We drove through at Troy, MO. Staff was so friendly & helpful. My husband said the tacos were the best of his life and he already loved Jack in the Box, so they had to be exceptional. Great job! Wish you'd set up a restaurant in Cleveland TN!

Very unsafe food delivered to us tonight! Served us two uncooked sourdough jacks with cold patties and burnt snotty lookin old and cold stuffed jalapenos, forget both our tacos and no one can answer to resolve our issue... Ridiculous and unsafe food, beware! I am contacting the St. Louis City Health Department so hopefully this won't happen again! Someone could get sick if they ate this... Jack n the Box owes us a full refund.

Go by this Jack's 3 times a week. It's very hit or miss. Many times the lights are out. Today at 7pm, they weren't taking orders. I go out of my way just for their tacos to get disappointed 2 out of 3 times. No more!!

They wanna sit there and say that their system is down when I seen her playing on it perfectly fine and the other workers just sitting on their asses on their phone if the system is down why don’t they close the place then and not sitting their lazy as hell getting paid to do nothing oh yea also got a eye lash or somthing in my food and when I purchased a number 4 witch is a double bacon cheese burger I only got a single patty it’s just bullshit

Went to pick up and deliver food. Went thru the drove thru. As a driver, i have to confirm the order before i leave with a receipt that is to be secured to the sealed bag. The employee would not confirm the order. Didn't know what was in the bag. No name on the bag. They're out of receipt paper. I was persistent because i get docked for poor service and the customer noted that they didn't receive all their items last time. She slammed the window and walked away. I jad to explain to the client.... Do not order from here!

Pulled up to order at 10 PM. They told me they were only taking mobile or DoorDash. I put in a DoorDash order went back around and magically. They’re taking orders. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes.

The worst food I have ever paid for 😭. Tacos were soggy and greasy, hamburger was flat, cold, and nasty 🤢, french fries was old and burned. NOT KOOL AT ALL 🥺!!

The taco's were soggy from grease and they had the consistency of being stale. They were chewy, tasted like old grease and the lettuce and sauce were thrown on sloppily.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have lived close to this Jack in the Box for almost 4 years and they have made every single order of mine incorrectly. I have not ordered from there for months because of this. I know to check my order before I pull off but, I ordered on my app and my boyfriend picked my food up. Of course, an item was missing and my sandwich was missing the swiss cheese and the 2 eggs were crusty and very old. The website gives a phone number for this location but when you call it its a fax machine. This is the absolute worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Don't waste your time here!!!!!

Every time I go there the various women working late nights always over charge by a dollar or two! Very disheartening and dishonest folks who work there! This has happened 3 times. At first I thought it was just a mistake but no they consistently do this!!!

Sitting through the drive thru, writing my review. Here is a picture of where I am right now, accompanying this review. Six other cars in line. I've been here about three minutes. The thing with this JITB is that the drive thru always seems so slow. Like, unusually slow. The food is on par with any other JITB and is always pretty consistent. I appreciate that every time I've been here the Diet Coke has been really fizzy and fresh, they have a good calibration going. We haven't moved, it's now been seven minutes. There's not really much to say other than that. The Grand Blvd easement is horrible 8 minutes and we've moved up one. The JITB pylon sign is nice. It's lighted but not right now, the sun is still mostly out. It's 19:35. Nice, though. We've ordered, we've been here for 12 minutes. Two cars ahead of us. It's been 17 mins There's an employee going around and picking up the trash that asshats dumped out of their car. That's a nice thing, I like that! 21 mins, in and out, 1 burger, two diet cokes

Just throw the whole store away. Either everything is broken or non functional. Some of the employees customer service suck and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty ESPECIALLY BEHIND the counter! Hell this is where covid19 lives and breeds. Does ANYBODY come in and do an inspection because BABAYYYYY the health department CLEARLY hasn't been there in hellaaaaaaaas! When you pull up to the speaker it has a sign that says pull up to the window to place your order. Get to the window, the employee has an attitude as if you two previously had problems. Then after you pay, they tell you to go on the side of the building so they can bring you your food. Ummmm we live in S. City and im not trying to be a sitting duck for one of these guys to approach my car and rob me. THEN they don't know who ordered what so your order just halfway went into everybody else is called. Then the young lady that brings your order out looks like she just got up out of bed and put her clothes on, hair all over head like she just took her braids out on the clock! Don't look like she washed her face, hands or her body. The guy that comes out to wipe the windows on the outside, his clothes are all big and stretched out ( don't come at me saying that's probably all he had because he had on a hundred and some-odd dollar pair of Michael Jordan's so clearly he could have done a little better in his uniform attire) and he look like his mama just yelled at him and told him to get his ass up and wipe the windows like she told him to. The other young lady as she bringing you your food, she's on her phone texting and talking. I don't know what's worse the trifling store or the customer service of the workers but hey is Jack in the Box so what can you expect? Fast food got to love it. On the upside I can say that the food was hot and fresh so I will give them that much and no I didn't eat it it was for a friend that always go down there and I don't know why but if she fine with consuming covid-19 I am too, LOL.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. They are so consistently slow it is unbearable. If there are 2 cars in line you'll be lucky to get your food within 30 minutes.

