Explore Singapore's MICHELIN Star Restaurants that Celebrate Diversity and Multiculturalism

"In his cooking, Chef Jeremy Gillon uses dried herbs from the Savoie region of the French Alps, where he spent most of his career. But unlike typical Savoyard food that is heavy and greasy, his preparations are light in flavours, strong in creative flair. Sip herby cocktails and well selected wines at the lounge area on the upper floor, before embarking on an Alps-inspired culinary adventure in the dining room on the ground floor." - The MICHELIN Guide

Food quality & portion sizes were good. Service was attentive & friendly. Water was served immediately upon seated. However the thin crust pizzas at $28/30 for 12” is on the high side. Would have preferred slightly thicker edges. Overall was still worth a return to try their meats & pasta.

While this place has been around for quite some time, this is my first time visiting them and I am glad I did. For wine enthusiasts, the wine’s quality relative to its price is a definite draw. I prefer going to restaurants situated out of town area, as the service tends to be more personable and attentive. The staff thoughtfully explained the wines, which we greatly appreciated. The food here is also exceptional, reflecting the quality of the ingredients used. Definitely a place that I will go back to more often. Update: I have been back here a few times and every time was so enjoyable.

Good restaurant to hang out with loved ones. The ambience is nice and cosy with good music. Service is definitely top-notch in terms of promptness, friendly, and enthusiastic. Food is good in terms of taste and portion. Was here with the team, and we all loved everything on the menu. Definitely goes on my recommendation list. We tried their super crispy pork belly, prawns in chilli oil(cant remember the exact name), crab cakes, tenderloin, lamb chops, and more. Looking forward to trying their lamb keema pizza next time.

Jag Wine quickly became a regular spot for me, thanks to its warm service and inviting familiarity. I found myself returning every week, drawn not just by the cozy atmosphere but also by their impressive collection of wines. The staff are warm without being over the top, and sommelier Sher always nails the wine recommendations. I’m also a little obsessed with their vongole, especially the soupy version — simple, hearty, and full of flavour. It’s not fancy or fussy, just good food, good wine, and a place that feels easy to come back to.

Cosy place. First time here and was pleasantly surprised with the tapas. The prawns and bread were pretty good. The crab cake was chock full of crab meat. The roast pork was mediocre. Will be back for sure.

Food was generally okay, the vongole was good. I live nearby and first time visiting would say to probably just order items on the menu. However, the one thing that totally spoiled the whole experience was the wagyu dish. The waitress highly recommended the Wagyu (300g) which costed us $98 before GST and it was a complete letdown. Meat was sub par quality, cooked well, most definitely not worth the premium price tag. On hindsight, the waitress was probably upselling. I tried to feedback but it was taken quite nonchalantly. Other than that, service was q attentive.

Yelp
When you first find the place, you'll find the exterior rather seedy. It has a nice interior inside. Just when I was commenting about the nice interior to my friends, a man with a nice watch and a super black face turned up to take our orders. If you recognise him, leave this place immediately. He made a few comments to make sure we feel unwelcome. If it werent for his face, we would have ordered drinks or stayed longer. Thank goodness we didn't. Cos he made sure he stated a time for us to leave by and made a comment which I shan't write here that is rather insulting. When we asked for water, the Waiters and Waitresses immediately responded with a black face. It's such a pity because the food is actually not bad. Portions are not worth the price though. It appears there is a "insider" crowd and if you are new or look too young, you are not treated with respect even as a paying customer. This restaurant ruined our new year's eve.
