Rudest support I've ever talked too. Instead of sorry mam I can't help you, I got told a mouthful about how big and important they were and didn't have time to help. Won't be taking my kids anywhere that used this software, and won't be using it for a new startup. Their way of handling service is exactly why parents are scared to use these software systems.

I just came back from a Jackrabbit 101 conference. The ladies that run the program are amazing. On the first day of class, they stayed an hour and a half later than planned, to walk us through specific aspects of the program. I was able to get all the answers I needed right on the spot. This Jackrabbit software is such a powerful tool, I can't imagine how anyone could run their business without it. I am so impressed. I met other gym and dance studio owners while I was there and it was very interesting to compare ideas and notes with them. The Jackrabbit team made a perfect setting for us not only to ask all of our questions and get the answers, but also to teach us how to find the answers ourselves. I will definitely go back to this training session, and next time I will bring employees from my gym. I feel empowered with all the knowledge I have on Jackrabbit now. I worked for a company several years ago that used Jackrabbit and we did not have the best experience with them then but the program did work for the studio. Years later I have my own company and thought I would give them a try to see if they have improved their customer service. All is still the same, the customer service is bad, the team is rude and they really don't give a care about feedback. The rep I just talked to she had an attitude of "This is what we have take it or leave it and I am really not interested in your feedback" When customer service is bad it is not a company that you would want to do business with.

Don't know specifically about the company, but someone from the company is sending out phishing emails 'Your Netflix account has been suspended'. Not a good reflection.

Do not know, have never worked with this company - they are Blowing up my email inbox with 'service ticket updates' (173 in the past 24 hours) definitely NOT a good first impression

Jackrabbit makes it extremely easy for my customers to do business with me. It is an all inclusive software program that enables me to see, at a glance, all aspects of my studio from class management to recital and costume management. Their customer service is topnotch, they always respond quickly to any questions we have and are constantly looking for ways to improve their product by reaching out to current customers for recommendations. Love Jackrabbit!!
