Jamms Restaurant Breakfast and Lunch

Visiting Vegas & wanted some good breakfast. Tried this place based off reviews. Was NOT disappointed! Juan, our server, was amazing. Attentive, personable, & kind. He made sure to split up our meal after hearing we were sharing! Tried the special pot bread for the day, peaches & cream. Delicious! Highly recommend.

Awesome little diner that I think I've driven past at least 100 times. I was invited here today and found this place to be a gem. I really enjoyed the service and the food here. You can tell that this is a place that locals frequent and it is worth coming in. Their signature is the Pot O' Bread that they make to order and it really is a little treat. Do yourself a favor and swing by.

Excellent breakfast spot. We ordered the Belgian waffle combo and the Jamms French Toast. Great tasting and great portions! Not too busy on a Friday at 8am.

The servers are the best in Vegas. Friendly and helpful in navigating the huge menu. The freshly made pot bread just melted in my mouth. I got the white castle omelet filled with seasoned ground beef and sautéed onions. The potatoes Obrien was slammin. Healthy sized portions at an affordable price. Has a nice retro vibe. I bring my out of town guests and it is a real crowd pleasure if people want to get off of the Vegas Strip.

One of the best breakfast spots that I've found in Vegas. The food was delicious. Portions were great. Pot of bread was awesome. Coffee tastes great!. Bathrooms are clean. I came here when they were decently busy. Granted I was by myself but did not have to wait. We'll be back again!

Jamms was a nice little breakfast diner/restaurant. Well known to locals for their Pot of Bread. We dined here on a Friday morning and were seated right away. Jamms had a very large menu with standard breakfast fare and some lunch items. I ordered the Jamms special Omelette which was sliced beef with onions, mushrooms and cheddar topped with bearnais. I enjoyed it and noted how similar in style it was to Philly steak. I would order this again. My girlfriend let me try her banana french toast and that was absolutely delicious. Very decadent and the banana cream topping was fantastic. The Pot of Bread is what they're known for and during our visit they had Apple Cinnamon as a featured flavor. We tried it fresh from the oven and it was okay. Not exactly sure what the hype is about but locals seem to love it. Our server, a young man was super friendly and helpful. He also offered his thoughts on some menu items as well. Not quite the standard comfortable diner setting, Jamms is a cross between what felt like a moderately well lit basic restaurant and a modest yet undecorated diner. Jamms is certainly deserving of the 4 stars I awarded and is definitively closer to 5 stars than it is 3. With a menu that large, I'm sure theres something for absolutely everyone here at Jamms.

Stumbled across this place while on a road trip going through Vegas area. It was so good. Best omelet I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The pot of bread is unique and was great too. The hospitality superb. Would come back again if ever out this way.

We enjoyed the meal here. Came back a second time will definitely continue to come here when in the area. Great for coming with family or friends. The pot Bread was amazing. I had the one that was like a cinnamon roll. The food was cooked well not under or over cooked ,served warm and tasted fantastic. Make sure all your party is entering the restaurant together. They seat when everyone is there. I'm sure everyone will enjoy the food.

I just love this place! The food especially! Their BLT is amazing and their is plenty of bacon. I also love their French Toast sticks. I've been eating here since they opened and the service is always fast, friendly and they are always around refilling waters, coffee, and tea! When anyone says where to for breakfast or lunch... the answer is Jamm's. The decor is great too, it's part tea room look and part diner.

used to be an option that we would go to, but not anymore. Two incidents have led us to abandon this breakfast spot. The first incident is that they had their hours as closing at 3 PM on Google. I get there around 2:13 PM and they tell me that they aren't seating anyone anymore. I asked them what time do they close and they said 2:30 PM. I told the hostess we drove 25 minutes to get there and we're there before closing time. That didn't seem to matter to them and I told them they should have their times updated so people don't waste their time and money. The second incident some homeless looking guy that they allowed to eat there that was harassing all the customers, including our table as well. We literally had to move tables as it was frightening one of the kids. what a badly managed dump.

We had Jamms delivered one morning and it was so delicious that the other day when we were in the area we had to pop in. It was a Sunday morning so there was a 20 minute waitlist. It didn't take that long to get called up. Inside the restaurant is sort of large with booths as well as counter you can eat at. I ordered their signature omelet, biscuit and gravy, and the cinnamon bread French toast. I am a big fan of biscuit and gravy and French toast and Jamms is now my go to for breakfast.

Jamms is a popular spot, so expect a short wait on the weekends. The wait gave me some time to review their extensive menu! Be sure to ask for the pot of bread as your side. Their pot of bread is so fluffy, hot, and delicious! I ordered the babalama skillet which came on a bed of hashbrowns, and above a mixture of scrambled egg, bacon, tomato, and sliced avocado (hold the cheese). Breakfast was scrumptious, simple, and hearty. Portion was big so I had leftovers. (Yum!) Great cozy gem for breakfast! Can't wait to return and try all the pot of bread flavors.

