I’ve been here more than ten times, and I’ve never had an issue before, but today was extremely disappointing.
The first pork chop I ate at the restaurant was still pink inside, which has never happened before, so I informed the server that the meat was undercooked. The server apologized and said they would remake a new one for me. I requested the replacement to be fully cooked and packed to go.
However, when I got home and checked the new piece, it was even more pink than the one I originally sent back. This is pork, not beef, and I do not feel safe eating it when it is still pink.
I called the restaurant again, but the way they handled the situation felt unprofessional compared to other restaurants.
This is a serious food safety issue, and I hope the restaurant improves the way they prepare and check their food before serving it to customers.
