I came in for lunch or this particular Saturday 08/09/2025 Jacks had this promotion for you to try the party wings it was pretty good. I had the buffalo flavored wings. It was Pretty Good The atmosphere was great soon as you walk through the door you can feel it…. The whole staff was “Jacked” 😂 make me feel real good. I ordered the two piece white chicken meal with mashed potatoes and slaw this was a pretty good lunch for me. I usually order in for delivery. I’m glad I got out on this day. The was Service was Excellent 😊 I Will Be Back!!!!

I came in the drive thru around 3:30 before my shift at work. I to work which is 7 minutes away and notice my 4 piece tenders are old, cold and extremely small and the fries was small as well. I didn't get the ketchup I asked 3 times for nor my barbeque. I tried calling up to the restaurant no one answered. I come to Jack's offen and I have never had this type of experience this needs to be fixed soon

Wow… 😳 I was really surprised about how good the food was. I had a chicken breast🐔 sandwich and it was delicious 😋. The lady who gives you your order after ordering she was telling my co-worker about ComeBack Sauce. I told her give me some too. The Sauce is Buss’n Buss’n… Lol 😂 means the sauce is very good 👍🏽!!! I will come back here again for sure 👍🏽 and try other foods out. Food came faster than 10 minutes that was the only option I could choose that was lesser time. Food came at perfect time. About 2 to 4 minutes.

Update: I went to this location on 4/2/25 and ordered a chicken biscuit that wasn't thoroughly cooked. You can tell by the bite mark being in the middle of the chicken and not throughout the entire pattie. I attempted to contact the location online and submitted a complaint but I have yet to be contacted regarding it. I can't trust this location with uncooked chicken.

Reasonable prices, but the breakfast is very mid, but those biscuits and gravy is my favorite. The hamburgers, Mac and cheese, and chicken is good as well. Those employees need to work on their customer service skills. They never smile and if you order online I was told you have to pick it up in the inside. Makes no sense, but hey I was told that by a cashier. I have dine in and done take out.

I came yesterday for the 1st time. The small cheese burger was fye ! They chicken tenders are better than most places I’ve had. Their fries was seasoned. I love the after 4pm deal ! Can’t beat that deal !! So today they having free 3pc chicken with order. And they are on point !!!

Hopefully this location will get up to speed by this year, sooner than later. Employees are very attentive to customer needs but the condiments are ridiculously EMPTY. Also the lobby area was extremely clean and comfortable..

One of the best experiences I have ever had at this location. They are always so incredibly nice. And today, the attentiveness to customer's needs was way beyond before, even with a lobby full of customers.

The one in Millington tn, is the worst no matter what time you come to the drive through it's a 10 to 15 wait. The food is good but the whole staff needs to be fired. It's fast food people. The one on hwy 51

Jacks cooking is good. The customer service at the Shelby Drive location is horrible every single time i go there. They need customer service training or close it.

I went to the Jack's on Shelby Dr./Getwell in Memphis, TN this morning. First, the lobby was closed so I had to go throught the drive thru, which i hate. Person speacking on the microphone was not professional at all. After I gave my order the only thing said was come around. When I got to the window I asked the woman why the lobby was closed and in the most smart ass tone she said, ' cause we don't have enough employees' which is the first time the lobby was closed in the morning that I've gone by. But her attitude and tone was not welcomed and weather she is the manager or employee she needs to be alot more respective of the customers or management needs to watch who they have talking to their customers. I go there often but I may not go back for a while.

1st time we went 032395 everything was great. Went again 033025, strips were small, left out my slaw and the gravy dripping down side of cup in the bag. Went again today, strips small, salad missing eggs, tomatoes, dressing, left out the biscuits. Each time the 15 piece fam strips plus other menu meals. I called the store & asked to speak with the manager. The lady would not tell her name. Said she could write down the order and they would replace the order next time. I replied that's 15 minutes away from my home. Again I asked her name. She said she wasn't going to tell me, she can take my order and replace it next time. The receipt has Hazel Valentine as general manager. Spending any money & especially $40 plus every time warrants better service. You have lost what could have been a great customer.

service was great from start. this is grand opening dont know how long been open. i wanted to check out since, I see alot of commercials. stopped by for lunch. since just open lines are long but food was fresh and hot. i ordered a #8 fried chicken combo and a #1 double cheesburger combo. This location used to be a Mrs. Winners back in the day if you remember them..stop by try them out. plenty of parking space. they do have 2 drive-thru lanes also . new building also

I ordered 2 meals. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The burgers were okay.

Good food fresh and hot plus the seating area is nice with a large television! Being a new place you have to be patient with the service staff, they have been swamped with work! Overall a pleasant experience!

I stopped by Jacks location at 3770 E Shelby drive store no.375 on Sunday April 28 2024 i ordered a 3 piece chicken tender snack and a chicken blt salad at the cost of $14.57 on my way to work the chicken tenders was cold and old the fries was hot but they didn't give me anything to eat my salad with nor did the give me any salad dressing even tho they asked me what kind i wanted i tried calling that day no answer i also tried calling the next day which would be today seems like someone was picking the phone up and hanging it back up this location just opened about two months ago and already this the kind of service we are receiving Meashell Nelson is the general manager shame on you for allowing this kind of food to be served under your leadership and noone has any kind of way of letting you know

How am I supposed to eat my mashed potatoes without a spoon or fork? Everything else was fine but cmon man

9/12/2024....The service at this Shelby Drive location is poor. I was late for work today because they could not get it together. The driveway was full. The lobby was full. They had 1 person preparing food. One person taking orders at the front counter. One person that seemed as if she could not see or read the orders that she was supposed to be preparing. You have other employees walking around looking. The front counter person stated that she needed the orders for the lobby. The woman preparing the food...She yelled...THEY WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT!!! The service was TERRIBLE. That is a high traffic area and the staffing is just not where it needs to be. Andddd, the staff that they have has no sense of urgency and lack the ability to service customers effectively.

If I could give it zero stars I wouldve, had missing food on my order, no sauces at all, missing straws, crispy chicken sandwich wasnt even crispy, it was soggy. Fries weren't fresh, and the buttered biscuits I ordered werent even buttered at all. Driest biscuits I ever tried. No good!!! Should of went to Burger King instead

I ordered the steak biscuit and the biscuit was hard and the steak was lukewarm. I just ate the steak and threw the biscuit away. Money wasted!

this shit was horrible. they gave me a burger and that shit had no lettuce, no tomatoes, no bacon, and we saw an insect in our food. This was a horrible and horrifying experience and if we ever come back. I ordered d a chi sandwich and it only came with pickles and the sprite was bland as well. TS is ass
