This spot has been on my list for the last 3 or 4 years. I finally decided to go when I saw it was right next door the auto shop I took my car to recently. The staff here was very nice. I had a several questions for 3 different staff members I encountered and they were all happy to answer my questions and had good energy. The burger I got was unique and very much a craft burger. They have a lot of dry-aged meats here (including their burger), and I thought it was good and still a little juicy. The fries were average fries. I also got an orange crush that was also good, a cider, and sampled their slushies. They have a strawberry bourbon slushie I really liked. I would have ordered it but it was strong and I had already gotten the crush, so I’ll just have to come back for it. The other slushie was a coffee one and I’m not a huge coffee person, but if you like coffee, you’d probably like that. Children are allowed here until 7 pm I believe. Unfortunately, they do not do tours (anymore). I’d like to see them bring this back because I’m always interested in the process and also hearing about how things are produced. You order food on one side (and can also order cocktails on that side too) but the beers and others are ordered on the brewery side. You’re able to open a tab on either side though and it will be connect, so you don’t have to do multiple transactions.

An awesome place with a great vibe! There’s a couple arcade games and tvs to watch games. The brewery is large so there’s plenty of space for small and large parties. I highly recommend the truffle fries and the Rum Punch Funk - subtle amount of coconut with other fruity flavors. Everything was delicious! No one under the age of 21 after 7pm.

Google
Great service, great beer. The pretzel and fries were amazing. Note that the chicken is all dark meat which is not my preference and wasn’t clear on menu. They have a really cool vibe, arcade games, dry aged meat. We will definitely be back

Google
“Hip-Hop, Pinball & Flatbreads: Laurel’s Best Jailbreak” Jailbreak Brewery is basically what happens when your favorite hip-hop playlist links up with a foodie’s dream and a gamer’s man cave. Laurel, MD, you’re low-key flexing with this spot. First things first: the beer game. I tried one rocking the Wu-Tang logo (don’t even remember the name, but when the Wu is stamped on it, you know it’s legit). Smooth, flavorful, had me ready to drop a verse. 🍺🎤 The food lineup was no slouch either: • Curry Cauliflower – Crunchy, saucy, with a kick that keeps you going back for “just one more bite.” • Steak Frites (Korean Style) – Straight fire. Juicy steak, bold seasoning, and fries that didn’t come to play. • Mushroom Flatbread – Earthy, cheesy perfection that disappeared faster than the pinball balls I lost in their retro arcade corner. And the vibe? Chef’s kiss. The dining room’s got this industrial-chic thing going with polished wood tables and a living wall of greenery. Meanwhile, the back corner is stacked with pinball machines (Halloween, Big Lebowski, you name it) that make you forget you’re in Laurel and not some underground Brooklyn lounge. Add in the chill hip hop playlist—think 90s boom-bap, but at a “sip your beer and nod your head” volume—and you’ve got a whole mood. Bottom line: Jailbreak Brewery is the kind of spot you “accidentally” spend three hours in. Great food, dope beer, beats that don’t miss, and enough pinball nostalgia to keep you coming back. 10/10 would jailbreak from my usual routine again.

Google
Good pizza. Good beer. Spacious layout. On our next visit we need to explore the dry aged meats!!!!

Google
Ordered the 60 day aged burger with fries, delicious. Festbier was good too. Great atmosphere, and bathroom was clean.

Google
First time we went the Flatbread and fries were awesome. This time we tried the Aged Waygu, it was ok, definitely not worth the $200 bill. Overcooked, not very flavorful, maybe the chef was having a bad kitchen day. Wouldn’t mind trying something else, maybe next time.

Google
Wonderful service! We'll made beer with good variety for all palates. They also have a moderate number of very well curated whiskies for fair prices. This is a definite goto spot!

