I ordered a 3 peice meal 2 thighs and one leg, I received my order through door dash and the receipt is correct, but I received 1 breast and 2 wings nothing what I ordered, I called up there and ask to speak to manager I explained what happened, the reason I wanted dark meat is I don’t have salava glands and white meat chokes me, she responded we didn’t have any and hung up! If I could leave where I’m at I would drive up there and throw this food at her! Do better!!

Drive thru./ 6am Jacquelline(name on receipt &had on a red shirt) wasnt helpful when asked about menu item pricing etc. She basically came took money, gave food, locked window. No greeting or anything. The food was cold, biscuit was hard, hashbrowns taste old. Waste of money

I placed an order on December 4, 2025, and the service was unacceptable. I ordered three pancake meals priced at $4.95 each, but only received eggs and bacon. Three meals should have included nine pancakes. I called and spoke with the manager, who told me not to return the food and assured me the order would be replaced. However, when I arrived, she instructed the cashier to replace only two pancake meals. When I corrected her, she began yelling, insisting that was not what I said. I retrieved the food from my car, but at that point I no longer trusted anyone who was rude, loud, and unwilling to acknowledge their mistake to prepare my food. Another employee then began yelling at me, saying “it’s never that serious.” This level of service is unacceptable. I will not spend another penny here. The staff cannot manage simple orders and expect customers to accept incorrect food. Additionally, my coworker placed an order for me to pick up (due to me having to go there for my food), and that was also wrong—she requested bacon but was given a chicken patty that was old and hard as bricks. This establishment needs stronger leadership and better training for its employees. Customers deserve accuracy, respect, and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated during my experience today. If negative zero stars could be given I most definitely would.

I stopped by Jack's during my work lunch break looking for something quick and filling. Overall, the experience was just alright—nothing particularly impressive, but not bad either. I ordered one of their combo meals, which came out reasonably fast, so I appreciated the efficiency given my limited time. The food itself was okay. The burger was warm and decently put together, but it lacked the kind of flavor that would make me want to come back specifically for it. The fries were hot and crispy, though a bit under-seasoned for my taste. I did like the portion size—it was fair for the price, and I didn’t leave hungry. The service was polite, if a bit rushed, but that’s understandable during the lunch rush. The dining area was relatively clean, although a few tables hadn't been wiped down yet. In short, Jack's delivered what I expected: a quick, no-fuss meal to get me through the rest of my workday. It's not the kind of spot I'd go out of my way for, but it works if you're nearby and need something fast and familiar. Solid 3 out of 5. Nothing special, but it got the job done.

This was my first visit to any Jack's location. The store was spotless, and had a well-run family restaurant vibe, as opposed to a fast food place. The food was very tasty, cheap, and fast. The staff, though was the best part. Everyone was really sweet and kind. Everyone was working, including the manager. I can't wait to come back whenever I'm in town.

I love the hand breaded chicken sandwiches at Jack's. The seasoning and flavor profile shines thru even with a sauce on the sandwich. The cashier was patient and friendly. There was a sizeable crowd in front of me at the lunch rush hour but it cleared out in about 4 mins with 4-5 or so people in front of me. Great job 👏🏿

I came in for lunch or this particular Saturday 08/09/2025 Jacks had this promotion for you to try the party wings it was pretty good. I had the buffalo flavored wings. It was Pretty Good The atmosphere was great soon as you walk through the door you can feel it…. The whole staff was “Jacked” 😂 make me feel real good. I ordered the two piece white chicken meal with mashed potatoes and slaw this was a pretty good lunch for me. I usually order in for delivery. I’m glad I got out on this day. The was Service was Excellent 😊 I Will Be Back!!!!

Update: I went to this location on 4/2/25 and ordered a chicken biscuit that wasn't thoroughly cooked. You can tell by the bite mark being in the middle of the chicken and not throughout the entire pattie. I attempted to contact the location online and submitted a complaint but I have yet to be contacted regarding it. I can't trust this location with uncooked chicken.

