Exceptional flavors and quality for the food. The chef has an amazingly refined palate - highly skilled and deft balancing of flavors. His cooking skills are also top tier. We had a dozen dishes and there was no fault with any of them - brussel sprouts were crispy and not bitter, octopus was buttery tender (!), scallops were beautifully silky and melt in your mouth, mushrooms were deliciously seasoned, beet flavor was delicately balanced with honey and vinegar, aioli was incredibly airy... Just incredible. I'm fussy and sensitive eater, have eaten in hundreds of restaurants over thirty years across the planet from street vendors and mom & pop hole in the walls to high end eateries. I would rate the meal I had tonight in the top five, no question about it. Prices reflect quality of ingredients and skill of the chef. Portions are perfect for tapas, and the food is surprisingly filling. Worth the cost, no question.

What an incredible find! This authentic Spanish tapas restaurant off the strip truly delivers on flavor, atmosphere, and service. Every dish we tried was spot on — the bacon-wrapped dates were perfectly caramelized and savory-sweet, the tomato bread was crisp and beautifully toasted, and the steak and jambalaya were packed with bold, rich flavors that tasted straight from Spain with a creative twist. The staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations without being overbearing. The ambiance was cozy yet lively — the kind of place you could linger for hours over wine and good conversation. The Moment you arrive you feel like home. It is relaxing and everything is fresh. This is a hidden Jem, that is becoming so popular. The music, food and family recipe of the sangria is best in Vegas!!

One of the best tapas restaurants I’ve been to. Restaurant has very laid-back atmosphere. Highly recommend the Paella. Very delicious. Went in at the end of Happy Hour, tried the bacon wrapped dates and crispy potatoes. Both are very good as well.

Service was amazing and friendly!! Wife was extremely happy with everything from the bread to the mussels!! Paloma could use some improvement but whatever lol. The sandwich i had was amazing. The peanuts while you wait is a nice little detail lol. Will return since we live like 5min away :)

If you haven't been to Jamon Jamon yet, you don't know what you are missing. If you've been here once, you have to go back and try more options. The more we go back, the more more of delicious dishes we discover. No boring dishes here. Best ever anchovie salad! The Boquerones with anchovies is my favorite dish there! This is the only place I order anything with anchovies. Crispy Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Pan Con Jamon, Mushrooms, Paellas, CRISPY PORK BELLY! YUM!! Outstanding food, service, and music! There are so many vegetarian and gluten-free options. Did I mention Sangria? So flavorful!

Jamon Jamon is one of our favorite go-to spots in Henderson! The food is consistently exceptional, and the atmosphere always makes for a great dining experience. Both sangria options are absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and refreshing. We can’t get enough of the bacon-wrapped dates and the Croquetas Jamon—they're must-orders every time we visit. We recently tried the grilled sea bass, and it was phenomenal—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing Spanish-inspired dishes. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently visited Juan Juan Restaurant, and overall, it was a decent experience, though not particularly memorable. The service was attentive and friendly, which I appreciated, but the food left me feeling a bit lukewarm. I ordered a shrimp dish, and while the flavor was okay, the portion was disappointingly small. On top of that, it was overly oily, which made it a bit heavy and less enjoyable than I’d hoped. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quality and portion size. All in all, it’s an alright spot if you're nearby and looking for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

We've been seeing great reviews on our Nextdoor App for a while, and have been wanting to try it. Now I'm sad that it took us so long. Food was fabulous, as was the service. I'm at a loss for all the dish names that we tried, but we had shrimp, chicken, pork belly and two of the three Spanish 'pizzas', as well as a beet salad and brussels sprouts. The pizza with the roasted vegetables was my favorite, while the beet salad and brussels sprouts both rated 'To die for' from the girls, I liked them too. Definitely going back, and next time we're going to get a paella, (or two).

