We was here only for the garden. On of the nicest naturally gardens weve ever been. The entrance is about the receiption of the hotel. Not the gate marked in Google Maps. You have to pay 15 Euro each person, and you will get a short description about the garden inclusive map. Further you got the Key for the very special part, the "sky garden". Ive never heard such a quiet place. We can really recommend it.

Cannot recommend it highly enough. Not only the sky garden but the entire park is well worth visiting. One of the nicest park I have been to and completely unexpected. Beautifully designed in a wild style with streams, ponds and a lake, incorporating existing rocks and ground features

I lived in Ireland for many years and had never visited this magical place until yesterday. My friend and I were quite fortunate to have a private tour by a horticulturist and historian. Knowing the history behind the estate and how/when the sky garden was built certainly makes it more of an architectural feat and wonder. There are only two sky gardens in the world so if you’re fortunate to live in Ireland, I highly recommend you visit this magical place.

Breathtakingly impressive! The sky garden is so fantastic! The grounds of this hotel are absolutely enchanting and give you a wonderful sense of peace. Can't wait to book a stay the next time!!!

So peaceful, great for meditation, if only fellow guests would respect the quiet rules as well as the one-at-time policy! You can really space out in this amazing installation!

Fantastic private tour of the grounds and the sky garden with Paul. He was very knowledgeable and a great deal of fun. There are a lot of stairs though,

This work of art is something to behold. Such a unique concept. When you're in the sky garden, there's no signal so you get a very peaceful experience

If using sat nav it may direct you up a farm lane so look out for the sign to the gardens. It was so quiet on the weekday in November that we were the only visitors. We enquired at reception and were provided with plenty of information about the gardens and access to wander freely but it did cost 12euro each. The actual sky garden is highly unusual and you may find it a little on the cold side lying on the stone slab in November but it was an experience I would not have missed. The walk along the lake is really stunning and highly recommended. The main building is a hotel and spa with luxury facilities hence the payment but I would say it’s good value and well worth visiting
