waiting 12 minutes for a Chai latte that i never gor because it was never made because the employees say their tickets aren't printing, however, the customers before me got their drink but they see me standing there the whole time and they took my order so common sense would say go check and make sure the customer got her drink. Thanks for my refund now off to find chau.

Slightly stale pain au chocolate. Not fresh baked, more store bought. Really nice slices of iced lemon cake. $10 for ham cheese croissant.

What a great surprise ! Nice coffeeshop located at circa hotel (if you enter from garage mahal it will be on your left side as you enter the second floor of the casino . I got oat milk latte (oatly) and it was made in the perfect temperature . I also got banana muffin which I loved.

Seriously, if this is one of the best rated in Las Vegas then people here have a very low understanding of what a quality coffee is.. . Barely a typical utilitarian cafe with little charm or ambience.. turkey roll was very stale, certainly not worth going out of your way to experience. One plus the staff were friendly and helpful

Jackpots has one of the best coffees and smoothies that I've had. But especially because Debra makes mine with special care everyyyyy time.

12/18/24- A coffee connoisseur, I could smell the brewed coffee.. Super friendly staff... Went with the blended chocolate and caramel frigo's.. Picked up a few pastries .. An interesting vibe down here, but the blended drinks were fantastic!

Almost the third day here in Las Vegas and I finally found a good place that sells a good cup of Joe. Located inside Circa hotel and Casino 2nd floor . California hotel doesn't have anything except Lapperts ice cream that sells coffee. Also Starbucks is located inside Golden Nugget a little far . So right across the street is the Circa hotel that has Jack Pots yay. Service is great and friendly and prices are not too bad for hotel prices . Support our 9th Island

Had a small bite for breakfast. Beignet and hot chocolate. Food and drink were passable. This place in the Circa Hotel was convenient.

My husband and I ordered the Mexican hot chocolate and the Mexican Latte. Both were delicious. The ladies working were helpful and friendly.

Nice little coffee spot. A good place to "work from home" And there's plenty plugs for your cell phone and laptop. I would definitely get the breakfast sandwich croissant again.

A fun little shop if you're not looking for Starbucks while in Vegas. They had a large selection of delicious lattes and espresso. We stopped in a few mornings and grabbed a pick me up. The pricing here is reasonable as well.

Found this gem before moving here 5 years ago and now that I live in the neighborhood it's my go to when I want to treat myself. It's always fresh and yummy. Service is great. They can use some cleaning up around this lil place but it's a process. They continue to do a great job

Best coffee! Iced Spanish latte was yummy every day that I had it. Coffee was not bitter and very tasty. Had to purchase a $24 whole beans bag, I hope it tastes as good when I make it. lol

We came here 2x in one day. Our morning coffee was absolutely delicious and the barista was so kind and accommodating. I asked for honey in my iced latte which often seems like an inconvenience to some baristas because they have to melt it with the espresso - the cashier already knew what was up and said she'd melt it for me. I didn't even have to ask! I know it's small but that goes a long way for me lol. Truly the best coffee I've had in Vegas - the espresso is high quality & they use Rishi teas which are some of the best. IYKYK. We came back for a cookie shot in the evening and we honestly weren't expecting them to be that good, just a "novelty" item we needed to check off our list - but OMG, they were SO delicious. Warm and chewy and fresh. The cashiers on the evening shift were lovely as well. We've had such good experiences here, we're coming back this morning too. 10/10 service & quality. Managers, please give kudos to the staff working on Saturday 5/13 morning around 9:30a, and the same day around 8:30 pm!

Consistently great customer service (I've been here three times now) and delicious coffee (with hazelnut and steamed heavy cream)--in fact, great 'til the last drop, but (my only knock) very, very expensive for drip coffee; $7 for my cup. Of course, I could go elsewhere, but we're staying a Circa and I need coffee asap in the morning and our room does not have a coffeemaker.

Stopped by this place since it was the most convenient and closest cafe to our hotel (we were staying in Circa). My ice latte was quite subpar, but it is what it is. I needed caffeine and didn't want to search too far for it.