Yelp
Came here the other day on a date and although I have driven by many times and heard of Jailbreak many times, this was my first time visiting. I love they also offered ACTUAL food which sometimes is a hit or miss at a brewery. This one, also offered all types of aged meats from beef to salmon. I was astonished as we looked through the display at the different cuts. Although, they didn't look very appetizing, I imagine they taste wonderful. Seeing the fish is really what made my day. I would love to come back so that I can take pictures and such to share with you all. I did try their wings which were good as well as their white peach sangria which was pretty tasty.

Yelp
Everything was great. Carey was very helpful and friendly. Primary reason for going was to have the dry aged beef. Got a 50 day aged ribeye which was fantastic. I loved the flavor and what was surprise was how good the chocolate sauce was with the steak. Came with an onion salad and smashed fingerling potatoes. Both excellent with the potatoes having a slightly sweet flavor. The dry aged fish was also amazing. Rich and buttery. Also had cauliflower and a pesto flatbread. I hate to be redundant but both were excellent. Cauliflower had a Thai flavor. While the dry aged meat was very expensive it is worth it for a special treat. Plan on coming back for some of the less expensive food including the dry aged hamburger

Yelp
Food was excellent. Wonderful surprise to be paired with a brewery. The level of professionalism for food was apparent and very much appreciated. The ambience was very well thought out, very clean and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back! Well done.

Yelp
Came here with my coworkers for game night, and Jailbreak Foodworks instantly became one of our favorite spots. The food was amazing, everything we ordered was packed with flavor, and the drinks were next level. I ordered the Special Lady Friend IPA, and it was fantastic: smooth, hazy, and perfectly balanced. Honestly, their beers are some of the best around. You can really taste the craft and care that goes into each one. The atmosphere was fun, laid-back, and full of great energy, and the staff were friendly and attentive the whole night. Can't wait to come back, highly recommend for anyone who loves great food, top-tier brews, and good vibes!

Yelp
While in the Jessup area for work we stopped in here for lunch. What made me want to come here were all the amazing reviews and then looking at their site and the food solidified my decision to stop in. The first thing I noticed were the large meat drying cabinets to dry-age their beef... never seen, nor heard of a brewery with such a thing before! They also just put up a chicken sandwich for pickup, it wasn't mine, but I was impressed with how HUGE and delicious it looked! I ordered their Big A$$ Salad with a side of their Korean BBQ Chuck Short Rib. Also got their pretzel. All the food was really good! The pretzel was amazing, so were the dipping sauces it came with. That short rib was tender and very flavorful and that salad was so very big! Service was decent too. Definitely a much more elevated dining experience for a brewery!!

Yelp
Looking for an after work spot to unwind. This place was perfect for this. Great food, great drinks, I like how the service their food but the best part was the pinball machines.

Yelp
We love so many things about Jailbreak & have been coming here for years. Their food, service, and beer are all amazing. That being said, we were not thrilled when we were greeted at the door when we arrived for dinner w/our son & his gf a few months ago. We were informed that they couldn't be there past 7. It was already after 6 & we were looking forward to a nice meal. They are both 20 so this seemed a bit ridiculous. I understand not wanting young children running around patrons who are there to drink but not kicking out 2 adults who just want to eat. Maybe consider changing the rule to under 18? Anyway, I guess we'll go eat elsewhere because it's not worth rushing through dinner feeling anxious so we can be out of the restaurant by 7. It's a bummer. I don't see us returning anytime soon.

Yelp
We love the place! One of the unique place! The decoration, menu both was unique... I like the garden that they made on the wall! You order your meal on the left side, kitchen. And you order your drink on the right side, bar. They give you a little device with your order and when you order get ready, the device buzzing! The burger was really good! Very juicy and tasty. And the chicken was pretty good, The fries are also pretty different, there was a garlic and scallions pieces in it. It was tasty. Their homemade sauce also was chili and tasty. You can also buy, meat and fish for to go! We will visit again for sure! I wanna try chicken wings and the salad!