Ambiance is very nice and clean. The food was amazing I recommend the mushrooms and broccoli for vegetables they were very flavorful. All dishes were loaded with garlic and herbs which I loved because I love garlic. I have no complaints about the food. The service was excellent and our server was friendly, I would go back again. They also had live music which added its own special touch to the experience.

So good, you'll probably món. Jamón jamón is a Spanish tapas spot that relocated to middle-of-nowhere Henderson earlier this year. We're talking the entire plaza looking deserted on Sunday afternoon. I mean it's so far that even the chef had trouble getting there on time. I'll be here all week. Well, no, but I actually do wish I could be here the whole week after seeing the values on their weekday happy hour menu (M-F 3-5pm). Sadly, the best we got was a complimentary order of their bread ($8.00) for our wait. On the plus side, that was one of my favorite parts of the meal. The bread has a nice thick crust and good levels of chewiness throughout. The freshly grated garlic and the sweet tomato jam are great accompaniments too. You may be well-served to save some bread to enjoy with some of the tapas. The Mixed Olives ($10.00) are really potent on their own, but the bread and tomato jam worked well to temper them, and the Salchichon Bellota ($16.00) also worked well with bread alone or bread and garlicky oil. FYI, there is a mild acorn note on that sausage, although it's not as prominent as in a Jamón Iberico (which I skipped out on this time). These items, as well as the flavorful but slightly salty Mushrooms Al Ajillo ($15.00), would also work better if we'd ordered an alcohol pairing of some sort The best bite was actually the Cubanito ($16.00), a mini Cuban sandwich that was amazing in every way. The crispy bread, the savory roast pork, the mustard and pickles were absolutely symphonic. I shy away from superlatives like this, but it's really the best Cuban I've ever had. Coca de Higos ($16.00) is a very fun small app too. Described as a Spanish pizza, it's got Jamón Serrano, goat cheese, arugula, and fig glaze on a crispy cracker crust. The Mussels ($19.00) were interesting. They're tinier than most and don't taste especially better on their own, but the orange, vermouth, and spices are a drastically different and more subtle flavor profile than what I'm accustomed to. Dipping the bread in the sauce worked well here too. Last but not least, the Crispy Pork Belly ($21.00) showed up. It was not quite the star of the meal as I'd hoped as it was a bit tougher than other crispy pork belly preparations I've had in the past. We're talking like both my friend and I were struggling to cut through that sucker with a serrated knife. On top of that, the rice was a bit dry. The mustard sauce worked so well with the pork though, once we got it into smaller pieces. It was good overall. The music was mostly Christmas-y since that's just around the corner. Service was solid, which was expected because only one other table showed up while we were there, so hopefully word gets around and more people discover this restaurant. Jamón Jamón is truly a hidden gem and is worth a trek for something far from the usual. I'm looking forward to returning for happy hour and to try some of the bigger entrees (paellas, steaks) and desserts some time.

Cute and intimate Spanish tapas restaurant! We recently got back from Spain and have been craving tapas so we had to check this place out especially because it's less than 10 minutes from us! The staff is all SO friendly and attentive. We went on a Saturday at 3pm and it wasn't crowded so we were seated immediately. They have happy hour from 3-5 on drinks. I ordered the Cava. We split three tapas, the patatas bravas, croquettes de jamon, and the pan con jamon. All the food was a 10/10. My husband is particular with the pan con tomato/jamon and he LOVED it. The ambiance here is also very cute and intimate with lots of natural lighting. They have a wood fired oven inside too. Very authentic and delish! We can't wait to come back for more. I need to try their paella next! There's not many tapas places in Vegas anymore so I'm very excited to have found this gem of a place!

