I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this Jack in the Box location. I ordered some food for my friend and I, and the quality was the best I’ve seen from other local locations. The croissant on the breakfast sandwich was nice and flaky, and the French toast sticks were crispy and delightful. Their customer service was also kind. Definitely recommend!

Convenient off of Sunset Blvd. It was a quick stop. The floor is very slippery so be extra careful. A guy saying hello to everyone inside and everybody walking outside. Food was as usual but did the size of burger shrink?

Had I not watched the staff make my food, I never would've accepted a replacement meal. This store however, has served me moldy SALADS. I've seen rats outside the building (which means they can get in the back door when it's left open to take out the trash). I reached out to corporate and "JACK" himself (on Twitter) but both have ghosted me. It took me going into the store with those photos to get a replacement meal. I will never eat there again and I advise you to check your food before pulling away from the store. You can always go back through the line but you probably won't wanna drive 5 miles back for the burger that has cheese and onion when you specified NEITHER can be on the burger. Be careful my friends.

This place has been one of my all-time favorites of all time because they're everywhere... I really miss the chicken supreme sandwich they used to have... And the tacos and the mini tacos and the monster tacos have all been a quick fix... Keep the party going at j-box...

This was a late night stop after not finding much else in town. I really enjoyed the birria tacos. The server was kind enough to offer me ranch dressing despite me forgetting to ask during the order. If I was in the area again, I'd definitely come back.

Trapped in line waiting for the stupid drive thru people to fill an order. It's been 15 mins. The person that took my order was extremely rude without so much as a hi. I knew I shouldn't have ordered here but I did anyway because I wanted ice cream. Now I can't get out.

You No longer get a actual human to take your order in the restaurant. They want you to use a kiosk. When we asked about help with a coupon the staff said they couldn't help us. OK problem solved we loaded up and drove across the street to Dairy Queen and they got our money. Sorry Jack bit going back to that location

Not a great experience. It took a while to order food through the drive through as there was several rounds of miscommunication with the person receiving the order and even as I picked up the order, I wasn't asked if I need any extras like sauce. The food itself was alright though the regular and curly fries were quite oversalted. The meat in the burger seemed to be a little overcooked, though the rest of the ingredients were nice (particularly the bun). The homestyle ranch chicken club seemed to be overly drenched in the ranch sauce, but otherwise was an alright sandwich. The chicken nuggets were crispy, though not very meaty. For the price paid, I wasn't super impressed with the food but it wasn't excessively expensive either.

The worst Taco I've ever had. I normally buy "American Tacos" from Taco Bell. I thought all American Tacos would taste the same so when I drove by this Jack in the Box and saw a deal, so I thought I'd buy a few as snacks, but the flavor was the worst I've ever had. the Taco Shells had a weird after taste. The filling was mostly beans and almost without any meat. I will never buy Tacos from Jack in the Box again.

To be honest I was really disappointed. I hardly ever go to Jack-in-the-Box because I think that the prices are too expensive for the quality of the food. But I was really hungry and it was a quick stop on my way home late at night. I didn't take that long to prepare my order and the young man at the drive-through window was pretty friendly. However I noticed a woman who didn't have gloves on and grabbed some ice with her bare hands and then returned it to the ice chest. I decided not to say anything and just wait for my food however my curly fries and pita taste like the food is old. The lettuce is wilted and just doesn't look appealing it's really brown. The food in general just tastes old, not appealing at all. I only took a few bites and then just threw the rest away. I won't be going back.

Just picked up my order thru the drive thru. The drive thru cashier was repeatedly screaming at a coworker and verbally called the woman in the car behind me "stupid" to her coworker. Probably not an uncommon occurance , but usually not in earshot of other customers. Overall, a very bad experience. The food hasn't been eaten yet, so can't review that. Update: The strawberry shake was not mixed and had no whipped cream or cherry. The Curley Fries tasted good. The Egg and Cheese Croissant was for a vegetarian(requested no meat) and they put meat on it, so it was not eaten. The worker at drive thru appeared very stressed and maybe her screaming at the coworker made the coworker screw up the order. Regardless, I wouldn't come back here again. Obviously, there is a need for worker retraining.