Yelp
Hey friends! I've been here a few times actually but this is my first time reviewing them. It's such a cozy spot with amazing food and service! I had the best burger of my life here, truly, it was that great lol. I also love the concept of the beer flight that they offer. Jailbreak offers an impressive selection of American comfort food. They offer a wide selection of quality spirits, some of their brews are even made in house! I felt like cheating on my pescatarian diet so I ordered the Jerk Chicken Cheesesteak($18). I enjoyed it, a fresh made jerk sauce would've made the sandwich perfect. The jerk sauce tasted either store brought or old. The meal came with Parmesan truffle fries. These were amazing, per usual. I love the perfectly golden finish on the friends. My boyfriend ordered the Jailbreak Burger and he truly enjoyed it! Service is consistently beyond amazing! One of the owners checked on us often. The interior is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The cozy couches, arcade games, fresh meats on display, open view of the distillery and slightly open kitchen concept make this one of the best restaurants interiors I've ever seen. The festive decor for the holidays was the perfect added touch. The price point is on the pricier side. But the consistency in fresh ingredients and amazing service is worth it. Parking is free and ample. I hope you enjoy your Jailbreak experience as much as I always do. With love, The Picky Pescatarian

Yelp
Loved it here! I had the steak frites and a beer flight. The west coast ipa was my favorite. It's in a business park so lots of parking ... but the vibe once you get inside is nice. I also tried a hotdog that was amazing. No waitress type service. You order and pick it up at the bar or food counter yourself. Price are decent . M

Yelp
OKAY 10/10 MUST TRY food was so damn good (excuse my language) but the service was so welcoming and attentive yet patient. The location was just a great vibe filled with lots of people and conversations! I will definitely be making this a local spot.A HIDDEN GEM MUST SHARE. I started with the cauliflower curry with the bread. Along with a delicious juicy dry aged burger which was absolutely yummy and filled with flavor from the mayo & crispy onions included . The burger was utterly amazing and just melted in my mouth. I had a side order of the garlic friends along with half & half buffalo and Thai wings best of both worlds. The wings were crispy on the outside and juice on the inside! IT Keeps getting better they had a root beer float frozen infused with whiskey. I could keep bragging about what an amizing time, food, and place it was but YOU SHOULD just come visit for yourself. BUSSIN as the kids would say. Corey attended me at the bar and overall the entire staff was just soo great and welcoming. Thank you JailBreak Staff for the hospitality!

Yelp
WHO KNEW!! you would find a true foodie spot at a brewery? Went to Jailbreak with the husband & my LO on a Friday afternoon around 4pm, hoping to beat the Friday night crowd but WOW the place was PACKED. We took what seemed to be the last seat. The vibe was fun -- had a couple arcade games, a couple sofa seats, an indoor brewery vibe. We got an IPA and a stout, both were fine. Definitely one of the better local beers I've tried. What I want to truly rave about is their food & service. We ordered croquettes and steak & frites and both were PHENOMENAL. Chef at jailbreak cooks better than a handful of "famous" local restaurants I've tried. Everything is seasoned perfectly, and the ingredients they use is good quality. You can absolutely taste it. Food is on the pricier side, but worth every penny. I certainly want to come back to try everything on their menu!! Last but not least, what made our experience truly exceptional was the service. As I mentioned above, we brought our little one and didn't know what to expect. It was our first brewery outing with her. We sat ourselves at whatever bar seat was available, but a worker walked up to us and asked if we needed a high chair. We were so grateful and took the chair. After a little bit, another worker walked up to us and asked if we wanted a table that just became available so we can be "at the eye level with her". We were so touched and gladly took the offer. To really put cherry on the top, quite literally, the chef offered a gracious amount of fresh fruits for our LO, which kept her busy & happy. Overall, we were so impressed by how genuine and nice every single employee at Jailbreak was. This must be a testament to the culture management promotes. That combined with great food & beer? SIGN ME UP! We will be back again. THANK YOU JAILBREAK, for a truly amazing Friday evening for the whole fam.

Yelp
Their beer glasses are super adorable and resemble whiskey glasses. I was tired of drinking beer and the bartender was kind enough to suggest his favorite cocktail. Cozy brewery with lots of corky areas for pictures
google avatar

Mike D.

