Jack in the Box

Kids giggling. Pull up to the drive through and no no one attended me. All laughing at each others comments. I waited for the food to be ready and I left him holding the bag outside the window and I left. A proper flex!!!

I made an order through uber eats when I got my food it was close but when I was eating I found a piece of paper inside my salad the one to use to clean their hands. This Jack never answers their phone. I called the store many times but no one ever answered I called a different Jack within the same franchise. they said someone should always answer the phone but didn’t. I couldn’t go to the that’s why I order to be delivered.

I really hope corporate steps in and corrects these inconvenient mistakes that can be resolved by better management. I had ordered over $60 of food and everything was cold. At the location. I waited 15 minutes from my mobile order and received cold fries. Just like everybody else. That’s the first thing people touch. We had gone to the door and advise the cashier that the fries were cold, and that we wanted new fries. We also requested hot sauce for our order but before the person went back to bring us fresh fries, he reached into the bag and grab the fries out of the bag without gloves. He then comes back with fresh fries and three packets of hot sauce. Mind you I just spent $60 and only got three packets of hot sauce. I then went home and realized that all of my food was cold and not just the fries. The jalapeño popper was cold and the middle was not cooked properly. I attempted to contact the store and no answer 2x. I wasn’t going to go back so I can wait 30 more minutes or more to correct Their lazy execution.

I guess the friendly customer service was just a jack in the box commercial act 🎬 because the 3 piece chicken strip felt harder than 1 inch rubber.....seriously. I literally couldn't bite into it, and it had to have been sitting around in there all day or longer to get that hard. That was total disrespect for their customer. And they cry for better wages pfffs. I won't be wasting my hard earned money there anymore. We're not wild animals, jesus.

10/23/2022 I decided I wanted food from this place. It did not seem so busy a few cars in front of me I order the #5 with tacos on the side hamburger was messy, but it’s a hamburger right.? The tacos on the other side I got two orders of tacos,shells were so awful they seem like some one order them and cancel then and decided to give ‘em to the next person,the ground beef was so under cook that the meat it self was red and watery just that one bite got us sick.this is unacceptable people should get the right training to time and make food the right way i would not recommend for people to got to this place the other places are good.I was just tired and went to the nearest place.I teared this taco in half and as you can see is a huge difference from you tacos advertised on pictures and tv adds

I love everything about this particular location but mostly their friendly and courteous customer service.

The soda fountain only had Sprite. All other flavors were not working

I never had anything wrong with my orders. I kind of feel sad, was looking forward eating my tacos. And received tacos that were sitting where the fry’s go all most half a day. Please watch what you guys are serving to customers.

Worst service in any fast food chain!!! Drive thru is so long all the time and very slow. The people inside take care of you like they don't want to work there, all angry and fighting with each other. Then they get your order wrong. Please do not go there.

Evening manager Chulesa is very rude. She does not deserve to have the "manager" title .. very unprofessional Everytime I tried to order more stuff she's over talking me . Very unprofessional don't recommend going to that jack n the box (:

Please fix the drive thru signage! It's confusing and a lot of people start a line when it's blocked off and people get stuck. It's worse at night. Otherwise this is the only Jack n the box that never gives attitude and is super kind! They actually have the best tacos here too and it's filled with lettuce and cheese unlike all the other places the staff are so freaking nice too! They never give you nasty, cold curly fries like other places

Every time I go to this Jack in the box after midnight they aren't taking orders because their system is "updating" but when you pull up to the window their system is working, then a 5 min drive to jack on 18th and their system is working fine as well as all the other jacks in the area . It's the closest one to my house so it's a shame but the over night Supervisior need to do better and stop lying about the updates . Updates only happen between 4-415 am when the store is at its slowest . They claim they can't take any orders because the screens are off . They seem pretty on to me.

Worst customer service ever. I went to drive thru yesterday the girl who took my order Nayelli was rude and what is really irritating is when they say anything else and second she had a real bad attitude like she didn't want to be there. The guy who handed me the food was okay I believe his name was Rashaad something like that but once I got my food I was trying to purchase an extra drink I kept on saying excuse me both of your employees had their back turned talking and laughing so I just left. Never coming back to this location again. Hire people that actually wants to work and not be so damn rude

Placed my order online which was fine. I got the bacon & sausage breakfast platter and some chicken nuggets. The breakfast platter was disappointing. The eggs tastes watery which is slightly understandable to existent. The sausage and bacon were as good as can be expected considering where they're coming from. My BIGGEST problem was the hashbrown. It was hidden under the sausage and it had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE taste. Like I can't even describe what it tasted like but it didn't seem like it belonged in a food establishment. I bit into it and immediately was overwhelmed by a NASTY, DISGUSTING, DEPLORABLE taste. I spit it out and couldn't believe what I just tasted. I don't know who was responsible for that but it definitely needs to be looked into. The chicken nuggets were delicious.

