Best broke olace to eat using the app fir 3$ i can get 2 yacos chreseburger shd snall fry. Nothibg is from tewards needing prior purchase. Staff os fast and cool. Clean. Easy accrss in and out. Love them

1. Food-Never enough lettuce. 2. Service-The employee didn't know how much the tacos were. 3. Atmosphere-gave a one because we went through the drive through.

I went through the drive through parking lot empty. I placed my order 4 tacos and a #4 went on my lunch hour. The girl at the windows was rude never gave me my reciete an i was missing the #4. I had to call back so many times no one answered! It was completely dead so im not sure why my order was incomplete or why no one could answer the phone.

Service needs way more training on efficiency. Female worker at drive thru did not have a customer in a blue truck park on the side while a very large order was in the works, while other customers with smaller orders were stuck waiting at the same drive-thru for more than 15 mins. Had to head inside to request a sandwich swap for an incorrect item in our #22 combo. Likely won't return again in the future, the service is a bit slow, and they need more staff for these large order situations.

I ordered on the Jack in the Box website and chose a location 50 feet from the hotel where I was staying. I chose the food I wanted, clicked "pick up" on Drive-Thru, paid, and arrived at the appointed time. I left my hotel room and walked up to the Jack in the Box. I approached the window and asked for my order, showing the payment confirmation on my phone screen. The staff said, "No car, no order," laughed, and slammed the window shut. This isn't just the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant; such service seems unthinkable. I was simply stunned by the rudeness of the staff. I could have been upset that they didn't give me the dinner I bought, but after seeing the numerous sanitary violations by the staff, my appetite disappeared. Thank you for saving me from food poisoning or diarrhea 😄

Went to the drive thru and tried to order a bonus jack special and the cashier said they ran out of sauce. I decided to order egg rolls. When I drove up to pay the cashier said they ran out of sweet n sour sauce and said that he never uses sweet n sour. I didn't have enough time to reorder because I was on a lunch break so I said I'll just eat it without any. When I took a bite, it was frozen in the middle. I went to look at the receipt it was not even given to me. So no secret sauce for their burger, no sweet n sour sauce on a Friday night. The worst experience ever. You can tell the cashier was acting sketchy.

I came for lunch. The service was fast and the food have a good taste. The place is very clean. The lady's were very nice. I would recommend this place. The prices were okay.

The manager Sydney, I believe her name is is one of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful managers I’ve ever come across she was so unwilling to even hear me out on what the problem with my order was she made 100 excuses on why not to remake it or refund it even though I had the food there and the receipt and I was being respectful and patient, but she wasn’t. She gave me attitude and unwillingness to even hear Customer so her job is to lose customers. She’s doing a damn good job.

Fast service, fresh food, and great customer service! My first time at one and it was great for fast food

Burgers, fries and shakes oh my Jack in the box on Blackstone location has so many different menu items for you to choose from. They even have mini tacos and egg rolls. My son loves the bacon cheese burger every time to order there. Cleanliness of the store can be better for the outside and inside of the restaurant. The service is always friendly and greet me every time I enter the restaurant. You will be waiting for your order so be prepared to wait.

I do love their meat paste tacos (LOL), the hot sauce is amazing! Problem was my order was not made correctly, so upset about that! Didn't notice until I had left. The tables were dirty from what I noticed when I walked in. Service is usually good here though, maybe it was just an off day - not sure?

The girl working there at 11:20 on March 30, 2025 was the only one there and she was freaking amazing such a hard dedicated worker they had no utensils she was understaffed and everything but she was such a trooper she deserves a raise

After a few times going here now i can not recommend this place at all. This location is convenient but the service and food are awful. Multiple times i have ordered in the drive thru and even with no one in line i was told to park in stall 1 i am guessing its so they dont have to rush to complete the order with the allotted drive thru timer. This is unacceptable because of this I have found myself waiting 30 min for mini tacos and 20 min for a chicken sandwich. For a fast food place i have learned this is not fast at all. With only having a 30 min lunch i cant trust this place will have my food out of time. Even after getting the chicken sandwich it is a sloppy mess. I would for sure recommend going somewhere else until management fixes things here.

This I will say is the first Jack in the box were I noticed the tomatoes and lettuce look fresh and not soggy. Service can be a little slow though but other than that. I loved my spicy chicken burger

It is sad that I have to live near this jack in the box. The one on olive and clovis was much nicer. This one is always so dirty and the lady working there always runs and hides . The poor guy is doing it all alone. Yet using the same gloves he collects money with. My onion rings only had 2 in the bag because they probably didnt want to drop a basket of them and gave me 2 sitting in the flithy fry bin.

