Just had an amazing brunch at Jams Brunch House & Bar! The Florentine Benedict was absolutely fresh and perfectly prepared - the eggs were poached just right with that runny yolk that makes a benedict special. Their Espresso Martini was the perfect complement - rich coffee flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. My girlfriend couldn't stop raving about her Southern Omelet - it was absolutely stuffed with ingredients and cooked to perfection. Her Spiked Strawberry Lemonade was refreshing with just the right kick to it. We shared the Cinnamon French Toast, which was a delicious way to add something sweet to our meal. The toast was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and had just the right amount of cinnamon flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, though a bit cramped, but the quality of food more than made up for it. The service was attentive and friendly. Can't wait to come back and try more of their creative cocktails and brunch specialties - Jams has definitely become our new weekend tradition!

The food was excellent! Service was good. Atmosphere was fine. Seating was a bit tight for my liking but it is a small place so I understand. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back to try more things.

Don’t waste your time or money…eat at First Watch instead. They have better food and the service at First Watch is VASTLY SUPERIOR than what we experienced here. Never in my life have I ever had to fight for milk to go along with my coffee. When ordering coffee, I asked for a little bit of milk. The waitress, Val, TOLD me what she was going to bring me..half-and-half. I politely declined and asked for the coffee black. What steps did Val take??!? She brought me coffee with a bowl of half-and-half…..Val looked at me and said, “I know you asked for milk with your coffee and that you didn’t want half-and-half, but I brought you a bunch anyway.” Not since I was a teenager living in my parent’s home was had I been told not just what I couldn’t have, but that the decision was made for me. Absolute trash. My wife ordered French toast with strawberry something on top. The bottom piece was drier than dirt and was void of flavor. My wheat toast tasted like rye and I didn’t finish it. Saddest part, the hostess was the best part of the experience! She was friendly, offered multiple suggestions, and was so polite. No one came by to ask how we liked the food nor did they enquire about our overall experience. Such a HORRIBLE PLACE to eat.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! The food was delicious!! I ordered the Corned Beef Hash Bowl and as you can see, the portions were quite large! It is slightly more expensive than a normal breakfast but it was well worth the extra money. Because I am on a gluten free diet, I asked to substitute toast for a fruit bowl. They had no problem with this, which was wonderful. The only issue I had was that the wait staff were not very attentive. I will definitely return soon!

Perfect for lunch. The $12.99 soup and half sandwich is excellent. The Reubin and Tomato Basil soup was fantastic.

Jams is great homemade breakfast with a quiet and quaint atmosphere, but what made it better was Summer! She never made us feel rushed and didn’t overwhelm us. She has a positive attitude, genuinely shared her love for the restaurant and the food it produces, and was personable with us. She’s really great and as a restaurant manager myself, I would have stole her if I worked in the area!

This was our first time visiting and it was really nice. They were really busy, but the servers were still very polite and attentive to their customers. The food was delicious. I tried the Dubai crepes, if you're looking for a sweet breakfast this is it, lol!!!! My boyfriend had the shrimp and grits and enjoyed them very much!! We will definately visit again.

First time trying this cute little place in Macomb County. Met a friend for lunch and mimosas. The Martha's Vineyard salad was so large. It could feed three people. They didn't skimp on any of the traditional ingredients at all. The honey butter chicken was so rich and delicious. That was presented on top of decadent French toast. If you're a sweet and savory person, this is the jackpot. I added a little red hot because I like the spice and a more traditional chicken and waffles. Sandra was our waitress and she could not have been nicer or more attentive. I will definitely be bringing the Husband back here to try.

We were seated at the Bar, but that's ok. Christina was tending the Bar and took care of us. My wife had traditional Eggs Benedict. The Cook knows how to poach an egg. She really enjoyed it. I had the Jams breakfast. Simply scrambled eggs, link sausage, wheat toast and fruit cup. It's always busy but worth a try.