This place is WILD! I ordered extra sauce on my chicken, NOPE, but I paid for it. Then, they don't have strips, sauces, etc. I get home to find not the 3pcs jalapeño poppers but two poppers and a half eaten one. Could of finished and it would have been cool. But they really threw half of the popper back in the bag! This was at drive thru, how do you do this? I am baffled. They traumatized me, checking my food at EVERY drive thru. But still coming back, NOT. These guys were on a mission to just shift someone's energy. It worked. Still befuddled.

Ugh!!! I just decided to give this place another chance since it's so close to where I live and boy did I regret it the tacos tasted like they were dug out of a trash can the lettuce was wilted and old! The cashiers are rude still and most of the time they don't have things like condiments soda stuff like that they're always out of something and one night I can't even use cash because the cash register drawer wouldn't open this one needs big time help!

Got a nasty attitude today from a girl I had 4 orders and she only gave me 3 claiming she had given me my orders when im showing her i only have 3 orders she asked another person it's like 5-6 people in there and none of them knew when she asked them so I had to wait more then the 5 min I was already there she asks me to go wait in the front but I say no it takes her a minute to give me my burger so i know she asked me to go to the front cause I told her I was missing an order if you don't like working there don't work I pay for my food I don't pay to see girls with attitude at the end I even had to ask her for ketchup hot sauce and barbecue 4 orders and not a single sauce in them. Hire people who actually want to work and greet costumers with courtesy th3 same way I did to her I just didn't get it back in return If they had a zero star that's what I would give them

Employees act like they don't want to be there, and our tacos tasted like cleaner , numbed my tongue. Can't imagine what the kitchen looks like

My wife & I have ordered from this location many times. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but without fail every single time we have ordered from this location, our order has been incorrect. We have paid for food and driven away with several missing items...very disappointing.

Service is horrible. I just went to get food. Since I work late. First the employees looked like they were having a party. Not paying attention to what they were doing. My order was missing the main thing my burger. I got fries and tacos. I came back to get my burger. No, im sorry​. Nothing. And they took another 5 to 10 minutes to give me the burger that I had already purchased. Horrible service.

This is the women's bathroom..Disgusting I was in shock. During this day & time in our lives with covid.if the restrooms look like this what does the kitchen look like ..it was 745am on July 12th. I showed the picture to the women manager. Now you would think that she at this time would have at least gone to the bathroom to check to see if there clean. Thats days of grime& dirt build up in that sink. will never visit there ever ever again .to the women manager shame shame ..have pride in where you work .that reflects on you .also she didn't even look surprised ..coporat office please do better with management..0

So me and my girl got some breakfast from jack we got a loaded breakfast and the stacked croissant sandwich and as we are eating we notice a crunch in our food and we look at our food and egg shells in the eggs.

Graveyard shift, was rude. My big cheese burger was dry as hell. I knew something funny was up, she kept dropping cups everywhere. I killed her with my kindness but next time ima slap the dog out of her.

Every single time i come here "their system is always down." I passed by the drive thru today and the lady asked if i was here to pick up a mobile order which I wasn't so then she claimed their system was down. At this point I know the employees are just being lazy and are trying to avoid work so there's no reason for you guys to be open 24 hours if they are deciding on the hours they want to serve people. Don't waste your time coming here

Gross as jack in the box, they could care less for how they are giving out their food. Clearly they dont clean thier OIL, they gave me some dirty as fries taste so nasty!! Dont come here. Im pissed getting off work after a long day wanting to just get some food and I get home to this shit.

They can't get a clear order right! In fact, on our receipt, it even says what my husband ordered - a GRILLED chicken sourdough sandwich. Does that look like what he ordered?? I think NOT! Instead he got a SPICY BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH!! I mean, really??? I know you don't need to be a genius to work fast food, but this place can't even claim to be slammed when we ordered!! There was maybe one person in front of us!! Absolutely ridiculous! If a person can't listen to an order when it's calm, I would hate to order here when it's busy! If I were you, I would choose a different Jack in the Box or another fast food place all together. We certainly will NOT return to this one!! If you're smart you'll stay away too, and save yourself serious aggravation!