I ordered through my Uber eats app. Waited over 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered a double Jack, ultimate cheeseburger with a coke with curly fries, and two tacos. Almost the whole order was wrong. I never receive my ultimate cheeseburger. Instead I received a nasty burger with no condiments and definitely not a ultimate cheeseburger. I got old, cold fries and no curly fries. They didn't have coke so instead I got a colored pinkish orange tint drink that is supposed to be a sprite. This is ridiculous. Never again.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! The food was not edible. The fries were cold and hard and the chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. To top it off, I went through the drive thru and they asked me to park because they had to make the sandwiches. I waited for over 10 minutes in my hot car and finally went inside and they were just standing around talking. When they saw me, the guy just shoved the bag at me and walked away. I will never go to this place again.

$33 for jr Jack, spicy chicken sandwich, curly fries, jalapeños, 4 tacos, and a shake. They made me wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for my drive through order. I swear the spicy chicken was from two days ago, tacos were warm on the bottom and rock hard on the top, which means they've been sitting there for a while, same for the curly fries. Only good thing was the jalapeno poppers. I would give it a zero if I can!

NEVER GO HERE FOR LUNCH The line was painfully slow and there was only 5 cars I couldn't pull out of line due to being blocked in so I spent my entire lunch break just waiting in a line and I didn't even get the food cause I had to immediately go back to work NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK.

Worst Jack in the Box in Fresno. When ordering through Doordash pick up, the wait for your order will go at least 20min past it's scheduled time possibly due to low staff. With often only 2 workers available running drive through orders, walk in orders, and production; communication is absent. 1 employee handles money and food production with the same gloves. Homeless use the dinning area to 'hang out.' Unfortunate service for such a high traffic area, contacting corporate to evaluate. Avoid.

This place is sooo slow and when you finally get your order it'll probably be wrong. If they do get your order right, it'll be cold.

Literally would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff is a HOT MESS. Our bags got switched with someone else's, and the cashier asked for the bags back AFTER she had given us the wrong bags (contaminated food). We started eating our food and I opened the burger box only to realize a BITE had been taken out of my burger. So that means, that they got our switched bags from the other person who literally had started eating the food before realizing it wasn't theirs. So freaking disgusting thinking someone handled our food with their bare hands and the staff gave it to us after!!!!! DISGUSTING. I called to tell the manager what had happened and she said it wasn't a bite and her crew wouldn't do something like that. Wrong, it is a bite AND her crew did indeed mess up. Do not come here.

Every food item I received was wrong somehow, and an employee was literally standing outside vomiting next to the drive thru. I don't even know what to say about that.

No one in line - asked to pull over for my order. Waited over 20 min for them to come out. Had to actually go inside and see what was going on.

Happy Sunday ya'll! Drive-thru taken and and my mother ordered 2 Breakfast Jacks and 2 pancakes. The worker was nice. Checked out and the food was handed over shortly later. I got to my booty saving duties in getting breakfast ready. The Breakfast Jack was pretty good! Fresh bread. Not the best egg and the ham was like a deli slice. The pancakes were pretty good! My mother said hers was good! Good service and pretty good food! Recommended

Ordered kids meal. Menu board says $4.99. Rang up at. $5.29. I let order taker know but didn't ask for manager who was there but not helping the crew. We wanted apple sauce as menu offers. Not available. Sub fries were cold with dark residue from some burned food. Chicken strips hot. Dr Pepper yummy. Service time taking order and delivery over 9 minutes. That's pretty slow. Needs more staff obviously and managers who get things updated and help instead of being overheard criticizing workers.

Waited 25 minutes for two breakfast platters. Didn't have designated spots so the drive thru person asked myself and 2 other cars park in the handicap spots. They did. I didn't. Pretty sure it's illegal. She also said my total was, "19 or something," and Luckily a younger woman (af. Am. , nose ring, right forearm tattoo) came out and eased tension with those parked. I'd fire the window girl immediately, but that's just me.

The food is disgusting least to say moldy. They are so slow when taking orders. Girl at the drive through seems like she's on crack or something cause she we had to tell her stuff like 5 times for her to understand. Never come here they'll take forever and give you cold moldy food. The box where my breakfast sandwich was seemed used and old. It is so dirty. Worst jack in the box so far!

My husband loves Jack in the Box! He will either order the breakfast sandwiches or tacos. He decided on dinner last night. It was getting late and the closest place to us was this place. I should have opted out and just made something at home. We ordered 4 tacos, 2 mini munchies (3 onion rings, curly fries, 3 mozzarella sticks), 2 burgers. Cashier asked if we wanted sauces, we wanted bbq, ranch and marinara. When we got home, which was 5 minute away we ate our food as soon as we got home. We got everything but no sauces except 1 package of hot sauce. Tacos were hot and still crunchy. Burgers were warm, mozzarella sticks I know were sitting for a while they were very hard. The cheese wasn't even melted anymore. Curly fries were cold. Onions rings were hot and crunchy. My husband enjoyed his tacos as always and onion rings were good. Everything else was crap. Customer service was great! The cashier was very nice and apologized for the wait. She was still in training. I know my husband will continue to go to Jack in the Box but my daughter and I will definitely pass the next time he orders anything from here.