Yelp
This place is very good. Good variety to beers and the food I had was amazing. Not what I expected from a brewery
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
I guess I'll leave this at a 3 but I noticed a bit of a scam. My bill, including tax, was $59.50 however the amount that showed on the receipt I signed was $60.83. Not a lot but obviously there's nothing on the menu that's $1.33. No idea where that charge came from and I did t notice til now. Be aware.

Yelp
The staff is really nice but I will not eat here again. This place is someone's idea for an innovative restaurant but I did not enjoy it, because I did not come here to be a server. Food was good, but not great. Beer was like A-minus, pretty darn good. The food is moderately expensive - like $15 for an order of truffle fries. $28 for a dry-aged burger. When I sat down, I naturally assumed that a person would serve me this food at this restaurant, but that's not how it works here. You walk across the building into another room where you order the food. You get a buzzer to alert you when your food is ready. When it buzzes, you get up again to go retrieve it... like when you order lunch at a food truck. This is a restaurant that has invested in literally everything a nice restaurant has except a server to bring you your food or a side of ketchup. When I pay $15 for fries, it's not because they're amazing (Burger King fries are better imo) - I pay for the service and convenience. This place makes pricey, inconvenient food. It'd be a terrible date or business meeting spot, because of the weird self-service requirement, which makes the nice atmosphere here even more baffling. ‍

Yelp
I was first introduced to Jailbreak as my son worked with the owner. I do like craft beer, not much on bottled or canned swill. We like Jailbreak's beer so much, we buy it now that they can it. Jailbreak has now added food which is a total plus! We have had the hot dog with dry aged chili and the fries, this time we had their wings with fries. The food is very good, wings are crispy and tasty. Love the fries with white truffle! These are splendid! Jailbreak is in a non descript industrial park....it's nice inside, but it is very casual. We enjoy having some fun food from time to time with a nice beer!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow!! We loved this place. We actually aren't beer drinkers but came for the food haha. All of the food was delicious but the buffalo pimento dip blew me away. The fried saltines though??? So good. Service was 100/10. Someone met us at the door to ask if we'd been there before and explain how ordering worked. When they brought out my flatbread, they said it was mildly burnt so they would bring me another, and did (even though I said it was fine - they said it wasn't up to their standards.) Loved that I could get a cocktail and it's not just beer. Everyone was friendly and having a great time, there were games to play too. Great vibes.

Yelp
Run, don't walk to Jailbreak! Such a cool spot. It is in a business park so yes, your GPS is taking you to the right place. They were playing hip hop today and I was loving the vibes. Really friendly bartender. It's self seating and we sat at the bar. She offered samples, made a great margarita and checked on us throughout the meal. Ordering food can be a lil confusing. You place your food order at a different counter on the other side of the restaurant but if you have a bar tab, they will add it so you don't need to present your card twice. It's family friendly, spacious and the food is delicious. Be warned though, if the meal is labeled spicy, they mean it!

George S.

Yelp
I had a pepperoni flatbread. We also ordered a chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty. It was self serve but the order was up fast. Typical brewery atmosphere.

Yelp
Great Atmosphere, Hit-or-Miss Bites Jailbreak FoodWorks has a cool vibe, but the food was a mixed bag. My wife and I went in with high hopes and left with a few hits and some misses. First up: the nachos. These things could feed a small army--seriously, four people could split them and still leave full. Tasty, flavorful, and mercifully not drowning in cheese, so the chips stayed crispy. That said, "Spicy" is in the name for a reason--if you can't handle heat, proceed with caution. Now, my fried chicken sandwich. A+ for presentation, A+ for crispiness, but a solid C for flavor. It looked amazing but tasted... underwhelming. Adding hot sauce helped, but why should I have to season my own sandwich? Also, using a chicken thigh instead of a breast was an unexpected twist--maybe some love it, but I prefer my sandwiches thigh-less. For dessert, my wife had the OG Ice Cream Sandwich. It was rock-solid (literally--it's pre-made and freezer-kept), which I actually liked. She, on the other hand, was expecting something softer. The cookies? Delicious. The ice cream? Meh. At $6, it didn't exactly scream "great value." Overall, FoodWorks has potential, but some dishes need a little more... jailbreak from mediocrity. Would I come back? Sure--but I'll be steering my taste buds a little differently next time.