This location suck! I read the reviews prior to coming here. I should have listened to my instinct but my family member insisted we come here. Only good thing here is the curly fries. The soda is flat. TIP: make sure you check the bag before you pull out of the drive thru. One simple job to put everything you ordered in the bag. But no! This place manage to mess it up so that you will have to return to get your items. So inconvenient! Such a waste of time and money.

Could be one of the worst Jack in the Boxes on the face of this Earth. I think Colonel Mustard from the boardgame Clue works as one of the cooks and his only job is to just POUR tons of mustard on everything. They get your order wrong I kid you not 90% of the time. I have even came here before and inexplicably no one is even working there in the middle of the day. I have ate here numerous times and every time I do I just KNOW something will be messed up in the transaction and I instantly regret going here. Go to the one on 4th like a mile away. Wayyyyyyy better! I never go here unless it is the ONLY option. Like if the power goes out everywhere besides this Hack in the Box

I'd give -3 stars if I could. After a day of shopping last Saturday, 4/6 with the baby in tow, who was getting hungry we decided to go through the drive thru. This was 3:09pm. We wanted 2 milkshakes and a small curly fry. This was at BIG MISTAKE. We pull in and there are 2 cars in front of us, no biggie. After 4 long minutes we pull up to the menu to order and...nothing. I wait about 10 seconds and say "Hello?" After another 20 seconds I get a garbled "Hold on a minute okay, I'll be with you in a minute, I'm almost done with this other order." I say.."okay" 3-4 minutes later, I ask again, "Hello"? Nothing. I wait another 2-3 minutes (all the whole the baby is getting antsy from not moving and being overtired) I ask again, "excuse me, can you hear us"? I get "hold on please sir " in response. My wife starts laughing like seriously? NOTHING again. So now I'm thinking something is wrong, are they getting robbed? Is someone dying inside? Should I call the police? After 15 minutes, and after I've given up and we have decided to just go to McDonalds, I get a " Okay, now what do you need"? Like I'm an inconvenience! I tell the guy never mind and I feel very insulted and belittled being told to hold on, I'm his customer and instead that we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I wanted to get out and slap him across the face. As I pull forward the lady behind me pulls up and I can hear her getting no answers also, the 1 car left in front of me stays at the window waiting for ANOTHER 5 minutes and after a couple more, the 3 cars behind me start backing out, and I am at my wits end so I do too. It was 3:29 when we pulled out of that horrible location. Do not go in there, do not go through the drive thru, do not expect any decent service or cordiality. Hands down the WORST experience I've EVER had anywhere. Yeah, I know it's a fast food joint. But seriously, what a bad place and time.

I wouldn't encourage folks to go this this particular location. I ordered through the drive thru today and didn't even realize that I was short a jumbo Jack; until several hours later (due to running errands and picking up kids from school; coming home then to finally finding out after I went through my bag). Tried calling their location, but the line just rings.....so I've lost $5 and some change and am still hungry.

We had a lovely afternoon at a friend's gathering. Last time we joined them they served dinner. Now the group has decided to not go to that kind of work. Oh oh! We were starving. Jack In The Box to the rescue! We had cheeseburgers and they were delicious. We generally can not stomach fast food burgers but these were very enjoyable. We will definitely go to Jack In The Box the next time we want a quick burger.

It was a tradition for me to get my iced mocha before going out to party since it gets me the energy I need to be out until 3am, plus it's surprisingly really tasty for being $2! Jack In The Box surely had the most random variety of food from burgers/fries to teriyaki bowls to cherros. Their 2 for $1 tacos are deals, one of the best tacos I've had also, no lie. They are also the only fast food place that serves curly fries, how the hell do you even do it with potatoes, it's curly as my friend's weave. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

It's always a little bit unsettling when people don't give Jack-in-the-Box the respect it deserves! Sure, it's fast food, but it's really good fast food and with quite a variety. After being out of the country for a couple weeks we stopped by for a sourdough Jack and some curly fries. While food from other places is nearly always good, few things really hit the spot more than a good burger! The gal who took our order here was very friendly and even hooked us up with a buy one get one free drink as it happened to be approaching happy hour. Jack-in-the-Box is always a little bit more expensive than the competition, but it's nearly always better! There's nothing totally special about this particular Jack-in-the-Box, but it's delicious just like the rest.