Giving this place 5 stars for being open 24 hours. We came for the marathon and stayed at the Fremont hotel that has Dunkin which opens at 5 AM - doesn't work when you have to be on the bus at 3:30 AM! This place was around the corner and decent lattes plus bagels!

Mister came here for a refresher because my son raved about the flavor. I saw the white chocolate beignet and got an order 3 per order. I took a bite and OMG! I had to go back to get me more to enjoy for later. It was cold, but soft and sweet with a white chocolate filling. I'll get this every time we are here in The Circa! Yummy!

Another overpriced place in Circa. It's all expensive. Jack Pots is overpriced and shit. Basic coffee like from a gas station so you might as well get it from there are save a lot. There's also pastries that are overpriced. It sucks getting this crap. It's a fancy new casino and they serve this. The coffee is poor quality but priced like it's upscale. It's about $3.50 for a small cup. They charge extra for non dairy milk. Also they have old pastries which looked okay but my lady friend got one and said it sucked ass. It's about $5 or so each. These look like they came shipped in and were put in the display case and sat there who knows how long. Forget it. It's basic cheap tasting coffee that costs too much. There's much better options at a gas station.

6-29-21 visited this counter as we were leaving the Circa. The cashier who took my order seemed either new or was unfamiliar with what they sold. I chose the drink featured in the large poster but she seemed confused about inputting the order. She called another female over to order the drink. This second employee at least knew the drink but was rather abrupt and rude. She seemed very irritated, took out a tall flask of pink liquid and poured it into a cup. She pretty much slammed it onto the counter. Oh my... There was only one man before me and no one after me. Not sure why she was so perturbed but she could definitely take a refresher training in customer service. A minute later she asks me Are you alone? I was hesitant to answer. I said my husband is over there. She said to take the drink that was left on the counter that no one had claimed. That took the edge off a wee bit of her attitude and behavior previously. Hopefully she had a better morning after that. I know hubs was pleasantly surprised and happy cuz he had taken a loss at the slot machines and showed me his 3 cent voucher.

Good coffee and nice tea selection. They also made a delicious breakfast sandwich on a buttery bun with melted egg and cheese.

Difficult to find, because directions didn't say it's inside Circa casino, but worth it. Much better than Star....s. Go to the second floor. You'll have your beverage faster than if you waited in like at the other place. Dark chocolate mocha is Devine!

I love a good ice white mocha/caramel coffee or a blended drink. I got their caramel ice blended drink and it was good! I live here and if this place wasn't far away, I would come here often. Been thinking about the coffee for a month lol Also the baristas was fast!! Definitely getting one everyday when we return back to stay at Circa.

Was staying at Circa and decided to grab coffee from here. Normally I wouldn't get coffee from the hotels - especially in Vegas - as I think there's so much other good options around. However, having to jump on a work call shortly - I decided to grab it from here due to convenience. And oh boy, it was delicious! I got the Blended Caramel Frigo (Frappe) and it was very good! It kind of reminds me of blended cappuccino from Baskin Robbins, but BETTER! If you like creamy, delicious ice blended coffee - give this place a try!

Stopped by Jack Pots while walking through the casino in the morning and got an Iced Americano. It was refreshing early in the morning but it does have a sour note at the end of each sip. I don't usually put sugar in my coffee but this one I had to. FYI- The lady behind me ordered an iced coffee. When she got her drink it was a nitro cold brew. Wasn't a bad thing but just so you know. Service wasn't bad but it wasn't stiller either. It is what it is. This would've been a 3 star review but upped it one more because of the ambience. I can definitely sit here to unwind and get away for a minute.

Unfortunately not the best customer service. Not very personable. Ordered the ice latte and it wasn't quite what I expected and wouldn't order it again.