Browsing through yelp looking to find some cool local spots.. Jamms came up! Decided to come here and order some filling breakfast. Only waited 15 minutes to sit over 7+ people which is amazing. The inside was well kept, clean, and a tiny cute place to dine in. Here was my order: - Ruben Omelette with Potatoes O'Brien with Raising Loaf Bred Each bit was very delicious: grilled sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice breakfast/lunch.

The portions here are bigger than The Cheesecake Factory. Insane. Came in on a friend's recommendation and we are not disappointed in the least. Extensive breakfast menu - the classics with a spin. Jamms has everything you could crave for breakfast but with a spin which makes things interesting and difficult to narrow down the plentiful options. Service is quick and friendly. Servers are attentive without being overbearing. Food is flavorful and worth returning for.

Let me start off by saying the service is quick. Great customer service with a smile fast with ordering ambience is very relaxing. Feels like a home cooked kitchen!!!!! Everything here was flavorful tasty!!!

Excellent Breakfast Stop Ordered up Taylor Ham & Egg Sandwich (being from Jersey Taylor Ham is a main staple with Eggs - probably the only place in Vegas with this Taylor Ham on the menu) The sandwich is prepared properly just like in Jersey) Added French Toast & The Lumberjack Special with Hash Browns Had to have a Pot of Bread (Raisin) as a side breakfast treat. All the dishes were Spot On Delicious Prices are decent - service outstanding (Thank You Sandy) If you looking for an Excellent Diner Breakfast Jamms is very good choice

Me and my boyfriend came for a quick bite. It was very clean and spacious. Seating was intimate enough where 90 % of the seating was booths. Our waitress Sandy was super sweet and on top of everything. We ordered two courses. Started with the sweet tooth. Which we chose White Chocolate Raspberry French toast. She was sweet and brought it out on two plates. I jumped the gun and didn't take any pics until we were almost done with the French toast. But it was delicious. The next course we shared a breakfast sandwich because they were out of steak for the steak and eggs. It was tasty and filling, with golden and toasted and buttery Texas toast. All in all it was very clean 10/10 Friendly staff 8/10 Comfortable seating. 9/10 Service was 9/10 Flavor was 8/10 Wait time short 9/10 Probability to return 9/10 Value 9/10

Not a bad place for breakfast. Food was fine. My mom enjoyed her Philly steak. The pot of bread reminded me of Hawaiian bread. But the reason I can't come back is because my family and I were seated near the kitchen and watched as a server dropped a pot of bread on the ground, pick it up, and re-plate it. We watched in horror and shock as it was then served to a table by the same server who dropped it. My anxiety was too high to have said anything so I sincerely apologize to the small party that was there around 10am on Father's Day. Service was awkward and slow, we had to wave the server down every time we needed something. However I can't be too harsh on the speed of service since I went on a holiday and it was very busy!

Wanted to try new breakfast place off the strip before heading home. So I found this place and had some good reviews so decided to drive 15 mins out of the way to try it. Pretty busy for Monday morning, but only about 10 mins wait. Nice cozy restaurant with some cool pictures and decors. Very friendly staff and fast service. I thought initially the younger kid was the server but he was a bus boy. He took our coffee order and brought them out promptly. Then the server came and took out order. That was cool. Ordered chicken fried steak breakfast and traditional breakfast with sasauge. I almost got beat up for not ordering the pot of bread. Chicken fried steak size was bit on the small side compare to others. Gravy was definitely different then white gravy. Almost tasted like chicken dumpling gravy. But it was yummy, and went well with the chicken fried steak. Came with 3 eggs and fried potato. Man.. Did they master the art of eggs. My eggs were most perfect over medium I've ever seen. It was almost like work of art.. The fried potato with veggies was also yummy. Nice crispy outside and soft inside. Traditional breakfast was also good and sasauge was yummy, nothing out of the ordinary. The pot of bread was also yummy, I got the cinnamon roll which had raisin inside.. Which I didn't care for.. I don't like raisin so I picked them out. But I did put on some frosting that came with it and it was yummy. The pumpkin one was also yummy. During my dining bus boy came by and made sure coffee was filled. Reminded me back in the days when I worked as a bus boy and I took care of the customers. I have to say it has been soo long since I went to a restaurant and had actual bus boy that took extra care of customers. Made me so happy to have awesome service. Of course I tipped the bus boy extra tip for his hard work.. I would definitely come back here when I visit Viva loss wages.. I mean Las Vegas.

