The only bowling alley in the area and the customer service is pretty awful. At least from their management. Some friends and I went there on a Saturday at 8:30-9:00. The manager, Kevin, almost refused to give us a lane because it was midnight bowling and apparently the regulars are more important than other customers who arrived first.
When I went to get shoes and a soda, there were multiple employees standing around and joking with one another, eating pizza but didn't ask to help anyone in the line. When I got to the front, I was met by Kevin with an attitude. "Are you going to bowl soon or what?" I said "yes.... I believe so" and he replied with "yeah that would be good". His tone was rude and pushy. If this wasn't the only place to bowl, I'd never go back. If you work in customer service, don't treat your customers like their a burden for visiting your establishment. Especially when you're a "manager".
