I posted an unfavorable review earlier today on this business. I was objecting to what I thought was their lack of transparency on the delivery charge that gets added to each order. The owner called me to let me know that they do, in fact, publish the charge on their website. They're right -- I was wrong. They do show that information. And more importantly, the recipient got the floral arrangement that I ordered, and was extremely happy with it. So, the quick and personal response by the business plus the good quality of the delivered flowers leads me to change my rating to highly favorable. This is a small, family owned business, and in general, I much prefer dealing with businesses like this than large chains.