At this location, only the drive through is open. I was there during the noon hour, but the line went fast. They serve their full breakfast menu all day long. Yes! Today I decided to try the meat lover's breakfast burrito combo. It came with a hash brown patty and a medium sized soft drink. The burrito was good, with sausage, bacon, ham, cheese and scrambled eggs. The employees were fast and friendly.

This was my first time at this location. I went to pick up an UberEats order tonight at around 8:30pm. There was a woman who was picking up an order, and I guess she had been there a while because she had an attitude. She was giving attitude to the employees and they were giving it right back to her. I understand dealing with a customer who is rude is not easy nor fun, but the way that the staff were behaving was really cringey and not professional at all. It seemed they were pretty behind on orders. Anyway, I waited about 10 minutes before I was helped. No biggie. But during that wait, I watched as the majority of the employes ran around, making fun of that previous customer. There was the shift lead who was I think working the grill.. There was a girl working the front counter and the drivethrough, a younger guy that honestly wasn't doing a whole lot of working.. And then there was a guy working at the fry station. The shift lead, the girl working the drivethru, and the younger guy were all talking crap about the previous customer, calling her a clown, making fun of her car. The younger guy was honestly acting like a middle schooler. Yelling, rolling his eyes, complaining. It was giving.... Immature and ungrateful to have a job LOL I would be embarrassed to act like that in public. The whole time, the guy at the fry station was just chill, not saying a word, and doing his job. After ten minutes of being ignored by the rest of the crew, the guy at the fry station came up and asked me what order I was there for, I told him, and he immediately started bagging it. As he was bagging the food, he asked the young guy (who was literally just standing there) to make the shakes for my order. The guy looked at him, and then just went on with standing there and talking crap. I knew he wasn't on a break, because a few minutes later he asked if he could go on it. As the guy was making the shakes the younger guy refused to make, the shift lead started yelling at him for helping me. She said "I'M THE SHIFT LEAD YOU NEED TO GET BACK TO YOUR STATION". And then immediately after, the girl that was working the counter and the drive-thru made a sarcastic comment to him and told him to do work in his station. It was gross seeing the shift lead talk that way to him tbh, because he seemed like he was the only one that wasn't taking out the stress of the busy shift on other people. Anyway, everyone in that place on 2/4/23 at 8:30pm sucked except for the guy at the fry station with the (I think) letter M tattooed on the right side of his neck, below his ear. The atmosphere in that place was hellish, but this guy made up for it all. He deserves coworkers and shift leads that won't talk to him like he's trash.

Customers were not happy. I didn't mind the wait but the place was dirty, the restrooms were dirty, and the oil definitely needed to be change. Look at the fries.

Highly unprofessional . Standing in a circle Talking about their personal lives while customers stood there waiting in line. Not only did they mess up our orders , but charged us double. And when asked about the mess up in the orders they said if it's okay that we accept it anyways..? Food looked as if it was just tossed together . Def never eating at any jack in the box ever and will spread my experience with families and friends . Not a good place to eat if you have anxiety .

Worst Jack in town. Two people were just talking instead of helping me with my order. I was traveling and trying to get to my hotel and sleep but I spent well over 20 minutes waiting for my food and I didn't even order much. They didn't even give me my churros. Not to mention, their sanitation; they should just close at this point.

Please bring back the $3 munchies meal. I did enjoy this little meal and I do recommend this because you get a little bit of my favorite things yum...!

First time I've ever been here. Slow Service, wrong order. Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch clubs, got 2 Mcclucks... or whatever those are. Calling the manager tomorrow. Never going there again. I don't tolerate messed up orders.

About week ago I went this jack in box right about 10am I order tacos nd a hamburger turns out they have me breakfast tacos I didn't order not just that wen I went talk to manager I seen her coming out her car smoking a big crack pipe i pretty sure it was the manger she had blue hair and was rude just watch out on what u guys order from Here

There's a guy working tonight 3/12/23 @ 10:30pm and his service was terrible!!!!! We ordered and got home and were missing 2 tacos and the employee was positive he didn't forget our items and was unwilling to replace them just because he 'bagged every order himself' ppl make mistakes even him and he was fighting with his life that he gave me my tacos but guess what I'm still tacoless. I payed for my items and I expect to receive them. I called the place and I can't believe I had to argue with this man over 2 tacos at that point he said he'll make them and just HUNG UP on me I was furious to the point I didn't care anymore I wasn't willing to make my way back to people who treat customers this way. Not going back. Not worth it.

