I had an amazing experience at Jamba Juice today! I ordered the orange drink from the machine, and it was absolutely delicious and incredibly refreshing. Perfect for battling this hot day in Glendale, California. The drink really hit the spot and helped me cool down. The staff was friendly and quick, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cool, tasty, and invigorating treat on a blazing hot day! MIRIAM HUIZENGA ✨️

Honestly, it takes a lot to find good workers with great customer service which this Java juice has.But it's unfortunate when you walk in and it's very hot.And the employees have to work in that condition all day now that it's heating up. I give a 10 star to the employees that are working there.But a one start to their working environment, it was hot. Ter inside than outside and outside was a 100°.Today management should do something to take care of their employees.

The electric ice and the peach berry blast was very good

I loved my mango a go go. The cashier seemed bothered because I did not leave a tip. Sorry lady I used to work at a restaurant and blending a smoothy does not qualify for a tip in my books. Good recipe though

My experience at this location was not short of discrimination and rudeness. Very poor customer service!!! I ordered a peanut and banana bowl and after sitting down and eating, I wanted to see if they had some pineapples for another topping in which i was willingto pay for. She told me to hold on a few in which I had no problem doing so but when it got ridiculous is when I waited 10-15 min. Then what really made me mad was when another customer came in and she went to take his order still not address what I asked for. And I said excuse me I have been waiting for a while now for you to finish and then you take someone else order like I don't exist. She stood there with a grin on her face. She knew exactly what she was doing. I told her don't worry about and walked out. This was very tasteless customer service would. You should take care of the customers that was there first. Then you can help others. One of the worst experiences. It was my first and last time going back here. Customer service is key to running a successful business. Hire better employees!

I came here to order a PB & HONEY DRINK. super bomb This place is super friendly and clean. In addition the music that is played here is lit.

I had such a great experience at Jamba Juice thanks to Daniel. He was super friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated how attentive he was -- he greeted me right away, but also gave me enough space and time to look over the menu and decide what I wanted without feeling rushed. When I finally placed my order, Daniel was patient, helpful, and made sure everything came out just right. It's always nice when someone takes pride in their job and makes customers feel comfortable -- and Daniel definitely did that. Thanks for the awesome service, Daniel! I'll definitely be coming back.

This is a solid jamba, I like to call ahead and have my shake ready. Someone at another jamba told me the reviews on yelp affect whether they get to keep their tip screen. This location lost their tip screen due to reviews and I think they deserve a tip (it's optional and you can always write in a different amount) so I'm leaving this review. xo!

They seem to be struggling. I showed up five minutes to 9AM to get a drink and saw that it was closed. As I turned around to leave, a woman rushed past me and unlocked the door to go in. I thought that meant maybe they would open soon. I checked the hours and it said they open at 8. I'm not sure what's going on but I see a bunch of reviews about the worker(s) here being problematic. And showing up an hour late to open the store seems like another example. I waited about five minutes and then left as the lights were out and the lady still hadn't opened the store yet. Went to Robeks instead--it's better anyway.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon on 10/20. There was one employee working who was not the friendliest. We felt a bit uncomfortable as we heard her passive aggressively speak to the customer in front of us and to our dismay, we experienced the same. Two stars are for the smoothies we ordered, White Gummi and Acai Smoothie.

Every single time I go into this location. I try to be positive but i'm always left with a bad experience. The same girl unfortunately helps me every time and never has a smile on her face. I went in today and ordered then asked to use the bathroom, while i'm using the bathroom someone else walked in (this is a single bathroom). You need a key to gain access to enter the bathroom and the key was with me, there is also no way to lock the door on the inside. So they clearly gave another key to someone else and they walked in on me. Just unprofessional, rude, and the drink was made poorly.

Disappointing and a waste of money. We bought the Aloha Pineapple and Orange Dream Machine. It did not taste good at all. The orange dream wasn't creamy. It did not have enough yogurt or milk. It was tart from the abundance of orange juice. The aloha pineapple didn't taste like it had pineapple at all. It was a strawberry smoothie. My boyfriend worked at this location and the quality has gone down significantly. We strongly do not recommended.

I come here pretty often but that is only because they are relatively convenient when I have to stop at the Office Depot to fax documents for work and things. There are a number of things that I do not like about this particular store and for whatever reason, it has taken me such a long time to post a yelp review. They close early. They uncharge you for replacing one thing for another, like sherbert instead of frozen yogurt. They don't always make my drink to my specifications. They don't give you your full order. They just don't listen well either. I did not care at all for the rudeness from the cashier. That wasn't friendly. She also tried to tell me something about she didn't know about any rewards program but that was clearly a lie. At the end of the transaction she asked me for me to pull up my app so that she could give me points for the transaction. That was rather odd. If it weren't for the fact that this location is pretty convenient, I would not come back here.

I had never been to a Jamba Juice before, and I must say I'm upset that I've been missing out on these great smoothies my whole life! Stopped in during my lunch today with my sister, employees were very welcoming and helpful with my questions about their menu. Would absolutely come again.

This Jamba is amazing! Every time I've gotten a drink from them they make it super fast and it's always tasty! All the workers are so nice and friendly too. I also think their açaí bowls are one of the best. Their items are always refreshing and enjoyable. They also play great music

I had the quickest and friendliest service in this location than I have in the 5 years I have been a customer!! I live in Winnetka, CA. and have never been served this quick AND in a store where Julie was working all by herself!! Sweetest girl ever!! Come here and you will be glad you did!!!

Good service, drinks are tasty but over priced honestly. I get it, it's juice - supposed to be healthy, natural, aka expensive, but doesn't make sense to be spending $16+ for Jamba Juice when you go to a real juice store and get the same drink without all the added sugars and add-on they try to sell you on.

