We've been working with Ron for years. He's very up-front about what needs to be done, what should and shouldn't be done, and what can and cannot be done. Very reasonable rates. Rule #1 is: No Surprises; while my cars have occasionally surprised me, Ron has been very dependable. // Recently had some additional work done, Ron still doing his thing, I was quite pleased with the results. // Still there, seems to be doing well. Still happy to have him working on my car! // Google wants me to update my review. All I can say is, more the same. Ron still doing his thing, but the closes at 4:00 instead of 5:00 now.

He specializes in auto repair especially for Toyota so you if need the perfect shop, this is the place. Took my 2004 Toyota RAV4 in for some service and it came back driving brand new. I've been going to Ron Jacoby for almost 20 years now, and frankly I wouldn't go to anybody else! Ron is a fabulous mechanic, and best of all is absolutely straight with you. If he can't do something for you, he'll let you know - and if he thinks it's not a good idea, or he thinks something else would be better, he'll tell you that too and let you make the decision for yourself. The cars I drive carry the most precious things I have in my life - my family and pets - and I would not trust them to anyone else except Ron. He's the best!

I have taken my automotive nightmares to Ron a true professional and his staff. They are always professional and actually do a tremendous job of diagnosing and fixing the problem with a quick turn around. Several years ago my Dodge Intrepid died, the engine block broke. Ron was very helpful and the diagnosis was not expensive. We decided to donate the car and made the arrangements. The donation tow truck quickly arrived to take our vehicle and Jacoby's gave our paperwork to the towing service. Jacoby's could have perfectly fixed our vehicle for an affordable price but we decided we just needed a new car. Jacoby's had fixed our other vehicles in the past at straight affordable prices. Ron Jacoby, the owner and technician had done fantastic job fixing air conditioner of our Prius car. He, with encouraging advice from his wife, had put extra efforts to find out and fix another related problem that caused the fans to operate incorrectly. We really appreciate their kind hearts. Bring my Toyota Prius for oild change. Ron Jacoby was nice. Honest, sincere, he check the entire car under, Change oild, making sure plug fit tight. He inform me the tranmission fluid was ver dirty and he acttually show me the fluid coming out. Suggest me to change now while he got the car up and price was very reasonable. I am so glad I found this shop right in the back of my neighbor hood

Someone tried to steal my 1994 Toyota truck. Pulled wires from beneath the dashboard. Truck would not start. Ron cleaned up the wiring mess and my truck starts good as new. Fair price. I would recommend Jacoby's for any electrical repair needs.
