Great IPAs on tap. Gose For Launch is also very good; not sweet and not too "sour." Highly recommend a flight if you're in the area visiting.

Rob Long

Google
Fun corner brewery just down the street from Coors Stadium. Been here twice, got a good sour beer each time. Close to a few other breweries - a must stop on a brewery hop walking tour. Several tables that seat 10-12 people, so perfect for groups.

Google
I stopped in for a quick one and I’m glad I did. Nice atmosphere and not too overcrowded for a Friday late afternoon. I had a Texas Suitcase and thought it was a great west coast IPA option. I’ll definitely stop back to try some other options when I have more time.

Gourmand

Google
Another good place to go when you want some decent beer selections. The atmosphere was crowded, and so seating was hard to come by, but once we got a seat at a hightop table, it was great. They have rotating and seasonal brews that were a delight to try.

Google
Good brewery in my neighborhood. The German Pilsner is excellent. Mexican lager is great. And I’m a big fan of their rice logger these days also. friendly people, fun, atmosphere and beer. What more do you want? Annie is terrific as well!

Steven Vigil-Roach

Google
First things first, the beers here were actually awesome. What brought my rating down was the difficulty finding parking (I know, downtown can be like that) and the less than friendly service. We asked for a few tastings to decide which beer to get (which is SUPER common at breweries) and the bartender made multiple passive aggressive comments. It made our group less interested in coming back. That said, if you’re in the area and want a good beer, I’d say give it a shot anyway.

Google
Very cool local brewery in downtown Denver with a wide range of taps and welcoming bartenders. Great local vibe. Plenty of room with tables inside and an outdoor seating area when the weather is nice.

Liz Nitz

Google
Came here for a pit stop on our way to Dillon. Could have probably stayed here all day as the service was great! We had Annie as our server and she was fantastic! Great with conversation and recommendations.

Yelp
Huge fan of breweries, this was my 3rd stop in Denver on my quest to try them all. Jagged mountain did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I got a flight of 4 beers so we could try everything we wanted. They had a great selection and beers were great. I ended up getting a sticker as well to add to my collection. Inside was quiet, there is a coffee shop attached which also looked great but was closed at the time we went. Very laid back, hiking decor all around, and the woman behind the bar was nice but she seemed annoyed with us. Other than that, great experience.

Yelp
Cool downtown brewery that's just a few blocks from Coors Field. Great place to grab a beer or two while watching some sports on TV. My wife and I each enjoyed the brown ale, which didn't have much coconut taste to it. She liked her taste of white stout more than I did, but perhaps I'd try it again if needed next time. There was a food truck outside, but we had already eaten, so we didn't partake. We'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
I attempted to come here when I first got to Denver but they were closed. I went by the hours on Apple Maps but their Instagram had the right hours. Anyway, I came back two weeks later and I wasn't disappointed. The beer was excellent. I got a flight of four and I was very happy with my selections. The taproom was a bit empty but it was expected since it was a weeknight and it was snowing.

Yelp
Jagged Mountain is such a fun spot with card and board games to play while enjoying libations with your pals. They offer indoor and some outdoor seating. There are some sours and seltzers available in addition to all different kinds of beers. While they didn't offer any food, there was a food truck you could order from.
google avatar

Pixie M.

Yelp
Met up with some friends here for drinks over the weekend. Nice fun atmosphere with friendly staff. There was a good sized crowd in their large space, but it didn't feel cramped. We easily found 4 seats at the end of the bar where we hung out trying various beers there. I really enjoyed the Pilser and the pomegranate sour packs a nice punch. I'd definitely stop in again when I'm downtown.

Yelp
Wandered into Jagged Mountain looking for a cold beer to enjoy on the cold day of our visit. There was plenty of seating space, enough to be at a comfortable and safe distance from the next guest. It wasnt too loud and it was toasty. Looking over their menu, I was happy and excited to try their Cattywampus. My nickname is Catty so this was a must for me. I mean, its a double IPA with a hint of grapefruit. This was the best! Crisp and hoppy with a lovely 9% ABV. Friendly and welcoming service and delicious beer, plenty of beer options with cool names such as Squishy and Bunny Slope.
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent Imperial Stout. Classic Denver Brewery. Good happy hour specials! We had to rush out to catch a flight but I'd go back when in Denver.
google avatar

Yelp
The beer here is just okay. We ordered the Peach Emoji sour and King of the North baltic porter. Nothing special and we have had better at other breweries around here. Service was meh.....
google avatar

Brianna J.

