Pretty clean nice bright tons of machines. They use a rechargeable card that costs 2$ and they have an atm for cash they sell cleaners at a reasonable price and they do outsource dry cleaning. They have a folding service if you dont wanna wait they watch it and fold it for you. very nice helpful staff.

This is the cleanest and most well run laundromat I have ever used. If you forget something, they stock everything you need for laundry up at the desk in tiny sizes exactly as you need, not terribly expensive. They have enough carts and folding tables, so that's never a problem. It is a card system, but again, they have everything you need right there, ATM included. The best part, to me, is that the ladies at the desk keep an eye on folks, and don't tolerate no kind of mess, so a single woman doing her laundry at night can feel 100% comfortable. Oh - also, they keep everything SO clean, bathroom included (it's locked, so people can't just run in and out making a nasty mess).

Great place to do laundry even tho some of the machines are down sometimes there is still plenty to do your laundry with and you can get it done in about an hour depending on how much you have

This laundromat is neat and clean but sometimes the interactions or behaviors by a certain employee is very confusing. Due to interactions with a certain employee, I am compelled to write this review instead of remaining silent. Several weeks ago, there was an instance that a female employee (Sabrina??) seemed to have an unpleasant attitude for unknown reasons. Later that day Sabrina called to apologize for being rude. In another instance, laundry was dropped off for wash & fold early in the morning during the week or weekend. Sabrina indicated someone else would need to complete the laundry requested for wash & fold. Then a few hours later, Sabrina called and indicated she completed the laundry. If it is better to come on a day that Sabrina’s work shift has ended, or that she is not working, please indicate. Also, please clarify whether there a reason that Sabrina demonstrates more favoritism or more friendliness toward certain customers. All customers deserve to be treated with dignity and mutual respect.

I just want to say I’m severely disappointed I come here everyday and I never have trouble with the customer service but today I got attitude and rude back chat! I needed help because their machine for the money card wasn’t working for me I had put in my money several times. I then went to the counter which I go whenever I have a problem and the lady running today was ignoring me on her phone till a gentlemen got her attention for me she then came up to me and told me off like I was a child telling me I have to play with it and that she’s here everyday and “never has to help people with this” implying I’m stupid basically! She proceeded to jam my card into the machine till it went in (my card is now cracked). for her the money took the first time which I’m grateful for but she handed my card back with force and said see just play with it that’s all you gotta do ‘with sass’ and walked off! I’m going to still come and do laundry but I expect to not be attacked in such a manner because I need help.

DO NOT COME HERE, they will load your money on a card and leave mid-shift and the next person wont start you machine. Very nasty place to begin with, staff has horrible attitude & snarky comments.

I have been going to this laundromat for many years. Customer service is amazing but you have this one bad apple. An older heavy set woman that is rude. Ive seen her be rude to multiple people. And tonight her attitude with me was uncalled for. she speaks to some of the customers unprofessional and rude. I dont say to much or bother nobody but disrespect i will not deal. I hope this reaches someone and be handled.

What to do during home remodeling when your washer and dryer have been disconnected? Find a laundromat! J&J has an attendant that was able to introduce me in how to use their machines. She was courteous and very customer service oriented. The Huebsch washers and dryers are very efficient and a did a good job! The facility was clean. I gave 4 stars only because I wish I didn't need to use a laundromat but should be 5 stars for the kind attendant that helped me navigate the services to use.

i politely asked the laundry attendant can I use the restroom their was no signs up saying no public restroom then you bang on the door that's not professional one I could've been pregnant need to teach customer Service

While out of town for work I typically find the highest rated wash and fold laundromat and drop my clothes off there. This happened to be the highest rated one around so I landed on here. I came in around 4pm on a Wednesday and was greeted by a lady coming over from the washer dryer area. She weighed my clothes and I felt the price was very good for the amount of clothes they were washing. She told me my clothes would be ready before they closed. I told her it was no rush as long as I got it tomorrow around the same time. She assured me it would be done same day and that she would call when she finished. I never got a call that Wednesday and when lunch came around Thursday I decided to reach out myself. I was greeted by a different lady and she told me my laundry had been done and it was ready to be picked up. I came in a short time later and the woman that helped me yesterday wasn't in so I was helped by a different lady. She saw my ticket and I could tell right away something was wrong. She told me the lady last night got bleach all over 1 shirt and she felt terrible and wanted to give me 40$ of her own money. She assured me it was only 1 shirt and I almost just left... but I decided to look through the rest of my hang up shirts first. After taking the plastic off the shirts I could tell right away she ruined my other work shirt as well. Mind you, these are FR Carhartt button up shirts that run 50$+ a piece before they are embroidered. The lady kept insisting I take the 40$ the other lady left for me but I couldn't do that because I knew it was a mistake and stuff happens. Now that being said I think the whole thing was handled poorly, she could have easily called me last night and told me what happened instead of leaving it up to her co-worker to do it the next day. They could have not pretended it was only 1 shirt ruined instead of 2 work shirts... trying to usher me out of the store before I looked at the rest of them... just an awful experience. When I got back to my hotel I ripped open the plastic with all my under shirts, underwear, etc. and to my surprise she also got bleach all over another black shirt. Long story short, mistakes happen but the lack of accountability soured me on this place. I will not return.

I truly enjoy my time here! The staff are great, funny and answered all my questions with a smile I came from Illinois and needed to quickly wash my clothes and I came to yelp and welp! I saw the reviews and said alright let me go there! And it was worth it! In and out with no complaints!

This is the second time I've visited your facility and so many people are not wearing their mask or taking them off once inside. This is a serious health hazard that I intend on reporting to higher authorities. Your afternoon and evening employees act as if they do t see it or just plain afraid to. Beware that no o e gets sick as I have pictures to prove my complaint. MAKE THEM DO BETTER!!!

This was my first time using a laundromat. I was so embarrassed asking so many questions to the attendant, but he was very friendly and answered all my questions. This laundromat is spacious, clean, and offers free wifi. If I ever find myself in a bind with a washer and dryer, I'll be sure to use this facility.

The customer service here is amazing! The gentleman who was working was so very kind and helpful. I will always come here when in town!
