Jalisco Birrieria 🌮

The tacos were quite plain the flavor was severely lacking that birria taste. the broth was very flavorless, and not worth the 40$ for two plates. However the strawberry horchata was okay.

Jalisco Birria absolutely blew me away. The birria tacos were insanely good — tender, flavorful meat with consommé that was rich and delicious. Every bite was packed with bold, authentic flavor. The service was top-notch: friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food truck park setting added a great, laid-back vibe. Easily some of the best birria I’ve ever had — can’t wait to go back!

These were some amazing quesabirria tacos! Full of meat! We were stuffed afterwards! This is our new go to spot! Also get the agua de limon and pepino because that was the best agua I’ve ever tried!

Great location at a food truck food court. Quesobirria and the fresa agua fresca was amazing.

Quesabirria tacos were good, not greasy and they had a good amount of meat. Only thing is that they give you a tiny amount of salsa, not enough for the 4 tacos if you like salsa. It was literally barely enough for 2 tacos. Other than that it was good.

Omg so so delicious. Can’t wait to go back to eat again!!!!