Yelp
Nice spot for a beer and to relax. They have games to play and plenty of bar and table seating. Beer a little pricey but it is the city. Bartenders are friendly. I had the hot pretzel last time I was in with mustards and everything was delicious.
google avatar

Wendy M.

Yelp
We had a great time here, after fighting the crowds at a downtown festival. Even on a Saturday afternoon, the massive space at Jagged Mountain made us feel quite spacious. We had the parents with us and were easily able to find beer options to suit us all - and my love of sour beers, which is always nice. The bar area has been updated and is super cute. We had friendly wait staff who helped with suggestions for my non beer parent as well as my light beer parent, lol. And that pretzel? Holy moly - even between the four of us, we couldn't finish it. We had lots of fun though, trying all the sauces with it. YUM, especially for bar food.
google avatar

Chris K.

Yelp
Great location to stadium. Great selection of beers. Great service. The baltic porter is amazing. Can't go wrong stopping by this brewery.
google avatar

Nick C.

Yelp
After being disappointed by the previous brewery I went to, Jagged Mountain was exactly what I needed. This is how a brewery should look and how a brewery should be operated. The ambiance is awesome with their open street facing windows and tables. This brewery is right by the stadium and draws a pretty decent crowd. Very good vibes. They had awesome looking merch (I bought a shirt from here) even though they didn't have the specific shirt I wanted in my size. The beers here were great and really left an impression. I really enjoyed the Bee Cool Honey Bunny (wheat beer) and the Mexicali lager.
google avatar

Klara C.

Yelp
Street parking and I think there are some parking garage around here. I believe it's open seating and then you order at the bar. We ordered a flight but it was a little hard to keep track of which beer was what since the bartender handed it to me and told me the names. The beer was good but not super flavorful. Mexican Lager - this is light and refreshing. There's a very light note of the tortilla chips. Blood Orange Kolsch - you can get the hints of the orange but also really light and delicious as well. Belgian Wit - similar to the kolsch, it had the orange notes and orange blossoms, also really light and a hint of the honey. Key Lime Sour - definitely smells like a sour and a great key lime taste but it is pretty sour. Overall service is alright, not too much outside seating but you can bring your dogs here. Some of the bartenders were rude and kept ignoring us even though we were next in line and kept talking to other people and not serving us.
google avatar

Yelp
Their West Coast IPA was okay, but the service and atmosphere made it a place to come back to. I loved drinking beer and watching Dumb and Dumber.
google avatar

Heath R.

Yelp
Having a This beer really ties the room together. A blonde milk stout with coffee and cacao. Taste really good. This place is down the street from Coors Field. Go Rockies.
google avatar

Kelsey S.

Yelp
Unique beers, cool atmosphere. Great location. Pear cinnamon sour beer is the bomb. They have games for you to play at your table too. One of our favorite denver breweries.
google avatar

Andrew J.

Yelp
The atmosphere here is great. Especially when it's a sunny day with a breeze coming through the opened front. They don't sell food but they do have a rotating food truck just outside. As for the beer, very tasty. I can easily see myself coming back here for more. The service was professional and knowledgeable regarding the beers as we had a few questions. Social distancing is enforced, there's a sexy velvet rope in your way when you enter so they can speak to you before entering regarding covid.

Yelp
Place was Awesome visiting IPA we're very good! Should of got some Swag! Saturday afternoon was busy. The Vibe in here is a good one! Glad we found this place on the corner Must stop by and have drinks!

Yelp
Breweries in Denver are too common. It seems like every week there's another one. Jagged Mountain is one that's been around a few years. Cool location. The beer is okay. Came here the last time with a girl. It had codes on the table where you scan them to see the beer list. They have a pretty large selection. It has some funny names. These names also make sense. I had the Bases Loaded. It's about $6 for a pint. This brewery is near Coors Field so it certainly makes sense having a baseball theme. It's a typical tasting lager. There's nothing special about it but it's smooth. It also has kombucha. It's a nice alternative to beer if you're a designated driver or when you prefer to be sober. There's also restaurants that deliver here if you want food too.
google avatar

Sierra K.