Yelp
Inside the cavernous hall of Jailbreak Brewing, the hum of conversation and the steady glow of afternoon light fall upon the bar like a quiet judgment. A cheeseburger lies halved before you, its molten orange sauce dripping onto the printed paper as though recording the slow entropy of all human effort. Beside it, a spear of pickle, rigid and green, stands as the last sentinel against hunger's fleeting conquest. The house-made chips curl into fragile brown spirals, each one a brittle echo of the potato it once was, while a separate bowl of seasoned fries leans toward excess, dusted with cheese and spice like relics of some forgotten ritual. The beers--one a copper-hued pint, the other a deeper, red-tinged pour--arrive not merely as beverages but as temporary reprieves from the infinite. Allie, the unseen artisan of the bar, merges "Infinite" with another brew, crafting a fleeting alchemy that exists only in the present moment before the glass runs dry. Even the owner's presence becomes a small myth: Justin himself, woven into the fabric of the day, ensuring the brewery is not merely a place of commerce but a theater of camaraderie. In this sanctuary of hops and flame, the mundane act of lunch becomes, briefly, an ecstatic truth.

Yelp
I visited this "restaurant" the day after Christmas for happy hour with my staff. Let me start by saying the ambiance is so cute. They had it decorated nicely for the holidays and it was very inviting and cozy. So this isn't your typical restaurant, it's a brewery so for all you beer lovers, this is a good place to try. I personally am not a beer drinker, but they do have other alcoholic beverages or nonalcoholic drinks. The food was also pretty tasty, we ordered the jerk cheesesteak sandwich with truffle fries and the three cheese flatbread. Y'all the truffle fries were SOOO good! I would go bs k just for them lol. The flatbread was also tasty. The jerk cheesesteak left some too big to be desired but probably not the best place to get jerk anything. One thing to note, since this isn't a typical restaurant, you do have to go up and order your food and drinks. They do not have waiter services. Ample parking, there are high top tables as well as regular tables. Will definitely be back for the truffle fries and to try something else on the menu :)

Yelp
Very nice size and good space for group socials. The chicken is fairly tasty with crisp bayyet. The steak and fries were disappointing. The steak was chewy and had a unique taste. A few others thought the same. The venue has potential to be even better. It's pretty much self service and well organized. Think of it as a nice, divy bar with games and food to enjoy while you fellowship
google avatar

Yelp
My two favorite drinks and dishes are in these photos: beer flights with spicy shrimp and steak frites--always a combo that makes me happy! Definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone looking for great beer, delicious food, and a good vibe!

Yelp
Visited today. Tried the Jailbreak cheeseburger (cooked medium) with fries. I asked for jalapenos be added to it. When the burger was ready they'd accidentally made it a double cheese burger. Since it was their problem they threw it in for free. Nevertheless I hadn't planned on eating such a big lunch, but I must say the burger was excellent and I ate the whole thing. It was full of flavor. The fries were good too. I will be going back soon
google avatar

Anthony J.

Yelp
High points for the ambiance of the brewery/restaurant. I love the setup and the ease of ordering both drinks and food. Staff were kind, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was nothing to write home about, but as far as bar food goes, it served its purpose. I highly recommend the flight!
google avatar

Lia M.

Yelp
Jailbreak is a super fun spot. It's big and lively, with plenty of seating. Staff was friendly. I appreciate the pinball options. Four stars because they were out of pretzels on a Saturday, which seems like a big oop for a brewery. Though they have more than beers, which I appreciate. I really enjoyed their crushes and the whiskey selection was nice. My boyfriend and I shared a flatbread, fries, and the taco spring rolls. All of which were good, but the spring rolls were particularly tasty. Had I noticed the charcuterie selection, especially the fish, I would have gone that route. Looking forward to returning to try those options.

