Our server Jenn, bartender Sean and the rest of the staff were awesome! We heard a band called Kool Breeze that was OFF THE CHAIN GOOD. Everything was a magical and fantastic night! They're Asian Fusion food is phenomenal! I will definitely recommend Jade's to all my friends and family!!!

Google
Jade isn't just a place to eat; it's a Long Beach icon, capturing the city's unique spirit with every dish and note. The food is consistently great. Sushi, Chinese, and Thai dishes that keep me coming back. Tastefully decorated, waterfront views, and moderate prices make it a great value. What elevates the experience is the fantastic music, making every dinner feel like a special occasion. It's my favorite restaurant.

Google
This place truly exceeded my expectations! The scenery is absolutely breathtaking — whether you're enjoying a meal or just taking in the surroundings, the views alone are worth the visit. The food was quite good, with a nice variety of options to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. What really stood out, though, was the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their warm hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Google
Great little Asian restaurant we found. Food was pretty tasty. I had the salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes. The potatoes could've used a little bit more spices, but the fish and veggies were delicious 😋😋😋. My BF had the scallops and veggies with rice. Just as good.... But the rice, like the potatoes could've used more seasoning. Our waitress was super sweet and accommodating. We had a lovely time🤗.

I would never go back here again sushi. We were here two weeks ago around 8:00pm on friday and it's not crowded except a group of local folks. We ordered a sushi boat and toro. The waitress took my orders and came back to tell me Toro was out and then I ordered different sushi dish... our sushi boat was rubber fish, the texture was like a rubber tires for us to chew on. My macro smelled bad. Bottom line is suck. The waitress brought food out without soy sauce and we waited probably 10' for one of them walked around. We love the location a the live music band who played most of the eagles' song that we like. Food and service were sucks...

Google
Had my son’s graduation party here last week for about 70 people and it turned out amazing! It was exactly the intimate but spacious space we hoped for. Fabio helped us get everything set up and made it super easy for us because we live in Texas. It was a plus for us to be able to bring in some of our traditional cultural food as well to the event! Our servers, Mayzie and Sadai, were very nice and accommodating to our guests. Also, a big thanks to the bartender Shawn for handling our big party as well as the restaurant customers!! All our guests had a great time and I would definitely book another party event here again!

Google
beautiful atmosphere layout of restaurant. Its fancy food / sushi 🍣 type here , its got indoor and outdoor seating areas with marina views . It's huge , on certain days they got live music 🎶, its parking around and local bus stops. Staff friendly, they got all you can eat at the sushi bar here. They got regular bar 🍸 Here too . I added the menu in the post

Yelp
My family and I went here for dinner the other night. The service is really slow, but there was also a lot of people in the restaurant, I think there was a show, and the boat parade was the same night. There were a lot of holiday parties and private family parties as well. The food was good. I only had appetizers, I ordered the popcorn chicken and the lettuce wrap. The band that was playing was SO GOOD! The saxophonist was especially great! The restaurant is bigger than I thought! When I walked to the bathroom I saw a couple private spaces for parties. It's a nice little spot by the marina. But parking is kinda tough at night.

Yelp
A group of us ladies had dinner here before the stand up comedy was to take place. We enjoyed some drinks first out on the patio as we waited for our table was ready. Sitting outside enjoying the ambience of the outdoors having a view of the boats in the water made for a relaxed setting as we chatted. Once seated inside at our table we placed our orders. My seat partner and I decided to share our orders. We enjoyed Chinese Chicken Salad, and a Crab cake sandwich. Everything was delicious! The setting inside was roomy with plenty of seating. We were seated where we could see the comedians. The customer service was excellent! Thank you for being patient with our group of ladies. I would definitely come here again!

Yelp
Having walked by Jade Restaurant many times, I decided to finally come and try their weekday lunch buffet (Mondays through Fridays 11AM-3PM for $19.95/person as of July 2025). The setting on the water is very pretty, and it was a nice day so we opted to sit outside. They have umbrellas to provide some shade as well. Service was minimal given it is a buffet, but our server was friendly in refilling waters and clearing plates. The buffet itself was small but they managed to put a lot of dishes in a small space. My favorites were the soup, salad, string beans, edamame, pasta salad, and honey walnut shrimp. Some of the deep fried items were not that crispy, and obviosuly the dishes were sitting under a heat lamp. Nonetheless, for the price and value I am more than okay with a mediocre buffet. Dessert even included some tasty French macarons. I left full and am glad I tried their lunch buffet.

