I got dem WANGZ 🍗 🍗 and dem FRIES 🍟 🍟 🍟 and dem MINI TACOS 🌮🌮🌮. They were straight busting in mouth 🙂‍↕️😣. Only problem was that they forgot my ranch and avocado lime dip for my wings and mini tacos. They still cool tho, they still swagging with the drip rizz GYATT sauce. It be just as good as any jack in the box that I've been too. (Mobile order)

I requested an order and it was sent to me incomplete. I called, but they haven't responded at all. The order number is 250608051634601. I hope they respond to my incomplete order because money costs even if it's just a dollar. I haven't received 1 Oreo Cookie Shake, Large 1 Diet Coke, Large 1 Curly, Large 1 ChBurger This is the second time I've received an incomplete order. And the DoorDash bags came sealed. I'm letting them know so they don't make excuses and say it was the delivery person who didn't accept the fault of their employees.

Great little place for anytime meal. We were hungry on our way back to Bay area on Christmas and most food places were closed, but not this one. First time eating in Jack in the Box and really liked it. Vegatarians can try Jalapeno bites, mini munchies and french fries, or burgers - take plain or with greens. Overall it was great. We did dine in.

I just cannot believe this. Second time in a row, they messed up my order in the drive-through. last time they forgot my cheeseburger this time they did not add my curly fries. What a rip off. Ivan should be fired!

As far as fast food goes, this place gets flying colors.

Messed up my order AGAIN. Instead of the chicken nuggets i paid for I got some potato slop swimming in ranch dressing. You repeated the order back.

Ordered Uber eats order all wrong didn't get a meal tried calling no answer or no way to leave message I guess management don't work on weekends.

When I order at Jack in the Box, I always ask for a Jumbo Jack, and always request one of their little boxes of honey mustard. Once every three visits, I also purchase curly fries, onion rings, or a box of stuffed jalapeno peppers. The servers are always attentive, and my order is always correctly taken. Sometimes, I order two Jumbo Jacks. Last week, at the San Raphael location, the sound system was playing salsa music. To the server I said, "Hey, they are playing Santana! I went to one of Santana's concerts when I was in high school ! They played OYE COMO VA !" My goal was to shock the server with the fact that I knew about Carlos Santana and his music. The server seemed pleased with my remark. After a few minutes, my order of two Jumbo Jacks plus one box of stuffed jalapenos arrived. The server then asked, "Is there anything else that you need?" My answer was, "Yes, next time I am here, can you please play Gloria Estefan?" The server liked my remark. Back on the road, I began planning my next hiking trip in Marin County and my next after-hike-visit to Jack in the Box. WHAT BRINGS ME TO MARIN COUNTY. Once every month, my weekend hiking routine brings me to Marin County, where I take Bolinas Ridge Trail, Jewell Trail, Pioneer Tree Trail, Tomales Point Trail, Mount Wittenberg Trail, or the Coast Trail starting at Palomarin Trailhead. After our hike, which is typically 8 to 10 miles long, I conclude my day in Marin County by stopping at Jack in the Box on 2nd Street in San Rafael. If I am hiking alone, I order at the front counter. If I am hiking with my spouse, she stops at the drive-up window and orders. One reason for buying a Jumbo Jack after exercise is as follows. Studies on human subjects have proven that consuming a high-quality protein, such as whey protein, during or shortly after exercise increases muscle mass. Please note that the meat in Jumbo Jack hamburgers contains high-quality protein. Published articles on the ability of a protein diet (shortly after exercise) to increase muscle mass, can be found on the website, www. pubmed . gov. Couldn't even get my food, the customer service was horrible. The lady at the window was so rude. The whole ambience of the place just felt nasty.. the people working there are just rude. They don't know how to provide a good customer service and it was my first time at the store. Never come here again.

Used to love it so much but recently been ordering large drinks and always getting a medium. very dissapointing never getting what I paid for again and again.

Slowest jack in the box i've been to. They forgot my 4 piece chicken strips and I waited 20 plus mins in the drive thru line. I called them too to tell them and try and get my money back but no one picked up after three calls :,( But hey the tiny tacos are good.