One of the best things I ever ate: Crispy Pork Belly from Jamón Jamón in Henderson, Nevada. Nom nom! Other notes: - Jamón Jamón focuses on traditional, authentic, and comfort Spaniard gastronomy. The chef is from Spain. He attended culinary school in France, and he has worked in several Michelin star restaurants in Spain. - Beets are one of my favorite vegetables, and I definitely plan to order the golden beets from here again. I like that this recipe is both sweet and savory and has textural contrast from the garnish of nuts. - I visited their old location on W Sahara with my family a couple years ago. This new location in Henderson is more spacious and more modern with an industrial chic aesthetic. - Service was satisfactory. - The restaurant is well off the beaten path in the Calico Ridge neighborhood in Henderson. It's a great option if you prefer a more laid back setting or want a memorable meal without having to wait in line for hours or book a reservation months in advance.

Let me start by saying that I wasn't excited about going here. My son had purchased a gift card for Christmas so I decided that today, even though I didn't think the menu seemed that exciting, would be the day. I couldn't have been more pleased. My server for starters was exceptional and the chef, which kinda felt like may have been the owner even brought one of my dishes out. Taste of Spain! Takes me back to our trip to Spain last year.... minus the cramped tables and tiny spaces that most great tapas places are found in Spain (at least the ones I found to be exceptional.) This place is spacious... and so should your belly be. There are so many yummy eats to try. I'm so happy that this is not far in case I need to feed my hankering for tapas and Spanish flavors. Anyways.... it was only our first visit but we left incredibly full and excited to return. They maximize dining space so the entry is pretty small. However ... you are welcomed with a huge black horse. It immediately captures your attention. (I love it!) They even have patio seating... but this summer is brutal in SoNV so sitting outside when it's still 109 degrees at 6pm is still a little painful. Thankfully they have a large, indoor, air conditioned dining area. We got here about 5:40pm on Thursday .... and only about 4 tables were sat... when we left about 7... most of the tables inside were filled. Definitely a fun place to bring family and friends who are adventurous eaters that want to try new dishes. I was impressed with how extensive their menu is.... Tapas of course. They also had a large selection of steaks, regular sized entrees, several different paellas and even flatbreads. Really something for everyone. Their wine list... Oh man... it's going to take me some time to get through it. I love trying new Spanish wines and their list is fantastic. Not the run of the mill wines here. You are not finding these at Albertsons nor Smiths. Most of the list is BTG... meaning you can try a couple different ones to pair with different dishes. They also have Sangria but I didn't try it this time.... next time. We thoroughly enjoyed the following: *House made roasted peanuts - no salt... it makes for a nice little nibble while you wait for your dishes to come out. (They come out as they are finished and really in no particular order if you order them all at once.) * Tomate con pan - piled high with sweet, flavorful tomato meat - the bread was a little too thick for my liking... I prefer the thinner, crustier bread we enjoyed while in Barcelona * Boquerones (white anchovies) - served on bread (same bread as above) I first tried these in Spain and now try them everywhere... of course, they are fishy... but not the super oily, salty, fishy kinds most people are thinking of. These are milder and make a great snack! * Jamon Serrano - you can't go wrong. It melts in your mouth. I mean... if you are not super hungry... Jamon and a Rioja and it's almost a perfect meal. *Escalibadas (fire roasted peppers, onions in a delectable sauce) *Mixta Paella - chicken, shrimp, chorizo - savory, succulent, incredibly flavorful. Looking forward to trying their other paellas. KEY NOTES: *Peanuts are on every table so if you are super sensitive or are highly allergic, be warned. While you can have them remove the peanuts from your table, it's entirely possible the tables around you will be eating peanuts. *Happy Hour 3-5 daily *Open for lunch and dinner *Closed Monday *Located in what seems to be a deserted, Mediterranean strip mall. Don't let that deter you.

My family and I we love Jamón Jamón the food is amazing and the customer service is five stars. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This review is based on a single visit on 7/10/24. - Decor: I love it. An amazing Moooi horse lamp greets you immediately open entry. They have an open kitchen and high ceilings, which is great. - Menu: Lots of great options - including plenty of vegetarian ones. They also have some nice happy hour deals that end at 5 PM. - Food: DELICIOUS and generous - great value! My party of two had the following items and had leftovers: beet salad, croquetas pollo, pan con jamon, albondigas, and gazpacho. I enjoyed every item immensely, but ESPECIALLY the albondigas which were so tender and flavorful as well as the gazpacho, which was topped with crunchy croutons and beyond refreshing on a hot day. - Service: Friendly and on it. We were given fresh plates before we even realized we wanted/ needed it, our glasses were never left empty, and someone ran out to look for me when I absent-mindedly left without my bag. This place is truly a gem. If you have been thinking about eating here, go!!

