was complete but my Jumbo Jack with cheese and French fries were cold. I had to warm them up in my microwave. That should not have to happen driving less than 4 minutes away.

They will ask you what your order is after you order it at the next window. Then they will hand you a bag of things, that are not anything that you ordered. I know a lot has happened to our community lately, but this doesn't make any sense.

Best double jack I've ever had. I ordered with no pickles. They heard no onions. No no pickles extra onion. They hooked me up. Ty

Horrible, they forgot my order and I couldn't get to eat what I really wanted to and it was my last straw. Service is disappointing and I definitely won't be coming back.

Had to repeat myself 3 times and the person still couldn't get it right I was literally late to work and didn't get to eat lunch because of this person don't come here please get someone who isn't incompetent to take orders

First time coming here and bad service the guy was so rude and threw our curly fries on the tray after they got our wrong order

I usually get their breakfast sandwich closer to where I live but on my way to LaCanada one morning, I noticed this one so convenient right off the freeway. I ordered the same breakfast sandwich and it was actually much better than the one I'm used to getting at another location.

I stopped for something to eat at Jack in the Box. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and a coffee. The coffee was like mud. It was around ten A. M. on a Saturday morning, moderately busy. The chicken sandwich was fried while I waited for it. The patty was old, stale, seemed it was left in a corner of their freezer for years. It tasted like baking soda, or like old patty, likely expired. It's appearance was thin, white powdery, not like breading. I did not finish the sandwich, or the coffee. I wished Jack in the Box had made fresh coffee that morning, at least.

Ordered online paid extra to get some extra toppings in there never got them added, also ordered two sandwiches without cheese & they gave me something different with cheese. I'm not sure if it was bc i ordered around 2-3am and they are lazy or tired but yeah didn't even bother to go back to fix it just disappointed

I came to this jack in box with my family and the service was good but after the guy gave me my food, he just slammed everything on the tree, and then I went back to say that the fries were wrong and then he threw the fries on the tray didn't even say sorry

I use to come here 3 times a week. Doors don't open at 6am. Opens at 630am. And employees running in late every time. And joke about it. I stop coming here and went a few blocks on Lake st. This place needs major improvement

Rudest order taker ever. I actually threw away my shake since I couldn't see him make it. He was purposely rude to me because I asked someone if they had already had their order taken. He wasn't wearing a name tag. 12:54 on a Thursday afternoon.

Customer service at night is so ghetto and trash . The meal was wrong and cold.!! Close the night shift. Basically useless. Never again.!!!!!

The typical employee at your jack in box she gave us 3 extra sprites and charged us 10$ for them she wears a red weave and works late night shifts, I understand that is late and she might be tired but I still expect the responsibility that these employees should have.

One of the WORST places ever, they gave me the wrong order because they misheard at the drive through and because I already paid they told me " We are not going to return it and they left it at the window" after buying my actual order, the food itself taste bad, cold and tasteless. Later my stomach started to hurt me.

The quality of the fries here has been hit or miss the last few times I have ordered... my sandwiches are usually fine, but more than once the curly fries have been cold and obviously sitting out for a while... a big disappointment when you want your fast food fix

the red haired worker has the worse service i've ever experienced,she seemed like she hates her job and it just makes you hate your experience there i asked for three drink and she gave me more drinks and over charged this is just poor service jack and the box needs to do better at this point. The worker really ruined this for me i do not recommend this location

The delivery driver was on time with my mail. I enjoyed my lunch, a spicy chicken sandwich when after eating went to go get a drink to notice that there was two lids inside of my drink connected to the straw. What a bummer now I'm thirsty... Calm.

This is my neighborhood Jack in the Box. I've been coming here since I was a kid, back when the croissant sandwiches had mayo on them ! Lol When I need Jack N the Box it's always there. My go to at any point in the day is the Croissant sandwich with no meat. These days I've got to limit myself but they are bomb. Additionally, the tacos are an old school favorite with hot sauce after school. The service has always been ok too. Recently my order was messed up and the owner gave me a cheesecake and some curly fries. I forgave Jack N the Box instantly. In a pinch, on the go, Jack in the Box is there !

