Food was good even though the breakfast burritos were disappointing in that they had almost nothing in them. They were cheap but would be much better with filling even if it raises the price point by $1-1.50. At least having an option for this would be good. The plate breakfast was good and the biscuits are as good as you can get. Definitely a good place to stop and eat. Service was polite and the food was served immediately. Staff seemed to be enjoying themselves while performing their jobs splendidly.

Hopefully this location will get up to speed by this year, sooner than later. Employees are very attentive to customer needs but the condiments are ridiculously EMPTY. Also the lobby area was extremely clean and comfortable..

I decided to try Jack's restaurant on Shelby drive in Memphis, Tennessee today. The breakfast wrap was advertised on a window decal for $1.49. So I ordered a sausage and eggs wrap, when the young lady gave me my total she said $2.18, so I shared with her that the sign in the window said $1.49 without taxes so the total should not be $2.18. She said that the prices went up. So I said to her that they should have taken the sign down when they changed the prices. So I decided to go ahead and order it. When I got my order just to realize that they gave me a bacon wrap. So I parked my car and went inside just to stand in line for another 5 minutes. Once I got my sausage and eggs wrap. I was very disappointed because I was expecting to see the wrap the way it looks on the picture which is chop sausage or crumble sausage. I had one small sausage cut in half and some eggs and cheese sauce. Very disappointed. By the way the employees were very happy and friendly, the restaurant was clean inside. By the way on my way to take my brother to the doctor office the window decal is still there facing Shelby drive for $1.49.

Truly awful customer service. I was the only car at the drive thru intercoms and while I was in the middle of ordering, another customer pulls up to the intercom on the other side. The worker stops helping me and goes silent. I say "hello? HELLO?" and she comes back, sighs, and tells me "welcome to Jack's, please wait" then I hear the other customer ordering. So I pull forward to the window, and calmly tell her about her mistake and give her my order. She says "so you decided to just pull forward instead of waiting?" then insisted I needed to pull back around to the end of the line because taking my order right now would mess up everything. So I repeat to confirm "so you stop helping me in the middle of me ordering, and start helping a customer behind me, and *I* need to pull back around?" Her reply: "yep" and everyone inside was looking at me with "it's not that serious" looks. So I left and won't be going back.

First time in this location, 8 people in line ahead of me. The went fast, I ordered the special eggs,bacon,tater rounds, biscuit and gravy, and grits. I passed on the grits. The food was so tasty for a quick breakfast in the morning this is a definite recommend

Food is good…. Prices are decent… I’m unsure why Queen Latina at the drive through got such a nasty attitude… not professional no customer service just rude mouth…. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience at another location because I’ll never go to this one again.. They hire anyone out here but I guess ….not to mention I waited bout 3/4 minutes before anyone said anything.. At some point I said HELLLOOOO several time… I won’t repeat verbatim on here what this lady said but hopefully someone reached out to me so I can let them know and they retrain her smh. So sad to lose customers because of employees

Ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo with a coffee. Added a bacon wrap and it looked like it needed some lotion! It was dry and all brittle. Biscuit was soaked in salty butter which soaked the bag. Food taste just not fresh. If you're in a hurry, this is your place. If you want fresh quality food you might want to try another place.

I love jacks in henderson tn & all the ones I've been to in Alabama. So I was excited to get one so close to where I work. It started off great when they 1st opened. But it's gone down hill in such a short time. It either takes so long to get food my break is almost over or I get food that's been sitting under the heat lamp way too long. If you get there after a certain time they pre portion sides like mash potato's & green beans and you end up with about half what you'd usually get and they're all dried out. I rather they just tell me they're out of mashed potato's for the day than to give me a dried up half portion. And the service is about what you'd expect in Memphis employees bickering with each other or customers loudly and the cleanliness has gone down too. Memphis ruins everything.