Yelp
I have been coming here for years and I am the biggest cheerleader of this place! Let's start with the location-the views are AMAZING! It's right on the water and you can sit on the patio to see all the cute Duffy boats on the peninsula. Parking is in the back and the place is a bit tucked away but don't get discouraged! You can also park in the Gelson's lot and walk over. Clean bathrooms and a huge, sprawling restaurant space with an Asian chic vibe. We come to see our favorite bartender, Shawn who makes a life changing cosmo! (Order one and tell him Hillary sent you!) He used to work for the Beach Comber so this man knows how to sling an amazing cocktail! Not only is he incredibly attentive, no matter how busy it gets, he's also got a fantastic personality to match and an award-winning smile! We also love beautiful Lyn! The other star of this place is the food! They've never disappointed me and I have too many favorites to name so I'll just list a few: the rainbow roll, crunch roll, andQueen Mary roll, are all fantastic for sushi. For starters I always order potstickers-pan fried or steamed I like chicken or pork and then I order the spicy garlic green beans (TRUST ME!) and the cheese wontons that come with a mouthwatering sauce. And let's talk about the happy hour...It's 3-6 everyday. EVERY DAY! Even weekends!!! Can't go wrong there!! And the happy hour menu is BANANAS! Discounted drinks and cocktails, and apps, with sushi rolls discounted and also the boxes! I love the Mongolian beef and the honey walnut shrimp-such great food and an amazing price! This place also has fun comedy nights and live music so do yourself a favor and check it out!

Yelp
Marketed as an Asian fusion restaurant, Jade restaurant provides Chinese, Japanese, Korean inspired dishes in a nice waterfront setting. Located in the Marina Pacifica shopping center, right next to the marina in Alamitos Bay, it has a ton of indoor seating along with a few outdoor seats in a narrow walkway overlooking the moored boats. We found the atmosphere, service and most of the food to be good, and of decent value during its generous Happy Hour times ( 3 - 6 pm S - Mo, W - Sa; All day Tu). My wife shops and dines at the shops in the Marina Pacifica shopping center, and wanted to dine-in at Jade for the first time after passing by it so often. We were hoping to snag an outdoor table overlooking the water/marina (thus coming before 4 pm) but were told the only open table had non-working umbrellas, so we chose to eat inside. Inside is a 7,000 square foot restaurant (this iteration opening in 2019), that easily could be divided into multiple occupancies, but the current owner has chosen to use it as one space. It's a big space with multiple entrances, a bit winding with a too small, outdated bathroom. There are many laminated menu sheets: One for Happy Hour, one for sushi, one for lunch buffet (M-F 11 - 3 pm for $19.99), and one for classics. We were celebrating, so ordered a variety of things to sample and enjoy. This meant different cooks were preparing, so it came out at different times, in the following order: Lychee Martini ($13) - from HH drink menu, it was very sweetly cloying, with a decent amount of alcohol...had to help my wife finish it. Mom ordered a fountain Coke ($4). Sushi Box ($20) - from the Happy Hour Menu, it's a nice variety (though it didn't exactly match what was said on the menu). The six pieces of sushi (2 each of tuna, snapper, salmon) were generous though the quality of the fish was below average. The 4 piece california roll was OK, with good avocado. The green salad has a variety of ingredients (was more of an Asian salad) and was one of the best I've had in a bento box. The miso soup was flavorful and full of tofu and seafood. For twenty dollars, this is a good deal. Noticed they have an all you can eat sushi special (M - Th, 3 - 8 at the sushi bar) Lettuce Wraps ($10) - for HH menu, there was a decent amount of good flavored chicken, with a big stab of iceberg lettuce (there were plenty of leaves, but it was old and a bit dried out...many restaurants wouldn't have served it). Dan Dan Noodles ($19) - chose it with ground pork, instead coming with pork loin pieces. It was more of a soup, with a small amount of lo mein noodles. The flavor was good...just not dandan. Bento Box ($18 + $2 for fried rice) - From the HH menu. Chose it with sweet and sour chicken and cup of wonton soup. The egg roll was a bit greasy, with small amount of fried rice being quite tasty. The same salad in the sushi box was given, and enjoyed. The chicken was quite good when eaten fresh, and I especially liked the perfectly cooked peppers and pineapple. With the just the right amount of sauce, it was a good dish and would be worth getting again in larger quantities. Green Beans ($6) - from HH menu, a decent amount of fresh green beans, cooked just enough to wrinkle the skin. It was good. Service was OK: the place wasn't too crowded and our server provided all that we explicitly asked for, though nothing suggested or noticed. The food came out when prepared, and there wasn't enough space at the table for 4 to hold our entire order (so we had to juggle a bit), and the dish clearing was hit/miss. We paid at the table. With time left over, decided to explore some of the other shops. Parking is shared for the mall and was quite crowded, and because the entrance is so far away, took a bit of a walk from door to door. Jade has a lot of specials, so if one goes at prescribed times, can actually get good value (especially if during HH and being able to sit outside)....and with the eclectic menu, provide a variety for big parties. Though it is a bit funny that for a restaurant so big on the inside, we were so cramped while eating.