Delicious way to start our morning and still nutritious! The staff was great and patient as I struggled to make up my mind lol. Drinks were delicious

When we got there no one was up front, when they got to the front they had a really bad facial expression like they didn't want to be there. Got a large white gummi and it tasted like water. I always order a white gummi and it never tasted like that. I ended up throwing it away.

The smoothie I ordered (Amazing greens) was great although I kind of find it a bit more expensive than the usual. Atmosphere was great, but I think it could use more tables and chairs since there's so much space. I also went to use the restroom and it was clean. Might go back here again to do my work.

Staff was very friendly, but drink quality was bad. Caribbean Passion tasted lime sweetened sour ice and mango drink had a flavor of tap water.

Lunch time and you only have 2 employees. You need more employees during your rush. Between mobile orders and walk ins, the wait is forever.

Went out of our way to go to Jamba for a consistent recipe. There was one other person in there, still took fifteen mins to get two smoothies. They came out way too light, like all yogurt and ice, barely any actual fruit. For reference we got the Strawberries Wild - shouldn't taste any different than every other JJ. My husband says it "tastes like sugary yogurt water".

Love their Açaí bowls Very delicious and with no honey you can make it completely Vegan. The shots are also so good and help with your immunity.

I'm tired of showing up within the posted business hours only to see all the lights off and an employee closing early. It's 520pm. Your google, yelp, and sign on door all show 7pm closing. Either update your hours or stop wasting peoples time.

The franchisee for this location is failing big time. Doesn't have key ingredients (they have been out of the daily vitamin boost for "a long time" according to the cashier), they use weirdly thin plastic cups (not Jamba cups) and have removed the large size option on the app for this location because, again according to the cashier, they were out of large cups for a long time too. I felt bad for the employees, they clearly had little to no training and the whole transaction took way longer than it should have considering I ordered and paid ahead on the app. Not the workers fault. This franchisee clearly doesn't care or just doesn't know how to run a business.

This Jamba Juice is The WORST - no wonder it has such low ratings . I went in there to get a Juice and I was told it would be about 10-15 mins , and I waited there for over 35 mins . Still trying to be patient I asked a few people how long they waited for and some said over 45 mins . And they looked upset . I asked for a refund immediately and the Lady that worked there scoffed and completely ignored my following questions . Don't come here , you're better off driving a few extra miles .

If I could zero star I would. To the employees that work here. If you don't like your job submit a 2 weeks notice and get lost. There are others that would love the opportunity to work and this crew clearly isn't working.

Not much open in this area in the morning. Nice Jamba here now to settle my morning acai bowl cravings.

The made the wrong order. Also their credit card and Apple Pay was not working and they wouldn't accept anything over 20 dollars. They were very unprofessional and wouldn't remake my order when they clearly put bananas in the order and I told them it was a dietary restriction.

the juice was good and everything was great until I choked on a piece of class that was in my drink and now there is a cut in the back of my throat! A PIECE OF GLASS IN MY DRINK!!!!! A very sharp piece of glass! Are you freaking kidding me .?!?!?!!!!

Ordered 3 smoothies. Waited 20 mins to get them because it was busy and they only had one person making the drinks and one person taking orders. Got my order and one of them was wrong. They fixed it within a few minutes but they need a better system of taking orders and getting drinks out when it gets busy.

Super disappointed in this Jamba Juice today. Was originally told my order would take 10 minutes and we waited over half an hour and had to leave without our order. When asked for a refund, the female employee rolled her eyes and begrudgingly gave it to us. I also asked her if I will be able to receive my reward back no clear answer. I understand that they are short staffed but waiting over half an hour close to 45 minutes for a smoothie is ridiculous. And her attitude missing never want to come back to that Jamba Juice again.

I don't tend to post reviews good or bad, but I'm done with people having such nasty attitudes for no reason. I can understand if the customer is being rude or giving you a hard time, but not just because. I've never had an issue with the customer service at any Jamba Juice location. They usually have not the best, but good customer service where I can't complain. Well this one In particular I definitely did not care for, I didn't get her name, but she's a white thin built female with a resting ride face even with the mask on. She took forever to acknowledge whether or not I was ready to place my order, then took almost 10 minutes to BEGIN making my ONE medium sized drink, kind you there were no other customers at this time. Her attitude overall was just NO THANK YOU, won't be coming back to this location. She also decided to allow a male to go behind the counter, probably works there other days, but walked in as a paying customer today.

The employees are the ones getting a one star here. If you are the manager, i suggest you hiring more employees or something bcuz the ones here seem miserable and dont give a shit about the customers. Horrible and very very slow customer service

Do not visit! The young girl in the front made our smoothies completely wrong. She used almond milk after asking her to use oat milk due to an allergy, causing extreme pain and vomiting. She then used whey protein after asking her to use soy due a lactose allergy causing pain and discomfort.

People got nothing better to do than go out of there way for a bad review especially against a chain store. That's why Yelp is so terrible because it just gives people an avenue to vent. One bad mistake and "it's the worst experience ever." How many experiences have you had in life? And that one experience is the worst? Either someone is trying to get someone fired or they are prisoners of the moment. Each time I have been to Jamba Juice the staff has been nothing short of phenomenal. They always do their very best. Reality is we are all humans and especially with pandemic we all doing the best with what is thrown at us daily. So instead of putting someone on blast I prefer to compliment their efforts. Those complaining probably have never had a minute of work in the hospitality industry and will not understand. If there was a way to point out their many mistakes they make at their jobs I wish someone would so they can see how imperfect they are. Rock on Jamba your drinks are delicious and thanks for all you do.