Tonight, I had a great experience dining in. Wes was serving us and went out of his way to make sure everything was brought out in a quick and efficient manner. All of the workers were courteous and provided a nice atmosphere. Will definitely return soon. Excellent customer service!

I crave my sourdough Jack burgers certain times of the month, if ya feel me ladies - hollllleeeerrrrr! Recently with their new food truck series menu, I've been craving it weekly. I've switched over to the juicy pork belly BLT. I hope "Jack" keeps it on the menu indefinitely. Most times I utilize the drive-thru (not that it's a hobo-magnet, the space is too small), Polo the manager is friendly and fast. He gets my orders right and off I go. I don't know of any Jack in the Box's with 5-stars. Having frequented the Jack in the Box's in SF, they're all magnets for hobos. This establishment is horrible! They need to re-staff the whole roster! 1st, I couldn't understand what they were saying in the intercom, and when I got my order, they got 1 order wrong and when I opened my sourdough jack, it looked like they stepped on it after they put it together. As for the order that they got wrong, I ordered the double jumbo jack meal and only got a single jack. At the same time, the presentation of the burgers were just poorly assembled. The sourdough jack was missing the tomato and the cheese on both weren't even slightly melted. Yall need to hire people that take pride in their job and actually care and follow instruction properly.

Food is very good. Never got a air freshener with my Snoop Dogg meal like they said on TikTok very nice people the service is good. The ambiance is great 10 out of 10 recommended very good food

gets my order wrong even if I order in person. I never change anything on the items I order- and still get someone elses order/the wrong order every time.

After reading all of the consist 1 star reviews below, I can only assume I got lucky and came on an off day, because my experience was actually quite pleasant! I placed my order through the Jack In the Box app, and walked the 6 blocks or so down to this location. Upon arriving at the counter, my order was already ready and waiting for me. They apparently have a history of getting orders wrong, because they manager even made sure to check to make sure my order was correct, and that I had some condiments and napkins. Upon digging my food out of the bag, everything was exactly as I ordered. And all the food was both hot and delicious (something that ironically is rather inconsistent from one Jack In the Box location to another). I rarely ever come down to San Rafael, but if I do happen to find myself here again and I decide to do a cheat day, I will probably come back to this Jack In the Crac...erm..Box :)

10/10 times i come here because its open late and the last thing really open in Marin. 10/10 times i end up hogging the toilet for at least 1 hour. Ill just starve next time

Terrible service. I asked for the breakfast jack combo with bacon. I got the breakfast jack with ham. I asked for salt. I didn't get it. They charged me $4.49 for the combo and yet it's $4.39 on their price list. I asked for a receipt. I don't get one. The order taker said their register is down. I got the wrong change. I can't hardly hear the speaker on their intercom. This is the worst service I've received at this jack in the box. I will not return. I've been going here for years.

I work really late nights and sometimes my only option is to come here for food. If Wes is working he gets my order right 100% of the time. He hustles hard and ensures that everything you ask for comes out 100%. Jack In The Box needs to give this team member a raise if they want to keep him. Keep killing it Wes! Thank you!

Food is okay but the customer service was kind of lame. They didn't even have my order ready so I had to go inside which isn't really a problem but they had an attitude like it was my fault or something. Then they forgot the ranch so I went in again and they basically threw the ranch on the counter.

One guy work alone on May 18th Sunday morning around 4 am, he was really rude and give me the wrong item , can't even take his job seriously , he should just stay home

I was again craving my elusive Taqueria San Jose and for some odd reason they were closed, again. Finding almost nothing open on New Years day, the growl in my belly quickly resolved me to fast food, and there's only one place around here open that late...Jack In The Box. I wanted to get some of their tacos but they were relatively expensive for this location, so instead I went with a few of their specials. I wound up getting 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 each of the sausage and ham and bacon croissant breakfast sandwiches. While they may not make it till you order it, it sure tastes like it's just all nuked together because it comes out piping hot. While not the healthiest thing in the world it certainly calms the cravings and does the trick on a dime. Even though the location is pretty dirty and the amigos behind the counter were crazy rude, I still come back to this place in the dead of the night. Perhaps because it's the only thing around or maybe because it's something in their oil, but when I have to choose between here and McD's, there's no contest. I just wish that In N Out was closer by and I'd be. There every time. Food: 6/10 Service: 3/10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 3/10

This is the second time I don't get the full order that I paid for! They didn't put the egg rolls in again. Last time I tried to call about it, but the number is not working, so the only way to report this is here. It looks I will have to check everything I buy here from now on.

