Jade Apartments

AMAZING! We looked at Jade to live here a month ago. Right off the bat thought how wonderful of place this is. All the staff and all the tenants are amazing. So we moved in two weeks ago. What a great place to live. We have all the luxury you can imagine. Cameras at every door, great gate and security company too. Feel super safe here. You can have things delivered no problem with theft. If any issues in apartment maintenance is right on top of that. They are here to make you happy for sure. Brandon and his team are great to us with move in process. You can sign your lease online no problem. Everything happens very smoothly. Key to freight elevator to get moved in fast. Great dog areas too. Very quiet community to live in for being so close to strip. The views are amazing and the balconies are beautiful. We have grilling areas with outdoor TV and right by the pool. Indoor mailroom is so wonderful don't have to worry about anything there. We also have trash valet which I had never heard of. Love this concept for people who can't take it out. Live here you would not regret it. Such great move in deals too for B 6 floor plans. Love it here.

My friend lives in this apartment complex, and it is a very nice community. I’ve been considering moving back from California to Las Vegas and reached out to inquire about pricing. Evelyn and Brandon are very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions in a polite and respectful manner. It truly shows that both Evelyn and Brandon care about the property and the residents.

Geris was fantastic in providing during and after hour support. Having moved in to Jade we are very happy. The pace is very clean, people very friendly, staff is great, culture of respect. We just recently moved in but thus far exceeded our expectations!

After touring the Jade community, I can confidently say my experience has been exceptional. From the very beginning, I’ve felt welcomed—not just by the staff, but also by the residents. The atmosphere is peaceful and the aesthetics of the property give a strong sense of quality and care. Throughout my application process, Nayib Watson, Evelyn Yanez, and Kayla Jackson have been incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Their communication and support made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and encouraging. After moving in and living here for a few months already, I'm grateful to be in this community and I'm glad to call it home.

I just moved to Jade and everything has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are very nice and modern. The building is in very good condition. The pool has been under maintenance for a while, but I hope it's finished soon. The dog park is fine, I don't understand the negative comments from people.

I delivered packages here for Amazon and was completely lost. The staff there were really nice, helpful and, the property is really nice. I’m not looking to move just appreciate nice people and helping me out.

I love this place, my boyfriend & I have been here over a year. The staff is amazing. We have had no issues since we moved in. And if anything broke or needed TLC, we just put in a work order and it was done less than 24 hrs. The most I’ve waited was one day. The amenities are top tier. Only downfall is no jacuzzi but overall it’s everything we could ask for. I already got my brother moved in and now my little cousin is gonna get an apartment here. Nayib Watson helped us out ! He’s funny and very down to earth. He answered all our questions down to the t. I’m very happy with this place. Idk how anyone could leave a bad review about this place. The place alone is quiet and peaceful. Never had an issue with any of my neighbors. All around, we plan on staying for a long time. Y’all should definitely come check this place out. It lives up to the hype. You can go anywhere else and I guarantee a lot of places will have hidden fees but this spot is upfront and detailed about pricing and everything. LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️

Love Evelyn always accommodates my needs within rules and regulations of the Mark Taylor property. Always listens and respects everyone that I’ve noticed when it gets busy. Very knowledgeable with her role and abide from it.