The coffee here is very dark--perfect for a coffee lover who wants something darker than Starbucks. I got a cold brew with oat milk and it was delicious, but a little expensive ($8 for the big cup). To my luck, the barista made too much of a drink, and she offered me the drink so that the drink wouldn't have to go to waste. I believe it was a white chocolate mocha, and it was hot. Four shots of espresso (quad). It was delicious! In the future, I think I would play with some of the hot coffee recipes. The cold brew was good, but a little bitter for my taste. (Dark coffee drinkers would love it.) By the way, Jack Pots (and Circa in general) is very trendy and stylish. Great aesthetics. I appreciated the staff as well. They were really helpful in helping me decide what I wanted.

Yikes this place was pretty bad. I ordered an oatmilk vanilla latte...it tasted like an ashtray. I took two sips and couldn't torture myself any longer. The beans were absolutely charred and disgusting. Ordered an everything bagel and it was so stale that I could barely chew it. Ordered a sourcream coffee cake which the barista said was really good...it tasted like idek what to describe it as but good isn't on the list. True to Vegas this place is all looks and no taste. I threw in an extra star because the staff was friendly and they sold bottled and prepackaged food so there's that. 2/10 but I'm not coming back here.

We stopped by a few days ago because we had some dining credit left and thought we might find something to take home. We decided on a couple loafs of banana bread. At $16/each, they aren't in-expensive for not very large loafs. They had a few different flavors but we went with the plain. We gave one to our neighbors who took care of our dog while we were in Vegas. Their review was that is was delicious! My review is that it was good, but I'm not driving back to Vegas to get another loaf. In hindsight, I wish I would have purchased the one with chocolate chips. The people behind the counter though were super nice. As the place is brand new, it was very clean and well organized. They were able to apply my comps without any issues. In the end, we'll probably stop by again if we're looking for coffee or a bakery item. We definitely enjoyed Circa as a resort so we'll be back there for sure.

The first time I've had morning coffee in Vegas that I loved! Rich and flavorful coffee and great breakfast sandwiches with sweet breakfast items too. Great, fast customer service experience. 5 stars.

Not too many options when it comes to coffee in downtown, but Probably best coffee down here! milk alternatives, almond, soy and coconut milk

I stopped here on my way out of Circa during a recent visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. My Dark Chocolate Frigo (blended drink) was one of the best blended coffee drinks l have had. If I ever stay at Circa, I would be here every morning!

Love love their frozen caramel coffee drink it's the perfect thing to drink even in winter. I like it better than Starbucks version of the frappe they have. The staff behind the counter is very nice and friendly.

Amazing staff and delicious coffee Did I mention it is open 24X7 which means if you are like me and out and about town and want coffee at 3 am along with a snack and you happen to be in downtown then this is the place to be!

We did stay in hotel for 3 nights and went to get coffee every morning with no other choices in the hotel. Overpriced $5 per coffee and it is basically " water with some taste of coffee". I wouldn't recommend this place

Why are the baristas making cup after cup with their masks down? We're in a pandemic. We're supposed to wear masks indoors in Las Vegas. Why of all places would you think it's appropriate to keep your mask below your chin while BREATHING over food and drinks that people are about to consume? The tall guy with the curly hair in particular was one of the worst offenders. Casino staff needs better management of this place. Charging $20 for two cups of coffee with a chance of COVID seems like a pretty steep price to pay.

The coffee is made fresh to order and the staff is welcoming. The whole area is nicely decorated and kept clean. I love the display case with all the tasty treats you can choose. It's nice to be able to see what you want. If you're on the go and need a quick snack, they have prepared sandwiches and salads. The food is good quality and the prices are fair. The one thing I must say is a MUST try is there cranberry lemon muffin! Ask to have it warmed up and you don't be disappointed.

Frigo white chocolate large the drink was so so at best nothing really to rave about but to be fair no one seemed to have any enthusiasm about working. It makes you wonder if they are really barista's. Nice space tho.

I'm pretty sure they used regular milk when I asked and paid extra for almond milk. My stomach hurt all day and this coffee was the only thing I had in the morning. Make sure to watch when they make your coffee.

Just wanted a bold, hot cup of coffee and that is what I got. Been drinking too much of the watery versions some places have. 1 less star because of the high prices.

Absolutely horrific coffee. Come on Circa, you can do better than this. Love the hotel but this coffee is just awful.