Waited 25 mins in drive thru line after I already ordered only to be parked for another 15 minutes due to the eggs not heating for sandwiches! If time is what you have and don't mind waiting 45 mins for fast. Food then be my guest

After stopping at 2 other locations the Jack in the box on N Blackstone by Herndon was able to help me with purchasing gift certificates!

The burgers were smashed in the bag and the wrapper was ripped. The fries were stale, and we were missing a third of our order.

~~Friday, around 7:00 PM~~ What a let down. I had the Triple Jack Combo. After waiting longer than usual for a drive through order (ended up behind a car at the window that ordered alot of food). So, after opening up my order, was I underwhelmed. Due to the fact my drive through wait was long, I expected a fresh burger. It was semi-warm, this was the only best part. The burger was dry: the very thin patties (3) were all stuck together solid like with Elmer's glue (cheese were crusty and stiff). The burger tasted like a McDouble that's been sitting under the heat lamp way ... way too long. As for the fries, they too were sad, it barely filled the paper bag. The drink was fine, just small, in my opinion. Then again, the entire combo was tiny, it reminded me of a kid's combo. I think the current low star rating is accurate. I will not be back, but what I should have done was to speak with Jack.

Food is horrible especially breakfast , ordered jumbo platter and it was cold and only four pancakes. Also everyone there is on drugs to the max the lady in drive thru is so fucken slow to give items and was rude. Called to make a complaint and they hung up 6 times.

If I could put zero stars I would. OH MY GOD they're slow! If you're in a rush DO NOT COME HERE! The drive through girl took forever to order my food! Insane! And then I was in line for 25 minutes!!! With a toddler and kid in the car! Imagine that! I couldn't get out of line because you're trapped in with trees or bushes or I would have driven off! And this is the 3rd time I come here and this happens! Absolutely the LAST TIME!

This is at least the third time I have ordered a chicken fajita pita and they never remember to include the salsa that comes with it and I make sure to request it also. I don't understand? So very frustrating. It's not that hard to read directions or maybe it is?!! Uber only has you rate the driver and not the order from the restaurant. I went to Jack in the box's website for 6720 N Blackstone location and you can't leave a review. Ridiculous. Thank goodness for Yelp! I don't recommend this location.

Every time I come here, cannot hear the person mumbled through the intercom, and then they just stop talking to you and won't answer again, and cannot take orders!

This is terrible multiple times I have came here. And they are always out of things. 8/22 at 9pm. They had said items i wanted. Came back the next evening 8/23 they are out of the item i want. Like sheesh! These fast food chains out here in Fresno are garbage. Food barley warm enough to eat. And fast food isn't so fast at all. Wait all that time to send your food right back to them.

Been to this location twice, takes SO long. First time coming they gave us the wrong order and when we did get the correct order it was so old that the fries and buns were rock solid. Today, we waited in line for half an hour. Waited for ten minutes for someone to take our order. Finally just ordered on the app and drove up to the window because no one ever took my order.

The most unprofessional staff at this location. Couldn't quit talking about other coworkers didn't push any food out. We sat and waited 20 minutes and instead of working on it sat and gossiped about someone taking medical leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this location.

This jack-in-the-Box is absolute trash they made me drive out of the drive through and parallel park next to their sidewalk....why?? There were no other cars behind me in the drive through...so why?? She took forever to get my food and there was no one inside....why?? I also only got 7 tacos and I ordered 8 so I guess they can't count....why?? I also repeatedly asked for extra hot sauce....I didn't receive any hot sauce at all....why?? If I could put zero stars I would but the tacos were okay.

The service is very trash they took 45 minutes to serve us we just left out of the line because they took too long the window was closed for the whole time and there were No workers close this place down.

So today is National Cheeseburger day and wanted to celebrate with a nice juice burger. Initially I was going to get a "Sour Dough Jack" however I don't think that qualifies as a cheeseburger (Sandwich right??). I ended up ordering a Butter Topped Bacon and Swiss burger. The concept looked really cool however the burger was a complete disappointment. When I pulled this burger out of the box, it literally dripped butter all over my company vehicle! So gross!! I was already on freeway or else I would have came back to return it for something else. My stomach could only bear half of this butter dipped burger (picture does no justice) Needless to say, I chuck the burger and only ate the fries;Hot and Fresh. The window cashier was very friendly and was not aware of "National Cheeseburger Day" which I thought was odd being that they work at burger joint :) Overall Jack in The Box has great items, this one, however was not one of them.

Came back to try again. Last tome they were lazy and didn't want to make a salad. So manager called me direct and offered me a free meal. Which I didn't use cause I wasn't looking for a free meal. Come to give jack the box a try again. Lucky you know it they messed up my order again. I showed the lady that I'm missing a fry and she persist to tell me it's there. Don't matter how many times I look in the bag. 2 fries aren't gonna become 3. I'm done with this location
