i usually have pretty decent experiences here but this time was just gross.. i don’t even know how old the chicken patty i got was but it was almost inedible. i’ll be back because i enjoy the options and that it’s 24 hrs but it’d be nice if there was more consistency to the freshness of the food. the breading was separated from the chicken

Pay for halfsies fries and this is what we got. Kinda ridiculous in my opinion. Only jack in the box location that can't give you a box filled with half of each style. Tacos were ice cold by the time we got home. Disappointed and will let corporate know.

So stopped for lunch break about 1:36am they were busy, we were just left standing in the lobby for about 10minutes until someone came up and showed us that the kiosk was the way to order? So we ordered, took about 13min? I had two tacos which were more nostalgic than delicious. They brought back so many memories of times gone by. The avocado lime sauce (which my codriver hipped me to) was awesome! You could put that on a dead cat and it would be good!

Can't speak to the quality of Jack in the Box--I never eat there. Giving this location 5 stars due to it being a prime location to eat your drive-thru Raising Canes order in the car while it's still crispy. Been here many times for this, never disappoints.

They have stolen shoes on the ground, obviously like you can see. However, they were permanently trespassed off of private property to where they’re not allowed.

If I could give this jack in the box negative stars I would. My husband and I ordered 2 of the sauced and loaded wedges, to only get 1. Amongst other food that we had ordered and asked for some taco sauce when we paid. They told us to pull around and park, waited a long time. When given the food the only sauced and loaded wedge we got was all over the rest of the food and then we go back thru to get what we actually ordered and to get the taco sauce we wanted, was told to pull around and wait again so all of our other food got cold and soggy. Worst experience of many I have had here. I’d like to know what yall will do to fix this.

Food could be better fs was just server probably hour old tacos, 8 of em to be exact. They weren't rude or anything but I work on the go so I couldn't just go get it fixed either.

on july 15, ordered the t-pain munchie meal, mini churros, and the chocolate overload cake for me, my sister, and my mom. i didn’t get charged for the chocolate cake, but i didn’t receive it either. im sure the lady taking my order just didn’t hear me, but a little disappointing because there isn’t a jack in the box where i live and i had to drive over half an hour.

jack in the box is a nation wide, fast food chain, but the jack in the box restaurant/48th & yale avenue location, offered good burgers, chicken sandwiches, and jack breakfast sandwiches. when food is ordered through their jack in the box app, you get discount food offers, and reward points if you sign-up. better prices, and deals than what you get just ordering off the regular menu. yes, they get busy at times, yes, their human and make occassional mistakes, and have occassional bad days. but what do you expect, this is a nation wide fast food chain restaurant, offering good food, at fair prices, when ordered through their app, and using their food deal offers and coupons. better than mcdonald's and whataburger in my opinion.

Horrible customer service Not even one person in the building said one thing to me after 10 minutes of standing at the front desk. They acted as if I didn't exist.

Don't ever go here if you want something to eat I was standing inside for several minutes and I even asked for help and nobody helped at all just kept walking by like they didn't even see me. This place has no type of customer service. I hope many people see this before going

As much I like the food I'm starting to hate it for how long they keep you waiting in the drive-through I get here at 12:25 and now it's 1:00 they take for ever to get your order

order Jack-in-the-Box from Uber eats, ordered a large curly fry and a cheeseburger with some other things. not only was the food, cold, and kind of soggy and wrong . My large french fry was half filled. I work fast food and the fact you can read a simple order and do it right is horrible.

Placed an order with DoorDash at 10:53p. It's currently 12:44a and the dasher is still sitting in the drive thru with constant communication. This isn't on DoorDash. 2 hours? Did they take a break and close the place down or what? I understand it's NYE, but 2 hours for some mini tacos? C'mon. Do better.

I just went threw their drive through tonight, one of the worse services I've ever received we waited for a mobile order for 20 minutes and when we finally got to the actual window the lady came at us will a full attitude and says "can I help you?" as if we hadn't just been sitting here for the last 5 minutes staring at her. Then when we finally get our food the food is ice cold, we had to ask for our drinks, and the lady didn't seem to be too happy about being there period. I understand not liking your job but to be just plain rude and unprofessional is ridiculous. I will not be returning. also when I called to speak to a manager, it goes directly to the managers voicemail.

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOUR ON LUNCH OR A SCHEDULE!! Only 3 cars in drive thru. We didn't move for over 15 min. Finally had to jump out of the line and go to Arby's. Will never come here on my lunch hour again!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate getting door dash orders from here. It super slow and the employees are disrespectful, I called to see if they can run an order out to my car since the line was wrapped around and the food was already ready, the guy I talked to said No and to get in line then hung up on me. If you are ordering from door dash just know it's like an extra hour to get your food from here at 11:44pm.

