Great tasting Sesame Chicken, fried rice and crab cheese wonton. Very clean restaurant and fast service too. We will be back. Thank you. ♥️🌹

We spend $50.00 on dinner and ordered 4 spring rolls and 6 crab rangoons and they charge $3.00 for sweet and sour sauce. As local BV area residents we have been going to Jade Garden for 5 years and they used to include soup in lunch now it is ala carte. We have been going there less and less and there are there 3 new sushi restaurants in town so Jade Garden needs to step up their quality and value for the $$$.

A child care center posing as a Chinese Cuisine restaurant. Owner's child or relative wanted to play basketball in the restaurant. Children were playing in the parking lot and one was trying to climb on the outside windows. Hot tea was composed of a black tea, tea bag. My wife asked for fried rice. What was brought to the table was a warm bowl of white rice. She complained and a server took the bowl away but brought it back in 5 minutes with cold soy sauce poured over it and called "fried rice". My Tangerine chicken was under cooked and the vegetables (2-1 inch pieces of frozen broccoli, still cold) Servers (male and female) were courteous, professional and friendly. However, the food quality SUCKED! The atmosphere SUCKED. Cost of POOR experience $78 for 4 small entrees, 3 warm white rice, 1 fake fried rice and 4 non-alcoholic small drinks. Not including tip 20%.Food not servers fault. TO THE OWNER : FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO OCCUPY YOUR TIME. YOU HAVE NO PRIDE IN YOUR FOOD.

Jade Garden is amazing. Please don’t read into the negative & dramatic reviews. I’m a head cook at another popular restaurant in town and order from here every week. What can I say? The customer service is outstanding. The food is fast, fresh, and consistent. For a family-owned local restaurant in Buena Vista, their prices are absolutely appropriate for the quality and portions of food you receive. A single serving gives me two full and satisfying meals. I’ve tried many things on their menu. They have a wide variety of options, so it comes down to your own individual taste. If you like Chinese food, you will find something here to LOVE. I guarantee that their ingredients are always fresh and the fryer oil is clean & maintained. The current owners have made an earnest effort to improve the quality and consistency of the food, and it shows! The atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a beautiful arrangement of plants that, clearly, have been given much care; which reflects in their service altogether. Every penny I spend at this restaurant is 100% worth it. (I recommend the Thai panang curry, Mongolian beef, and steamed dumplings!)

By far the worst disappointment in rice and Chinese food in my life! Don't Waste your time! You might as well go next door to the grocery store and get frozen box rice! Because that's what it feels like you are eating!🤢🤮 Shame on you people for disrespecting your heritage

10 stars!!! Restaurant is super clean, like really clean, and everyone was very friendly, food was over the top good! Try the lava cake while it's available, so good, and so warming - might be my new favorite fall treat!

Service was very polite and attentive. The food was delicious! We will highly recommend. The portions are smaller than most places but still very filling.

Never a bad choice.. One of my favorite places in the area.. Family run and owned.. I like going with the whole family so I can try meal choices I haven't tried yet.. Pictures of food next time.. Another great meal yesterday after a long day of playing with the dogs above treeline.. Thank you for filling out tummies with great mouthwatering food..
