If you want super slow service—and I mean slow—this is the spot for you. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for breakfast. I got so frustrated, I went in for a refund, only to find two people working the whole restaurant. There was leaky water all over the floor in front of the counter area that traveled down the aisle in front of the drink machines and into the sitting area. The manager, Tasha, was so rude. She made me wait an additional twenty minutes to refund me because she had orders she was trying to fill.
I'm sending an email to their corporate office as I type this, along with pictures of how grotesque it was in there. I should got a clue about their cleanliness and service when I drove up and saw the dirty windows. This location needs to be shut down. I'll NEVER return!!!
UPDATE: The owner sends a response (see below) a few days later sending me to the Jack in the Box website to complete a survey, knowing that I had already did that before posting this google review. The owner made no statement or concession towards fixing the issues that I spoke about. Their response is only to make it publicly appear they were trying to take action and make and appeal to me.
