Jamba Juice

We just grab a pitaya bowl and banana protein smoothie, both were so good. The service is unkind but everything was fast, the seats next to there are weird but good.

I’m not one to write a bad review and I understand airport locations just suck overall for a number of reasons that can’t be helped. But this place is a mess. I ordered on the kiosk. I clicked “bowl” and added a bunch of different toppings so I assumed I was getting an Açaí bowl. I waited for a minute or two and the employee calls me over to ask if I wanted an Açaí bowl or oatmeal bowl and she said something like “it shouldn’t even let you ring this in.” It was apparently rang up as an oatmeal bowl and they either couldn’t make Açaí bowls at all or it would just cost extra for me to get it? She said two different things about why I couldn’t get it or I simply misunderstood her, she was being confusing. I told her I wanted a refund, I had also ordered a pretzel but told her I didn’t want it regardless. I was just over it and wanted to quickly get somewhere else to order. She walked to the manager, I could hear her tell the manager what happened and the manager comes back and asks “How can I help you?” and I told her I just needed a refund. She asks me “why am I refunding you?” and I told her that the employee said they were out or couldn’t make it so I just wanted a refund. She then at one point said “Well, that’s what you ordered sweetie” when she asked if I just wanted the oatmeal bowl (basically she was asking me if they could just make the bowl and I could take it instead of them refunding me) and I’m just confused at why she felt the need to make this snarky comment. I didn’t want the bowl or the pretzel and I very politely said so. At no point was I rude in my reaction with them, I was very calm and polite because I also work in fast food & understand what it’s like to deal with people. She ended up refunding me. This all would’ve been fine and something to forget except for the fact that I checked my bank account today (and the receipt) and she only refunded me for the bowl. I explicitly said I didn’t want the pretzel and didn’t have one in my hand so I don’t understand how she thought I got it. Just avoid this place!

Ordered a Mega Mango. Smoothie was terrible. Not a lot of vegan options at JFK. Extra st a r was for the plant based smoothies. That being said, fruit is not fresh and a medium smoothie will run you $10.50.

I try not to eat airport food in general. And I ate here reluctantly ordered here based off all the reviews we're all used to here. But the 2 ladies and the dude who held the fort down tonight here on 1/21/24 were awesome. Smile on their faces. I got a simple order. And fast. There was no line when I ordered. Thus I will photograph this bowl on all its acai strawberry banana seeded granola bowl thing in all its glory. No food sickness here (so far) lol I am satisfied. And I will order from here again.

Needs to open on time as published, opened late, waited 15 mins past 6 am and nothing, now we starve for our flight. We were really looking forward. :(

This airport has no AC and is cooking. In the distance you see it... Jamba Juice! You go and stand in a confused line of costumers. You finally get your turn to order.... Sold out.... of everything that's a cold drink... You have one job Jamba Juice, smoothies... #TotalFail@UrJob

Tried the season Pumpkin Smash, good taste, I always enjoy Jamba Juice, sustainable cups, the service at this location can be improved though, staff don’t look or interact with customers, the self-service machine is also slow and hard to use
