Great place with a good selection of restaurants. I recommend the grilled chicken. The space is setup in a way that you order on your phone or one one of their terminals. You pay at the terminal and then pick your food up at whatever Restaurant you ordered from. The interesting part is, that you can order multiple things like sides from multiple different restaurants, in one order. They have a bar, she kombucha on tap, which is interesting. Definitely a good lunch spot to check out.

The food is amazing, and the people are kind and accommodating. We wanted to throw a small birthday celebration for a vegan co-worker, and when it turned out that they didn't have a vegan cake, they offered to make a custom vegan cake for us. I am absolutely blown away not only by their ability to pull off such a request with so little notice, but also by the skill of their pastry chef. I had my doubts about vegan cake, but it may have been the best cake I've had in years! I cannot thank all the amazing employees at Jackson Hall enough for what they did for us today💓. As far as the general ambiance and food choices, there are a great variety of options. I saw someone complaining about the price, so I think that should be addressed. Obviously some options are a bit more expensive than others, but they really do have something for everyone. What you are paying for here is quality. You can taste that the food is all fresh and made with care. All the food has a very home-made taste, and the fact that the side options at charcoal keep rotating makes it so much fun to keep going back to see what's new. If you are on a budget charcoal is very reasonable. The chicken is always flavorful and I cannot get enough of the sides. They also give you the option to get a bunch of sides if you don't want meat. The other places are slightly more costly, but the foods are much more unique and tastefully made. The bowls look like works of art! I could ramble on all day about how wonderful everything is, so I will stop myself here. But please, thank all the people who work there when you go. They really are such a fantastic group. Update: If you haven't had a cappuccino made by Chris yet, you need to go right now. I've only ever caught him on Thursday mornings, but it is well worth the effort. That man makes foam that you could bounce a dime off of. By far the best cappuccino I've ever had.

Great addition to the UM/Jackson Hospital neighborhood!! LOVE Della Bowls (green bowl w/adashah), Levante Mediterranean Mezze platter, Radiate kombucha on draft, and happy hour specials (BOGO draft beverages and wine). Delivery (to the hospital): FREE, quick, can order from any of the concepts at once, and everything was correct! Will definitely order delivery again! Main complaint: Underwhelmed by breakfast. Avocado toast was tasty, but the value was disappointing...should have thicker slice of bread and more avocado for the price.

Had lunch from levante delivered to my office (kudos for free delivery!) and it was delicious. Wholesome and healthy lunch options that won’t break the budget, will def be ordering again

Great ambiance and dining hall, love the healthy food quality, presentations, and selections, great view from the second floor. Close to several hospitals and businesses. Easy to order: select your meal simply order from the kiosk and wait until you get notified by phone text or other option. Pick up at the restaurant counter, sit down and enjoy. You can order at more than one place and assemble a meal or choose a signature dish. Love the look of it.

Delicious healthy option to the Jackson Hospital park area current restaurants. However, you cannot take your own food from home when sitting with your friends for lunch, so it is not a real food hall. Far too warm indoors (and it is only April), very poor air conditioning. Far too expensive for what is served. If you can afford it, the does have tasty food and a good variety (even for Vegans). Oh yeah, they tack on a service charge to all your meals!!!!

Ok....this MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT! Oh my goodness, where to start? The ambiance is incredible....tons of space and light from floor-to-ceiling windows. And they have five stations (different areas for different types of food each one more amazing than the other and all healthy and sustainable): tempeh and other types of incredibly yummy bowls, poke (not sure what that is but it looked amazing), local cage-free rotisserie chicken (with sides like cauliflower mashed potatoes), a soup and sandwich station and a Mediterranean station which is the bomb. They have a bar here too and serve alcohol. Really friendly, happy staff AND they offer weekly yoga (including Mommy and me yoga), mindfulness and they're going to start offering chair massage. this place is heaven on Earth and I highly recommend it! Because it's on a busy street parking can be an issue but just park across the street in the Dominion Tower. It's on the second floor. Truly, this is my idea of a perfect eating and meeting and wellness-focused space...one stop shopping!

The food is great! the service is great! super friendly staff in every station. I have tried it all but one this is my daily lunch. I try to pre-order the wait is less since it is my lunch break. From the name and location I didn't expect this gem. I just wish that the food varied a bit more, but most halls are like that.