To the girl working the drive thru tonight, I just got done working a 10 hour day and I have an hour drive home and this was my dinner because I'm too exhausted to cook and clean tonight when I get to the east bay. So when I asked you for some BBQ sauce and ketchup and you gave me a loud sigh and go to hell look, I wasn't trying to ruin your night but you sure as heck made me feel crappy. I hope you realize that I was actually saying please and thank you while the majority of your customers are probably jerks and don't think twice that you're just trying to make ends meet and support yourself too. So just think about that. Service was slow but food was warm and hit the spot.

I feel bad cuz it's covid time and all but the cooks need to be retrained food was chard like no condiments barley and gross I know it's a lot to ask for a fast food place to Actally have a ok meal jack used to always be my goto but now since this is the third time I gave them the maybe it was just this time never back to this place again

This jack in the box is great when they actually try. But 80% of the time they get my order wrong or forget something. Also they are supposed to be a 24 hour drive through but there has been multiple occasions where I went around 2-3 AM after work because I assume they're the only place open and they're just closed & an employee says "we're closed" & just ignores me. Im not sure whatsup with the staff here but they have a lot of issues with doing their jobs.

I barely ate part of a burger and instantly got food poisoning today from eating here last night. Usually I never have problems after eating here but I feel like shit so this place deserves a shitty review. I don't know what they did but I instantly threw up this morning and haven't felt okay since. Even the people I went with are experiencing food poisoning and it's not okay. Do better.

I had to come on here and leave a review because ain't no way I finally found a jack in the box that made everything on my order PERFECT!!!!! like Wow !!! I ordered a breakfast burrito meal and the burrito was made fresh like the eggs was cooked all the way the meat was cooked all the way the cheese was MELTED ! Like omg Mouth watering !!!! My hash browns was perfectlit crispy and fresh out the grease ! And i also ordered a ice caramel coffee and omg EVERYWHERE Else I go they make it way too sweet and right when I asked this Jack-in-the-Box to only do half caramel and they made it perfect so I highly recommend anyone to stop by at this one !

I love Jack in the Box, but my goodness this one is horrible! We went inside, waited about 10 minutes while the employees completely ignored us. The manager (I guess? Not really managing anything though...) was too busy flirting it up in the back. The employees kept taking drive through order after drive through order even though they knew we were there. Finally one comes over, 1/2 takes our order, then continues stuffing drive through bags. Finishes taking it, but doesn't take our payment. Instead he takes more drive through orders. We finally left and warned everyone approaching not to waste their time here. You shouldn't either!

Once again I go there not only do I get bad service but again my whole order is wrong after waiting once already Becuase they didn't give me the right order. After waiting 10-15 min I get my order wrong again. Back fucken service like always!!!

So darn tired of this jack in the box... if there was another jack in the box with a 10 minute drive i would rather do that one then this no customer service, upcharging, close when ever they want to jack in the box. I just went there at 12:45am august 15 and though the lights are flashing open the menu was off and no one is in the building. This is not the first time this happened to me btw. Oh as i was leaving i saw a mouse running from the building. Each time i ask for 4 buttermilk they either try to charge me or give me dirty look or the short me since im in the drive through... Skip this jack in the box... seriously

I have experienced horrible service the few times I have been here. The short woman is always in a nasty mood. And it takes them a very long time to serve the food. I will now always go to the McDonalds which is just a short drive down the road. Also, I have seen rats running around in the back of the restaurant. Quite disgusting. I should report this to the county health department!!!