The one in Millington tn, is the worst no matter what time you come to the drive through it's a 10 to 15 wait. The food is good but the whole staff needs to be fired. It's fast food people. The one on hwy 51

service was great from start. this is grand opening dont know how long been open. i wanted to check out since, I see alot of commercials. stopped by for lunch. since just open lines are long but food was fresh and hot. i ordered a #8 fried chicken combo and a #1 double cheesburger combo. This location used to be a Mrs. Winners back in the day if you remember them..stop by try them out. plenty of parking space. they do have 2 drive-thru lanes also . new building also

Jacks cooking is good. The customer service at the Shelby Drive location is horrible every single time i go there. They need customer service training or close it.

I went to the Jack's on Shelby Dr./Getwell in Memphis, TN this morning. First, the lobby was closed so I had to go throught the drive thru, which i hate. Person speacking on the microphone was not professional at all. After I gave my order the only thing said was come around. When I got to the window I asked the woman why the lobby was closed and in the most smart ass tone she said, ' cause we don't have enough employees' which is the first time the lobby was closed in the morning that I've gone by. But her attitude and tone was not welcomed and weather she is the manager or employee she needs to be alot more respective of the customers or management needs to watch who they have talking to their customers. I go there often but I may not go back for a while.

1st time we went 032395 everything was great. Went again 033025, strips were small, left out my slaw and the gravy dripping down side of cup in the bag. Went again today, strips small, salad missing eggs, tomatoes, dressing, left out the biscuits. Each time the 15 piece fam strips plus other menu meals. I called the store & asked to speak with the manager. The lady would not tell her name. Said she could write down the order and they would replace the order next time. I replied that's 15 minutes away from my home. Again I asked her name. She said she wasn't going to tell me, she can take my order and replace it next time. The receipt has Hazel Valentine as general manager. Spending any money & especially $40 plus every time warrants better service. You have lost what could have been a great customer.

Good food fresh and hot plus the seating area is nice with a large television! Being a new place you have to be patient with the service staff, they have been swamped with work! Overall a pleasant experience!

I ordered 2 meals. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The burgers were okay.

I stopped by Jacks location at 3770 E Shelby drive store no.375 on Sunday April 28 2024 i ordered a 3 piece chicken tender snack and a chicken blt salad at the cost of $14.57 on my way to work the chicken tenders was cold and old the fries was hot but they didn't give me anything to eat my salad with nor did the give me any salad dressing even tho they asked me what kind i wanted i tried calling that day no answer i also tried calling the next day which would be today seems like someone was picking the phone up and hanging it back up this location just opened about two months ago and already this the kind of service we are receiving Meashell Nelson is the general manager shame on you for allowing this kind of food to be served under your leadership and noone has any kind of way of letting you know

How am I supposed to eat my mashed potatoes without a spoon or fork? Everything else was fine but cmon man

9/12/2024....The service at this Shelby Drive location is poor. I was late for work today because they could not get it together. The driveway was full. The lobby was full. They had 1 person preparing food. One person taking orders at the front counter. One person that seemed as if she could not see or read the orders that she was supposed to be preparing. You have other employees walking around looking. The front counter person stated that she needed the orders for the lobby. The woman preparing the food...She yelled...THEY WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT!!! The service was TERRIBLE. That is a high traffic area and the staffing is just not where it needs to be. Andddd, the staff that they have has no sense of urgency and lack the ability to service customers effectively.

If I could give it zero stars I wouldve, had missing food on my order, no sauces at all, missing straws, crispy chicken sandwich wasnt even crispy, it was soggy. Fries weren't fresh, and the buttered biscuits I ordered werent even buttered at all. Driest biscuits I ever tried. No good!!! Should of went to Burger King instead

I ordered the steak biscuit and the biscuit was hard and the steak was lukewarm. I just ate the steak and threw the biscuit away. Money wasted!

this shit was horrible. they gave me a burger and that shit had no lettuce, no tomatoes, no bacon, and we saw an insect in our food. This was a horrible and horrifying experience and if we ever come back. I ordered d a chi sandwich and it only came with pickles and the sprite was bland as well. TS is ass
