GREAT SOURDOUGH JACKS! I was literally starving when I happened upon this Jack in the Box. I ordered a couple of sourdough jacks, a hashbrown patty, and a drink. I’ll always appreciate Jack for having late night breakfast! Everything tasted extra yummy. The dining area was closed so I had to opt for the drive-thru. Overall, the service was solid and the order was provided quickly. I’d recommend taking a friend at night as the surrounding area is a little shady. However, once in the property I felt safe!

They gave me the wrong order. I ordered a double burger and they gave me this trash sandwich. It's an easy job. You don't deserve $20 something an hour.

Staff here are very nice and kind. My only complaint is the hours of operations for the dining room. The drive-thru is open early, but the dining room opens at 8 am.

I was just driving past by this Jack in the box when I decided to stop to get some tacos. I tried to go inside to order. And the business is closed. I see workers inside just looking at me at the door so stupid it's 6pm it should not be closed

Terrible fast food nightmare!! The employees were so unwelcoming, and the atmosphere at the restaurant was beyond dreadful! It seemed like a life-threatening ordeal just to grab a bite to eat. Their lack of even the most basic expertise was simply mind-boggling! Save yourself the trouble and just make do with whatever sad leftovers you have at home, or tolerate hunger pangs rather than subjecting yourself to the torment of dining at this wretched establishment!

Gina was absolutely wonderful! To be handling drive thru alone in middle of a midnight rush she did a great job ! 👏🏻 and for the cook in the back you showing out as well fresh hot food !!

Just your average fast food place. Food is good, fries don't get soggy too quickly. Service is pretty quick, and I don't usually have to wait. The place is mostly quiet, it never gets too packed. Overall, I'd say this place is slightly above average.

This order taker is really stupid I ordered a mint flavored shake and she gave me the wrong one I told her its the green one made with sprite. She said that's what I got. So now I try to call the store and they don't answer the phone at 7;30 am plus I never got my money back⁰

Inside was close for no reason and i wasted my 10 mins break here! never again. I should of went to McDonald's

I always order from this jack , I always have missing items and never complain , and always go back , but tonight it was a Horrible experience customer service was really bad , I was in the drive through and was ordering and the employee taking my order was being really rude , I was ordering and she kept saying they didn't have anything of what I was ordering , then she said hurry up and order , but what would I order if she was saying they didn't have anything I wanted to order , which was 3 jumbo jacks combo & 3 orders of jalapeño poppers I ended up getting 1 munchies meal only since I was already all stress out , I get home to this ..... like are you serious I work in a restaurant and let me tell you I don't treat customers this way. Why hire employees that don't treat customers right there probably there just cuz of the money and not because they like the job they have ...

I've lived nearby for about two years, so I occasionally stop at this Jack-in-the-Box and it's literally always something... either they give me the wrong order or they forget a big part of my order, they always find a way to get it so wrong , at this point, they're probably doing it on purpose . Today I just stopped by for a bacon junior cheeseburger. My burger has no cheese.

The FREE Jumbo Jack Deal with the purchase of a Large drink is a RIP OFF. The large drink cost $4.00. Yes! This is NOT a Typo. $4.00. Then the Jumbo Jack looks like a SMALL HAMBURGER. Nothing like the pictures shown on ads. What's up with that, Jack??

Okay , so I don't know what changes they made or maybe the service has been better this time . as in consistent in the DT although sometimes it could take a little bit longer but it's understandable because of the volume they have on the weekends. The service great ( the night crew ) very friendly as in ! The food is hot and freshly made , and the one that I got upset before is the breakfast not being served but now they always have what you ask on the menu . Amazing job on the changes

They tend to not serve you promo items. I ordered over 2$ for 1$ fries minimum order promo and they said it didn't go through when it clearly showed on app it was redeemed. Stingy customer service and the line takes so long to clear, short staffed.

Food was okay but kind of messy. Just thrown together. The cook forgot to make a portion of our order which delayed our meal by about 20 minutes while everyone else picked up their food. The front end girl was nice and apologetic but it wasn't here fault. The ambiance, well the doors were locked and the guests had to keep opening the doors for other guests. And the front end girl kept buzzing others into the bathrooms. I guess this is all expected given the location. Parking was readily accessible, and the lobby was clean. Workers seemed busy and communicative, maybe just overwhelmed. Pros and cons right?

Good food, drive thru service is usually quick, employees are professional and prices are still affordable though every single items appears to have gone up in price

Ever since I walked in two younger girls that were working there were giving attitude for no reason. Made my order wrong and when I went to return it they gave it back cold ,the cheese was straight out of the fridge . Never coming back !