No complaints here! I love the breakfast variety of different sandwiches and they are all very tasty. Much better than McDonalds. Same for the large variety of different lunch options. New staff is much better than the other group they had working. They actually seem to care about the customer and his good dining experience.

Don't know about the food since after waiting for 5 minutes in the lobby with staff all around, no one acknowledged me, so I can definitely say service sucks.

This place is terrible. We arrived and waited for quite some time and then I asked if someone could please help us and got the response that they were very busy. We were the only customers in the store. Finally, a young Hispanic woman took our order. Got home and was surprised that the burgers, tacos and 1 fry were cold. Apparent that the burger meat was precooked and placed in a holding tray. Totally unacceptable for any type of fast food place. Last time I will order from this Jack as there are other Fast Food establishments that offer good service and hot food.

this place made me have diarrhea for a week straight and the food tasted horrible! if i could i would make them go out of business! my daughter is also very upset about a rude worker there! dont go here!!

Do not go here!!!!!! Ordered 5 meals, got 4. Called, they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. Then finally said to come back by, which I was already in drive thru line since inside wasn't open. Finally get to the intercom after being in line, 15 min later and they say the machines are down. Told them the situation and they still acted like they were puzzled. Finally got food after waiting 30 min and still was wrong. Smh. But we took the burger and fried and left. Didn't feel like giving them any more of my energy. No wonder why they only have 2 stars. Smh

Google says it's 24 hours. I work nights and was hungry... wasted gas and my time. You'd think they would change it smh

Pros: I'm gonna start coming to jack in the box more! Full menu available all day. Here at breakfast, but came for the 2 tacos for $1. Super cheap. However, I'm tempted by this French toast platter they're advertising. Drive through relatively fast. Cons: fast food is not exactly healthy.

I'm visiting my family for holiday. Being an early riser and from an Eastern Time Zone state, I found myself limited in options at 4:30AM. Maybe it was the homeless man sleeping in the corner that started my ideas of this location to start its nosedive. Maybe. I had an egg and cheese biscuit and a coffee. Or maybe I had the grease biscuit and sewer juice... Either way, it was a breakfast experience I didn't enjoy. Dirty floor, no creamer in sight... Ugh. The only good thing about it was that they were speedy and didn't make me wait to pay. I will never go back and probably direct people to this review. Sorry corporate. You need a better night crew. And change your coffee brands. That stuff you serve is ripe.

Waited to long to get our food. We were hungry and already had paid so we waited. More than likely won't come back. Very unorganized. Manager seems nice but poor management.

I absolutely love jack in the box but not today! Whats going on? My fries are absolutely disgusting hard and cold no chicken is even edible! I ordered the popc chicken large combo

EVERY TIME I COME THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG!!! I love jack in the box coming from Dallas but it seems like this one is the laziest one I ever been to. No matter what I order my order always wrong. Literally went there 15 mins ago and ordered a number 24 (meat lover breakfast burrito) but was once again given something completely different EVEN AFTER SAYING I WANT A NUMBER 24 TWO TIMES!!! I will never come to this one again and advise y'all not to either. This franchisee doesn't care bout customer satisfaction and only wants your money!!!

This place don't know if it wants to be Taco Bell Taco Bell now or McDonald's which makes them good for nothing their taco suck & their burgers suck at least be good at one or the other just blah

First off I have never written a review regarding customer service because I've never had an issue. And I understand it's a fast food place so you can't really expect 5 star customer service. With that said, It was 1:02am on a Friday night, and I originally just the jumbo Jack sandwich, once at the window I asked kindly to employee (Willeka) that was working the drive thru window. If it was to much trouble to makes it a combo. Once she heard that she frowned and made the uhh sound. Like seriously? And other employee which I don't know his name said tell him hell to the no. I would of told them both off but I was really hungry. But they were really rude and seemed like it was to much work. Really!? It's just freaking fries. And a drink. It's not like I asked you to make a 5 course meal. If they don't want to do it, it seems like they don't want to work and simply look for another easier job. To top it off. She added 2 tacos which I didn't order and gave me a diet Sprite. I would of returned it and changed it but she had already charged me and obviously it wasn't going to do anything because the ppl simply don't want to be working here.

Middle of the night munchies, only place open, so I figure what the heck. I got an egg roll and the 2 tacos for a buck 19. The egg roll was pretty decent, not too greasy, crunchy with tasty filling. Now the tacos.....holy balls I could eat about 3 dozen of those little morsels of artery clogging goodness. They're so crunchy and cheesy and kinda greasy with a kind of meat filling that makes you wonder what if you're actually eating meat....but you don't care because it's so freaking good. I swear those things are the crack of cheap taco world. WAY better than the value tacos at Taco Bell and Bueno. Next time ima order a whole satchel full.

