Jack in the Box

Drove an hour and some change to get there and was not disappointed! We LOVE Jack in the Box and will continue to be, if they don't change the recipe. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and super quick. A large order as ours only took less than seven minutes from ordering to the table. Food was fresh and tasty, not soggy nor cold. My favorite is the smasher with onion rings... but the small tacos were a great addition today.

The restaurant was very clean and customer service was good. We ordered an array of food since we have never been and we live far away. Our food was fresh and very tasty. I really like the tacos. They're pretty unique but very good. My son got a breakfast sandwich as well to try the next morning. He said the breakfast is tasty too.

My daughter and I drove to Concord to pick up a new rabbit. The sandwiches were delicious. The fries weren't warm but the onion rings were fresh out of the grease. The cashier was nice and positive. The restaurant was clean and presentable. I asked for fresh fries for our to go order. Overall, a positive experience.

I purposely come almost an hour away from Greensboro NC to get Jack in the box. Because of the distance, I always ask for my tacos to have lettuce on the side. Sometimes this is not always received well but tonight, Jazmine at this location not only was helpful with it, but did it with a smile and personality that I will never forget. Great job to this location and especially her. I will definitely be back!!!

Yet another horrible fast-food dump that does not care! We placed an order through Instacart for Jack in the Box, and it was beyond a bad decision. The receipt on the sealed bag was 100% correct but everything inside the bag was wrong. We were charged $38 for 2 small kids burgers and one apple juice. I called Jack in the Box, and they would let the phone ring and ring. After about two minutes someone would pick up, wait a second and hang up. I called Instacart and they said I needed to call Uber eats and they would take care of the mistake. I called Uber and the number I was given is not in service and there is no way possible to speak with a human at Uber. I called Instacart back and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried the store again for over an hour and they would just pick up and hang up... I called Instacart again and they said place the order again and they would reach out to Uber to get a refund, so we did. When the order arrived, we had two of the seven items in the bag, and both were made wrong! I tried to get it again and faced the same issue. I contacted my credit card company, and they said to file a negative review and if I had not heard from them within 48 hours to call them back and they would refund both orders and charge them back and I should also file a complaint with the BBB and I plan on doing so! We will never return to Jack in Box 943 Concord Pkwy South Concord, NC 28027! I asked for an acknowledgement to let me know she had received my response but it was ignored both times!

I ate the bacon double smash burger with straight fries. The fries were fresh and hot. The burger looked fantastic and was, but I'm not a fan of the sauce, it's just to sweet. Staff was cool and friendly. I only saw two staff and I waited a bit longer than usual. That's ok cause everything was fresh and hot. The should really clean up the parking lot as lots of trash was blowing about. If I'm in the area and want a good burger I'll be back. Good stuff.

I ordered my food like 5.51.pm now the time is 6.20pm still my order didn’t arrive. And they saying they busy but I’m the only one in drive thru. Bad customer service ever. I will give them 0 star. @Jack in the box you should close the restaurant if you give this kind of service to customers.

It's about as low on my return list as you can get. My sandwich tasted like it was left over from the day before. I rarely eat fast food, but this place may have turned me off for good. The people well represent the establishment could not hear a word she said and was less than adequate when she tried to make change. I don't think they wanted to be there either...

Had a bad experience. Stopped inside the restaurant and waited for two minutes at the counter while workers were watching me before helping me out. Food was not that great. I had to ask for several items normally given with my meal. Overall service was terrible. I would not recommend this location. Ambiance was quiet. Place was not the cleanest.

The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. Drive thru was fast. The fries were okay nothing special. This was my first time trying Jack in the box as we don't have them where I am from. Will try again next time I am down here.

June 24th we stopped here around 5pm. We are on a family road trip, this place seemed decent as we needed gas with the 7 Eleven which sits just on the opposite side . I have never been to Jack in the Box and for my first experience it was not good. Site lacked cleanliness, Fountain drink machine not maintained, Drink Cups with black rings on the inside. The employee at the front didn't acknowledge us as he was on his phone. We have to eat at fast food places for road trips at times but i think we will just stick to the main ones.