The Hispanic boys that gave me my food were rude and then gave me kids meals with only fries and no nuggets then they gave me cold everything.

By far the most inconsistent Jack in Box. Every time I order from this place they always get my order wrong. Plus they have the most slow drive through services ever. Every time I ask for a receipt they always tell me it's not working. The only reason I got to this spot cuz it's the only one that's close to my house. Most of the time I go to different Jack but when I'm really on a short cut commute I go here but I would not recommend this spot.

I was the only one at the counter and I was waiting for 15 minutes. Drive-through line was horrific and they were stuck. I was able to turn around and just walk away

I never have time to do surveys but today for lunch I stop by to your location and was so happy to receive the best service from Jerry that's what his name tag had he was so professional and very polite and I would come back for his service

The breakfast Jack is A good start I like the fact that they use orange juice as A drink if your not A coffee drinker

Zero stars, it takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge you, there was a couple in front of me senior Asians and who knows how long they were there standing but no one came or even acknowledge them so they ended up leaving, it was my turn to order but like I said it took them 10 minutes to come take my order, I am on a 30 minute break so by the time I got my food I only had 5 minutes left for my break to be over. The young lady taking the drive-thru orders took like 4 before someone came to take mine. I've worked in the restaurant industry for many yrs so I'm going to give you advice, always greet you customers with a smile and not a face that looks like you don't want to be there. Thank you to who ever reads my review.

A 25-minute wait for an order is unacceptable. The staff's incompetence and lack of professionalism are evident. There is no justification on their part for an order taking close to 30 minutes.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich the sourdough bread was half toasted the chicken was hard as a rock the fries was drenched in salt and to top it off the homeless people was in there sleep and it smelled really bad. To top it off the manager seen the homeless sleeping inside and let them what type of business is this. I can tell you I won't visit that location anymore!!!!

I tried ordering a FanFav Box as listed in their drive thru and they acknowledged me at the speaker. Once I got to the window, my other order and some pancakes was in my bag. No box, just pancakes and the things I ordered along with it. They were rushing me in a barely filled drive thru lane and couldn't hear me when I was like 4 feet away from their face. They urged to move along and I did. I went back in to complain and they said they didn't have it. I wouldn't recommend using the drive thru or even coming here

Horrible service as no one greeted us. The employee literally looked at us and walked off. The tacos were nostalgic for me as we grew up eating them in Hawai'i.

My favorite place for reasonably price tacos. I love that they recently brought back the Monster Tacos, they're the best and at 2/3.00 you can't beat the price! They always have promotions going on too.

This is the worst drive thru service ever. We came to get some food after the dodger game and couldn't hear anyone on the drive through speaker so kept saying "Hello". Then a worker literally started talking shit to me. I tried to explain I didn't hear anyone but saw there was a line so I was just checking if they were closed. But he proceeded to talk shit to me and at that point I didn't even feel safe ordering food from him. So idk, maybe they're stressed but definitely think twice about going here because they seem to hate their job (:

The service here is bad. Went through the drive thru and I get you'll want to keep the line going but you don't have to have a bad attitude. My food was cold too.

Bad service and inaccurate prices they won't honor on the menu vs actual current prices. Dudes are just clowning around at 1:00 am today (Thursday) Doesn't hurt to be a bit kind

Garbage Jack in the box I ever seen in my life. 2 months ago I went to the drive thru, no fountain drink machine working so I ordered sweet tea instead. It took more than 10 minutes and I didn't want to wait so I ended up asking for something else. Yesterday, I went to the drive thru and again, they say they receive cash only. Like who is managing this place??? It's horrible to see big establishment like jack in the box having so much issues.

Want an incomplete oder than this is the place to come. Ordered curly fries and got regular fries. Asked for ranch dressing fir may supposedly curly fries...got none. Ordered a drill salad and asked for utensils. Got none.

Honestly the cashier was nice. But the food was not that fresh or hot. My chest started hurting after I drank the coffee. I don't know if they minimum wage folks be putting shit in my coffee to be causing health issues but that's against the law. Public health needs come audit Los Angeles fast food and groceries asap they breaking the law . Causing good law abiding citizens heath issues

I went thru the drive thru around 4am to get two coffees and a hash brown, when i get to the box they inform me that 'they're only doing mobile orders, sorry'. No worries i pull out no problem..but as I'm driving i start to wonder...how in the hell are you only accepting mobile orders on a Wednesday @ 4am...there's literally no food delivery drivers out right now, it's not a hot day of the week for long nights/early mornings; delivery drivers for Uber, door dash, etc. aren't up and out, and how the hell are you only accepting mobile orders when your breakfast rush is starting in 30 mins to an hr?