Yelp
Went on a Friday with a big group of friends without a reservation around 6pm (definitely should get a reservation!) but luckily we snagged a table once they cleared out. I got the painkiller funk and it was soo good! Everything on their menu sounded delicious but I ended up going with the chicken and frites and honestly they were the best chicken tenders I've ever had. The seasoning itself was perfect. The 2 sauces I got were the spicy bbq (the cashier gave me a warning that it would be extremely spicy but I didn't think it was spicy at all) and something with the mayo. The mayo sauce was absolutely perfect with the tenders! Overall a great experience and I can't wait to come back again. Would like to try other menu items but I honestly might stick to the tenders again haha

Yelp
Visited here on a Friday a bit after 2pm. Very chill vibe.liveliness picks up after 6. Pretty cool place, but I did not like the fact that Apple Pay is not available. It is definitely time to modernize, JF! The aged steak and smoked fish offerings in the display case/refrigerators that line the walls near the register make your mouth water! They are made to order, and soon, I was told, will be available for take out ordering! Now that's a plus! We ordered the chicken thigh tenders with fries, pricey at $19. The tenders though were seasoned exceptionally well and have a unique taste born of an exotic, flavorful, irresistible, chef-perfected blend of spices! I was shocked that tenders could taste that good! Great twist is that they are made using dark meat which apparently makes a very positive difference. So 5 STARS for the tenders! Unfortunately, I did not really care for the limp, overdressed french fries which lacked tastiness. I think they should lessen the dressing and improve the cooking style as these fries lacked even a bit of crispiness and some were darker and seemed overdone which was odd since they appeared to be UNFRIED french fries. How do you get that effect? Still, I may return to have at a steak. The tomahawks in the refrigerators look like a beef lover's dream come true! I wonder how the cooked versions taste! I am tempted to find out! As I said, the tenders are really worth trying! I suggest you ask for a side that is not the fries. I found the personnel polite and efficient. Another plus: our order was accurate and arrived pretty speedily (there were not a lot of patrons there at 2:30, which of course is not usually a restaurant's busiest hour). So I encourage you to visit Jailbreak Foodworks for the steak definitely and for those unforgettably tasty dark meat chicken tenders! I hope JF does well on its steaks should we visit again to order them!!!

Yelp
I wanted something different for dinner and found this spot. I ordered takeout but the place was very nice and spacious. My interaction with the staff was brief but they were friendly. Now for the food! I had the spicy shrimp nachos and the mushroom flatbread. The nachos were delicious, but the chip to toppings ratio was off. I just figured it's because I got it to go. The flatbread was good but I do feel it was missing something. My friend got the steak frites with fries and they enjoyed it. I would definitely go back but next time I'll dine in instead.

Yelp
A group of about 10 went to Jailbreak to grab some food and drinks. There was plenty of space, but the staff seemed a bit flustered and a little annoyed with troubleshooting how to combine tables for us. Eventually we were able to sit comfortably together. None of us had been to Jailbreak before, and weren't aware that we had to order at the counter (one side is for food, and one for drinks). Another customer saw us waiting at the table and came to let us know how ordering works and make some recommendations. The dishes ordered were jerk chicken cheesesteak, shrimp nachos, wings, pizza, and mushroom pasta. Everyone thought the food was ok. The jerk cheesesteak wasn't bad, just a bit dry. Some kind of sauce would be a great addition. The fries were 100% my favorite bite. There are a lot of beer options, but if you want a cocktail, options are limited.

Yelp
Awesome beer and even better food. We were very impressed with everything we ordered. The burgers, fries, chicken sandwich, flatbread, and pretzel were all amazing. Service was fast and friendly. This brewery has a great ambiance as well. Cool place!