Yelp
Me and my friend decided to come here for happy hour which is from 3-6, and it's a pretty good spot! The drinks are great, the food is delicious and the service is amazing! Our bartender Lyn was so sweet and friendly! We came on a good day when it wasn't too crowded and plus it was raining so we got lucky! The sushi my friend got looked good and my chicken fried rice was good as well! I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Just finished Avatar and was craving Chinese. Bam Jade was in the same lot. Lychee Martinis fire! Food amazing. Sushi to Korean ribs to the house noodles. Not fancy. Just great let's get out of house and get good service and grate food!

Yelp
The Ambiance was nice, the server were on top of things, the chow mein I was a bit disappointed with. The noodles look like and tasted like ramen.

Yelp
Nice atmosphere and marina view on their outside deck. Service was marginal, but I think it was just one server with others trying to help. We waited for plates, we were eating family style, which never arrived until I went inside to the bar (and picked up very small plates). We first ordered a Chinese Chicken Salad to share. Lots of mixed greens (plus) but very little chicken. Dressing was light but overall not very flavorful. We ordered two entrees and upgraded both to the fried rice. Walnut Shrimp was good, the orange chicken was good, but the fried rice missing flavor and not much mixed inside it. The two beers were on draft and cold - excellent! For what we spent $90, and if we had eaten at our usual Chinese restaurant, we would have had leftovers for several days. We left with no leftovers. For the price, portions were small. Add to that, the dishes were lacking much flavor. We were so hoping to like Jade after they reopened. We had gone once before and didn't return. Not sure if they are too diverse with their menu and offering things like burgers and sushi to pay attention to flavors but definitely need to work on that. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back, too many better options around.

Yelp
This place was a solid three for me. The servers were super friendly and knew the menu well. The ambiance left something to be desired...it was like a watering hole for people who were mainly regulars. The food was honestly meh. When I asked about the spicy level of the Dan Noodles (I'm a wimp with spice and I fully own that), they told me it was a slow build, but not bad. I thought sure, can totally handle that. Got the food....there was zero spice. I mean like none. Even the flavor was like they just threw in teriyaki sauce and called it a day. The pork dumplings were so bland, and the 'crispy' green beans had no breading and were completely limp. Totally not worth the price or hype.

Yelp
I was so excited to try here when I heard about the all you can eat sushi, plus there being dog friendly was a bonus. However I was drastically disappointed by the appearance and taste of the food. The only thing I got that tasted good was the ginger salad. All of the sushi was extremely mediocre at best and the pan seared dumplings were burnt with no taste. I cannot stress enough how highly unsatisfying this meal was. To make matters even worse, I paid $68 total (including a tip) for the meal! Happy hour is a sad excuse for happy hour, $2 off drinks priced at $15+ a drink. More like "same price as regular menu priced drinks" hour, just occuring right after work hours. The only thing going for this spot in my opinion is the location with the water and boats and the magnificent staff and service. The staff was very amazing, so although I did not mind the tip, I remain highly unsatisfied and unhappy with what I paid for the food and drink and will never return. Wishing I could get my money back and the staff keep their tip. :-(

Yelp
Wednesday Karaoke Night was fun! Peggie the KJ was engaging and encouraging. They allow minors to sing too. We didn't try any food or drinks.