Ridiculously good food from the paella to the ny strip to the roasted vegetable dish...you'll be amazed! Go check this place out! Maria is awesome!

Just Go! New location is great, live music and a full dining room this restaurant felt great. Very professional and thoughtful service, I believe the Chef / owners daughter was our server and their care really showed through. The food was delicious from beginning to end, Garlic shrimp and Boquerones Toast were my favorite bites but the spicy mushrooms, clams, cauliflower and all the salads were great as well. Hard to pick a favorite as each dish was really well prepared. Stuck with sangria most of dinner but after trying the carajillo (amazing) I regret not trying a wider variety. Definitely going back soon, worth the drive 100%

Great place to visit for authentic and high quality Spanish tapas! The service and atmosphere is always excellent, and the new location looks beautiful. As far as recommendations, you should definitely splurge on the bellota ham, nothing compares! The Paella Negra is also a must, and the Artisan bread with garlic is to die for. Whether this is your first time eating Spanish food, or you're looking for authentic flavors, Jamón Jamón is the place for you!

This is a new and also updated review of Jamon Jamon. I first visited Chef Rafa's previous location Jamon Jamon Tapas.com few years ago (Reviewed here) and announced their relocation. We visited their previous restaurant just before their move, but some fave menu items were not available because of inventory due to relocating. Although we were sad we discovered new delicious items. We waited patiently for their new location to be completed, and hoped they'd be open on our previous trip to Las Vegas, but the new restaurant was few weeks away from grand opening. But FINALLY over this past Labor Day Weekend we made it! And decided to stop by on the way home back to L.A. and so happy we did! New restaurant is looks great! Very clean establishment, comfortable, and welcoming. Although I miss the picnic baskets at the end of the tables at the previous restaurant, this has more a modern feel. We arrived at mid-lunch time on Tuesday after the holiday weekend and wasn't too busy. Was greeted immediately with warm welcome. Never had a bad service experience with this place, always was great. We had questions on menu items and changes since our last visit but the waitress was very helpful and informative of the dishes we inquired about. Order the sangria and it's just as delicious as last time. So refreshing here and personally my favorite sangria I've had. On to our orders, started with the Pan Con Jamon - classic and rich flavor with the fresh tomatoes, amazing olive oil and the Jamon great as always. Next came the star of lunch the Crispy Pork Belly - we had this on our last visit at the old location and I've dreamt of it since. Cooked to perfection crispy outer skin, tender meat, in a bed of amazing flavorful rice. 5/5 dish for me. Next came the Bread of the Day, accompanied by fresh bulb of garlic being grated on a textured ramekin before being topped by olive oil for dipping. And lastly the Gambas Al Ajillo, craving this dish already. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly sitting in a sauce mixed with cooked in olive oils mixed in with garlic and roasted chili . Used the sauce to drizzle over the pork belly rice...chefs kiss. I do think this is my number one restaurant and meal to have. I wish nothing but success for this restaurant and hope they do well here in their new location. I gave Chef a big thank you acknowledging his great meals. Thank you Chef Rafa I hope to visit soon again!

It was a very good experience. The food was very good. A very pleasant experience. A nice ambience with good music. The service was outstanding as well. I recommend this place for very good authentic Spanish food! The Escalalibadas was very good. The seafood paella was okay. The Amish chicken fritters were okay as well. Gambas al Ajillo was great. And the desserts were brilliant as well!