Our best friends introduced us to Jamms. The kind of place that will refill your coffee before you even know you're ready for a refill. Same for any other drink k you may have. The home fries here are the star of the show. Oh my lord. I ordered the hash-browns which were good, but I tasted my wife's home fries and I'll be coming back just for those. The pot of bread is great. I also ordered the ham steak. Really good. Place was fairly busy. Looks like a lively pace that could have a wait if you come at peak times. This will be one of our new favorite places to visit.

I've been to Jamms a few times now and I'd say this is a solid breakfast spot. Giving diner vibes fer sure. I suggest going early on the weekends because by the time 10:30am rolls around there is a wait. The service has always been friendly and accommodating our usual group of 6 people. Most of their breakfasts come with a pot of bread which they have a rotating flavor. This past weekend was strawberry and that was delicious. I also like that you can order any of the omelets as a scramble or burrito, allows you to switch it up.

We came for breakfast based on Yelp reviews. Thank you yelpers! You did not disappoint! Our French toast was wonderful, weekly peach bread special... but most of all... EVERYONE was soooo inviting, caring, welcoming and attentive!!! I would come back!!!

Great place for a delicious breakfast with the family. It's a small place so you may have to wait but it's always worth it. Their staff are always nice and friendly and I've been coming to this place for over 10 years because of consistent good service and quality of food

Go to breakfast spot. Service is always good, food is always delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. They give you large portions and it's always hot and fresh. I really like how it's kinda tucked away but it seems like more and more people are going here. The service is good and they always try to be quick. Would recommend.

New favorite breakfast spot. Classic diner style but also some unique choices! Great value and decent service. We went two times last week because we were really happy. We always see a line out the door but my husband tried once before and didn't care for it the (it was during the pandemic to be fair and it was take out) but his mind has definitely changed and we look forward to frequenting here!

Amazing food, service how ever isn't great maybe because we went around 12 ish and they close at 2:30 pm but everyone was not having it.

Had another great breakfast here. Check-In with Yelp and you will get a free pot bread. We had a cinnamon raisin and peach (flavor of the week) pot breads which are so delicious with the frosting side. We also decided to split a build your owns skillet since they are so large, and also a side of link sausages (everthing came out fast, hot and delicious) Our server Juan was great. He was attentive and friendly, and even had the kitchen split the skillet with hashbrowns. We definately will return.

We randomly decided to try this place out since it had good reviews. There was a bit of a wait. People def don't come here for the environment. It felt like a cute grandma decorated the place. The food didn't disappoint, and luckily for us, we had a good server our first time. We had corned beef hash, an omelette, grits, French toast sticks, and their famous pot of bread. They have different flavors for their pot of bread.. I forgot which one we had.. Overall, the food is good. I just feel like I wouldn't be disappointed at this place when looking/eating breakfast. It's just a solid place.

Finally got the chance check out Jamm's. We ate breakfast there and ordered a couple of sandwiches to go for later. Ironically, the breakfast was OK. 3/5. Husband got 2 eggs scrambled and hash browns. I got the eggs Benedict with corned beef. Hash browns were greasy and the corned beef in my Benny made it salty and the Hollandaise sauce was just OK. However, the sandwiches (beef dip for husband, Reuben for me) were great! 5/5. Hence my overall 4-star review. We went on a weekday so was able to sit immediately. Service was great. Will return for the tasty sandos!

I've probably mentioned before that I love a good old fashioned diner. It seems like so many new breakfast places are trying to do the bougie brunch theme, but not this place. There was maybe 2-3 people ahead of us, but we were seated quickly. Staff was very friendly. I ordered the chicken fried steak with poached eggs and hash browns. I like how the portions aren't super huge. The "pot o bread" was just ok. It just tasted like a regular dinner roll in my opinion. I think it was sitting out for a while because it was cold when I received it. Overall, great place for breakfast.

What a fantastic find in west side Las Vegas . The wife and I stopped here during our Vegas trip while we were on our way to the red Canyon mountains. The place is small and quaint, and the service is out of this world. Our server Andi was fantastic! Not only did she serve up a great meal to us, but she even offered me some fantastic remedies for my ' allergy situation '. She was great . The food was fantastic. We ordered the Babalama omelette and the eggs with homemade corn beef hash breakfast. We also had their trademark pot of bread..

This place offers great service and delivers a homey breakfast. I really enjoyed their pot of bread. They have weekly flavors, so it would be nice to be able to taste all of them! Their French toast was phenomenal!!!!! The bacon was also juicy and crispy. Hash browns were so-so, but overall a great meal. Thank you to Juan for his hospitality during our visit.

Established restaurant with a well earned reputation. Well worth the wait. Food was delicious! You can't go wrong with any pot of bread you order. All were delicious! Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their choices. The lemon pound cake French toast made everyone's eyes roll in delight. Oh yeah, we're going back!