I have not been to a Jack in the Box in probably 20 years. This was the first time since then because it was conveniently located near a business meeting I had in Tulsa. This place gets all five stars for the following reasons: 1. Super clean restaurant with no trash in sight. Everything was spotless. 2. The inside did not smell like food. Neutral smell. 3. The cashier was very friendly. Repeated our order to confirm accuracy. 4. Food was delivered to our table by another friendly face. 5. Food was prepared to order and very fresh. I had the spicy chicken sandwich special with ranch-like sauce and regular french fries. Both were piping hot and seasoned right. I barely used my ketchup to dip my fries because the fries were already that good. Chicken sandwich was fresh with the toppings carefully placed in the sandwich to ensure every bite includes a sandwich topping. Yes, I was very excited about the sandwich. I will certainly try Jack in the Box at other locations now. I had no idea Jack in the Box serves good food.

They can't even follow simple instructions like who pays for that? I'll just make something myself. But the foods good though.

I knew better. Yet I did it anyways. I ordered a burger from this place. I try every few months to see if they improved. I am now certain they never will. This place is hopeless. I wouldn't have done it if I hadn't been assured that yes, she would make sure my burger was fresh and juicy. Like a fool, I believed her. I made sure she understood I didn't mind waiting. I told her how important that was to me that it was not another dried out hockey puck. Needless to say, it wasn't. Again. They are incapable of producing anything that is not tasteless, lukewarm and dry. Absolutely no moisture of any kind. At least a cardboard picture of a burger would taste like ink. When asked how it was, I told her. The response was as lukewarm as the burger. No effort to make it right, just an "Oh well" attitude. Like "If you wanted GOOD food, why are you HERE??" I was assured it was hot off the grill. That is one low temperature grill then. Incredibly, one guy came in and ordered almost $50 of food while I was there! I guess fresh food with flavor doesn't matter to some people. I was amazed that anyone would pay over $7 for one of these. They do one thing right. The "Jumpin' Jack Splash" drink is wonderful. Of course they were out of it in the front machine. So, never again.

Ordered a sourdough jack burger, with added lettuce, curly fries, drink, and extra side of onion rings. Never rung up for onion rings, and the burger? had no meat. At all. Didn't have the patty or bacon. Called customer service, and was told I can come back for a "free" burger, that I had paid for and not received. It would cost more in gas to go there and back, and was told there was nothing else they could do. Will never, ever, come back.

Okay, I have never had ANY jack in the box before.. And today I ordered a nacho taco, and a siraca curly fry burger. Now let me say the taco was absolutely amazing. I could live off them. But the burger is what makes this eating a 4. It was... okay. The patty was dry, the fries seemed a little less fresh than my wife's with her meal, but the taste was decent. A fresh one probably would of been amazing. I have to say, this fast food place is better than expected.

Let me be honest with you...I love Jack In The Box. Friendly staff, great food (even though I'm not really a fast food guy) and every time i've been there it's been clean. Have I mentioned their open 24 hours? Yeah I've been there many times late at night when nobody else was open and I was hungry.

Today My friends and I went to Jack in the box and we were polite and everything but she had a tone and sounded like she didn't like us or annoyed or something, but we proceeded to be nice, and once we received our food we asked for some ketchup and she threw it at us and so we just left after that. Ruined my experience at Jack in the box.

I grew up on the jib super taco now referred to as the original monster taco. Living in Georgia for the past 8 years we do not have jib in the area..... So I stopped today in my travels for the original monster taco. It did not disappoint. Shredded lettuce, hard crunchy shell, soft greasy meat and shell near bottom of taco, a fresh tomato salsa and 2 slices of melted cheese. Perfect memory of childhood fast food.

worst jack in the box location. google says it's open 24/7 but there's a paper note on the window that says they close at 2:30. the fries are always cold and gross, the tacos are always stale and hard and the lettuce is brown.

AWFUL! In addition to the staff being rude (expected with fast food, but they're beyond) my husband got sick after eating a chicken sandwich & the pita pocket I ordered didn't have any chicken in it when it was supposed to, thank GOD after what happened to my husband. AVOID!!!

I went through the drive through to order my lunch today. When I went to take a bite out of my sandwich a cockroach came out of the sandwich. I immediately went in with my entire order and asked for a refund, showing the sandwich with the cockroach. I didn't blurt it out in respect of them because it was rush hour. I've eaten here many times but only through the drive thru.. They are pretty fast to get your food to you and seem to be friendly and enjoy working there.. They do tend to overdue it with the amount of taco sauces they give you.

This location was the most run down place I've been. The staff was completely unprofessional and the food was horrible! I won't be going back.