Yelp
Nicely located downtown. The beer selection was a either pretty standard or something really complex. They could have a larger variety because I found only one beer selection that wasn't a wheat that seemed good. Service was good, enjoyed the beer I got.
google avatar

Peter G.

Yelp
The beer here is pretty good. They have a decently large variety, particularly of IPA's (when we were there a couple months ago at least). The aesthetic is cool as well with plenty of seating. The only thing that was a bit weird when we were there was that the employees were complaining, loudly enough for us to hear at our table, about not wanting to work there. So that made for a bit of an uncomfortable experience.
google avatar

Allison H.

Yelp
Not only is the beer good, but their hearts are golden. While there was a crazy rain/hail storm, a homeless man came in to use the restroom. The workers told him he can sit in the brewery to wait out the deluge. They even gave him a cup of water to drink and a cup of hot water so he could make some Ramen he had. My faith in humanity is restored.
google avatar

Yelp
A microbrewery in Denver near downtown. Lots of seating space. Knowledgeable and friend staff. Good beer. Must visit spot if you're in downtown and like beer. Tried 4 beers and loved them all. My short notes: I Love You So Mochi (NE Hazy PA) - floral NE pale ale Seedless (NE Hazy PA) - water melon NE pale ale Bunny Slope (white stout) - caramel macchiato Birthday Suit (Imperial stout) - vanilla cake
google avatar

Lindsay L.

Yelp
Great beer, great service. Highly recommend the super sticky icky - it's 8% and smooth as astroglide (or so I've been told). Seedless is absolutely delicious as well. High country harvest is also a must try. Love the rustic look and feel of this brewery...already looking forward to coming back.

Have a good time In Denver 4 Stars Great place which is closer so we could visit more often. Great IPAs !

Yelp
There are no shortage of killer breweries in Denver and Jagged Mountain deserves its seat at the table. After a quick Yelp search, I popped in here on a bustling Tuesday night for happy hour. Sometimes you need a beer flight after a long flight, right? A few noticeable things I liked off the bat were: the attentiveness of the bartenders, the fact they had a fairly readable back bar menu (as well as an up-to-date beer list) and that all the customers just seemed to be in a good mood. Usually they have a food truck on hand, but due to some unforeseen circumstance there wasn't a truck this particular night. However, you can order a big ass pretzel from their kitchen! I didn't partake, but heard it's the bees knees. 1. This Beer Really Ties the Room Together - Blonde coffee stout that lived up to its wonderful title. If you closed your eyes you'd never know it was light in color. Utilization of local beans made this my favorite of the night. 2. Sawatch - Classic American-style IPA that tasted like licking a pine tree. Oh, you've got my attention! Cranked up to 70 IBU's, no wonder people flock to this like hot cakes. 3. Melon Patch - Collaborative saison effort that was a shocking winner. Sweet fruity melon flavor was extremely up front and prevalent throughout each sip. 4. Grouse Mountain - My least favorite of the night. Back home I drink goses on the regular, and this one fell short on the blood orange pop I was expecting. Overall, a great spot in the heart of Five Points. The atmosphere was comparable to drinking in your buddy's living room. And if it's this packed on a Tuesday, I can't imagine what it looks like on a Friday night!

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Relaxed environment with indoor and outdoor seating. Good variety of beers. Convenient stop on the way to Coors Field from downtown.

Yelp
This was a great brewery to visit while in Denver. We were aware of the huge brewery scene in Denver, so wasn't entirely sure which to visit. But we ended up at Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery and never looked back. We visited on a Saturday after brunch and the place was pretty steady with a lot of people either pre-funking for the Rockies game or watching college football inside. At one point the place was so packed that every seat in the house was taken, so we made friends with those sitting next to us at one of the large communal tables. Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery has a large beer menu. Plus, pretzels. For a flight it comes with four beers, which you can customize. My friend and I both love IPAs, so we tried all of the IPAs on the menu, as well as a quadruple Belgian. All of our beers were awesome, and compared to another brewery we visited the night before, the beers were way better. The IPAs were solid, as they were hoppy and floral. The beers also can be served in various ounces, making it easy to try different beers. Just remember to order at the bar, as there's no table service. But it doesn't take long for the bartenders to fill your pours, as they were super quick and efficient; the busy crowd had no affect on them. I just love that after the football games were over the place started to play old school hip hop! I would recommend visiting Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery as one of your brewery stops in Denver.

