Jackpot bingo Hall is a great place to have fun but there's a couple of terrible ticket sellers a male in particular

Based on all the reviews the way the world is today nobody needs to go to a place and be treated badly we are the customers, they would not even exist if customers did not pay, so the owners and managers need to read these reviews and remember if they want to run a business and keep it open they better keep their mouths at check, and treat people like human beings, that's all we ask for

My family took my two grandmas + Mom to celebrate their birthdays. The lady in the kitchen (old, white lady with grey hair) was extremely rude and illegally attempted to withhold Jackpot winnings after bickering with us about food. This will be reported to the Michigan Lottery + Ingham County Dept of Health. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Some of the workers are just rude. Definitely the lady at the register. If you don’t understand some thing, she doesn’t try to explain it. She just keeps asking which one which one instead of explaining what she’s talking about. And I’m not the only one that feels this way. I talked to a couple people there last night that feels the exact same way about her.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The workers are disgusting rude people. They treat new players like their stupid and constantly roll their eyes like they hate everybody there. If you try to ask a question, the workers will completely ignore you. I've never seen anything like this anywhere, and I hope all of them get fired or the place gets shut down because they don't deserve to have a business. It's really not that hard to be a decent human being, but they can't even do that. This was my first time going to bingo, and I figured I would go with my mom to try something different, and they completely ruined it, and I will never be going back.

Only 2 nice people in this place. The lady that takes the money for games is the rudest. Thought she was going to disrespect my mom in front of me. We'll definitely be finding a different place to go. I'm surprised they get away with such behavior.

I like going there to play bingo. Most of the workers are friendly. The food is excellent! The fries, hot dogs,and mushrooms are my favorite. The callers are fast, sometimes too fast! I have one large problem with the other players! They reserve,guard, the tables for their friends. Sometimes,even when their friends don't show up!! I feel if I've already spent my $$$, I should be considered before absent players!!! Fair is fair, right??

Kitchen staff is incredibly rude. Food is subpar. Their cookies are a solid “meh”. Not worth the trip.

Jackpot Bingo is the most unprofessional place to play bingo in the State of Michigan. They continue to scam people meaning not play fair pick and chose who calls and gets paid. I have a complaint filed with the lottery commission on the ongoing issues with this place. The workers are extremely disrespectful to customers. No other place of employment would allow such behavior.

My mom and I went to this hall tonight for the first time and absolutely loved it! Big jackpots, friendly staff, great food. Highly recommend!