Yelp
Worst service I've ever had. 30 min. to get a glass if water and over an hour ordered Miso soup and never got it. I left. Bad enough ordered chicken there once and it was drier than sandpaper. Never again!!!! !Not worth it. Totally ignored. Worst service ever. Last time found a hair in my food. Definitely wasn't mine. The cook was bald and didn't believe it, but that hair got in there somehow!

Yelp
Excellent experience now that the unprofessional and rude manager Scott is gone. Enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks were delicious and the band Mike Staggs & The Soul were AMAZING and put on a great show! Everyone was dancing! Thank you Jade for making the necessary changes to improve our overall experience. Mary was our server and she was super attentive and provided excellent service.

Shout out to our waiter/bartender Sam and shout out to the chef Fabio that came to our table personally...

Yelp
Jade is a fun place to visit. Live music and a lot of people enjoying themselves. We've celebrated milestone birthdays in the large, private room.

Yelp
Saturday 03.22.2025 Celebrated my wife's 50th Birthday. Had reservations for 8 people at 14:30pm. Checked in 15minutes early. Greeted and seated by the bartender who sat us down to our table. He was a nice guy. Smiling and accommodating to our experience. As we all sat down at our table. Waited a minute or two to receive our menus. The current waitress asked us if we wanted to start out with drinks. Ordered a round of water for everyone and ordered their special jungle juice Mocktails as well. All were received and described as it was from the drink menu. Tasted very good. For our entrees we ordered broccoli beef, orange chicken, chicken fried rice, beef fried rice, Walnut chicken, and noodles. Received all of our entrees within 20 minutes. Everyone at our table was enjoying the food and Drinks. Food was good and satisfying. Blew a candle for her birthday, and opened up her presents. The dining experience we had here was 2.5 hours. Overall our waiter Chris did a fantastic job! My son in law flagged him and stated if we can do something for the birthday girl like put a candle on a dessert so she can make a wish. The only thing that I did not like is we got charged for a little cupcake bread at the end, upon checking checking the tab. I was like come on man, it should be complimentary for a birthday patron to get something free lol. I got a sense of this place being stingy and tight. That wasn't going to stand in the way from having fun. Overall I would come back. This place is a hidden location on the bottom floor at the Marina Pacifica shopping center. Place was chill. Had a authentic modern chines and Japanese feel to it. We came here when it was not packed. The experience of being 1 of 4 groups of patrons in the restaurant gave it a feel of attentive customer service. Lots of parking and the place is Clean. This place gets rowdy at night for live bands playing. So may not be a good idea if you want piece romantic tranquility. If you come at noon and there is only two of you, I recommend sitting outside to enjoy the waterfront. It will be a nice Ambiance for a Sunny Day. I was hesitant to come here because of the recent negative reviews of bad tasting food and patrons getting sick right after dining. This was not the case from my experience. I was worried at first, since we had travel plans the following day. Either we got lucky and someone was not telling the truth or the restaurant made some changes. 4 stars, I would of gave it a 5 stars.. but felt like the charge for a birthday blowout cupcake was not sincere and genuine coming from the restaurant as a token of celebration. We spent alot of money already for a party of 8. Just saying. Overall had a good time.
google avatar

Yelp
If I could give this place half a star I would. Historically this was a venue you could catch an occasional comedy show at or just see a local cover band. However the ownership has went down over the years the food completely undesirable as well as overpriced and the help has gotten progressively even worse. Jade has taken the unprecedented plunge to ground zero as of late and I'm sharing this review with you so you won't have to ever put yourselves though the ordeal of having to go either way !

Ronald M.

Yelp
Great service and good food!!!!! All the staff is friendly and welcoming to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Food is good and so are the portions. It seems like a fusion of all Asian foods; sushi, Pad Thai, Chinese fried rice, beef broccoli etc... They have indoor & outdoor seating & they are at the Marina- on the water as their name states. Great views!