Most busiest time of the day for this Jack and the box and I can't rave enough about their service. I noticed how quick they got the cars through the drive through and the food was hot. Now, my husband and I both were having trouble with our cards and was short. We were going to come back after an ATM run but Lisa and her team were very gracious. Thank you guys! Much props and we won't forget!

We got so much extra food we didn't even order one of the sandwiches we did order had a bite in it. they messed our order so bad with their tiny tacos i threw up because they didn't taste right. how tf is a fast food place gonna mess up this bad? just because they have a whole new remodel to the place don't mean they good. trashy food. i was excited for my tiny tacos and my mom was ready for her sandwich which had a bite taken out and my tacos were soggy from the sauses which i didnt even order with sause the tacos tasted like booty and the ranch has chunks in it

Lmao it's officially after a year of poor customer service. I will forever not refer any or recommend to order any food from this jack. Giving them rite full rating. gave it a year of poor customers service. No improvement. No standards, just poor customer service with skimpy meals. Thank you for showing me how I should train my own employees in my own business

I just left work in downtown San Diego at a bar and I'm starving. I go to jack in the box and first they tell me they are only accepting cash, w I don't which was the same thing they told me on a different visit around 8am, which sucks because they tell you at the drive thru, so I had a bunch of card behind me, so I couldn't back out, and cars ahead of me , so I was stuck not able to get food, Anyways this morning I order and they give me hard, old curly fries!!! That seemed like they were probably sitting for a long time, or I got whatever they could scrap y to together

Y'all really forgot my tacos fam, like I was mad starving and I even went to get cash and you were taking care of the order all brazy but bam, no tacos. Shit hurts you know

Walked in an literally no one in the front someone was doing something down of the counter and she called someone else and by the look in his face he dosent enjoy his work bad customer service he gave me everything and didnt wven bother to ask if i wanted condiments just went back and stayed waiting until someone notice me and the called the same guy (jose) and gave me the condiments and ran back .... Went into the bathroom and the are sooo dirty instead of running to the back of the store you should be cleaning or cleaning the front ao you can see when customers arrive

Avoid this is Jack in the Box at all cause. I went in today at 4:40 a.m. before work and the lady on the speaker said to give her 10 minutes because she was switching out registers. She was rude upon taking my order. All the food was messed up and cold

Ridiculously long line, always understaffed. We came here to give it another try but things aren't changing. Employees walk out with bags of food when they're super behind. Waited almost an hour for my order.

By far the worst Jack in the Box I've been to. COVID or not, I've never had a good experience from this location. Long wait times(both to go and drive thru), incorrect orders, incompetent people. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the next location. We ordered loaded tacos that never came out when we waited extra. The chicken tater melt had no hash brown. The regular tacos were cold. What a disappointment.

They're customer service was terrible, order at 5:10 and they give me a wrong order , they change it in another wrong order 3x . And being mad bcoz they have to change it . The fat guy team lead walking too slow to give me my order worse customer service ever ! Not even wearing mask .

Usually come here for mini pancakes for my kids the woman (cashier) in the drive thru is very friendly. Tonight I went through for a late night coffee and mini pancakes for my son and I asked for butter the gentleman appeared to be a supervisor tending the drive thru asked if I wanted sauces I asked for butter please . Rushing me he said we don't have any until the morning . And threw my order at me . I heard a girl scream from the back calling him a liar and he went on his head piece and said shit up Britney! Ridiculous, if you don't like serving get a new fuckin job. Really should rethink who's managing and working for these people .

This is the worst jack in daygo everybody in this place has a attitude all the time and they food always cold. Idk why I continue to come oh cause I live down the street. It be way too many bodies in there for y'all food to be tasting old all the time. Do better

We ordered through the app but were unable to select one of the munchie meals so we decided to pick up inside the store and just get it separately. When my girlfriend went in there were 2 people behind the register chatting/laughing and it took them a little bit to acknowledge there was a customer in the store. Once she actually got helped the man working almost forgot one of our shakes because he didn't bother reading the full order, my girlfriend asked about the other shake and he said "no it's just the one" before actually checking again and realizing his mistake. When she asked if she could order a munchie meal in store they initially said yes but then another employee came back to say the front register was closed and asked if we didn't mind going through the drive thru (with a 5 car line). My girlfriend said that wouldn't be a problem but is it possible to just ring up the meal on the drive thru register and allow her to pay from inside the store, the employee asked the manager but they said no because the interior was now closed. This was at 10:10pm and the posted close time is 12am. The second employee was also very passive aggressive and we noticed while waiting in the drive thru that she clocked out and left almost immediately after getting us to leave the store. After getting to the window at the drive thru we noticed they had crudely taped over the posted hours with a hand made sign. The picture we added is of one of the bbq sauces we were given, it made a small mess in the bag because it was stabbed and leaking sauce. Also the munchie meal was given to us without the box, all the items were just placed in a bag.

