JAM Mart

This place is becoming a dump. The newer girl Alexis has zero respect for the customers. Went through the drive through at 230 am and sat there for 13 minutes. Mind you the store was empty. Watched a guy walk over from the hotel out back. Finally drive around and go in and their just flirting back and forth. I inform her I’ve been sitting out there waiting for at least ten minutes and she just rolls her eyes and says nothing at all. I get what i came for and she just stood there quiet. Not the first issue with this employee at this store, have gone in here and she’s been just on the phone with friends or whoever. There have been several occasions where this employee has just been i guess missing and not doing her job. I come to this store daily and have noticed foot traffic between some of the employees and some of the people at the hotel coming back and forth it. Seems like they may have been hiring some of the wrong Pertle’s here lately.

The store has good products and the attached coffee shop is great, but the bathrooms are disgusting. It’s unacceptable how dirty they are, and there’s no changing table for babies in either mens or womens restroom. It really ruins what could be a nice place to stop.

Kathy, I believe she is the manager. She is awesome, very helpful, quick and efficient. She always let's me know about the food specials!

I was trying to get my lunch and saw 3 workers & they all walked right passed me. And so I stood there for to long and left without nothing. Ridiculous. Poor service

One of my favorite gas stations in Fort Smith! Employee's are always very nice, and the place is usually very clean! They have very high quality 91 Octane fuel as well; much better than 95% of all local stations.

the lady worker was super nice , but how are you only gonna have one person working a shift on a Saturday afternoon? She looked super stressed working the window and lobby, need to hire more people. And actually show they care about their workers instead of putting one person on shift

So I stopped to get gas before going to work, Wenf in and paid $25 before pumping the gas went out it wasn't working so i sent mt boyfriend in and they said it was declined but we showed them where it was clearly taken out. They told me it immediately be back om my card within 2hrs its been 8hrs and still not back on there. My bank has told me there was no disupted charges and they can't do anything until the gas station disuptes the charges

This is the cleanest quickie mart in Fort Smith! The workers are always cleaning and keeping it spotless! They have so much to choose from and so many ways to make custom drinks! The workers are so friendly every day I have been in which is almost day I love they 42 oz icy!

Stop here every day' decent prices on everything , dunkin donuts attached to it so that's cool. They have a drive through for snacks and drinks and other things. Gas prices are good so all in all, it's a great place to stop.