This location is HORRIBLE in every sense of the word!!! The staff is rude and doesn't seem to get any of the orders right at all! When you let them know that your items are incorrect they then get rude and very unprofessional. The location closes whenever they want and I have had too many losses I am currently looking for information to complain to a higher source because even management at this location does nothing to correct the issue!

I placed an online order at this location before 11pm on Thursday. The location is advertised to close at 12am. I get there and the place is closed! They put a floor is wet sign in the drive through. There was 2 guys inside cleaning and when I finally got their attention they told me they closed at 10pm. I'm rather upset at this point cause I just paid for the order and have no way to get refunded. This is bull crap. So I drive to the location on 4th street and ask if I could pick up my online order from a different location that closed early. English was troublesome for them to understand unfortunately. At this point I'm just going to order this twice. Which we had a communication break down on a sugar free fuze tea. What I got was something that must have been some extremely watered down unsweetened tea and certainly not a sugar free fuze tea.

I cannot believe the attitude of the 2 employees I spoke with !!!!! I first spoke with a cashier by the name of aranza who had the attitude of 'your ruining my day by just being here' she seemed to not even know what was on her menu,or just didn't want to take the extra effort to give us a hand . After just saying yeah that's fine ,cutting my actual order short because I didn't want to deal with her anymore, I pulled up to the pay window. Where she tried to hand me the wrong drink. After pointing this out to her she gave me an irritated look. After changing out the drink she sent the other employee, Marta, who as well could have cared less about anything regarding our order . Marta argued with me after I asked for curly fries, I was wrong as she showed with the receipt ,so I offered to just pay for a new fry to help fix the situation, where she then demanded the bag back to just replace them . After looking at the receipt, the cashier charged me for 3 drinks rather than 2 (not a big deal but simply adds to the irritation) all this to go home to STILL have the order wrong ,missing items, cold and massacred burgers, tasteless drinks, and so on. I repeat, I CANNOT BELIEVE these employees ,both of which seemed drugged out and high strung during all of this . Seriously if anything your 2 workers , Aranza and Marta honestly should NOT be employed in such a environment if they cannot at the very abide by simple personal restrains such as kindness and non hostility. Upset isn't even the beginning of how I feel about this interaction.

The service was a bit slow, but I'm not sure if it was because I was here at 2:45, which is an odd hour. Or if they're always slow. I didn't get a receipt, but my order was correct, and all my food was fresh and hot. I was greeted by one employee, my change was given by another, and my food was given by another. I found that kind of odd. But other than that, it was a pretty pleasant interaction for a jack in the box. Better than the one I usually end up going to on the other side of Renton.

So, as any person that may or may not have had a bit too much to drink I decided to go to Jack-in-the-Box for a late night treat. The place is listed as 24/7 so naturally I thought that would be able to serve me my late night indulgence. Little did I know, 24/7 really means whenever the heck I feel like serving you. Upon rolling up on the drive through at 1:45 am, I was treated with no-one. 3 minute of waiting thinking, maybe, they went to the bathroom, still nothing. This place used to be my go to late night, however I can't in good conscience recommend it to anyone. Find a different Jack-in-the-Box or fast food for your late night indulgence because the only thing you get from this place is disappointment and shame.