Yelp
Jagged Mountain was a great second stop on a little brewery tour with an out of town guest. I tried the strawberry rhubarb sour made with yogurt. I was super intrigued by this one and thankfully it did not disappoint. Super tart, just what I want and can't always find in a sour beer. The venue itself is super chill and even has axe throwing upstairs. We'll be back to try out the axe throwing since it's been on my to do list for quite awhile.
google avatar

Anastasia G.

Yelp
Always a good vibe at Jagged Mountain. We were lucky to beat the rush and the line if crowds by arriving around 3:30 on Friday afternoon. There were plenty of seating inside with impecable social distance enforced among all guests. Drinks were delicious. Jagged served a selection of small batches. I ordered Vol 2 and hope they will carry the batch again. If I could have more than one pint, I would order again. Next up, I had 8oz cherry sour at jagged mountain. And oh boy are they legit. Tart, sweet, and refreshing it will leave you feeling wanting more. It's always such a treat at jagged mountain brewery. Service is always highly rated, feel like at home.

Yelp
Cool little brewery in Denver. Visited early afternoon on a Wednesday so not much of a crowd. The girl behind the bar was very friendly. She made sure I had what I needed. I opted for a flight so I could sample 4 of their brews - 5 oz. each. I tried these 4 beers. Grizzly Peak - an English porter. I liked the flavor. Not too bitter and easy to drink. Splitboard - Oatmeal Stout. I love stouts, but usually not oatmeal. This one was good. Smooth and flavorful. Big Red Rock - a red lager. Typically not a lager fan, but this one was quite tasty. Crisp and malty. Enjoyed it. Doppel Black Diamond - a German Doppelbock. I've had this style of beer before but never like this. I didn't know if I could finish the 5 oz. glass. It was sort of sweet, but just not good. Some may enjoy it, but I just didn't like it. Overall an enjoyable experience. Cool place, great service, and quality craft beers. Worth checking out if you're into beer.

Michelle D.

Yelp
Not the friendliest staff... seems like I was an annoyance. And stingy with their complimentary stickers. We trying help promote.. keep your stinking stickers but reevaluate your staff
google avatar

Yelp
I am a craft beer person and since Denver has tons of craft breweries I had to go to at least one during my trip. I would have liked to go to multiple but decided that due to time I was only going to pick one. Lots of things factored into my decision and I ended up selecting Jagged Mountain. I am very glad that I did because everything was excellent. The service was good, the brewery had a very welcoming feel, and most importantly the beer was good. I tried multiple beers via a flight + and I liked each one I tried. They have a good variety so no matter what type of beer you like you should be able to find something for you.
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
This place is great. Friendly service and good beers. It's nice that they let you bring in food. There is a food truck that can deliver or you can pick up. They have a QR code for their beers on tap and one for the food truck! Everyone had masks on, and social distancing was enforced.

Yelp
We were just hopping around to different breweries all around Downtown Denver when we came across Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery. (+) Great prices on drinks! A flight with 4 drinks of your choice was only $10! (+) Great selections of beers! I really enjoyed the my drinks here and appreciated the recommendations of the staff on duty at the time. (+) Some of these places were crowded af on Sunday afternoon! lol I think we had just beat the crowd, as it started to really fill up just as we were getting ready to go to the next place! (-) Service was a bit slow considering that it wasn't too busy for the most part while we were there. Honestly, we weren't here a very long time as we were trying to visit a bunch of places to check out but I really enjoyed the beer and atmosphere here. I think Jagged Mountain is definitely worth a visit for a low key and laid back environment to kick back a few! 4 stars.