Worsts jack in the box in the city. Open 24hrs? They take hour plus change over breaks. Two times now I've order thru the app, never got my food or refund... still no response from anyone. I'm personally gonna make sure they shut this place down ;)

Out of fucking tortilla shells! Slow as fuck! Was stuck in the drive through for 20 min with no escape! Then ooops forgot to give me my whole order! Pull up my ass! To fucking where?! The street! Omfg do not go here until there is a new management crew. Just out of curiosity I went over to Walgreens and guess what? They have tortilla shells! Will never go here again.

This Jack in the Box NEVER has anything. When you want to add something to a sandwich they can't do it. How is that? All you do is push a button to add a piece of sausage and slice of cheese to the sandwich. Why is this Jack in the Box still open? You ask for cheese fries, they can't do that. However ANY other Jack in the Box NEVER says this, so why is it always this one? This is the reason why I pass this JIB to go to the S. County location. This restaurant is just terrible.

They literally couldn't move slower if they tried. No working phone number to call. You'd think for the amount of time you spend in the drive thru they are serving a 7 course meal. It's an absolute joke. They act like they don't want to be working and if they inconvenience enough people long enough they'll just get to sit around all night....the line is still wrapped around the building. Let's pick it up a little and realize that slow service isn't going to make your job any easier. You're just pissing everyone off.

Oh, how I miss you Jack-in-the-Box on Grand. You were so good to me, always happy to fulfill my desires. It mattered not if I was hungering for a greasy egg roll dipped in buttermilk ranch or a deep-fried hardshell taco, stuffed with lettuce before being dropped into the fryer. Seriously, as far as fast food goes this is it for me. They have every thing you could ever need. If you've never been, I suggest you drink a lot of cheap beer, until your stomach screams "feed me daddy", then have your designated driver scoot you over to you local Jack in the Box and stock up.

Cashier late at night was super friendly. I'm, glad that the staff can still have fun even when they are stuck working the night shift. We ordered some tacos and a burger and the cashier agreed with us that we were making a good choice. Order was hot, all condiments we asked for were in the bag, service was speedy. If I'm in the mood for tacos again in the middle of the night, I know where I'm going!

Had actually the worst service and burnt onion rings I've ever had in my life. I don't expect gourmet or spectacular manners at a jbox, but the worker when we ordered and went to the window seemed pissed we were even there. Then I go home and open my black burnt unedible onion rings. No way she didn't notice how much she over cooked them before she put them in the bag. Gross. $17 not well spent.

I've tried so hard to give this JNTB many chances.... But every time I go the wait is crazy (with or without a line), my order is missing something, and the service is just downright subpar. I've had too many times where the window workers are either miserable beyond repair or 10 seconds from punching the next customer in line. My favorite is when they tell me to "get off their buzzer" so I must pull away from the menu and speaker so they don't get in trouble for poor drive thru times. I've worked food service for years, I understand that it isn't always peaches and cream and that the pay is never enough, but I've NEVER been outright rude to a customer or without a smile just because I'm having a bad day or I hate my job. This specific location is probably the only one I've ever been to that needs so much work. They fixed the outside of it, but now it needs an overhaul on the inside.

Even for Jack In the Box this place is terrible. Half the time the fryer is broken, the service is apathetic at best, and everything feels dirty. I am giving them 2 stars though because their late night food is just so good-- when the fryer is working, that is.

I'm from Illinois and I was so happy when I saw one Jack in the Box but this is not the Jack in the Box I used to be. Horrible place with a nasty odor. Not a family place..

As we walked home at night, we decided to stop at the jack in the box. The indoor restaurant was closed, so we were told to walk through the drive thru to place our order. Once at the window, the manager refused to serve us as we were not in a vehicle. As we were walking home at the time, obviously we did not have a vehicle. Despite the fact that there were no other vehicles in the drive through, the manager refused to serve us simply because we were on foot. The manager refused $40+ in sales by refusing to serve us in any way, either in the drive thru or in any other manner. Furthermore, the manager was extremely rude when interacting with us. She made no effort to figure out a way to serve us, she simply told us to get lost. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you are seeking any level of professional from management, look elsewhere.

I waited in line for 35 minutes, only to be told I have to wait another 10 minutes because their systems have to reboot. So I accepted that comment and I waited another 15 . After waiting 15 minutes the woman on the speaker told me that I had to pull around after there was 10 people behind me and she told me if I did not pull around she would call the police Whited I told her I had waited 35 minutes plus and then I just wanted to order my food, she said she would order of the other people to pull around me but I adore the way it's only 5 minutes so why did I have to pull around the entire drive-thru so that everyone can pull around me? I'm never coming to this Jack in the Box again