I never write bad reviews but if i were a business owner i would want to know. 1:45am- I went to drive thru #1 and waited for awhile, asked hello, no answer. Waited. Honked. No answer. All the signs & lights were on so i pulled forward to look in the pick up window, and waited, honked again but it was like the employees were hiding from customers or something. Irritated that no one could even bother to tell me they were closed at this 24 hour location. I drive to the next location #2 a few miles away and this time someone who could hardly speak coherently greeted me by saying "i cant make hambergers - only fryer" i said ok, can i get the crispy fried chicken since its a fryer item?, he said no, i asked why and it was explained that "they were not in a refrigerator".... that worried me but i was so starving after work that it was all that was left so i just ordered tacos and when i went to the window i told him he may want to check on the other location #1 because no one was answering. so he says he just talked to them on the phone to see if someone would come work at that location #2 because the reason he cant make food is because he is alone.... your Renton, WA highland locations have consistently been bad, this just itked me enough to actually write a review

Are you serious?" as if making a separate transaction was such a burden to his job of ENTERING INFORMATION TO THE COMPUTER. Bye.

Arrived here, waited for 10 minutes before getting acknowledged. Normally a patient person especially since it was busy. Ordered anyways, mind you I was the only one in my he restaurant. 35 minutes later my food was done, everyone else in the drive through was served promptly. Needless to say Jack In The Box is no longer in my families menu.

I really miss the Hispanic lady that ran the show in the mornings. She had the greatest customer service. That my friends is a big part of getting customers. I wanted to recruit her to work with me. She just disappeared one day and this whole crew I don't know is there now. No smiles, the store is always dirty. If there was a place open walking distance besides that I wouldn't go there. These people just have attitudes. And I don't want to listen to some cashier bitching out another cashier about one thing or another. Take it to the office! The cook is always sweet. But I want the person taking my order to make me feel welcome. No one has made me feel like that since the one mentioned earlier. Get it together!

This location was fine. but when I got to the window the two girls were having a conversation in front of me about how old the cup of soda sitting in front of the window was, came to the conclusion it would be fine if they dumped some out and topped it off with fresh soda, did just that, and then gave it to me. Don't be dumb. Just fill up a new cup, girl. I know it's hard to think through the grease in there, but use your common sense and at least don't have that conversation in front of a customer.

this is the worst jack in the box ever. i rarely eat fast food so i dont ever have an opinion on it.. but this one, sucks... will never go to it again!! after a drunken night of partying my partner in crime and i decided to stop by Jack in the Box on the way home. i really wanted a crispy chicken sandwich and some curly fries, and she wanted something... i forgot what... we ended up ordering pretty much everything on the menu. Our friends were in the car in front of us, so we started "talking shit" to them out the window... jokingly of course... they talked "shit" back... when they leave, we pull up and the dumbass says that he "can't give you your food cause we don't allow yelling out cars". We thought he was joking until he slammed the slider window in our face!!! what a dumbass!!! we're never goign there again...

