Very beautiful interior decor, bright lights with white surfaces make the chocolate stand out! Pralines were also very nicely designed and pretty. Most importantly, flavours were great and tasty!

Crazy that there’s a massive queue next door for a more well known pastry chef (now doing chocolates) when Jade Genin’s chocolates are so exquisite. Made on site - you can get a glimpse of the kitchen from the boutique.

Beautiful store with even more delicious chocolates! The peacock and floral decor on the outside was elegant and charming. We were warmly greeted and helped in selecting our chocolates and sweets. The chocolates are like an adventure in a box. I adore chocolatiers that boldly experiment with flavour combinations and I was wowed with every bite today. Somehow, the freshness of each spice, each herb is preserved in the chocolate to perfection. The cucumber and juniper chocolate was amazingly balanced with a wonderfully fresh cucumber aroma. My favourite was the pine nut and lavender - again I have no idea how the floral essence can be captured so flawlessly but it was like biting a fresh flower. Each bite is a surprising delight! Thank you for the mind blowing experience!

Phenomenal chocolates! The pyramid-shaped pralines are quite small but they pack a flavour punch! Extremely well balanced, intense, interesting flavours and textures. I especially loved the herbaceous ones like thai basil/coriander or oregano. Even the basic chocolate truffles are truly outstanding. I have tried pralines from many chocolatiers and the products from Jade definitely rank among the top 3, if not number 1! Also, very professional and attentive service. One tiny advice: it would be nice if apart from the small pralines, all the other products also had tags describing the flavour/filling, so you don't have to ask for each one. I'll be back more than once for sure! :)

Simply the best hot chocolate I’ve had in Paris. I had a smile soon after the first sip, and it lasted until I drank the very last drop. I was 100% satisfied and full of joy. The service was pleasantly friendly, generous, elegant, and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful chocolates. It's worth just looking at them at minimum. They are works of art. The combinations are wonderful. So exciting. I love experimental chocolate like this. Service was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful. I appreciated my experience here. Only thing is - the flavour could be stronger in chocolates I had, for e.g I would have loved more of a banana flavor in the banana one for example. The aesthetics and service are 100% there but I would have liked the flavor to be more present. I guess this depends on your taste and what you like but I do like more of a flavour of chocolate and herbs/spices/flowers. I do enjoy a lot of craft chocolate. And I expect especially when paying so much, I would like the flavour to wow as much as aesthetics. But the flavour was just OK. Took back to family and they loved the look. The Louvre aesthetic is excellent. I will eat more with family and update the flavour comment if the two I had were just misses in regards to flavour! Update: Had some more with family. Most flavours are OK to me but my mum liked them. Something we both loved was the rosemary chocolate - the rosemary flavour is absolutely divine!! 😍

Very disappointing hot chocolat. Maïzena is added as a thickening agent, but way too much. And for the price, 7.50€ , best to try other chocolateries with much better hot chocolate, no thickening agent, and slightly cheaper too. I hope their solid chocolates are another story. Will be trying them next time.

Based on the conversation over the phone, multiple, and interaction with their courier. I can say from beginning to end I was treated with upmost respect and care. My broken french didn't get me far but the nice ladies on the phone helped me. One passed me over to her more fluent colleague. And took my order down with every detail covered, checked and double checked. I only wish I got her name,(if the owner reads this they can look up my order of 45 pyramidiods + 15 pyramidiods+ 15 truffles? They have gold sprinkles and are square shaped. Order placed on the 18th of November delivery the 19. ) She was fantastic, even while dealing with my accent constantly switching between American and French. The courier couldn't have been more PUNCTUAL. He would have to break the limits of the known universe. Hand delivered, with a smile in POURING rain. My paper bag didn't fair so we'll, maybe a suggestion to the owner for a winter ❄️ resistance bag. But impecable service ! Magnifique!