I went in today 08/08/2022 at 8 am to get breakfast. As I waited on on my breakfast I had to use the restroom the man's restroom was closed so one of the staff said I could use the woman's restroom & once I was going to sit down I see there's old tissue, piss , & poop on the toilet. If this is how the restroom is during opening ours that means someone isn't cleaning this place properly. I over hear the worker tell another guy "Did you clean the restroom?" He says yes. So I asked for a refund & the guy who took my order says why do you want a refund?? I said I just don't want the food. & He says so basically you just wanted to use the restroom?? I said what?? No basically I wanted breakfast but I see how dirty this facility is & I don't want to eat here. Also during these times in the world all staff should be handling food with gloves especially when touching all surfaces of the front door to the register to the restroom when homeless people are constantly in & out. You guys need to do better!

HORRIBLE!!! Orders take forever. Bathroom is always closed . Homeless people walking around . Cops looking at me strangely but allowing the homeless to loiter the building . None of those homeless ppl are wearing luxury items or look as clean as me either .Dinning room is closed despite there being chairs inside .

HANG IN THERE, JACK!! Thank you for getting run over by a bus, or whatever your marketing department cooked up. I think it's just a ploy to phase out the Jack character and run cheaper commercials going forward, or see how emotional America will get over a fictional character. Anyway, the lady behind the counter didn't give T or me any crap for trading a coupon for a free Medium Seasoned Curly Fries, a $2.05 value. There wasn't any line at 7pm either! The only thing is that she didn't give us any buttermilk sauce for the fries. I took it home, opened the fridge and found that LKK sweet chili sauce makes a fine substitute. Anyway, thanks for the curly fries, Jack. I could have sworn it was the same lady. She was still nice to me. This time, she asked if i wanted ketchup but I asked if i could get the buttermilk. got it. YAY. I used the kiosk to order for the first time and I think it's a good idea. If you use ATMs and pump your own gas, you can order your own burger the way you want it. The payoff is skipping the line to order at the counter. You get your order faster and it is accurate as long as you pushed the right buttons.

I've had many EXTREME up and downs with this location. I'll just start by naming a few Pros: -The line moves fairly quickly even during peek hours -Our food is prepared lightning fast. I'm not sure if this is a good thing-but it is when I have a hungry hippo bf -It seems as if they hire new employees by the week. Some are so inexperienced, they give us more food than we asked for LOL -The employees ONCE gave my bf food and didn't charge him. He actually drove off and ate the food like a happy little kid -open 24 hours! Cons: -The burgers are sometimes prepared sloppily. It looks and tastes like we paid $4 for a value menu item -__- -A worker once back talked us! It was late at night, he couldn't hear us speaking and SNAPPED at us. We were SOOO offended, I actually backed out of the driveway. After what he said, I didn't want to order because I'm sure he would've tampered with our food Nonetheless, this place always satisfies our late night munchies. Whether it's the 7 piece jalapenos poppers, their new munchie box meal with the hella-peno burger, mini churros or dessert. I always satisfy my cravings0 although I feel like pooo after for eating all that junk hahah

This place is terrible. The service we received from the drive thru at 0445am this past Monday was completely unacceptable. The girl that was taking our order was so rude. Has no clue of what customer service is. As we started to place the order she told us that she was only taking mobile orders because their system was down. We were stuck in line due to a couple of cars behind us. After a few minutes she said "you ready?" WTH??? I started placing my order and she interrupted in the middle by saying "What else???" with a terrible attitude. I continue the order and she yelled "What???" At that point we got upset and told her that was no way to talk to a customer. We asked to speak to a manager and she said that she was the manager. We asked what her name was and she hesitated to tell us. She finally said her name was Chrystal. I honestly am not sure if she was lying about her name. We wanted to leave at that point but were stuck for 15 minutes until we finally got to the window. No one came to help us. I could see a couple of employees wandering around but did not come to the window. Finally a girl showed up to the window and told us that there was no manager on site. We could not believe they were so rude and lying to us. Worst experience we have had! We recorded this and want to share it because I'm sure we are not the only ones that have experienced this treatment there. I had just left the hospital and was so hungry. The last thing I expected was people to be so terribly rude! They need to get written up or fired so this doesn't happen again.