WSOP Day 25 -New routine; 25/25 PLO at Aria starting 5AM then find a great place for food when the dust settles. A showstopper for Spanish food blowing away its Strip competition. The use of wood fire, sets them apart. Do go with a bunch of people to maximize the tasting experience. Do start with the "Sangria Lolita", a fortified fruity, spicy, wine forward brew that will have you wanting more and more. Luckily, you can order it by the liter! Do opt for the paid artisan bread service. Rubbed with tomato jam and fresh garlic, whets the palate. Do order multiple selections of the various cured meats, hams and manchego cheese. The chorizo cular, in your face flavor, the famed bellota iberico, umami goodness that melts in your mouth. Comparing it against the two year aged jamon serrano, flavor fun. Do grab a crispy pork belly to share. Slow roasted tenderness with a crisp outer layer it is beautifully seasoned, succulent goodness. Do add to the "tapas" with an order of the gambas ajillo (wood fired , perfectly cooked garlic and herb butter shrimp) and the sweet / tangy goat cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped dates. Finally, do get a paella or two. Both the chicken, chorizo and shrimp and the rabbit and snails are OUTSTANDING! Dare I say, they beat what is on offer at a certain Spanish eatery at the Cosmo? Fire roasted, beautiful saffron notes. Perfectly seasoned and finished with the perfect amount of cremma. Did I already mention the sangria? Yeah, it's that good. Full bar plus a well chosen wine list with fair markup also on offer. Very friendly off Strip service. Two words, destination worthy.

Best Spanish Tapas in US I have had in a long time!!I grew up in southern Spain and I return very often due to family in Malaga and I always long for my return just for the food I miss so dearly! Los Angeles lacks good Spanish food and when I happened on this place near Lake Las Vegas I was flabbergasted!! My new favorite restaurant in America!

This is a TRUE hidden gem. The food is out of this world it's so good. 100% worth every penny. I tasted things that I had never tasted before and was surprised at how much I enjoyed every item. The highlight was the scallop ceviche that was paired with mango and taro chips. The Cuban sandwich was simple but so tasty with a deep smoky flavor and balance. I loved my sangria, the service and my overall experience. My only issue is that I wish the ambiance/decor matched the food/prices. I think if they made the restaurant more aesthetically pleasing/moodier it would really put them on the map. Can't wait to go back!

Delightful Spanish restaurant with high quality dishes, gorgeous plating and a modern/casual dining room. The service is fantastic. We had octopus, pork belly, bacon wrapped dates, seafood paella, Brussels sprouts, and the anchovy salad. The only thing I wouldn't order again are the pizzas - tiny and dense texture. Standouts: seafood paella, pork belly, Brussels sprouts.

Wonderful experience. This placed is tucked away in a somewhat desolate strip off of lake mead, but don't let the location fool you. Jamón Jamón is truly a gem worth visiting. Every dish we tried was outstanding, the service was polite and uninterrupting (ya, that's not a real word...sue me) which, if you've not traveled outside the U.S before, don't take as poor service. The owner and staff politely wait and watch for moments you are not engaged in conversation to come and service your table. We will be back...and next time with a larger group. Too good not to share.

Awesome new restaurant opened up in Henderson! Family owned and operated! Delicious food, family vibe. Absolutely authentic food, deep flavorful dishes, lovely presentations, and menu variety, all while offering a little something that will tickle everyone's palette. Seating both indoor and outdoor, this place can accommodate large or small groups. Daily menu board let's you see what's new and "hot" on the menu for that day. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive to our table's needs. Everyone who works at Jamón Jamón are very friendly and helpful.... Lovely beer and wine options, should you choose to pair with your meal, tapas, or appetizers. The paella was fantastic, and I truly recommend the crispy pork belly. delicious!!!

We've had dinner here a couple of times now and we love them. Somewhat tricky to find, Google maps is a little off with its directions, but don't give up because they are worth a few extra u-turns. The restaurant itself is very nice and comfortable. The decor really gets you in the mood for some Spanish cuisine. The service is prompt and friendly. The staff seem like wonderful people. The food is some of the best we've experienced in the Henderson area. There are a few stand out restaurants in Henderson and this place is one of them. It is a little pricey, but the experience you will have is fantastic.