I do not give this bad of a review often, this location and Jack in the box corporate is a joke, I went to this location before work and ordered my food, as I took the items out of the bag I noticed what looked like blood on the wrapper and napkins. As I took a closer look it was, looks like someone cut their finger and didn't know and who knows how many people got served, so called corporate JIB and got an apology and 2 coupon for a free meals. Oh did I mention after multiple attempts at multiple locations no one accepts the coupons so lost money got disgusted and what seems like a big F.U. (This is the short version) need less to say I have been avoiding going back to any jack in the box location seeing how they handled this situation....

I would give this Jack in the Box a ZERO if I could! They SUCK! They have terrible customer service, subpar food (even for crappy fast food), and their drive thru line is the most inefficient thing I have ever seen! DONT GO HERE unless you like waiting in the drive thru for 30 min to eat crap! WORST JACK IN THE BOX IN THW WORLD!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

Just had the most horrible experience at this jack in the box!!!!!!!! I asked for curly fries, I got cold, salty regular fries. The lady working the window was very rude and she told me everything was in the bag and then I realized she didn't give me half of my order once I pulled off. I waited in the line for about 35mins all to get the shittiest of food. This was probably my worst experience here, I'm never coming back smh. Just go to the one on lake and they are friendly, they make sure your order is right and the fries are much better!!

Just give up on this one. The gentleman working the drive thru casually tried to keep my card and gave me burnt food. I just wanted a couple jalapeño and taco bites. There is no sauce and a weird interaction trying to get my card back.

This jack in the box is the best in my opinion. I really like how friendly the staff is. I look forward to going back there to eat .

One star! The doors were locked at 3pm on a Wednesday! No sign or reason. Mo employee cared or explained why the doors were locked. Don't waste your time with this location.

I had to wait an hour because their system was down. I drove home, and opened the box to find a sandwich that looked like this. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment.

The staff at this location should be the training facility for other Jack in the Box locations to follow. They're extremely courteous and professional and go the extra mile to assist their customers. A customer was ahead of me placing their order, and after the transaction was complete, the young lady behind the counter advised the patron her associate will take his meal to his table. That's when I glanced over and noticed the person was using a walker and would probably have difficulty taking their tray to their table. The smile on the guest's face just lit up the dining room and made others waiting in line to order really appreciate how great the staff is at this location. Oh, my tacos were great too.

Stuck in drive thru line for an hour. Absolutely ridiculous!! And this is supposed to be fast food.

They have a problem with the mobile ordering system. Food is great and the employees are very nice. Problem is with corporate.

I just dropped my kids off for BTS concert at rose bowl stadium , on the way back to oc i stopped by this Jack in the Box for a quick meal. Customer service is not friendly. the rest room is smell and dirt. Fountain drink machine is why im writing this review. The workers see it and look at each other and do nothing. The fountain drink is working fine just the workers dont want to work :(

Very disgusted.! Just got an old dried out chicken sandwiche. It was stale and disgusting. I have pictures to upload if I had the option. Also curly fries tasted like onion as if they didn't clean out their oil that they fry their onion rings. This is not the first time I get stale food from this location. This time it was really bad that I couldn't chew.

The manager shown in this picture is named Jasmine. I saw her answering a phone call while wearing her gloves and then with out changing her gloves she grabbed tacos that were about to be cooked. So disgusting and as you can see she took off her name tag so that she couldn't be recognized.

In the past 3 months this place has gotten pretty bad. The cashiers are baffled by any type of special orders and most of them are not interested in learning how to do it right after repeated failures. My order gets forgotten for some reason until one of them sees it on the monitor 15 minutes later. The counter customers are neglected at the expense of the drive through customers. They've got a lot of new faces with things opening up again and the older manager lady does her best to hold it all together but most of them aren't interested in improving. I'm actually considering switching back to the notoriously bad McDonalds on Woodbury and Lincoln.