Yelp
This review is for when I was trying to book a big event with the restaurant. I was trying to book our Dinner Rehearsal of 40-45 guests with Jade Restaurant. I reached out to the restaurant twice 2 months ago. The two times that I called, I left my contact information for a call back with the employees due to the event person was not in yet or not there that day. I also sent emails as well. My maid of honor also reached out to the restaurant twice to help me with also having to leave her contact information for a call back. We did not receive a call back at all from them. We gave up after our attempts and looked elsewhere for a restaurant for our dinner rehearsal. I was very disappointed on how this restaurant could not follow up with me or my maid of honor especially because of it being such a huge and important event. Two months later after our attempts, I received a voicemail from the restaurant about my event and to reach out if still interested!!!!!!!!! Two months later?!?! Are you serious?!?! I have found a wonderful restaurant for our dinner rehearsal that followed up with me the same day and was responding to me in a timely manner. If you are trying to book an event with them, I hope that your experience is better than mine!

Kitty L.

Yelp
Great food, excellent bartenders and wonderful live music on the weekend! Everything we've ordered has been fabulous! Sushi bar and all! We love to go to Jade for Linch or dinner, drinks and dancing!

Augie R.

Yelp
Well we have never had a bad meal or drink at Jade on the water. Chris, Sean and all the staff always go out of their way to make our stay a memorable one! Never a bad moment at Jade on the Water!!!

C G.

Yelp
So we went to Jade resteraunts last night. We had a large party coming in. Understanding it was gonna be busy; however we had the rudest sever ever. Her name was Sahe (Sarah) she was rude, unattentive and probably shouldn't be a server. We waited an hour and a half for food the appetizers came out with the food. Some food never came out so we tried to cancel and she became arguemetative. Management just played it off. The food we eventually received was good.

Angelica L.

Yelp
Service was okay and food was alright the location was better , it's good for just drinks if stopping by.

Mena M.

Yelp
My husband made reservations for my birthday couple weeks ago. We literally got there when they first opened there wasn't anyone really there but we had good seats on the waterfront. The food is good as well and our server was nice. We need to revisit this place.

Yelp
Okay I admit I only wanted to try this place because of its location & beautiful scenery at the Marina! Prior to actually dining here tho I looked it up on Yelp & I gotta say I feel like the Yelp reviews maybe missed the mark a bit... Firstly, this is an Asian fusion joint. So what that means is it's not really gonna be "authentic" & it's gonna have an American interpretation of all the dishes. HOWEVER, if you order the RIGHT things off the menu you will NOT be disappointed! For drinks: We ordered 4 drinks off the Happy Hour menu & were super content with all our drinks. They were all cocktails. I for sure had a lychee styled martini type of drink, espresso martini (this is always my dessert), & my man got a mai tai & something else but I know he was happy with both! For food: We ordered the baked scallop roll, the tiger roll, & the shishito peppers they did NOT miss. They were a great app! For our entrees we got the Skirt steak & let me say she was really the star of the show cause it was sooo good perfect medium temp! We also got the Dan Dan noodles which were my personal FAVE it was sooo unexpectedly good! I believe that's all we got but we really had no complaints so we'll definitely be back maybe even at night! The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars is because the inside of the restaurant could definitely use a facelift & some revamping as it was a little dreary inside. So we definitely opted to sit outside lol. Finally service was really good & not slow at all. Food & drinks came out at a good pace as well!
google avatar

Zynette C.

Yelp
Their sushi rolls are amazing and drinks are amazing! Service is perfect and every Wednesday they have Karaoke!!! Peggi is soooo sooo amazing as KJ, please please come by and sing a song or two!

Yelp
The iron steak was pretty good. Comes with rice or huge potato wedges and grilled vegetables. The sushi is above average. It's a mix of Asian fusion, Japanese, and Chinese food. Service was very swift and friendly. A cover band set up after 8pm on Friday to play your favorite hits. There's a small dance floor surrounding the bar.

Nyla O.

Yelp
It started out great. Our server was very nice, attentive, complimented our choices, said we'd get a fried ice cream after dinner since we were there celebrating my daughters birthday. Food came, it was delicious as it has been for all the years we'd been coming to celebrated birthdays, and then it all changed. The place started getting crowded, tables were shuffled, tension increased, our pleasant server was replaced with a very nasty woman. We were cut... No more niceness. We were given the bill and was very rudely told our table was needed. Put my card on the table and she snatched it up without a word of good customer service, as in, I'll be right back with your receipt. The people waiting for our table crowded around us and loudly told each other, they are leaving. Needless to say we didn't get our fried ice cream... I loved this place, looked forward to coming a few times a year, but sadly will never step foot in there again. It also saddens me that our good server didn't get tipped because of the terrible experience from the one that closed us out. I own a restaurant, I know the stresses of customer service and satisfaction. They could have offered to move us rather shove us out the door. Despicable... Happy F'n Birthday, now get the f out.

