"Jamba Juice was on the cutting edge of wellness culture in the early aughts, bringing the idea of healthy juice and smoothies mainstream (even though its smoothies are mostly sugar since a lot of the bases are straight-up sherbert). Still, the juice train has tried to evolve with the times, adding plant milks and spirulina as ingredients, and of course offering smoothie and acai bowls. Which, let’s be clear, is just a smoothie in a bowl. The shape makes it an easier vessel for granola and fruit toppings, but it’s fruit soup, and according to some reviews, a half-assed fruit soup. It’s a difficult comparison because there are no savory options here; bowl ingredients may include kale, pumpkin seeds and greek yogurt, but they’re all blended with frozen fruit and concentrated juice. Health is a slippery and problematic concept, and some people may honestly prefer a sweet lunch, but by many metrics Jamba’s smoothie bowls are more dessert than square meal. There’s also naming to consider. As much as it’s embarrassing to order Sweetgreen’s “Shroomami” out loud, it is somehow better than asking someone for a “Chunky Strawberry.” Winner: Sweetgreen — JS" - Madeleine Davies

My family and I don't often go out for smoothies since we do then at home but since we are moving homes. I have a history with Jamba Juice, always saying that it was better than most places ,well the team that was friendly yet they didn't show 100% customer service. Never been into that specific building before yet they treated us like they've seen us on a regular. The smoothie I got was mega mango which is what I always get but at the bottom was chunks of fruit. Note that means whoever made my drink seen the chunks of fruit before they poured the rest of the smoothie out into my cup. The other drink was mango-a-go-go that one was also left with chunks at the bottom. I would've appreciated some type of quality control or something cause no way I would come back to Jamba Juice since I can make it at home but better.

Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's like today when the peanut butter banana smoothie was like drinking a glass of 2 percent milk. So thin. It's the only smoothie I get. The whey one is not that much thinner than the soy one. But that's the reason I got. Oh well. I just took it because wtf else am I supposed to do.

I'm a regular here, and I prefer my smoothies from Jamba Juice over any other smoothie place here in town. Their smoothies are smooth in taste and well blended. Not to mention flavorful. I love the mang-a-go-go, and it is one of my favorite smoothies from here. The service is okay. There are some teens or younger employees, should I say, who just give surface level customer service. They just take your payment, hand you your order, and that's about it. I hadn't been in a few months and decided to go for a smoothie only to find out that they were now selling Auntie Anne's pretzels! I was so excited because I love Auntie Anne's but could only get it if I went to the mall, which wasn't very often. I don't usually get food from Jamba because, in my opinion, their food isn't all that good. But I thought, if they're selling Auntie Anne's pretzels, which I've had several times, surely it would be worth buying. I was sadly mistaken. The past few times I've gone to get pretzel dogs, the bread has been thin and crunchy. Not at all like the ones from the mall, which are usually fluffy and delicious. It takes them 7-10 minutes to make an order, only for it to come out smelling and tasting horribly. Today, I decided to call and nicely let them know how unsatisfied I was. A young man answered the phone. First, I asked for a manager, and I was told by him that they did not have a manager. I wasn't surprised since it doesn't seem like any older adults work there. It seems like there are just a bunch of teens. Maybe some in their early 20's. Anyhow, after I explained to him the consistency and low quantity of the pretzels, he said that the pretzels were probably overcooked, which is why they tasted so bad, I guess? He explained why the pretzels didn't fill up the cup as well, but I wasn't too concerned with that as I was the quality. He didn't offer me anything to compensate for the 'overcooked' pretzel dogs I received. Nor did he try to. I didn't ask either. But common courteousy tells me that if a customer isn't satisfied with their order, especially if you acknowledged that something was overcooked, you'd think he would try to fix the problem. Or even take my information to leave for a manager if he didn't have that authority. I think he apologized, but that was it. I spent $14 for goodness sake. I threw the rest in the trash after forcing myself to eat a few. It wasn't worth it. My smoothie was good, though. I should've just got that. I'd rather get my pretzels from the mall than here. I'd advise anyone else to do so. At least you'll get your money's worth.

Ordered a pretzel & smoothie. Told to pull up & they would bring it out. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside and was given some excuse that they had received a big order. Tell customers it will be a long wait before they order if it’s going to take forever.

Got in during a “busy” time. They were “swamped” and could not take my order for over 10 minutes. They were just running around like chickens without their heads. More people came in after me and asked why it’s taking so long to even get orders taken and was answered with “we are busy”. So we all just walked out.

The Caribbean passion with Tajín is my new favorite drink. I was a little hesitant, but the flavor is great with the Tajín blended into the drink, giving it just a little heat.

