I placed an order on December 4, 2025, and the service was unacceptable. I ordered three pancake meals priced at $4.95 each, but only received eggs and bacon. Three meals should have included nine pancakes. I called and spoke with the manager, who told me not to return the food and assured me the order would be replaced. However, when I arrived, she instructed the cashier to replace only two pancake meals. When I corrected her, she began yelling, insisting that was not what I said.
I retrieved the food from my car, but at that point I no longer trusted anyone who was rude, loud, and unwilling to acknowledge their mistake to prepare my food. Another employee then began yelling at me, saying “it’s never that serious.” This level of service is unacceptable.
I will not spend another penny here. The staff cannot manage simple orders and expect customers to accept incorrect food. Additionally, my coworker placed an order for me to pick up (due to me having to go there for my food), and that was also wrong—she requested bacon but was given a chicken patty that was old and hard as bricks.
This establishment needs stronger leadership and better training for its employees. Customers deserve accuracy, respect, and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated during my experience today. If negative zero stars could be given I most definitely would.