Yelp
Reservation honored, good food, very reasonably priced, great entertainment, adequate parking and location is convenient. Servers are wonderful however on a crowded night servers are stretched - be patient, its well worth it!

Yelp
Jade really caught me by surprise--in the best way. The views alone are worth the visit, right on the water with that perfect balance of lively energy and chill vibes. The food was fresh and flavorful with that Asian fusion twist that kept things interesting. The space itself is stylish without feeling stuffy. I especially liked the outdoor patio--perfect for taking in the views while enjoying your meal. Good food, good drinks, great setting, and friendly people making sure you have a good time. Definitely coming back. --Rick

Yelp
Excellent service and venue - food is nasty and salty esp the Mongolian beef ; tasted too much of oyster sauce or cornstarch; tempura was oily. We ended up getting the steak which was cooked to perfection. The 2 star is for all the bento boxes we all ordered for 10 people and it didn't not go well to our liking - each and every order we did. The espresso martini is yummy -the ambiance is excellent and picturesque. Theres a good band for entertainment

Yelp
Such a cute place. Went here with my bff for lunch and got to experience the buffet. Host made everything simple. We even got a chance to see some jellyfish in the water! It was very cool.
google avatar

Imani T.

Yelp
Beautiful decor inside and out. Hostess was wonderful. Sarai was the sweetest and best pat of our visit. Food was great. My only complaint is that I had to chase the waiter down to place the order and to get the check. To top it off he ruined my plans to see the sunset over the ocean. Took his recommendation and ended up not being able to see any of it because of the building that we're in the way. Other than that the food was great and loved that Sarai went out of her way so we could enjoy our dinner by the water. Thank you hun,
google avatar

Jordan L.

Yelp
I really tried to like this place, the food was mediocre at best for Father's Day brunch.. but the icing on the cake was the entire egg shell in my eggs Benedict. I was hoping they would offer some sort of compensation or discount but they did not. Over $130 for two adults and a child. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Gross!
google avatar

Larry A.

Yelp
I had the lunch buffet yesterday--very disappointing. I tried the fried rice and the steamed white rice--both dry and cold. Other dishes were soggy and limp. I last tried this place many years ago and was put off by a waiter who "forgot" my order. So much for giving Jade a second chance.
google avatar

Pauline A.

Yelp
Well, where to start first? We got here at 1PM, it's now 2:23PM as I'm starting to type this out. The appetizers were amazing. We got the fried dumplings & jalapeño poppers. Everything came out fast until we ordered our actual meals. When our food came it didn't come out together. Pretty upsetting because my mother-in-law ordered a sushi plate that was $60 & hers came out after we all finished our meals & only after we had to ask twice if it was ever going to come out. This is a cold item, I don't understand why it wasn't the first to come out. The beef & broccoli my fiancé ordered was fine, actually "properly" cooked unlike others had reviewed in the past. My father-in-laws sushi & salad was fine and completely drenched with dressing. I ordered a house salad with no onions & added chicken assuming I was getting the same good looking salad as previous reviews. Yet again, I was let down. When the salad arrived and it came with onions, no chicken, & no egg. They took it back to correct it, and when it arrived it had a lot of welted pieces (even a cow wouldn't graze on this $h!+), no egg (still), & dry as if they neglected to put the dressing on at all. Hey, but at least my chicken was there with no onions, right? Finally when my mother-in-laws sushi came, my egg came too. *rolling eyes & facepalm* This whole time the new guy that was training had no trainer with him. I've worked in many hospitality businesses & as a trainer in the past I would never leave my new trainee alone. I'd make sure I was following them in case he/she would require assistance. When they finally brought us the check they had only discounted $8.50 from this just shy of $200 bill. As a previous employee to high end restaurants, I most certainly would've comped half of the $60 tray due to the neglect of having it arrive last after we had all eaten. Lastly, the ambiance was okay. You have a nice view of the green water, boats, & townhomes. However, 12-3PM was ratchet brunch festivities here with the music blasting so loud that the glass was shaking/rattling. We couldn't see in, but I'm sure the people inside could see us sitting outside. NOTE: My fiancé now has diarrhea from his beef and broccoli he had so BEWARE if you do go here!!!!!