This place is horrible they block the drive thru in so you can't escape when they don't know how to do their jobs. Sat in line for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order because I couldn't leave the drive thru. The employees get in no hurry to do their jobs and always mess something up which is ridiculous considering how long you have to wait just to get an order. The worst part is there is never anyone eating inside so all the have to do is worry about the drive thru and they can't even manage that. Honestly don't know why this place is still open I've only been here like 3 times and every time something goes wrong or it takes forever. It's in the name FAST food if I wanted to wait 30-40 minutes so would've sat down at a restaurant. Even as I'm typing this I'm still sitting in the drive thru because they messed up multiple items in the car ahead of mines order.

The food was not all that good they were out of a lot of things such as ranch,salad, and the purple Red Bull drink. The service was also not good at all almost all of the employees had in earphones. The cleanliness was bad all the tables were dirty and just a HORRIBLE experience as that was me and my family's first time there. (I just don't recommend going to this location)

Worth the wait! Fantastic chicken sandwich great burger good drinks.Good food after a good concert at PNC music Pavilion.

I'm not a fan. I haven't eaten here for a long time but I decided to give it another try. I don't think I will try it again. Our food wasn't bad but it was below average. My chicken fajita pita was mostly iceberg lettuce between folded pita bread. There was very little chicken. My wife wasn't impressed with her spicy chicken sandwich either. The curly fries were pretty good. The restaurant has a 96.0 sanitation grade posted but it feels very unkept. As you enter, the flower beds are overtaken with weeds. The concrete sidewalks need to be pressure washed. They are really dirty. The inside floors need to be vacuumed, mopped, and swept. Everything could use a good wiping down. The chairs weren't pushed under the dining tables. The dining area was too warm as if the AC unit was struggling.

The food is great but the place is nasty and it's a shame. I mean does it ever get cleaned??? Literally I never see more than a handful of people if that in there during the day! Extremely unacceptable bathrooms!!! Was it harder to get a mop than to just throw a few paper towels down?? Completely lazy and disgusting!!!

This has to be the worst fast food restaurant on earth. I've never come here and it take less than 30 minutes to receive food. On top of that the order is always wrong.

As someone who gets off work late at night due to being in the service industry, my options for getting dinner on the way home are very limited meaning I have to take what I can get, good or bad. Antonio's exceptionally positive attitude at 2:30 AM helped to cap off my long night at work on a bright note! I hope that management gives him the recognition he deserves!

The customer service was horrible. That poor dude sounded miserable. They forgot my tacos but considering this was the third Jack in the box I had driven to and was the only one serving food I'll rate them 2 stars.

ORDER #: 00904836 Place mobile order and hit the prepare button after shortly arriving parking lot and seeing drive thru traffic. I don't hit prepare button without being physically close to store cause last time I did when I arrived I'd to waited 37 minutes in line app doesn't have cancel option food was super cold. Anyways there was 3 cars in line today and one was leaving. I waited in line at first menu area abit so my order can process in system before second menu area speaker No cars were behind me. When pulling up to speaker area was told by teller my order wasnt in system yet drive up to window (this happen pretty often) when last car pulled out i was expecting my food ready or preparing by the window like they normal do 2-3 minutes passed but Instead was told by employee her manager said I need order mobile food 10 minutes ahead in future was also told to park my car come inside pick my food Why, this upset me no car was behind me i placed mobile ordered at 12.19pm no car behind me when arriving window 12.22 pm i chosed drive thru option not pickup.. upon arriving inside store it wasnt busy yet I didn't get my food till 12.38pm. No apologies all blame was toward me seriously?Employees looked confused why manager giving me hard time making me wait and come inside instead waiting in my car. I gave manager piece of my mind after his rude B.s excuses. Digital record show I've mobile ordered at this store numerous times and never had this ordeal or was told b.s ordering rules nowhere jack n box mobile policy regarding having to hit prepare button 10 minutes ahead.. Make matters worst food was cold like it's been prepared but not served for last 20 minutes. Should my food be piping hot off the grill. Manager arguing its unfair make cars behind me wait while they make my order ,first come first serve I order ahead on app and waited infront of 3 cars in drive thru what crap he talking about. I'm confused he claiming it takes 10 minutes for his computer system to show mobile orders to appear when all my previous orders worked less 1 minute or so. I use mobile order for McDonalds,KFC,TacoBell,wendys,BurgerKing,Popeyes,Five guys, etc... never experience like this. NO APOLOGIES THIS MANAGER AWFUL. I can no longer support this brand. Can't wait til Popeyes construction done. Hope manager gets replaced.