When we went we had poor service. The server did not explain the menu to us even though it was our first time there. And yes, we told him it was our first time and we even asked him to explain the menu to us since it is a little different than most restaurants. The food was okay, nothing special. The food was very pricey for what you get. The decor was beautiful! Very nice! The location is in a nice area!

I realized I had this restaurant bookmarked for when they were located back in Sahara. I was excited to see that they relocated to Henderson! The food was great, nothing was over seasoned or salty. Truly happy that I don't have to drive out to Edo/Firefly/Jaleo. The jamon croquetas were creamy and crispy. Jamon was not salty at all, which was surprising. Paella saffron, great flavor as well! The texture was a bit too moist for my preference though, wish it was more dry. The bacon dates looked burnt but they actually didn't taste burnt. Sweet and savory, super delicious! Only downside was the service. We asked for recommendations on the wine since they had such a small lovely, unique wine list and the server said read the descriptions. We asked for any favorites/recommendations and the server said the ones in the red boxes are popular. Lol. Sigh I mean the ones in red are in every tapas restaurant so what else is your signature!!! No explanations about the specials either. He did try to help out at the end a bit but it was just a lot of "this wine is good that wine is great" which didn't sound promising or professional. We gave up at this point and hoped the best for the food. We tried to order a 2nd bottle of wine and got the "look" and "sigh" because it was 50 mins until closing so we just closed out and went somewhere else. Honestly 3 stars for me all because of the service but they recently opened so we shall see!

This was a last-minute decision on a recent trip to Henderson, and we are soooo glad we went! Not the least expensive place to go, but not our most extravagant experience, either. The service was great--attentive but not intrusive, friendly and efficient. The food? OMG, it was fantastic! The 2 of us had organic beets (roasted golden and red beets); higos; pan manchego; and escalibadas. There was no room for dessert, and we had to take leftovers home with us. It's a tough life, but somebody has to do it. He had whiskey; she had red wine. Both had a great time, a great dinner and a great experience. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!

Authentic Spanish food made by a Spanish family! The family owned and run business has amazing service treating you like family at their dinner table. Welcoming and friendly with advising what you should consider and if you have never had tapas then this is an experience. I highly recommend this place for friends and family. The ambiance casual but dressy. The tables are would and seats are comfortable. Spanish decor throughout the place including the wines, sangria and beers. This is a place you have to try and the family Spanish food will keep you coming back! Thanks to The Polished Lounge for sharing with me.

I loved the Sahara location, and was really excited to see that they reopened. However, I have to say that my recent visit to the new location was a disappointment. Despite the change in concept, they still keep the selection of tapas (which was great) - but comes with a twist that I don't like. Garlic shrimp no longer comes with bread, making it too salty to be eaten alone. Crispy pork belly still tastes herby, but without rice and dipping sauce it just lacked the depth. I mean, changing the menu is fine, but shouldn't the items be adjusted accordingly? The basque cake was the worst I have ever had. On top of the awful texture (soggy, watery), it was literally burnt on the top, with bitter, charcoal-like remains. My amateur friend makes better basque cake than this. It was obviously a failure and should not be handed out to customers.

This was our first time trying Jamon Jamon and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food and service was amazing. We will certainly be back going back many times! So happy to have this gem so close to our house.

Nestled in the sleepy Calico Ridge Plaza in far-east Henderson off Lake Meade Parkway, lies the best family-owned Spanish Restaurant in the game. From ambience, to service, to culinary experience, hands-down nothing comes close. So if you're anywhere within the Vegas vicinity, I can absolutely assure it's worth the drive, no matter how far.