This location sucks. The employees don't care. Today will be my last time coming. I usually go through the drive thru, but I went into the restaurant today because my last drive through experience was crazy . How do you fuck up a simple as burger 3 times . I asked for an ultimate cheeseburger on sourdough with JUST mayonnaise. So I get it with a regular bun and all the condiments. Okay I let them know it's wrong, okay here is the replacement. My replacement was a whole other burger that had all condiments and bacon still no sourdough. Mind you this meal was a free meal because of a previous fuck up. So at this point I'm done so I go in the restaurant to get the order corrected. The girl at the counter straight attitude and not listening to what I was saying and talking over me. So okay I get a replacement order and what do you know they FUCKED UP AGAIN. I done lost my cool and went off on them from front to back . Here comes the Manager Whats your name? I will right your name down for another free meal. She even said how do you mess up a simple burger 3 times. So here it about 3 weeks later (today) I go inside surely they won't mess it up this time. The girl at the counter got her supervisor to take my order cause she could not understand what I wanted. Which was an ultimate cheeseburger on sourdough with just mayo. Well guess what the supervisor Fucked up the order again. I Don't write reviews. But this shit is crazy and will never come to this location. They obviously JUST HAVE A 2 STAR RATING FOR A REASON.

It's a jack in the box, what do you expect? That being said like all fast food its the same quality I've come to enjoy over the years when I get that craving. This is a shout to Abraham and Lindsey (i think thats what the name tag said). They both made my night by making me laugh on top of taking my order and putting it together. I know what I'm getting when I order fast food, these two bumped that experience up to a hilarious one. Thank you, ya'll rock!

I go to this jack in the box because it's close to where I live. It never fails that they mess up and forget something in my order that's why they are getting 1 star from me and by the looks of the other comments I'm not the only one getting shorted. P.s Give them a call when they forget something that way they can but your name on a list so you can get it if your not able to return that day.

About my visit today. I walked inside the restaurant because the drive thru line was long. I saw trash all over the kitchen floor, on top of the straw and condiment dispenser area with spills and straw liter. The soda dispenser smelled moldy.

I got a Jumbo Platter combo. When I got my food, I looked in the bag and saw they shorted me my second hash browns. When I questioned her she got me another and said I didn't get an extra one with a combo. That's a lie. Then I found the Ice Mocha I got was watered down. Time to try another location.

They never get anything right i found my self with fries instead of onion rings they didnt have ketchup they forgot to give me my ranch and the bacon on my burger was frozen sace your time go to another location trust me .

I just want to say that this is probably the best fast food experience I've had, I don't usually review fast food places but I feel like the staff here is very helpful. Going to the drive thru with 4 toddlers can be very overwhelming but the staff was very patient and understanding. The drive thru girl, I didn't get her name but she was super sweet and hopefully i run into her again

Jacks is great for monster tacos, drinks/shakes, and curly fries. Their burgers aren't as good for some reason. Maybe it's because I've been spoiled by the likes of 5 Guys and In-In-Out. This particular location has been great with taking my order through the drive-thru and then giving it to me accurately. No rude attitude of any sort, but they try to stuff orders into bags to the point where they're going to overflow and I find that annoying. Still, this is a good place to get my monster taco fix. If Jacks could come up with better tasting burgers, then I'd definitely be coming here more often.

Omg jack you did it again you f up my order. Really like come on you don't forget to charge me every single item I ordered but you sure as hell don't give me everything I paid for. Worst location ever not going back. P.S maybe if the cashiers/workers we're not all gossiping about their personal stuff then people would get what they pay for.

Workers don't pay attention to what u order and mess up sometimes and also they should have plenty of more supplies .

My go to JIB ... but for some reason the buttermilk ranch is always warm!!! Ranch should be refrigerated/cold.

Great location because its by the freeway, after a long night of partying its conveniently located by my house. Indoor service is not bad, machine to order your own food is cool bc not all locations offer the machine ordering thing majig. Overall, metorcarally good. 99cent tacos, can't beat that taco shop down the street!