Put in an online order and paid online, upon waiting 45 minutes in the drive through we arrived at the window and was asked for our payment (once again we paid online) we kindly let the lady at the window know this and she closed the window and came back 5 min later to let us know that she may have given our order out to someone else a few moments ago She asks for what was on the order so i hand her my phone and she begins to make our order again she keeps the phone behind the closed window for another 5 min and asks for the drinks that were in the e order We had a large combo (no onions on one order) and asked for ranch and mustard Instead we received a large drink a medium shake, small fries, onions on the burger, no condiments and the lady at the window commented on how she saw mustard on the order (and still did not put it in the bag)

Took like forever at drive tru even they r not busy at all, need customer service improve!

I gave 3 stars because I sat in the drive thru for a good while. I got here and there are only two cars ahead of me. I get to the order speaker or whatever and start placing my order and the guy said hold on a moment so I said ok and then a chick comes on a minute or so later and asks for my order and mid way through the dude interrupts her and says no one moment and then she takes me order a few minutes later. After this (I was honestly already annoyed by being asked 3 times for my order) I pull around to the line and the same two cars are ahead of me and I still sat here for 10 minutes waiting. I'm still in the drive thru right now typing this review and there's still 1 car ahead of me and I placed my order 12 minutes ago (keep in mind I waited for several minutes to even order). Honestly about to downgrade this to two stars.

No atm card use, broken soda machine, 90 degrees inside and soggy fries. What else can go wrong !

I don't go here too often, but I have fond memories of this franchise since I was a kid, and you could order into the clown. Well, we went today because we wanted breakfast after a grueling trip to the airport and lots of errands. They offer a full menu 24 hours a day. I love that concept, but what we got was a mediocre breakfast with serious sanitary issues! There was hair in our food, and due to the fact that we waited until we got home to eat, we were just "SOL." A ten dollar pile of warm garbage, hairs included.

if I could give them a ZERO, I would...just waited in line for 20 mins and TWO of the things Jack's is famous for, tacos and Breakfast Jacks, they didn't have or wouldn't cook. I have have trouble with them before, but NOTHING as crappy as this!

I have wonderful memories of eating at Jack in the Box here in my neck of the woods (Norfolk & Va Beach, VA.) when I was a kid. However at some point while I was a teen they pulled out of the area and never came back. Much to my surprise I saw they were available while I was down in Charlotte last weekend and decided that I would grab a burger on my way out of town. I popped into this Concord location and the building looked pretty cool, nothing like the buildings 70's era design that remains in my area. The staff was friendly and I ordered the Classic Buttery Burger with some curly fries and an iced tea. After a short wait they handed me a tray with everything freshly made and I took a seat and prepared to eat my meal. Then ARG! So let's just pull the bandaid off. This burger stunk. No I don't mean it smelled bad, it didn't. It was dressed well, the meat was fresh, it was cooked properly. It's just a bad burger. I felt like I was eating something from a Murray's steaks. The thing was just beyond sub par. End rant. Everything else about my burger was fine, Bun, toppings, etc. The curly fries were also excellent. If anyone from Jack in the Box ever reads this, guys you need to change your burger patties. Everyone's is better than this turd. I've been told the taco's are good, and the chicken sandwiches as well so next time I try a Jack in the Box I'll go that route. But I'll never eat one of those beef patty's again. Not if it's like that. Never.

Terrible I just did an Uber eats it never came , the lame person took off with my food and I try called the place to see what happened with my order obv they were to busy at to pick the dam phone around 11:00 pm

Came by here for a quick bite and it was so good ! The burger was freshly made , bun fresh and fries piping hot . Decided to just pull in a space to gobble up my goodies before I drove home from work . If you're in the area give this location a try , I also tried some of the fried churros and they were yum -o !