Looking fir a lil some thing different....Finally a great restaurant closer go Lake Las Vegas. Our neighbor suggested we meet for dinner at this trendy Spanish tapas restaurant. The restaurant is decorated in a modern style and is very inviting. The staff is all kind and attentive our waiter Yuri is very knowledgeable a strives to give customers a great dining experience. The food was very good, we had great company, great wine and truly enjoyed this restaurant ...give it a try you will not be disappointed. (Dont try calling they never answer....JUST SHOW UP!

Amazing, amazing authentic Spanish restaurant! Best Seafood Paella I've ever eaten. Also had the aged ham Jamon Bellota, pricy but amazing. Beautiful restaurant, quality ingredients and awesome service from the chef's daughter herself. Probably the best Spain cuisine offered in SoNev. Will be back soon.

I'm hesitant to post this because I don't want to discourage people from going, but I do want to set some expectations if you choose to dine here as they open their doors to Henderson, and possibly provide some constructive feedback. My husband and I arrived just after 1:00 for lunch. We were sat and provided menus and water. The menu we received was a lot different than what we saw online, but they just opened two days ago and they're probably working with a limited menu at this point. There was no explanation of the menu (which is odd for a new restaurant) and also no drink menu provided to us even though they have a lot of wine and a full bar. The dining room wasn't full, but there seemed to be only 3 people working (including FOH and BOH), so I think they were a little short staffed. We sat at our table for nearly 30 minutes without getting any service, despite countless attempts to flag down the 2 waitstaff as they refilled waters and ran food. At one point we got the attention of our waiter and asked if we could order, he told us "one second," then proceeded to refill waters and never came back to us. The table next to us had been waiting for their order ever since we sat down and they ended up having to reorder since theirs was "lost." We ended up leaving since we weren't getting any service or communication. I understand growing pains of new restaurant locations and the challenges of being short staffed, but please communicate this with your patrons instead of having them sit for 30 minutes with no service. Let people know as they walk in that there will be a wait for their food as the kitchen gets caught up. A lot of the things on the menu were charcuterie items that only need to be sliced and served, which we would've loved to have ordered as we waited for the kitchen to catch up. Please please communicate with your customers instead of ignoring them for 30 minutes. If you decide to dine here in these next couple of weeks, understand that they're figuring things out and don't arrive hungry because it might be a while before you get food. Hopefully we get to experience this place, but it will probably be a while before we try again.

My son and I are visiting the area and came in after a great hike for some snacks mid-afternoon on a Saturday. I didn't know what to expect from the vinyl signs outside, but we walked in to a great live musician and prompt, friendly service. The tables have little lamps and jars of shell peanuts, creating a cozy feeling. We ordered a couple tapas and a glass of wine for me. The Higos cocas de xabia was sweet and savory. The mushrooms al jillos were firm and tasty! We liked everything we got, we decided to get the cheesecake too. YUM! Great afternoon find. Would definitely come back for dinner with my husband.

Nice family run place kind of off the beaten path. We ordered the Spanish tortilla, pan con tomate, croquettes, bacon wrapped dates, mussels, and patatas bravas. The tortilla, croquettes, and dates were the stand outs to us. The mussel broth was very flavorful. The pan had a nice crisp. The sangria was nice but tasted more like a Christmas mulled wine, a bit heavily spiced for my taste but I could see other people liking it more. Not sure how well they are doing in that mostly empty plaza but I hope this post helps more people to go check it out.

Muy buen servicio, muy rica toda la comida nos encantó la paella. Este es el único restaurante español auténtico en las Vegas/Henderson. La sangría está deliciosa nunca había probado una así. Los postres están deliciosos usualmente no pido en restaurantes pero los 2 que probamos están muy ricos y no empalagan. El Chef & meseros son muy amables y tienen muy buenas atenciones. Lo recomiendo mucho y definitivamente regresaremos.