Yelp
I came to Jagged Mountain for trivia night with a friend. What a fun crowd! We grabbed cheesesteaks next door at Denver Ted's (because there's no food here) and had a few beers while trying to play the trivia game... the only downside is the 2-hour metered street parking around this area. I still haven't figured out a better place to park. Get here early because seating fills up quickly with groups. Whether you're at the bar or one of the communal tables, you're sure to have a great time. Beer selection and quality is fantastic. I'm an IPA girl, and there were plenty of options for me to choose from. The bartenders were smiling and having fun along with the "Geeks Who Drink" host. Whether you ARE here for trivia or just want to chill with friends or a date, it's a wonderful and happenin' place to hang out. From the looks of their posters by the front and bathroom doors, there's lots of special events that take place at Jagged Mountain. Worth adding it to your brewery bucket list. Seems like most other Yelpers agree!
google avatar

Curtis B.

Yelp
The biggest & most eclectic beer selection in downtown Denver. The people working here are even more impressive.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
We enjoyed Jagged Mountain. I think there's something for everyone here. I loved the long bar with plenty of seating. I also liked that they separate their beers into three sections - easy drinking, a little more creative, and the most adventurous. We ended up doing a lot of the 4 oz taster sizes do that we could sample a variety. We got to try the following: 1. Conditional Love: cranberry orange cinnamon Berlinnerweisse - so good! It was like a sour beer sangria. The cinnamon really came through. 2. This Beer Really Ties the Room Together: blonde milk stout. Best stout / coffee beer we had in our trip! 3. Cougar Slayer: blackberry saison 4. Star Trail: Black Gose 5. Gondola Confessions: bourbon barrel aged russian imperial stout 6. Throw in the towel: rum barrel aged ice cream quad I'd come back if I lived in Denver. They also do food trucks and offer soft pretzels as a food you can purchase.

Yelp
What a place! My boyfriend and I came here a few hours before we headed to the airport and left feeling nothing less than great! The servers were so friendly and the beer was delicious! Definitely returning !!
google avatar

Yelp
Due to having kids with us, stopped in for cans to go. I appreciated that I was able to mix and match cans. They had a special buy 4 cans (I believe they were 16 oz cans and a t-shirt for $35. ) Wish I could have tried more of their options!

Yelp
Here from New York and disappointed that this Brewery did nothing but announce alot of awards that apparently no one knew what they were for or why!!! Seriously what happened to a fun time and music!!! What a waste if time!!!!

Yelp
Seeking a way to treat myself on my last Wednesday out of school, I decided to hit up a few Denver breweries I've been eyeing. Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery was my second stop! I love walking into a brewery that SMELLS like a brewery. Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery def has that brewery smell. Mmm... LOCATION: A cute brick building off 20th and Arapahoe featuring a small sidewalk patio and roll up doors for those sunny Colorado days. Parking could be difficult in this area during an event; I lucked out stopping in during a weekday and was able to grab a meter nearby! SPACE: You can tell the folks who both work and frequent here embody the "Colorado Spirit." From the Tibetan Prayer Flags hung from the beams, climbing ropes wrapped/softened some of the support posts, ship-lap styled wood along the tap wall... It all screams Colorado! SERVICE: There was one beertender working during my visit. However, I think one of the other patrons (there were only five total) was either a friend or another employee. Not terribly off-putting given the time of day. My glass never went untended. BREWS: The menu during my visit was a bit IPA heavy for my tastes. However, having read some great things in other reviews about the saisons, I knew I had to check those out. Only the Cougar Slayer was on tap during my visit. As I sipped it, I didn't taste as much blackberry as I anticipated. It was quite good though. They also offer Happy Leaf Kombucha on tap for those not wanting beer. Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery was a solid stop on my weekday mini-brewery tour! **Pro Tip: Looking for a fun way to support your Colorado Rockies, but also rep your favorite brewery?! Well Jagged Mountain has the shirts for you! They're Rockies purple but boast Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery on the front! Check 'em out!

Yelp
I stopped by here on a work trip, doing some emails to wind down my day. Overall a good experience. They are trying a bit too hard on some of the beers, but some people love that.