Not particularly impressed with this place. A Coney Island with a nicer interior and more interesting menu. My biggest pet peeve is when you order and your food comes out almost immediately. This tells me that almost everything is premade and will be disappointing. The portions are generous and the food is decent but I don't think the prices justify what you get. There is also a mandatory 20 percent gratuity added to every check regardless of party size. So we ended up spending $75 on a very mediocre breakfast. I probably wont be back.

Stopped by here on a Friday afternoon for brunch. We were quickly seated. Their menu offers both breakfast and lunch. I ordered the veggie omelette and my boyfriend had the California burrito. My omelette was light and fluffy and full of flavor. His burrito was good but lacked the typical ingredients I think of when I hear 'California burrito' like avocado or french fries. The decor was cute and the staff was decently attentive.

My grandpa and I stopped into Jams for our weekly brunch plans. They have a large menu featuring both breakfast and lunch items so there's really something for everyone to try. Like every brunch spot in Macomb Jams can get crowded during peak hours so be sure to keep that in mind. Staff was kind and we both felt full following our meals. I'd give this place another shot in the future!

The place was so cute. They had a little greenery wall with a neon sign for a little photo-op, it was pretty big with plenty of light coming through. It was my first time there, and the hot honey chicken and waffles was new at the time. It was pretty good, it was a very intriguing taste with the spicy honey sauce and the syrup and the waffle all in one. We also ordered the VIP Mimosa which was made with Grand Marnier as well which was really really good. The service was fast and efficient our waitress was nice and helpful with the menu. 10/10 recommended Will definitely come back

First time trying this place got vanilla cinnamon iced coffee, which was delicious they had many different coffee options and options with alcohol too if you wanted that. I ordered the cheese egg burrito and man that was huge! It was definitely gourmet in flavor and additives it was so good I finished it all and had nothing left will definitely be back for that. Anyone looking for a good brunch place decently priced here is a good spot, the staff was so nice in explaining everything on the menu and the place was clean.

We've been wanting to try this spot for a while, and what better than than the morning after our wedding! The restaurant was decorated so cute for Christmas! Our service was kind, fast, and attentive! Our food was SO delicious! The ham and cheese crepes were a nice balance of sweet and savory! The chicken florentine omelette was SUCH a great way to start the day! 10/10!

Breakfast or brunch here is always great. We've never had bad service and the food is delicious. The Cali grilled breakfast burrito is amazing and the mimosas are delicious. Teaira is normally our server and she is friendly, on top of things, and a generally pleasant person to be with first thing in the morning lol. Highly recommend.

Sat at the bar and got the club and fry's was very good. Teaira was my server and we very friendly and attentive. Will be back.

It was pretty nice, I got egg Benedict and had to send it back only for the egg that was over cooked and not at all runny. And the egg was so small... The drinks were good (alcohol) we sat at the bar because the rest of the room was packed. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Awesome food, decent prices and just an all around nice place to grab a meal. Highly recommend!

Decided to try a new brunch spot. Bad choice. Omelette was served warm and more so on the cool side of things. Mario(manager) decided to discount me $2.80. After receiving dirty silverware......Never met him, never came my way, nothing! as a first time customer I am highly disappointed. But! Maybe had I read a previous bad review about cold food...... I can scratch this place off the list. It's very important for staff especially management to acknowledge customers concerns. Maybe it's just me and I hope in the future this is addressed.

Went here with my Big Sis. Amazing place. I ate til I couldn't anymore. The waitress we had was amazing. The restaurant itself was very nice. I will be visiting again.

One of our favorite spots for breakfast on the weekend. Always stellar service from Cristina who pretty much knows our order by heart since we eat here so frequently. Outstanding service (highly recommend asking for Cristina's section in the bar area) and food is always consistently great. We have tried a bit of everything on the menu and never have been disappointed.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. The wait time wasn't bad at all. There are table indoors and outdoors.