The gentleman working the drive thru handed me a sprite and crushed it all over my vehicle...horrible customer service

Gets the job done. One star for the drive thru being open 24/7. Second star for my food always being edible. Third star for the fact that I have yet to get food poisoning

We drove up to the drive thru in our truck and sat at the intercom for an entire 10 minutes and was never acknowledged, we even yelled "hello??" into the intercom 3 times. Finally decided to just go up to the window to place our order. We pulled up to the window and legit sat there for over another 5 minutes while the guy inside just stared at us and was helping the car behind us through the intercom. We're waving at him to get his attention and lightly honking the horn and still he just stares. Finally he makes a move to open up the window but then pauses to help the next car behind the one behind us?!? So finally 3 minutes later he opened up the window and we asked for a manager. That took another couple of minutes while the kitchen staff was talking and laughing, not caring about us sitting there. Finally the manager comes up and doesn't even give us a chance to tell him the issue before he starts to place blame on us and said our truck was too big for the sensors to pick up (?????) literally never heard of or had that problem in my life. We're still trying to tell him the issue about us sitting in plain view of the worker and him not saying anything to us and the manager says we are interrupting him. I finally had to raise my voice and say he's not letting me explain the issue for him to give us a better explanation. Hear our complaint before trying to blame your "new" kitchen staff. Needless to say we did not end up placing an order and went elsewhere. Manager took 0 responsibility.

It was my first visit to Jack in the Box ever and I was quite pleased with my meal. I tried the Buttery Jack, I feel if it's the #1 item listed on the menu it must be there go to sandwich since I've never been before. It was a very tasty burger but I really enjoyed the bun that they use for the burger. I also substituted for curly fries which is a small up-charge. The seasoned curly fries were very good. After my meal I wasn't quite full, they have different sizes for their meals so I would suggest getting a larger size if you tend to eat more. All in all I was pleased with this fast food place and would go again.

Uhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Today I got the kids some food from the drive-thru. My daughter bit into her burger & discovered A TOENAIL! When I drove back & asked to speak to management, the non-english speaking crew kept telling me 10-15 min.

As I am curled up in a ball on my bed, unable to to anything but stare with dead eyes at my computer screen, I can't help but realize that this is all my fault. Granted, no, I did not choose to go to Jack in the Box. I truly did not. And, it is a fact, an absolute FACT, that I ordered a strawberry-banana smoothie and declined food. But, who was I kidding? Dude I was with ordered like 6 tacos and some spicy chicken bite thingies...I knew I'd be indulging with him later. Put junk food in front of me - especially when I'm wasted, and there's really no turning back. So, from my first bite of that evil little taco, I knew what was gonna happen. I'd had copious amounts of alcohol all night long. Combine that with Jack in the Box's particularly disgusting and greasy food, and bad things will inevitably happen. They may not happen right away....but you can FEEL them cooking up in the pit of your stomach. Always. After eating the taco, I went to work on a few of those spicy chicken bites. That's just like throwing a match into a puddle of gasoline, really. Throughout the night, I kept waking up, wondering why it felt as if a giant motherfucking dragon was breathing fire on my stomach walls. Let it be said that Jack in the Box is probably one of the most natural forms of anal lubricant that there is, however. For that, I admit, I am grateful. For the rumbling still continuing in my stomach over 12 hours later, though....I am deeply concerned.

Sometimes things that are so bad just feel so good. Bring on the BBQ sauce bitches and hand me my curly fries. I think I could put bar-b-que sauce on pretty much anything, except for cereal, but I don't like cereal anyway. Being open late with the drive through, Jack in the Box has served me well for many years. Serving up that crappy disgustingly greasy food that I so crave, and only give into every once and a while. Gotta be careful though as to how much I eat there, considering it just sticks to my ass like white on rice. I love to see how many accents we can order our food in. It's like traveling around the world while still in line for cheesy stuffed jalapenos. Crack in the Box is just that, crack. You do it and love it while you're doing it, but then afterward, the comedown just isn't too pleasant. Not like I've done crack or anything, but still, it's how I'd imagine it......... In doing the survey below, I almost want to check the box that they serve alcohol, considering my trips there pretty much always include being intoxicated. They might as well just serve it there and help me out by not having to make a trip to the bar. Now that would be full service. Oh, and it's gotta be cheaper than crack too...but then again, I think I'm probably one of the only people in the world that can spend 20 bucks on Jack in the Box. I still don't know how I did that one.

