A Guide to D.C.‘s Juice Bar Scene | Eater DC

"Jaco combines a juice bar with something a bit unexpected—a taqueria serving burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and bowls. The Georgetown location serves juices like the Blueberry Hill with pineapple, kale, blueberry, and coconut water." - Missy Frederick

We were a group of four and ordered several tacos between us. The shrimp in the shrimp tacos were wildly overcooked and rubbery, the chicken was dry, and the only veggie option was kind of just an amalgamation of random veggies, salted to the point that they had no texture. I will say, the mango drink my sister got was really good, but the tacos were really what we went for, and they simply weren’t good.

I’ve been here a few times for the vegan options and I’m just not super impressed… the vegan bowl was pretty small and okay and the vegan taco was yummy. The prices and quality of food just don’t make it worth it in my opinion. I do appreciate that they have vegan options though!

Mind blowingly overpriced juices. :( Nobody behind the counter had hairnets or hats. The girl who took my order just stared at me and waited instead of saying hi. My tacos were basically tossed around like a salad in the container. Wild lol... sooo not worth the cost. I'll probably pass on coming back.

Such a nice little gem that we found! Our server, Sabina, made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered. Sabina was incredibly helpful with giving us newbies smoothie recommendations on popular flavors & food allergy info. We started out this time with Wild Bunch, (strawberries, blueberries, bananas & agave- with protein powder) & it's so fresh & the texture is thick, not watery. We definitely will be back to try out the food menu options that look so good!

Came here with a few friends with the intention of taking advantage of some allergy-friendly options. We were served very quickly - our smoothies/juices first and then our food. Everything was delicious, our server helped walk us through ingredients for things we were concerned for allergen-wise. I recommend the Wild Bunch smoothie and the Philly Cheesesteak quesadilla.

Food was ok, but everything comes in a heavy plastic to-go box with plastic utensils. There are no plates and silverware whether you eat there or take it to go. Unbelievable waste! No recycling bins available. Hard pass

My go to breakfast place when I'm in WC. PB Acai bowl is the greatest. I crave it if I go too many days without it! They are great about special orders and offer suggestions too. They greet me by name and usually even remember that I don't need a lid or spoon :) bagel sandwiches, tacos, smoothies and burrito bowls are all worth the parking headache. Great gluten free, dairy free options!

This place has my favorite smoothie ever, the Hipster (not the greatest name, but it's banana and chocolate, absolutely fantastic. Also the smoothie in the picture is a different one, but I forget which.). The Tijuana Street Tacos are delicious. Anytime I'm in or around downtown West Chester, I try to stop by this place 👍