Food and portions were good, service was ok, but pricing was higher than comparable breakfast and brunch places. On the bottom of their menu it stated there is a mandatory 20% service tip on orders no matter the size of the party and there are no returns or refunds. Plus when the bill came it offered if we wanted to add an additional tip. Definitely turned off with mandatory tipping on a bill that only had two people (one being an older kid). I will be looking more closely on places doing this practice and leave instead of staying.

The food and service is always good. We have gone there 4 times now. Just keep in mind they add the gratuity to your bill upfront.

Cute place and was seated right away, it was a little cold in there but we were there on a day where the weather was transitioning from warm to cooler weather and with all the windows I imagine it takes a few days to get the temperature right. Started by ordering coffee and it was just ok, waitress never came around to refill in the 40 minutes we were there, so it was the most expensive mediocre coffee I've had. My daughter and I split the Monte Cristo and American Fries. The sandwich saved the day and one of the best I have had. The American Fries were good but severely under seasoned, luckily they have 2 hot sauces on the table so I was able to help that situation some. Had to ask for the strawberry jam that the menu said the sandwich was served with and I am glad I did, it was fresh and delicious. The service and wait time was 2 stars but the sandwich alone was enough to pull it up.

As good as this breakfast was, especially the hollandaise sauce on the omelette, it was fairly pricey. The omelette and one drink was $29. I would go back but just be prepared for the cost.

We arrived at 9:30am on a Saturday and the restaurant wasn't even half-full. Sat down, waiting about 7 minutes for somebody to come by and ask for our drink order. Asked my mom and dad their order but not me, came back and I had to let her know I wanted a coffee. She brought it and we continued to wait 10 minutes with nobody taking our order, meanwhile at least 5 employees were standing around and checking in on other tables. We let the girl that got our drinks know we were ready to order, she said that it's somebody else and that she'd find them. It took another 3 minutes for somebody to let us know that she'd be with us shortly. Finally when she came by two minutes later we said we just wanted to pay for our coffee and tea and leave. A manager came by and said they had some call-offs and it was shift change, but I mentioned they had people just standing around not doing anything. Got the bill for the coffee and ice tea that we ordered, it was $8! This place is overpriced and has garbage service!

I have been wanting to go here since this place opened. We came once and they were not open. With covid, hours are weird. Finally we went! Happy Valentine's day to me! We went nice and early and got right in which was surprising for 25% capacity! When we left though there was a definite wait out the door. The waitress was awesome! She understood her job was to keep the alcohol flowing and keep me smiling. hahah. He was drinking coffee while I enjoyed a variety of morning cocktails and convinced him to do a cinnamon toast crunch shot with me. This is what cracked us up the most though: Me: "I'm trying to cut carbs so I don't really want to eat the pancakes or waffles. I don't really want any toast." Waitress: "ok.." smirking Him: "All those drinks are carb free on Valentine's Day!". Me: uhhhh Any way. Check the hours as covid had changed them. They had a great Happy Hour because I stopped in to check. But I think they close at 4 now. Come in the morning and drink till three then head over to sherwood or Michigan By the Bottle to finish up Uber home, of course! My god I want to try the french toast! I loved it here.

The food is not good and the portion size is small for the price. The drinks are watered down and overpriced. The service was subpar and they added a 20% gratuity to my dine in order. I will never eat here again!

Stopped here twice now and wish I came More often! Ate outside once over the summer during COVID which was nice to enjoy a patio, And just recently inside. We were able to get a table for the group of six we planned to have, later turned to four but worked out! Our server was super sweet and very attentive despite a fairly busy Friday morning rush. Nice delicious hot coffee to start off accompanied by some Nutella crepes while our meals were being prepared. I wasn't in the mood for a full breakfast so I opted for the chicken bacon avacado ranch wrap and a cup of broccoli cheddar. I feel like any time I get a wrap I'm usually let down, but someone was telling me I wouldn't be today! Boy was I right! Each bite had EVERYTHING, the most perfectly balanced wrap! And a lot of Avocado! Also the ranch that went with it was that good kind.... If you know your ranch you know lol. It doesn't look huge but I was stuffed after eating a few bites of that Crepe and half of the wrap, and trust me I can put some food away!