Preface: I only go to these kinda joints for breakfast, when I've driven my wife to work at Oh-Sweet-Jesus-it's-too-early-in-the-morning o' clock. The food here is consistent with every other Jack in the Box I've been to. It's ok for what it is, and slightly better than the competition in terms of flavor and, well... "realness." There's a real fried egg on the sandwich, not some pre-scrambled bullshit that got poured out of a carton into a round mold on a flat grill. There's an honest-to-goodness egg on these sandwiches. Truly. The bacon is crisp and the sausage is tasty, but not dripping with grease (but you had better chew slowly and carefully because every goddamn sandwich I've gotten at a JITB has bones or cartilege in the sausage). The coffee. Seattle's Best. Dark Roast does not begin to cover it because the shit is always burnt. I've stopped by twice only for coffee and gotten the shits both times. Yep, went ahead and went there. Sorry, but it had to be told. Now, all that, I could deal with. I mean, fast food is what it is and is that which it ever will be. We're not talking high quality fine dining with a joint like this, which means they should focus instead on consistency and good service. This location is consistent. What they lack is consistently good service. They lack consistent service of any kind. I drop my wife off at work nearby just before 6AM. By the time I get to this location, it's usually somewhere between ten to a quarter after. In the approximate hundred times or so I've driven my wife to work in the past three months, I've stopped by this place maybe thirty times. At least half of the time I've stopped here, well after their posted opening hour, I sit in the drive-through talking to the menu not only like I don't have a friend in the world, but feeling more like I don't have a hope in the world of getting served some goddamn breakfast, which is about all I can think about at this hour. Food. Coffee. No response? Well, fuck you, I'm leaving. I've sat. And waited. And waited some more. Then shouted "GOOD MORNING" into the microphone built into the second menu to no avail more times than I want to admit should happen with a fast food location. I hope the GM reads this after he (Jesus, I hope) hears about the epic complaint I'm going to level on this location. Hear me now: The middle-aged white woman who opens? Yeah, she's great when she's around and not "upstairs" doing who-knows-what. Gotten that bullshit three times now. The Indian girl? She's phenomenal. Give that girl a raise because she's not only on top of things and pleasant to deal with, but she's pleasant all-around and always smiling and THAT is the right way to start a customer's day. The young Hispanic woman I've seen walk into work 15 minutes late not once, not twice, but three goddamn times needs to go. She mumbles into the MICROPHONE DIRECTLY MOUNTED IN FRONT OF HER FACE and when asked to speak up, instead talks only faster. She has a shitty attitude with the customers and makes it clear she doesn't want to be there, so can we make her disappear? Please? I have zero doubt that you can find a much more enthusiastic replacement given today's economy. Really, all I would like is for your employees to be open, up and running at six in the morning, when you're advertised as being open, because I have to tell you, I'm tired of running to McDonald's down the street to get a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. It's a disgrace. If I stop by maybe once a week or so and get denied half the time, your business is suffering in many more ways that you need to look at because your employees are screwing you. "Open at six" means everyone's ass is punched in and working *at least* forty-five minutes before that, prepping for breakfast and the rest of the day. I've worked in too many kitchens for this shit to fly with me. You've lost about a dozen orders to the competitor literally a mile down the street that you wouldn't have had a human being said "Good morning" to me on the goddamn drive-through headset ten minutes after open. And yeah, the woman at McDonald's ever and always greets me immediately with a cheery "good morning," quickly takes my order and I have my food and am on my way in less than a minute, tops. And I hate handing her my cash for all her smiling and fantastic service because the food sucks. You read that right, their food sucks compared to yours but they get my cash. The performance of this location is inexcusable. And yes, there have been a few occasions where I've driven into the drive-through to get some coffee and the fucking lights weren't even on at ten past six. Are you kidding me? What kind of bullshit establishment is this? I know this is the internet and all, but I refuse to lie or embellish on Yelp here because I figure every other consumer out there has a right to know. Want an early breakfast with a smile at this place? It's a maybe at best. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!

Some advice to the owners of this Jack in the Box....either hire whole new help or shut it down. I can't even comprehend the disaster thats going on with this Jack. Whenever we come here, we often wait for cold food.

I recently used the drive-thru at this Jack in the box, we ordered and as we pulled forward I noticed this large girl in a car with little clothing on sprawled out in her car, I looked over at her and she started cursing at me What are u looking at B#&$% ? Ect. Using F words. My husband told the cashier at the window about it he seemed to blow it off. A week or so later we went to the drive-thru again, same girl same attitude, but this time she was with a employee of jack in the box. I called the manager he said he would look into it, I never heard anything back. I drive by this location on a daily basis and this girl is always parked right at the drive in sleeping or hanging out. I will never use this location again. I think her boyfriend must work there and she waits for him.

This place is awful. The food is always sloppy compared to other locations. The food always takes forever to receive. Yesterday my boyfriend and I ordered tacos and they asked us to pull forward and wait. Well, there were three people already in front of us waiting so we had to pull around to the side parking lot. After about 10 minutes of waiting, and the three cars left, my boyfriend went inside and asked where our tacos were and the guy said that they were already given out to someone. So they had to remake them, didn't give us a discount or our money back after my boyfriend said they should, and completely walked away from him while he was still talking. Ridiculous. Never going to this place again. Took a survey and gave a very negative review.