I've been to a few Jack in the Box's before. I was excited to go to this one because it was close to my house. I will never go back this location. It's May 10th, 2020 and I ordered a burger and there was a long red hair infused with my burger and cheese. With all these new safety measures going on this should be something Jack in the Box has under control and taken care of to not ever happen. I will be sure to not ever go back to this location again. Really grossed out by it and very disappointed that something like this could even happen.

Came here for breakfast today! Our meals were awesome, hot and fresh and very tasty. There was nothing better than to have a great burger for breakfast.

Stopped by a few months ago. I've had JITB on the west coast so I was glad to see one in my new hometown. Came by with the family and was treated rudely by the hoodrat in the window. Decided we wanted a refund and they could keep the food. Never gave us a receipt of refund or anything although the refund did eventually go through. Haven't been back.

Growing up, Jack in the Box was a favorite stop. The tacos! What can I say? They're greasy, crunchy and so addicting we usually order at least 8 when we stop in. Today, Along with our tacos, my family ordered a chicken fajita pita, an ultimate cheeseburger, an order of egg rolls and a ham and cheese melt. The only thing that went unfinished was the ham and cheese melt. Honestly, we seriously go here just for the tacos anyway. We got friendly service and it was clean and our food came quickly. Current health rating was 100 the day we went in. Fast food, yes. Not the highest quality I'm sure but, sometimes it's ok to indulge once in a while. Next time we are down this way, we'll probably stop in again. A little taco nostalgia is nice every so often.

If I could give no stars, I would ! We stopped here for a quick bite after a long day shopping. Just wanting to eat real quick & get home to our beds was a big factor in our "fast food" choice. Some of us waited 45 MINUTES before we received our orders ! 45 MINUTES !!!!!! They completely forgot about us & when asked what the heck was going on, they tried to tell us what we ordered & give us other people's food. In that time waiting I also saw plenty of people come in from the drive-thru with wrong orders. Next time I'm in the Concord area I will make a point to NEVER eat at this location again !!!!!

Awesome tacos the best!! Brings back childhood memories. We ordered 50 tacos for my Moms birthday.

Just got southwest salad..tomatoes rotten and rancid..chicken harder than a brick..hope I don't die

I've eaten here a few times. The staff is always polite and friendly, the food is usually hot and fresh. The mango tea is delicious!

This place is disgusting. We pulled up, drove by the windows so heavily covered in fingerprints that you couldn't see through them, and got in the drive thru. We were greeted with a rude hold on and left to sit there for about ten mins. After we were sick of sitting there, but unable to get out of the drive thru because it is only one lane, another person came on the speaker and in barely intelligible English rudely asked us what do you want. We asked to speak to a manager and he said the manager was too busy to deal with customers. Hungry and sick of waiting, we were finally able to pull away from the drive thru line. A glance in the window made us glad we wouldn't be eating there. The place was dirty, garbage all over the floor and counters. Looked like it hadn't been wiped down in years. Needless to say we will never go near this disgusting place again.

Love me some Jack in the Box! Another one of those West Coast chains that of course ends up in Charlotte, and I'm failing to see the bad reviews! Yes it's a burger chain, but if you know what to get you'll be like wowed! It's the quirky things like the French Toast sticks that are incredible and light! The crunchy tacos that are simple, small, but addictive! The egg rolls which again are simple, not large, but very tasty! The chicken tenders are excellent, as well as the fries! The sourdough sandwiches for breakfast are some of my favorites, and can be ordered 24 hours a day! Don't over complicate things, and just order the quirky items! You'll find yourself doing the random 2am drive thru!

They take forever. Certain employees were very lackadaisical in their efforts to provide meal in a timely manner.

Well, our first visit was amazing. We went back and we're all excited. We put in our order and the woman who took it gave us nothing but attitude. Then while we are at the window she is mocking our order than yelling about us adding something extra while we were still at the drive thru menu. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else. It was just ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving a one star was because of the older gentleman from our first visit, he was as nice as can be.