Yelp
This place has a cool design and the way it is situated on the corner makes it very nice when the windows are open. The beer I had was okay, it was supposed to have some berry in it, which was reflected in the color but not the taste. I do have to say that although service was friendly, it was super slow. It took me 10 minutes to get a beer on a Friday afternoon. One bartender was busy pouring flights, which takes time and the other one was just chatting up some guys at the end of the bar even though myself and two other people were waiting patiently for beers. Finally, a third bartender came out and was able to take care of the people waiting for beer but my feeling is, if you want to have a conversation, go give the people who will give you money some beers and then go back to your chat. Still, it's a cool place with a nice vibe and a fun place to get a drink as long as the bartender is willing to be bothered to serve you.
google avatar

Isabel J.

Yelp
Friendly staff, great amount of seating, and goood beer! We both ordered the hopleidoscope IPA and it was delicious with good tangy notes. The place feels a bit like you're in a cabin but has a cool vibe and good amount of beer selections.

Yelp
My husband and I came here during a brewery crawl for his 30th birthday. I had never heard of Jagged Mountain before researching stops to make, so we were excited to go into a place where we had no idea what we were in for. We ended up coming here twice in the four days we were in Denver because we LOVED everything about Jagged Mountain. First of all, the space is huge - we came on a Friday (during the day) and a Sunday, and while it was crowded, there were always spaces available (we sat in the same spot at the bar both times). There are long tables for bigger groups and a wraparound bar that makes it accommodating for groups (or individuals). I'm honestly so surprised to read reviews of cliquey staff who weren't attentive because on both occasions, we had the polar opposite experience. The staff was amazing - my biggest regret is not getting names to give shout outs to the lovely staff who was so wonderful. The beers are broken into the cutest categories - Trailhead, Base Camp, and Summit, depending on the alcohol content. We decided to do flights, with my husband just settling on the Trailhead (a Wit, Pilsner, Blood Orange Gose Sour, and a Porter), and me mixing and matching with the Wit, Gose, a hazy session IPA called the Rocky Mountain Chowdah, and the Cattywampus, a 9.3% ABV Grapefruit IPA. Every beer was unique and delicious - and so inexpensive that I thought they rang us up incorrectly. The Cattywampus and Rocky Mountain tied as my favorites, and the Gose was delicious (and would be a good starter for someone nervous about sour beers). My husband loved the Pilsner (so much that he ordered an additional larger sized one). We had such a great time (and left with a great buzz) that we decided to return to Jagged Mountain on the Sunday that we were flying back home. This time they had a new beer that had just tapped, the Hey Diddle Diddle, aka my spirit beer, which was an American Wheat beer with apricot, blood orange, and rose. It was AMAZING. Like, I am dreaming of it and missing it now it was so good. Again, it was an amazing experience with the staff too - everyone was so friendly and genuinely warm, plus incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about the beer they were brewing. Seriously, do not miss out on heading here - the beer is delicious and the staff is wonderful. I wish we had more days to keep coming back.

Yelp
Want a unique beer experience from a locally owned small business? You should definitely check them out. I can't wait to get back and try something new on tap. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Jagged Mountain combines two of my favorite things: local brews and hiking/outdoorsy themes. We stopped in after exploring downtown when we randomly came upon it and wanted to try some local Denver brews. This place is open, industrial-feeling, and welcoming. I wasn't feeling like drinking a beer at the time, so I opted for the local kombucha that they had on tap. The brewer's name is spacing me at the time of this writing, but it was great. My friend also tried a flight of their beers, all of which were very tasty. Honestly, the best part of this place was the service. Our bartender was great, had many suggestions to offer, and was very friendly - that goes a long way! They also had free wifi I believe and a musician was setting up to perform shortly before we left. The location is also great for games and other downtown activities going on. Overall, my favorite brewery? Nope, but a great one to check out if you have the time and want to have great service!

Yelp
It was a short visit, but we had a great time! The bartender was friendly and very helpful with suggestions of which beers to try. We did a sampler with 4 beers ($2 each) and stuck to the less hoppy beers (listed as the Trail Head beers) in the first column of beers. We didn't venture into the other categories, but enjoyed each that we had - which were all good recommendations from our bartender. Looking around we saw several people playing card games, which it appeared you could borrow from behind the bar. If we had a group or planned to stay longer, it would have made for a great afternoon with friends! I'm glad this was the first spot we hit when we arrived to Denver!
