I ordered on the Jack in the Box website and chose a location 50 feet from the hotel where I was staying. I chose the food I wanted, clicked "pick up" on Drive-Thru, paid, and arrived at the appointed time. I left my hotel room and walked up to the Jack in the Box. I approached the window and asked for my order, showing the payment confirmation on my phone screen. The staff said, "No car, no order," laughed, and slammed the window shut. This isn't just the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant; such service seems unthinkable. I was simply stunned by the rudeness of the staff. I could have been upset that they didn't give me the dinner I bought, but after seeing the numerous sanitary violations by the staff, my appetite disappeared. Thank you for saving me from food poisoning or diarrhea 😄
