I have lived on the 6th floor for some time, and our small community on this floor is very close-knit. I want to be specific about the reasons for updating my review.
-Fire alarms: We did not receive proper notice prior to a specific event. Communication only occurred after alarms had already gone off.
-Inspections: In October, inspections on our floor were moved to an earlier time, and the notice provided did not meet the required legal notice period.
-Dog park maintenance: Maintenance has significantly declined. My assigned parking space is near the dog park, and the odor is overwhelming. Waste is frequently left unattended, creating an unsanitary environment.
-Unclear and inconsistent -fees: Last month, many residents were charged a fee we were unfamiliar with. After addressing this with Evelyn, she was very informative and helpful. However, I later learned that I paid a fee that Brandon was waiving for other residents, which raises serious concerns about inconsistency and fairness.
I am also concerned by the number of positive reviews mentioning Brandon. Each time I visit the leasing office to express my frustrations, I am told that “he has left for the day,” even though the office closes at 5:00 PM, or that “he will be back next week.” This response has been repeated multiple times and is concerning.
Additionally, I am troubled by his replacement of Kayla, who was a significant reason I chose to continue living here.
I have emailed corporate, but I strongly believe ownership needs to step in. Long-term residents are watching what was once a strong community steadily decline, and these issues warrant immediate attention.
