Before coming, I really worry about the check-in, most reviews saying checking problem. My pick up appointment is in 730. Arrive at seven., easy check-in easy checkout, quickly load me in 30mins

Check in process can take a bit of time in the morning so get there well ahead of your appointment time. I had two stops loaded on my trailer. From appointment time to departure was just over 2 hours. Friendly staff, good communication, plus they might give you jerky treats on your way out.

Usually not too bad, but can be hit or miss loading. 1-2hrs but I’ve had bad luck with late PM pick ups. But overall nice people

Great customer service, easy check in. If load is not ready they will have you park at the truck stop a couple blocks down the road.

Slow people, you can't come here with live load, you should give preference to live loads, they unloaded a pallet and took 5 minutes to take the next pallet. Good luck to whoever is coming here.