Always loved Jamba. Was my first job at 16 back in Costa Mesa, CA. Working on a rooftop next door, fixing the AC system along with my coworker and it’s hot out in direct sunlight with no where to hide. Enjoying some cool air, cold water, and some refreshing smoothies was the only thing on my mind. Their lobby was closed due to renovations, but Erika was super friendly even though I had completely disregarded the sign. Her smile and demeanor reminded me of all the wonderful memories I have from working on the other side of that counter. Thx so much for a great experience!

One of my favorite spots to get an açaí bowl and smoothie while I'm trying to lose weight. The standard açai bowl, the turkey sausage egg burrito, and the mango gogo smoothie are some of my favorites.

Yelp
Jamba Juice smoothies are not that good. They're not terrible. But they all have a fruit juice base so they are too sugary. However, I will definitely be drinking more. Jamba Juice now that this location sells auntie's pretzels. The service here is good all the girls who work here very sweet.

Yelp
I love this place!!! I've had a variety of different smoothies and great bowls. My favorite is the strawberry Chunky Bowl. Everyone is so nice! I wish there was more Jamba Juice around the Tulsa area.

Yelp
I tried the orange supreme without the banana, but I didn't taste like oranges or carrots or apples or even fruity. It just tasted watery and had a weird aftertaste. The orange juice may have been fresh squeezed but I don't believe the carrots and apples were fresh at all.

Yelp
I just recently moved to Oklahoma from California and I can honestly say I've never seen what I've seen in a business before. I'm giving it 3 stars because the drinks were ok. They were extremely watery though and I know another customer at the same time was complaining so I didn't bother..... but the kicker was I went in here with my child and one of the workers was wearing booty shorts. I've never seen it before. My child said "mommy I can see her underwear" and it was true when she bent over to pick stuff up out of the fridge. Very unprofessional Jamba Juice and I am honestly shocked this is allowed. In her defense she had a cast on her hand which I'm just going to assume prevented her from dressing appropriately, but I've been a general manager for restaurants most of my life and I would never think this to be ok unless it was a "tilted kilt" or "hooters" Jamba Juice is a place to treat families including children and I would never let my daughter leave the house dressed like that let alone go to work to serve smoothies!

Yelp
There's a younger dark headed guy in there that doesn't know how to make the drinks. He literally made me hate this place. Don't go here if you don't like to be disappointed. I give it one star though because the one time I enjoyed it, the lady made the orange supreme drink really good!

Sara B.

Yelp
This place is absolutely disgusting. I ordered the pb+protein shake, it tastes like cardboard, save your money! Go elsewhere!

Yelp
My family loves Jamba. My mom is sending me on yet another run to grab smoothie bowls for the family. I am so glad my family is eating healthy! The staff is super sweet, I really appreciate that we have this Jamba in Tulsa! Delicious as always and I can always get my daughter to eat healthy, as this is her favorite spot!

Yelp
Reading these reviews is straight comedy!! People will literally b!tch about ANYTHING! lol I come here 3-5 times a week. Service is always good and fast, always greeted with a smile and smoothie is consistently great! The other smoothie place in town (wont mention names but rhymes with topical) is consistently horrible! But to each their own i guess.

Yelp
Ordered via the drive thru and they do not have a scanner. This means you cannot use the app as I believe it should be used. This is a store/corporate issue that should be addressed ASAP. Despite this the service and product were great. They even honored my coupon since they had no scanner.

Shelly L.

Yelp
Replying to Heather T- sounds like you are a pedophile. Quit looking at teenagers back sides.

Yelp
I Love Jamba Juice! The new location with the driveThru is super convenient! I got my 2 smoothies very fast! The Chunky Strawberry bowl and the Mango-a-go-go smoothie are my favorites!

Maddy L.

Yelp
I came to this Jamba Juice specifically because they had a drive through. DO NOT come here expecting to be serviced quickly. They had 3 people working at this location. You are better off going inside. Sat waiting for 30 mins just for someone to take my order. Which never got taken. And to just be told they no longer have the smoothie I want. Needless to say Jamba Juice shouldn't open a drive through location if they don't train their staff properly how to run one. Will never come back to this location again

Julie C.

Yelp
Drinks were alright even though they wouldn't allow me to use my birthday coupon. She said management was on vacation and she didn't know how. She also was not wearing a mask. Will not be back!

Yelp
Honestly, this is easily one of my favorite spots in Tulsa. The guy at the window was so nice. It was nice to have positivity at a smoothie place for a change- some one that genuinely cares. The girl who made my smoothie this recent time did an excellent job. 10/10. Would recommend.