We had a fantastic brunch here, it was our first time at Jams. We stopped in around 10 on a Sunday and were seated very quickly. It's a cute place inside, and they have some outside seating as well. Seating is comfortable, with a mix of tables, booths and high tops. The only thing to know in advance is that it's pretty loud inside, so be prepared to speak up a bit. Service is very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We both got something with corned beef - I got the hash bowl and my wife chose the Irish eggs Benedict. You get a lot of food for the price, you're not going to leave hungry. Both dishes were really good, and the variety of other choices is wide. There are plenty of interesting things just on the breakfast side, maybe we'll come back more at lunch time to try that side. I like that you can pay by scanning a QR code on the bill, that speeds things up. We will definitely be back to explore the menu.

First time at Jams; it's a pretty cool spot. The place was freezing, so wear a hoodie or something. Not a detriment to the spot by any means, just more of a tip. I got the western omelette with potatoes. The potatoes were very bland, they had no flavor unless you hit it with some hot sauce. Even the eggs were just ok, I know I can season it at the table, but the ingredients just didn't do it for me. My daughter got the chocolate chip pancake and she had a similar experience with it, it was just ok. But there are a lot of interesting things on the menu so we do look forward to coming back to try them.

Food was delicious, staff was very polite, and service was great. Large portions. Only negative is that they cannot really accommodate groups larger than about 6 comfortably.

I've seen this place come up on my page before, and it's been on my mind to come here. Since I was in the area with my date, we decided to come here and check the place out. Walking in, the waiting area isn't all that huge, but the restaurant is wonderfully decorated and there's plenty of seating. Our server was great, but on the slower side of getting things done. They have a wonderful menu here of breakfast and lunch, along with a few drinks like Mimosas and a few others. (I love Mimosas.) Date went with an omelet that was huge and he couldn't even finish it! I went with a burger since I was feeling lunch at this point. The burger was okay, but a little bit over cooked. I was to hangry to say anything and it tasted fine, so really, who cares. Onion rings were great, but no dipping sauce came with it. I would love to come back here again since I really enjoyed myself. Overall, a great experience and food was tasty. Not the cheapest place in town but well worth a treat here and there when in the area.

Fun little brunch joint, great food and service, the only down fall is that the seating is crammed and you feel like you are sitting on top of the other guests.

My fiancé and I LOVE coming here for breakfast. Food is always perfect, we've never had any complaints. His scrambled eggs always perfect and fluffy, can't find them better anywhere else. I always get a bowl, with sunny side eggs. I love it. Service is always friendly and helpful if needed. The place is always clean and well managed as well.

I'm not even exaggerating when I say that this is the BEST breakfast spot I have been to. First off, when you walk in you see a lovely modern restaurant. The design is perfect, and they have a bar. We were greeted and seated by Derrick. Derrick is the bartender. He dresses super fresh and has the BEST Personality I have ever come across in a server. He was like way on top of his game. He literally made the experience. He was so funny and lively. I will literally come to eat here on Sundays and only ask for him, no joke. He makes this place amazing. Along with the most amazing server Derrick, they have the best breakfast food. My french toast was like gourmet french toast. It was so fluffy and soft, and it like melted in my mouth. My bacon was perfectly cripsy too. My husband built his own omelette and got the bacon, chorizo, and cheese one. He asked for sour cream as well. Derrick was on his game as usual and asked if he wanted any particular condiments. They have cholula and sriracha! James took one look at it and was already in heaven. He was so excited that the omelette itself was not cooked with a whole bunch of milk to make it fatter. As soon as he took one bite, he fell into a food coma. He said it should be illegal for food to taste so addicting. He could not stop eating it. Oh I forgot, please try the strawberry banana smoothie and I added peanut butter too. It is so so so good. It was perfect. If you like peanut butter, it added a nice smooth taste to it. I will be back here.... like soon... real soon.