I used to be a Jack in the box employee couple years ago. The service I received at this location was very disappointing. I went late night I understand workers are tired and want to get cars out fast. The woman that took my order was not polite at all she sounded rude and When I was ordering I felt rushed and didn't feel welcome at this facility. This is not the first time that this had happen to me I let it go so many times but it's a constant thing that happens. She did not repeat my order as she should. I ordered the new popcorn chicken and most of it was not chicken I felt like I was just eating breaded crumbs.

This place is so hit and miss! Sometimes it's good sometimes it's just plain bad! I don't know if it's certain times a day or certain staff but I can't seem to come on the right time most of the time.

I unfortunately work graveyards and sometimes I forget my food and the only thing open is this Jack in the box...the customer service is horrible, the food is always cold and I'm always missing something in my order. They also dont support law enforcement as I asked if they give law enforcement discounts and I know they do and they said your not law enforcement as if they know my title, qualifications and the agency i work for...would.not recommended this Jack in the box at all!!

I come to this jack... very often 1 cause I worked here at this location for a couple years when I was 19-21... I am now a Chef .. this place taught me, how to customer service. I am in awe by the Night lady with the bad wig and bad attitude.. she never let's anyone complete there order and it makes you feel rushed and not very welcome. I also want to point out here lack of detail... twice I said I had a coupon and she ignored me and charged me the for a small #6 i still have the coupon. I hope that corporate will read and adhere to this post.. she is hurting your business in my opinion. She needs training on the window a job she has been doing for years... this is a fed up post... as she laughed at me cause I asked for mild sauce and thought she didn't hear me.. so I repeated myself... she scoffed and laughed. After a long day of attitude last thing I want is a attitude while spending my money... and getting my dinner at work I'm paid to deal with my staffs bs not hers...

The staff here is so energetic. Small mistake in order..... Awesome manager redid it ALL. Tha'ts the way customer service SHOULD be. Right on Jack!!

Took 13 minutes to get my Ribeye Combo. There wasn't a line inside the restaurant. I asked a worker if my order was ready because it had been 10 minutes and I could see my burger under the heat lamp and she said I don't know, even though I could see it under the heat lamp. I finally get my order with cold fries after waiting 13 minutes.

Been to this jack in the box multiple times. But this visit was really nice. Adriana was really sweet and organized. She's definitely chick FIL A material . Really enjoyed the way she helped us.

Place really lost its touch , never gets order right, food cold, argues with customers. Very unprofessional place

Ordered a meatlover burrito, didnt have bacon. My iced tea/lemonade was just iced tea and since i asked for no ice it wasnt cold. And my take out order took over 10 minutes to get to me, which was also noted by one of the employees. I could understand any one of these problems individually and take it as a mistake, maybe even two. But all three on one small order amounts to negligence on their part. Of all the JITB's in Pasadena, this one is definitely the worst.

Late night (graveyard) shift either gets the orders wrong, is out of cup holders, or doesn't provide sauces for menu items (I.e. sauce for egg rolls) or utensils. They get worse and worse by the month. Last night was no utensils and tonight my burger was cold and the cheese didn't look right but I was so hungry. It made me sick to my stomach. I love this chain restaurant but it wouldn't be the first time I boycott a particular location. Their standards here have dropped on the night shift so I'm dropping them. Unfortunately it's the only thing open by my work (graveyard shift). Kitchen/frozen meals, here I come!

This Jack In The Box is conveniently by my house. Chicken strips, burgers, chicken sandwiches, curly fries, I love almost everything on the menu. They are typically fast and efficient as well. I have never had a problem here. The workers are great! Especially Armon & Tatiana (I haven't seen her in a while). I usually see them there on the weekend. They are great! Always making sure my order is correct and my sauce in the bag. This location is small but the inside is clean and the drive thru is typically fast.

Probably one of the worst run Jack in the Box we've been to. The ice machine was not working, there was a line of people still trying to get some ice from the machine and the employees knowing this didn't even tell us or try to fix it. When we went to sit down, all the tables were dirty and had crumbs from previous customer's food. When they called for our food to be ready to pick up, we asked the manager/shift leader for ketchup and bbq sauce, the lady went to retrieve it and simply dissappeared. I guess she went to look for it or somewhere in the back or something but she could of asked me, I was looking right at it across the counter. Anyways, bad customer service but whatever.