This is slumming in Marin. A little taste of the real world that Marinites try so hard to keep out. And thats fine. It is safe and clean here. But it does keep you from understanding what is going on in the rest of the world. Most people here hop in their Mercedes SUVs and drive to places where other people with Mercedes SUVs are and then go home. A perfectly acceptable way to live but I'm not sure if they deserve the right to vote. Anyway...the closest they come to experiencing the life of an average Californian is late-night guilty JITB orders here. So thank you, JITB for injecting a little bit of cholesterol and pink slime into the stomachs of these prep-school, married well, shiny toothed, spandex bicycle outfit-wearing, Cowgirl Creamery, wine snob, NIMBY, pet psychiatrist, play date, oyster shuckers.

This place location sucks! I love jack in the box nacho monster tacos. I don't order that often and for the third time in a row ordering from this location I have gotten the wrong kind of taco. This last time though, whoever was cooking made his own version. I just like the meat, cheese and jalapeños. He decided to add lettuce, tomato and taco sauce. For most people, that's a plus, but for me, no thank you. And served it knowing I was in the drive thru and would not discover it until I got home. It really is not that hard for 3 simple ingredients and yet you get it wrong every time. I have officially given up on this jack in the box.

So this is practically the only place open in San Rafael besides Walgreens past 12AM, which is great. Jack in the Box is awesome here. A lot of friends keep asking me to take them there, and I have to either tell them no, or that they would have to buy my stuff to compensate for the little gas I have to waste to bring their lazy butts there. The people at the drive through practically know me, but they are very polite, and show that they really appreciate your business at any time of the day. This place is awesome! 2 tacos for a dollar? AWESOME 1 chicken sandwich for a dollar? AWESOME Open 24 hours? AWESOMEERRR It's the place to go to if you are just hungry and need something to fill you up. If, however, you have a paper to write or something to study for, don't eat it because it is so heavy on your stomach that you won't feel good after eating it. The day after is worst because you are just so bloated. They really don't make it until you order it.

This has become really good. The new Buttery Cheeseburgers are really good, one of the best fast food burgers. Other dishes, like curly fries, or onion rings, are excellent. Also, the Monster enchilada taco is quite good. I think you will be impressed with the taste, and the value for the money. And the service is excellent.

Horrible experience with employees. One of the employees took wrong order ( drive thru ). I wanted to order just milkshakes which is around 4$, they charged my card for 29$. When I saw the bill I said it's not what I wanted to order. The woman said that they will give me money back right away on my card. Three days later I saw that they never gave me back the money. I drove all the way to the fast food again. I had bills, I explained my story. Nobody was really listening to me and they said they can't do anything with that. I lost my time, gas and they took all the money they shouldn't...

Too bad I can't give a zero star review. Was very disappointed when I ordered through door dash. I ordered three orders of tacos (6 tacos). Food came and there were only three tacos in the bag. Definitely not ordering through door dash over there in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Stopped here after a long 3 .5 hours stuck in traffic! The drive thru server eas super polite. Pulled to the window and the guy was super friendly. My order was correct but most importantly it was HOT! One of the best tasting fast food burgers that i have had in some time.

One star is too much for this place! They charged me for someone else order and told me they will return money in next 3 day. I never got my money back. When I got there to explain everything one of the employees start to yell at me ! Literally! She gave number to manager who never answered my phones. The worst place I have ever been at!

Not a very good Jack In The Box in my opinion, very poor service, they refused to take the cheese off our burger when we specifically told them no cheese on 2 of the 3 burgers that we ordered. The manager told her employees to not take off the cheese and to give to us would not recommend this location if you are looking for good service and no issues with an order

Pedro and Raymundo are my boys (although I have to say i like Pedro a little better because he doesn't skimp out on ranch dressing, and Jack in the Box ranch dressing is the best). Its the only place open in San Rafael past 12, but not the only reason I go there. My boys behind the counter are legit and even though the food leaves my lips feeling like someone rubbed petroleum jelly on them, it tastes so good going down that i couldn't care less. I don't care whats in it and i don't care if they actually make it when i order it, I'm going to continue to eat it anyways. Don't just get tacos, pretty much everything on the menu is bomb. BTW, they will know if you're high or drunk and they will mess with you. Be prepared. AND....there are two creepy homeless ladies that hang around in the mornings. One has a super old cell phone that she checks constantly as if she is expecting a call at all times. The other lady is a 4 foot nothing balding Asian woman. Be prepared for that too if you make an AM trip. HAVE FUN KIDS!!!!