Incredible place and so close. My wife and were looking for a close by place to bar a bite after an HOA meeting and thought, let's give this place a try. Now we are sorry we have not been there prior to last evening. Incredible menu selections, great variety, and extremely tasty. They also had a large beverage menu and a fantastic sangria. Yuri, was attentive and full of information which helped us decide what to order and the ambiance was warm and inviting

Awesome food and killer sangria. The Cuban sandwich was as good as I've had and I've had many. The sangria had a very unique homemade Midwestern fall flavor.so good we took a bottle home.

Love the gazpacho!!! Absolutely delicious! Everything is great! The menu has lots of choices. The service is excellent also.

If you love tapas run don't walk! What a gem.. Food is delicious, service is great! What a wonderful addition to the Lake Las Vegas neighborhood.

Beyond ecstatic to have a Spanish restaurant in our neighborhood offering fantastic tapas, paella, and meat options. Second time visiting and left knowing that we owed a review. From the service from Yuri to the friendly and talented chefs in the kitchen... overall experience was excellent. Hard to land on a favorite dish since everything was executed delightfully. Corkage is $40 a bottle and worth it to pair with dishes.

I waited to POST this review until I came out of the ethers as I really wanted to be sure that I wasn't dreaming my sensational gourmand experience at Jamon, Jamon. Well, I told several family members and friends and they all had a go immediately, my daughter-in-law went twice. Yes, this Neighborhood Wonder is the real deal. When you first walk in, you feel embraced by such a welcoming energy. No matter how busy Chef Rafael is, he makes eye contact, smiles and greets you warmly. Maria is simply the best. As soon as she sees you, she connects and makes you feel very special. As for the menu... it's so diverse, expansive, and creative... Steak, pork, chicken, seafood, salads, sides... My son and daughter-in-law shared a Porterhouse that arrived on a sizzling tray with the absolute best crispy potatoes on the planet. My Foodie Son actually sent me a picture of him... "Mom I actually teared up because the steak was so incredibly delicious." So far, my five separate referrals all agree, "This was the best meal I've ever eaten." A few of my favorites include the crispy potatoes, Brussel sprouts, beet salad with the creamiest feta ever, anchovies, and super moist chicken with such a unique flavor. Next time, I am 'steakin out'! I just posted reviews on three Lake Las Vegas sites and was very pleased to see that so many of my neighbors also had an extraordinary "all-around" experience and more are now going to check it out. I'm very grateful to Chef Rafael, Maria and the entire sensational team for gifting our neighborhood with such a World Class Restaurant and making us feel like family. Heart-to-Heart

Our first time here and we are thrilled with an amazing restaurant in this part of the valley. You will find a little bit of everything on the menu, so it will take multiple trips to explore. Tonight, we began with sangria. If that isn't the best sangria I've ever had, it is the best I've had in a long long time. A small pitcher is perfect for two people to share. We began with 2 tapas. The ESPARRAGO ROMESCO (asparagus with romesco sauce) and DATILES RELLENOS (bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese) were both heavenly and full of flavor. The Datiles came with grilled onions in a balsamic reduction...also delicious. We ordered the seafood paella to split between the two of us. This was a perfect portion after the appetizers. Remember the paella takes 35 minutes to cook, so don't be in a hurry. It was nice to have the time to digest the appetizers a bit, and the wait was worth it...especially while continuing to sip the amazing sangria. We finished with the burnt basque cake for dessert. So light and yummy! I would describe this dish between a cheesecake and a crème brûlée. The smoky flavor with the lightness of the cake...perfection! The atmosphere is quaint and the staff were very friendly. You're going to spend a little more at this place, but you get what you pay for. The depths of flavor and perfection in each dish is not something you're going to find everywhere. We are excited to support this small business owner in our own backyard again in the future!

By far best Spanish restaurant in Las Vegas. The chef is from Spain and cooks the best tapas and Spanish dishes. The restaurant is new. Service is amazing. This beats any Spanish restaurants on the strip.

AMAZING!!!! An absolute must try. Service is great, the food is fantastic, and the dining area is so comfortable. This will be one of our families go-to spots.