Yelp
the short - Jailbreak has some of the best food options in the brewery hands down. The beer selection is solid and their venue is pretty awesome too. Easily one of my favorite breweries in the area. Jailbreak offers a unique food situation where they dry age a bunch of meats and grow a lot of their own greens in house. You can purchase these on the spot too, but their dine-in menu is also varied and awesome. Easily one of the best food options at a brewery including ones that have regularly visiting food trucks. Their food area and main bar area are in two separate "areas" technically speaking, but you can easily walk between the two and you can eat/drink in both areas anyway. Staff is friendly and a lot of the process here is self-serve. The ambiance is very nice. Modern decor. A few nostalgic pinball machines. Everything is clean and well-maintained. A lot of times going to breweries, I feel like the venue standards are a bit sub-par, but I definitely did not feel that way here. A very good experience overall and would definitely recommend.

Yelp
I had been eyeing Jailbreak Brewery for a few years now but needed a beer-tasting friend with me. Beer is not typically my go-to but I like it every now and then. I checked out the menu prior and saw some options that interested me. My friend and I went on a Sunday before football season began. Jailbreak is off of Rt.1 in one the brown brick industrial areas but the sign can easily be seen from the main road. Plenty of parking & seating inside. We enjoyed a flight of 4 beers at a great price of $10 each. We sat at the bar and they have a ton of other drinks & cocktails. Food can be ordered here as well, will definitely check out on my next visit. Loved the vibes & finally glad I was able to check out one of my now favorite local breweries.

Yelp
Yes, Jailbreak!!! We stumbled across Jailbreak while I'm town. Not being familiar with the area, we got lucky. There's plenty of parking and we went right when they opened. The space itself is large with ample seating. The counters are self-service, so you scan a QR code.. decide and go up to order. The food came out pretty quickly. The food itself was great, portion sizes were good. Staff were friendly. There was a shuffle board table that we used to pass some time and there are other games as well. I can't say whether the spot is on the main drag now knowing the area, but it's worth a try!! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Overall- fun brewery with delicious food, a cool vibe, great music, and good service. The ambiance is dark and cool. We loved the decor and the music was awesome. There were some comfy couches, bars, high tops, and low tops. I love that they are a brewery and they have great food. Their menu was full of yummy options. It's often hard to find veggies at a brewery and there were various options. The portion sizes were huge and we enjoyed the majority of the food we tried. I loved that they had non alcoholic beer options and offer flights. The unfiltered na IPA i tried was too malty for my taste, but you can't always get perfect when you're looking for an NA beer. There are two gendered multi stall restrooms and one single stall restroom with a changing table for kids. Kids are allowed here before 7, I wouldn't say it does anything to be super kid friendly though.

Yelp
What a gem tucked away in an industrial park in Laurel. Space is quite large, has its own kitchen, specialized dry aged meats, a decently priced whisky selection and ample non alcoholic beers for those of us who are preggers. That's me. Food is above average with quality ingredients. We had the steak and frites which had a Korean bbq flair- as a half or asian- I thought the flavors were great and it was cooked to tender perfection. The seasoning in the fries was just right. Also did the 72 hr dry aged burger and it was great. The flavor really comes through and it was juicy. Opted for the salad with it and the vinaigrette the mixed greens, shaved onions and heirloom cherry tomatoes were tossed in was refreshing and tasty. The thoughtfulness of the ingredients was really appreciated. They have a nice open kitchen to the left with table seating and space to the right has a bar and table seating. Middle space is a lounge type area with couches and lounge chairs and coffee tables. Space is comfy and has a nice ambiance welcoming of children. Cute plant wall and industrial brewery meets modern vibe. Overall great experience and would recommend Jailbreak to everyone to give a try.

Yelp
We have been wanting to try Jailbreak for quite some time! We found ourselves in on a Saturday afternoon during college football season! There were TVs everywhere and we sat ourselves at a high top table to eat! We viewed the menu and both decided to get the jailbreak cheeseburger and we added fries to share!! We even received some information regarding the dry aged processed from one of the owners! We did skip the craft beer as neither one of us are beer drinkers! But let me just say...that burger was phenomenal! It was seasoned very well and cooked to perfection!! We also ordered sodas out of the cooler! Everything was very delicious. Slightly unique is that they have an ordering area so you don't really have servers! However, people come by and buss the tables and are very nice! Loved Jailbreak! Will go back!

