Excellent welcome and personal tour from Peter! Great experience in the tasting room. The wine was very good. The spirits are excellent and very well priced, given their unique recipes and growing-to harvest-to maceration-to distillation process. I only wish I could have left with more in the trunk of the car. Highly recommend if you are in Delta County or the surrounding area.

Jack Rabbit Hill creates great alcoholic products with a unique and special process. They are dedicated to biodynamic farming and makes some excellent gins, eau de vies, and wines from the local fruit of the area. He is a great educator and story teller! Recently, we brought some friends for a tour and tasting. He was so hospitable and shared so much about his process and striving for excellence. We went home with a few bottles for our bar shelves, and also with a new found respect for the effort behind each bottle. If you can’t make it to the farm, look for his CapRock products at local liquor stores and at SIPS in Cedaredge. Thanks, Lance!

We LOVED our experience at Jack Rabblt Hill Farm. Excellent wine and spirits. Lance gave us an incredible tour and education about the bio-dynamic farming practices and we got to see up close the way he gets the most from the soil and cultivates the produce for his beautifully smooth distilled spirits and wine. I also enjoy the wine he makes for SIPS on Main in Cedaredge. It's my "go to" whenever I'm at the bar. We always take out of town visitors to the farm. It's always a highlight.

Everything about this place is greatness! The owners are as accommodating as earthly possible!! We have visited here a couple of times and love more and more! Highly recommend!