Yelp
Great place for dancing to classics on Thursday night - great light dinner menu - excellent wait staff. Edamame was spiced just right and crab cakes were well proportioned. If you stay late enough you can enjoy comedy night at 9pm! Local talent and a comfortable crowd.

Yelp
Drinks are fantastic but the sushi was not very good. Go there for drinks and hang out with Shawn. He's a cool guy. Lots of fun! Tip him well! Restaurant is quaint. Update: my stomach is turning. I think I have food poisoning.

Yelp
So, First... friendly & kind staff, but that didn't make up for cleanliness, decor, & confusing menu. We ordered a simple lettuce-rap and lettuce was dirty and silverware was dirty. This is only the second place, that we walked out on...it was probably our best decision of the night. -2 One was for the kinds staff...

Yelp
Do not expect authentic Asian cuisine and good service here. Ordered the Kung Pao chicken and it tasted like boiled chicken thighs. Gross

Yelp
First time here, possibly last... We were heading out for a casual birthday gathering. Was supposed to go to Ballast (local brewery). A friend said she had been to Jade and it was "Fun" last time she and some friends were there and we should try it....‍ Not sure we will be open to suggestions next time . We got there right on time for our reservations, requested the fire pit... they told us they would turn on the pit and come get us. 15 minutes later we walked in to ask about the seat...they forgot us. We walked back, pit was not on...we were asked to lean back as they lit it. They didn't want it to blow in our face , seamed safe. Food was below average. Funky tempura shrimp, "Waygu" sliders so tough difficult to cut in half with knife, edame had to be sent back, sushi was like the quick market snack quality. Drinks weren't so bad pricing was about average for a restaurant... except the one thay was half poured down our back...YEP! What really made it tough besides the food quality was the server. She disappeared while we were ordering drinks and left one person outstanding (the person with the BDay). She took all of a sudden like she got the bubbles and had to run. When I went back to look for her, circled the restaurant twice, she came out from behind a while eating . Got the first drinks delivered and that included half a martini dumped down one of our backs....$200 shirt forever will be the espresso martini drink. The server acted like she didn't know it was spilled as she delivered the half spilled drink to the person in our party and the drink continued to drip off her hand like a kid at the zoo with a melted ice cream cone. We called her out on it and she walked away. Another sever brought us some towels (she never apologized). Our next round, a few of us walked in to order our drink from the bar because she just was not coming back and asking. Not sure if she was embarrassed or what, but she barely came back out to check on us about food or drinks. It was eventually time for us to leave because we weren't being monitored and weren't sure if they wanted is to stay. We even told them it was a birthday and they said they were going to bring something out for the birthday girl... maybe Amazon will be delivering soon...still waiting At the end, someone from our party mentioned to a manger the issues, she addressed it with a discount...I do/ we did appreciate that, but here limitations were what they were. Actually felt bad for the manager, she was all over the place that night helping out. I think someone internally really needs to address these issues, and I am sure a few other things. The manager from Saturday night has my number as she said she would follow up. I feel like Jade has their name on a chalkboard somewhere with check marks somewhere 8n middle school and someone needs to give them Saturday School with the rest of the "Breakfast Club"...Long Beach, I expect better

Yelp
Ok, to start: the service was really good. Food and drinks came out quickly and the staff were amicable. The food: not so great. It didn't seem like the freshest meat. We got the curry and wonton soup. They were not good. The soup was so salty. The chicken curry was more potatoes than anything else. If you're going, you should know this is very much more of a bar. They had karaoke going and it's probably got potential for a great time, just not what I expected.

Yelp
Well I went for lunch buffet- just really basic- dark inside where I felt like I was in a cave. I asked to sit outside by water which helped. Overpriced for basic Chinese fare. The server was nice. But I was the only guest!! I will not return here but I'm sorry to have to say that. It's hard for me to criticize but it's the truth. Sorry Jade- maybe your Sushi bar is much better.