Yelp
Counter service is better than most sit down restaurants. I was convinced to try the burger instead of my usual steak frites.. and it was excellent. I am hooked on this place. The fries come double cooked and righteously crispy. But the pro move is that they throw in cloves of garlic that fry up and bring the flavor. Fridges filled with dry aging meats tell me I need to really try their large format steaks next.

Yelp
Overall great experience. My husband and I enjoyed the spicy shrimp nachos and pepperoni flatbread. Service was also friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Yelp
I really enjoyed Jailbreak, it's a nice restaurant in a tucked away area of Laurel. The concept of ordering your food, grabbing your own utensils and all that was different but I liked it. The food was unexpectedly good. The mushroom flatbread was a great surprise. I do think a good sauce drizzled over the top would be great for that like a balsamic glaze or something. The wings were delicious with a little kick. For the nachos I substituted the shrimp for jerk chicken and that was great. They needed more cheese with all those chips but it was great flavor. The house cut fries were simply delicious. I'd definitely go back and try some other items for sure.

Yelp
I do NOT recommend. I walked in at 6:57 and was told their kitchen is closed. It was supposed to close at 7pm. I spoke to the manager at 7:03 and she told me it was a "hard stop" at 7pm for the kitchen and that the kitchen had already been cleaned. I told claimed I am from out of town, that I had read really good reviews about the place, and I was hoping for some compassion...not so much. But his place is NOT customer friendly at all!

Yelp
Very cool brewery. From the spacious interior to the cool staff, Jailbreak is a 10/10. Everything they sell they make. You can get a flight of any four beers and there are plenty of whiskey and tequila options. They also sell slushees. At the time of my visit they had Margarita and strawberry froze options. To order food you have to scan for the menu and then walk over to the other side to pick up your order. I tried their newly added filet mignon "French dip" sandwich and it was fantastic. My friend ordered the wings and they were so good. Good thing ordered the spicy bbq sauce on the side as it's truly spicy! I had to grab a pretzel and it was the perfect texture with the soft inside and crisp outside - their mustard was so good I wanted to take my remainder home and find a way to put it to good use on a sandwich or something - I wouldn't dare waste it. I had salad for my side and I would for sure order it as an entree. It is tossed in a citrus vinaigrette and includes plenty of onion to bring it all together. Makayla and Zach were awesome. It was nice chatting with them and hearing some of their favorite brews. We enjoyed trying multiple beers and finding new favorites. For me the winner of the night was the Big Punisher aka Big Pun double IPA. And my friend and others loved their Feed the Monkey Hefeweizen. Very clean, open spot to gather with a group or chill solo. There are arcade games and plenty of seating.

Yelp
This is an interesting place for food. Food orders are place at the counter on the left side of the restaurant. They have a butcher menu with a number steak cuts which are on the pricier side (the steak was very good). They have a fixed list of sides, I liked the onion salad, so ordering is pretty minimal. Once I knew the process, I really enjoyed the experience. The Whisky menu is quite extensive, but keep you eye on the prices, you might outspend your dinner on drinks. I would like to visit with some friends who are game for steak, as some of the interesting steaks break the two pound mark in weight. Assuming the price is good, splitting a steak with friends would be delightful. Also would be a great place for sampling whisky, assuming you have the coin.

Yelp
Beer and food were good, the wings and the chicken tenders were delicious. They have a good variety of beer to try on their menu, and they even have nonalcoholic beers for those who can't have alcohol! It does get pretty loud as you would expect at a place like this. They did make a mistake on our drinks tab, we ordered 4 beers but they charged us for 5 and when we were paying they didn't show us an itemized receipt so we didn't realize until after we paid. Make sure to ask for an itemized bill to check that they're billing you for what you got esp if you have a couple drinks in you!

Yelp
Not kid friendly. Turned away from restaurant for an arbitrary no kid after 7pm policy.