Like many great food joints in Vegas, Jamms is found tucked away inside a non-descript strip mall building. But inside you will find amazing breakfast served in copious amounts. Seriously the food is delicious and you 100% will not leave hungry. Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs over easy is always my bag when traveling out west and they prepare it very well. Also, you won't find a better french toast stick anywhere. Thinly crispy on the outside, super light and fluffy on the inside.

Best diner in Las Vegas and super friendly service. It's a little pricey but you won't be disappointed.

Food is always good and so is the portions. Service was great as well. Every time we go it's packed. The only thing that was aggravating was they have a rule that your party can't be seated until all people arrive. We had one person that was running late, but we wanted to sit with the rest of our friends to have coffee and order. Besides that everything else was great!

This is a great place for breakfast/lunch. We shared an Irish omelet this morning. When they split the omelet, they did a more than generous potion of hash browns for both plates. The food tasted wonderful. Juan was our waiter. Great service and a nice personality.

We had breakfast. I had Taylor ham, hash browns and eggs. It comes with a selection of toasts or a freshly baked bread. Bread choice is apple or cinnamon raisin. They give you a small cup of frosting to put in the bread. It was delicious! We will definitely be returning!

We were so excited to go here after a few years that we've been there. Unfortunately it wasn't the same. We used to have exceptional service but it seems like they are short staffed with only 2 waiters. Hopefully they'll step up and get back to how it was.

Solid strip mall diner breakfast joint with very generous portions and great prices. Nothing super fancy or "wow" about this place. Despite being busy, the food was prepared quickly & the wait service was good--kind & friendly. We had different types of fluffy omelets, & different flavors of the pot of bread. I would come again next time I'm in Vegas.

Still the best place in town to have breakfast. The food was amazing as always the service outstanding. I love the way they have it decorated with the cute little tea pots everywhere and all the cute little pictures on the walls. Jamms it's definitely a place everyone needs to go for breakfast. They're open breakfast through lunch. They close at 2 o'clock. I've had a few things on the menu and it's all been amazing. You have to try the jams French toast that stepped in corn flakes! All I can say is, you'll never go back to regular French toast again. So definitely stop by Jamms. If you haven't tried Jamms yes, definitely stop by you won't be disappointed. Still a five star review for me.

A quaint place to grab a bite. We had a wonderful server named Jesus. He was attentive and very welcoming. There were a few ladies with me and none of us had an order that just stood out. My Rueben was greasy and the grade of pastrami was less then I hoped for. No one finished their food and we left unsatisfied. Maybe I just ordered the wrong dish but some small improvements in the food could have made a huge difference.

This is a really relaxing comforting restaurant for breakfast. Nice menu selection with standards and more to choose from at reasonable prices. Great service and freindly staff. Will definitely return.

Pretty decent breakfast spot. Try the cinnamon raisin pot of bread, it reminded me of a churro pancake texture. Soooo goood. It's served warm and comes with syrup and whipped cream. Would DEFINITELY return for just that and a coffee. The coffee is served piping hot and refilled consistently throughout your meal -FANTASTIC! The service is VERY attentive but not overly, just right I'd say. Enjoyed my eggs Benedict with potatoes O'Brien (potatoes with onion and peppers -think mashed but hash-brown vibe). Plenty of parking in shared free lot.

Took my mother here for breakfast and had a great experience! Staff was super friendly and food was good and not over priced! The pot of bread they are known for was amazing!!! I could just get the bread and a cup of coffee and be completely content! Will definitely return!

Google maps says you're open until 3:00. Please fix this it was a big waste of my time to drive over hear and nothing similar is near at all.

Jamms has a big variety of tasty breakfast and lunch offerings. I was here for the Eggs Benedict. Sandy was my waitress and took care of my needs including coffee refills. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price Taste was very good. It had a flavor and taste of a home-made Hollandaise sauce. I ordered soft poached and got the same. Presentation could use some fixing. If you have a decent taste in your Hollandaise sauce make it good to look at. Price was $13.99. A little on the high side. For that price they could put some more hash browns on the plate. Coffee was $3.79. I also tried a 1/2 order biscuits and gravy. It was very good. I recommend it if you don't mind how it looks when it comes to you. You notice in the photo that the egg on the right has no white, just a yolk covered in hollandaise sauce.

I just arrived here in Las Vegas a few hours ago and my first official stop has to be here at Jamms Restaurant. I love coming here whenever I am in town. There is always a good, friendly, family style welcome when I come here. I always look forward to seeing the warm, friendly faces of those who know me, like Stacey, who I am told is no longer here, and Juan. Juan takes great care of you with his excellent service. Juan is great!!! When you come here definitely ask for him and I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you Juan and Jamms for yet another good meal! You always make the trip that much better...

Food and service was awesome. It was the first time I have been there and it happened to be on Father's Day. My boyfriend was very happy with the food and we enjoyed it.
