Jamba

I really like smoothie bowls so I decided to try one from Jamba this time. I usually come here for smoothies but I ordered the açaí primo bowl. I removed the coconut and added peanut butter and it comes with honey on top. It is a little tart but if you eat the bowl with the fruits it’s not so bad. I think it’s a pretty good size compared to others I’ve seen for the price. Overall pretty satisfied.

Jamba juice and Cinnabon together... what! Mind blown. Super excited to have both stores together. You have to try the Acai bowl, its like love in a bowl. It is located on the second floor across from hot topic and foot locker in the Dillards wing. Park near the front if Dave and Buster's and walk up the escalator.

Had a mix up with my order and we called and talked with the manager and he was so helpful and understanding went above and beyond. Even called us to confirm we had received the refund. TY for your professionalism

Just left and my experience was AWFUL!! Ordered 2 Açaí promo bowls. Waited over 30 mins because the lady making the bowls knocked over one of the bowls and had to start over. When I finally received both bowls only thing missing was a straw. The consistency was awful and it tasted spoiled. Uuughhh. So disappointed. I would have given zero stars if I could. I threw both bowls in the trash.

Ordered my bowl, and they started preparing after the fully served like 6 Cinnabon customers. After telling them why it took so long, they have me my bowls with the worst attitude. This place ain't worth your money, took em 30 minutes to get 3 bowls done.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been in here several times to get fruit bowl but for some reason the worker today had a problem with providing that. I don’t care about the cost I just wanted specific fruit. Apparently he must be new or something, because he wasn’t making any sense. I just walked off. I had no time for it. Wouldn’t recommend.

The server walked on his phone, when I walked up to the counter. After five or so minutes he came back. I had to make my order while he was on the phone. Then while making my smoothies, he was on his phone the entire time. Terrible customer service! September 9th 2021 at 11:40. I see why it has such lowes stars. Had much better service with other Jamba Juices. To bad this is the closest one to me.

DO NOT get a smoothie from here. 1. the customer service is terrible 2. me and my friend both stopped to get smoothies here and had diarrhea for about 2 days! they hop from the cinnabon to the jamba juice and idk if it’s cross contamination or they just have spoiled ingredients.

I'm not a big smoothie drinker. I enjoy smoothies, but I enjoy actual meals more, so it is not often that I am looking for a meal replacement. I happened to be at Carolina Place Mall during lunch hours and spotted Jamba Juice to try a smoothie. I got a small peach perfection smoothie and my husband got a small smooth talking mango. The smoothies weren't cheap, but were in line with other smoothies. I again would rather spend $8 bucks on an actual meal instead of a smoothie. My smoothie tasted like a very berry smoothie - tasted plenty of strawberry - which there is supposed to be strawberry in the smoothie, but I would expect a smoothie titled peach to have an over abundance taste of peach. I could not taste peach at all. Now my husbands smoothie definitely tasted like a mango, and I enjoyed his more. Not that mine was bad, it's just not what I wanted mine to taste like. I love peaches, and this was not a peach smoothie. At any rate, service was fine. Nothing friendly, just a guy doing his work and getting the job done. He had our smoothies made in a couple minutes. He was also properly wearing a mask during this COVID time. Have no intentions of coming back here or to any Jamba Juice any time soon - didn't wow me and further confirmed my enjoyment of actual meals over a drink for a meal replacement.

Insanely slow service, ordered one bowl and it took 30 minutes to come out at a non-busy time

I have been a big fan of Jamba for years, I have recently moved to the area and I gotta say, this Jamba exceeded my expectations from previous visits in different locations. Service is great, although most employees are young, I highly respect the fact that they gave them a hand on learning about the service industry. Didn't we all get jobs being young and learning as we go? I have tried other places for drinks and I always come back to Jamba. Not only the prices are good but also service. Besides, it is very clean. Jamba loyal customer forever

Literally the slowest service, even saw her look at her phone while in the middle of an order, and kept the same gloves she used for the fruit to check her phone. Also worst 7$ smoothie

Customer service non-existent. Employees seem to be on drugs?? Took over 25min for 3 smoothies. Quality and taste of smoothies was horrid. Threw everything in trash. Very dirty with items falling off the walls. Dirty unmanaged machines. Steer clear!