I love this place food was delicious. The v.i.p mimosa We will definitely be going back real soon. Next time I will make a reservation though because they were very busy.

The potatoes here are top notch. Normally you have to ask for well done hash browns to get that beautiful golden crunch Cristina took care of us and she was amazing

First let me say that the food is AWESOME here! The only issue I have here is that the coffee is so weak. It's almost like drinking flavored water. But, again... the food is excellent!

First visit today. I was surprised it was packed on a Tuesday at noon. The staff was great. They work as a team so you meet a few. I'm all about breakfast food. This place was wonderful. Out of summer brunch tour this was my favorite.

Stopped by after a Pilates workout .... So perfect! The choices may be overwhelming, but just gives a good reason to go again

Looked up a cute little brunch spot to have some breakfast and conversation and this place was a success. Ella was our server and she was the perfect with being just amount of attentiveness. I had the Florentine Benedict and thought that the ham was a tad dry but the overall meal was decent. I think that it needed a little more sauce. The poached eggs just didn't add enough to assist with the ham. My boyfriend had the corn beef hash and thought it was ok, also a little bit dry as well. The music was a different choice. They had some soul music and they had a song playing about cheating. I'm not sure if that was family friendly, it was something my girlfriend was singing along to though haha. It did appear to have a family friendly atmosphere. There is a bar located in there and an outdoor patio area. It was really a great ambiance. The bathrooms were clean as well. Four stars because the meat was a little on the drier side.

Seated right away at 1pm, the vibe was amazing. It reminded me of a brunch place in Chicago and paulee's down the street. The food was delicious. We will defiantly order the shrimp grits and breakfast burrito. The mimosas took over 10 minutes and they were mostly champagne, the strawberry was all on the bottom. Next time I'll get the Carmel baileys and coffee. I only saw my waitress a couple of times, I felt like I saw the food runner more. It was nice that the manager went around to make sure everything was okay. Overall, I am overly picky about restaurants and this one exceeded my expectations. The music, food, and vibes were good.

Great new brunch spot. Service was a bit dodgy but who isn't currently. Fried Chicken and Biscuits was outstanding. My one complaint and maybe complaint is the wrong word but the tip recommendation starts at 22%. This made me laugh. Maybe a place that charges $12 for an omelette should pay the wait staff enough to allow the patrons to tip based on quality of service. But really everyone out there still going out to eat, TIP and tip big.

My order was totally incorrect. I repeated myself several times, only to be disappointed with breakfast order. I do not recommend altering their menu if you want your order correctly prepared. Very disappointing.

Simply put AMAZING!!!! From the customer service, the atmosphere, and the food everything was incredible. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I went here for brunch on Sunday. We arrived at 10 and the place was busy but we didn't have to wait. We spilt the chicken and waffles and avocado toast. The toast had almost a Mediterranean vibe to it with oil and cucumbers . Very tasty. But the chicken and waffles was the best. I will be coming back and ordering the same items. Great place!

Came here for the 1st time and will surely be back to try more! Had the traditional Benedict and the way they made the English muffin was superior to others I've had before. $6 for 4 slices of bacon seemed a bit much but...everything is expensive now so whatever. Boyfriend got the strawberry shortcake pancakes and omg the strawberry butter! I won't even lie, swiped it off his pancake with my finger lol. My mom did get the filet mignon breakfast bowl and did say that it was a bit bland. Nice variety in mimosa flavors too.

Jams is not only a fantastic breakfast location, but has amazing lunch! The chicken bacon avocado wrap was so delicious and filling, fries were perfectly crisp and the tomato soup was perfect. Service is always great and the restaurant has an amazing ambience. Love this place!
