Being from Southern California we take pride in saying that we have the best fast food spots around so when we found out that there was a jack in the box here we jumped at the chance to go. Even though it was 2 plus hours away we faithfully made the drive and let me say it feels good to get a little piece of back home here. At first I was like I'm not driving 2 + hours for no jack in the Crack. But I'm glad we did.

Unfortunately, the experience my mom and I had was extremely upsetting, and I feel it’s important to share. When my mom arrived at the drive-thru, she told the employee she had a mobile order. My mom speaks English, but it is her second language and she has an accent. Instead of assisting her, the female employee responded rudely and aggressively, immediately yelling that she did not understand what my mom was saying. I was in the car and witnessed everything. It was unprofessional, shocking, and honestly discriminatory. My mom calmly repeated that she had a mobile order, something we have done for years at multiple Jack in the Box locations without issue. The same woman then yelled at her again and told her she had to go inside for mobile orders. Already in tears from the way she had been treated, my mom went inside. The order was clearly sitting on the counter, ready to go, but instead of handing it to her right away, the staff made her wait until they decided to finally give it to her. This behavior was unnecessary, hurtful, and extremely disrespectful. My mom is one of the kindest people you could meet, and she avoids confrontation. For her to be treated in a way that made her cry is unacceptable. Additionally, I want to mention that this location has a long-standing issue of claiming to be closed before 5:15 AM, despite being advertised as 24 hours. Even with mobile orders, customers are often turned away until after that time. Oh and lastly, they’re always “out of ketchup.” Seriously? KETCHUP? Just say you don’t feel like grabbing some. The employees lack manners and work ethic. I hope this complaint is taken seriously. My family and I have always enjoyed Jack in the Box, but this experience left us feeling deeply disappointed. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

Just saw a father of three be threatened to have the police called on him because he simply wanted to be heard. Explained that he tried to call last night because parts of his and his wife’s order were wrong, and called twice last night and today before coming to the restaurant. He mentioned before hand that he did not have the receipt and was told nothing could be done and to leave. Imagine the surprise on the employees faces when some tried to talk in a different language thinking he couldn’t understand and he answered accordingly. That’s called racism folks!!! The manager was off site and wouldn’t even take the time to talk to the gentleman on the phone. In the end I heard him say that he didn’t even care about the food anymore and just simply wanted to be heard; only one employee stopped to listen. Whoever this manager is should be fired along with the employee who copped an attitude with the man after being called out for it. I’m telling y’all this man was ridiculously calm about the whole situation; the patience of Job! The people that work here should be ashamed of themselves. I mean it’s 2025, who treats people like that? We all know better than to judge and racially profile someone like those employees did that man today. It’s disgusting. I won’t be eating here again and I’ll be telling everyone I know not to either.

The food is okay. Let me say, though, they use something like miracle whip on burgers or maybe helmans. Either way, it's sweet mayo. And completely ruined the burger. That's just my opinion. But everything else was fine. Food was hot. The service was ok. I don't know about the inside, but the outside looks like it needs to be cleaned up and pressure washed.

It’s Jack in the Box… however this location is the ONLY Jack in the Box near me. I’m a super fan of their Breakfast burritos. Both of them. The Grande is the better of the two. Note: WITH (and this is very important) the taco red sauce!! It’s a must! Trust me, you can thank me later. Food here is always pretty good. Location is kinda sketchy. Building needs and update.

Delcious! Haven't had JNTB in months and have missed it. Food was very hot and came out fast! Inside of restaurant was nice and clean! Edit: came all the way from Jacksonville to get some JNTB and it was just as good! Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger hit the spot, and the new mummy monster taco was so damn good! This location is awesome and clean!

Love that they give me all the sauces i ordered on the Jack App, but when I ask for extra lettuce put extra lettuce, i could tell y'all just didn't want to go get some from the freezer to cut it up

Will no longer be doing business with a company who does not communicate . Good food ... purchased once we arrived home we step out of our car and their drink holder fell apart and our drinks hit the ground. We went back to the Resturant to see if they would replace them. Instead they said not our problem and if we didn't get out of their drive thru lane they would call the police to remove us. We left but we can honestly say everyone will be hearing about their customer service.

A welcome surprise to find this here. I only thought they were out west. Walked in and the people were talking in the back and didn't notice me right away. Ordered fast and the food was made quickly. Bathrooms were in bad condition and the soda machine was out of just about every type of soda.

I went in because I already know you can't trust a big order at the drive through. I have my order and she read it back to me and I verified she entered it correctly. Once I got my food which was taking a while since they seemed to be understaffed for the traffic they had, I checked my order and found something missing. I told the clerk there who proceeded to stare at the computer screen and ask repeatedly if I was missing something. I finally had to explain to him, despite having just done it in front of him, that I had checked my receipt and pulled everything from my bag and was missing something. Explain to me again why these folks deserve $15 an hour?

10-12-19 Everything was horrible. The burgers were good but the girl in the drive thru didn't give me my curly fries, my egg roll with Teriyaki Bowl. Gave me a small milkshake when i asked for a large.. which i'm pretty sure it's extra. the Bowl didn't have no taste at ALL.. what really made me upset was that we didn't get our fries and we paid a lot of money.. have someone who knows better in drive thru at night time.. smh

the only place in NC that reminds me of my days in California... I order 100 tacos every time and they do not bat an eye, very gracious staff. The breakfast Jacks! The tacos!!!! the Jumbo Jack, woohoo! Order a shake and the curly fries, you'll be set.

I went through the drive thru placed an order and returned it because it was incorrect AFTER already having problems with the employees I decided to just get my money back because I could use spend it somewhere else. Well she asked for my card back to "put the money back on my card" well it never made its way back to my card. Very unprofessional and pathetic.

So disappointed the ads made them look like the pinnacle of sandwiches with the gooey cheese nice bread I understand the ads aren't always 100% accurate but still I did not expect the horrible tasting meat to be the only thing I taste no cheese no sauce or buttery bread taste just horrible meat also I order the Swiss bacon buttery jack and received the classic one I've tried cheaper burgers that tasted better

I used to stop here and get a chicken fajita pita on my way to eastern NC. Stopped in today. The pita was quite awful. Very few ingredients on the pita and I had asked onions to be left off and they didn't comply to the request. Also, the unsweet tea taste like bug spray. I tasted it and poured it out. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Three burgers roasted to a crisp, missing patties. Food took 15 minutes to come into the dining area. Then they locked the doors with us inside still eating. Other customers were asking for their money back. Mystery 'Maintenance' the explanation for the closing. Numerous people waiting outside locked doors while we unhappily ate a few bites of our food bf throwing it away. Wish I could give a negative star.

Bad customer service and the food was nasty. I usually love Jack In The Box but this was just a bad place to get our fix.
